창업교육의 일환으로 인터넷 창업교육이 공공과 민간영역에서 다양하게 진행되고 있지만 수요자의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키고 창업성공에 이르게 하는 데는 부족함이 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 창업교육의 현황을 고찰해보고 전자상거래지원센터에서 진행중인 인터넷 창업교육 실태조사를 통해 교육생 만족도 및 교육내용에 중요도와 실제 교육반영도 조사를 통해 창업교육 진행상의 문제점과 발전방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 연구결과 도출된 시사점은 첫째, 교육생들의 연령, 학력, 교육동기와 창업교육 경험유무에 따라 교육만족도가 다르게 나타나, 이들의 요구에 기반한 다양한 형태의 맞춤식 교육이 요구되었다. 둘째, 현재 진행되고 있는 기술적 요소에 대한 교육과 더불어 창업리더쉽, 사업수행능력 등 인적 요소, 사업추진환경과 사업아이템 등 사업환경적 요소에 대한 교육 보강이 요구되었다. 셋째, 창업후 사후지원과 컨설팅, 수료생 커뮤니티 구축, 수료생간 아이템 연계 지원, 상호네트워킹, 멘토링 등 교육후 관리의 중요성이 부각되었다. 본 논문은 이러한 조사분석을 통해 인터넷 창업의 성공적 지원을 위한 교육진행과 사후 연계체제 구축을 통해 창업교육의 고도화 및 내실화 방안을 모색하였다.

In this paper, we consider multiple-class queueing systems in which the server starts a set-up as soon as the number of customers in the "start-up class" reaches threshold N. After the set-up the server starts his service. We obtain the Laplace-Stieltjes transform and the mean of the waiting times of each class of customers for FCFS and non-preemptive priority disciplines.

This thesis investigates relationship between Stock-to-Flow price and housing starts in Seoul metropolitan form 2008 year to 2019 year. The paper tests the relationship through two time-series models such as a vector error correction model and Dynamic Panel regression model. The model results show evidence of positive correlation between Stock-to-Flow price and housing starts in the long run. By transforming the regional data into a panel data set and running a fixed effects model, we test the explanatory power of PBR on housing starts. The result of VECM confirms that one unit uprising PBR raises up apartment construction by 7.4%. This result supports that PBR is a major factor in choosing a start of housing construct. Base on the result of empirical model, We also suggest that the market self-regulation function of housing providers is operating in the entire metropolitan area market.

청소년을 대상으로 진행되는 창업교육의 목적은 성공적인 창업을 위한 창업구성요소의 개별적인 훈련보다는 창업이라는 프로세스를 이해하고 기업가정신을 함양하며 창의성을 향상시키는데 있다. 교육의 효과는 창업에 대한 올바른 인식을 심어주며 창업저변을 확대할 수 있는 가능성을 만들어 준다. 따라서 창업교육프로그램을 수강한 학생들이 교육을 통하여 어떠한 영향을 받았는지에 대한 검증은 매우 중요하며 이러한 효과측정을 통하여 더 나은 교육프로그램을 개발할 수 있는 계기를 마련할 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 창업교육프로그램에 대한 효과성 측정도구에 대해서는 아직 연구가 미진한 상태이다. 따라서 창업교육프로그램을 통한 효과에 대한 정의와 이를 측정할 수 있는 지표의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이론적 경험적 접근방법을 통해 청소년의 창업교육프로그램을 통해 체화될 수 있는 학습효과를 기업가지향성, 창의성, 창업준비행동 등의 3개영역과 11개의 하위영역으로 구분하고 효과측정을 위한 49개의 예비문항을 도출하였다. 도출된 항목을 비즈쿨 선정학교인 5개의 특성화고등학교 학생 287명을 표본으로 실중분석을 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 최종 3개영역, 8개의 하위영역(혁신성, 위험감수성, 문제해결능력, 협력적 의사결정, 효율적 행동능력, 정보수집, 진로탐색, 창업탐색 및 준비), 38개의 측정문항을 확정하였고, 마지막으로 척도의 신뢰도를 확보함으로써 최종의 청소년 창업교육프로그램 효과성 측정항목을 완성하였다. 추가적으로 비즈쿨 대상의 학생중에서 적극적으로 창업교육프로그램에 참여하고 있는 창업동아리 참여자와 비참여자와의 효과성에 대한 평균값을 비교한 것과 9개의 측정지표에 차이가 있음을 볼 수 있었다.

When a PWM rectifier has a low DC-link voltage during startup, the output voltage vector cannot be high enough to regulate the input current. This lack of a PWM rectifier output voltage vector can cause an unregulated inrush current when the rectifier operation starts. This paper presents a PWM rectifier start-up current control algorithm for when it starts operation with a lower DC-link voltage than unloaded condition case. To avoid the unregulated inrush current caused by a lack of DC-link voltage, the proposed control scheme regulates the one phase current with one switch chopping and it generates the current command considering the uncontrolled current magnitude information, which is calculated in advance. Simulation and experiment results support the validity of the proposed method.

This study analyzes the changes of Gyeongju local society because of setting up low and intermediate level radioactive waste disposal site by using urban dynamics model. Specifically, after examining 'Gyeongju Long-Term Development Plan' announced in 2007, I establish the number of industries, population, gross local product, residents' income, and the long term employment condition as essential change-causing factors in Gyeongju local society based on the Big3 government project, and forecast it by using 'Gyeongju long-Term Development Plan' and all sorts of statistical data. In this stage, I assume 3 scenarios(basic, optimistic, and pessimistic view) to estimate the changes of local society more exquisitely, and scenarios are composed through mediation about variables of a growth rate and an inflow or outflow rate. The result shows that Gyeonaju local society would have growing changes by 2020. The essential change-causing factors are as follows. The case of population is estimated that it starts going down at the level of approximately 270 thousand by 2009, starts going up continuously after 2009, the year of completion of low and intermediate level radioactive waste disposal site, and increases from the level of about 300 thousand as minimum to 340 thousand as maximum in 2020. The estimates of other cases are made that the number of Industries has about 10 thousand increases, gross local product has almost 6 trillion increases, nominal gross national income doubles, as well as residences have approximately 280 thousand increases, and also made that employment condition also improves continuously, and diffusion ratio of house starts going up but the amount of supplies is a little bit insufficient in the long view.

본 연구는 코스닥상장 선도 기술벤처기업들을 대상으로 비즈니스모델의 실행방법을 조사 분석하여 기술벤처 창업기업에 주는 시사점을 도출하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구는 창업기업의 핵심 성과요인 중에 하나가 창업자의 비즈니스 모델 창출과 실행능력의 확보이고, 코스닥에 상장한 선도 기술벤처기업들의 지속성장 성과 핵심도 비즈니스 모델의 혁신에 두어지는 만큼 양자의 공통요소를 상호 연결하여 창업기업들이 선도 기업들로부터 효과적인 비즈니스 모델 실행방안에 대해 시사점을 확보할 수 있게 했다는 점과 더 나아가, 창업기업 입장에서 비즈니스 모델 실행에 있어 자신이 벤치마킹할 수 있는 롤(Role) 모델을 구체적으로 확보할 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 선도 기술벤처기업의 비즈니스 모델 실행 연구결과, 본 연구는 크게 세 가지의 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 비즈니스 모델은 단순히 가치창출 구조나 논리 차원을 넘어 CEO 중심으로 한 기업의 사업실행방법론이었다. 둘째, 비즈니스 모델은 CEO주도로 기업의 내부외적인 사업역량과 자산들을 효과적으로 통합하게 하는 입체적인 과정(Process) 이었다. 셋째, 비즈니스 모델은 기업의 재무적 성과를 전제로 한 전략적 접근의 툴(Tool) 이라기보다는 목표고객의 식별과 가치의 창출 및 전달과정의 실행과정으로부터 재무적 결과는 자연스럽게 얻어지는 산물이다. 넷째, 선도 기술벤처기업 CEO들은 비즈니스모델을 활용에 있어 가장 중요하게 생각하는 것이 관련한 현장정보의 수집이었다.

본 연구는 창업기업들이 초기단계 성공의 가장 핵심인 성공적인 비즈니스 모델의 수립과 실행을 사전적으로 가늠해 볼 수 있는 방법론을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 창업기업들은 창업 성공확률을 제고하기 위해 사전적인 철저한 분석과 준비가 요구되며 동시에 직관적으로 수립된 비즈니스 모델들이 사업타당성을 갖는지 사전적으로 검증하는 노력이 요구된다. 본 논문은 창업기업들이 본격적인 사업을 시작하기 이전에 보다 타당하고 성공가능성이 높은 사업기반을 구축하는데 필요한 요소를 인식하고 이에 대한 효과적인 대처방안을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 크게 두 가지의 접근을 시도하였다. 첫째 본 논문은 이론적인 검토를 통해 창업기업의 성공에 있어 비즈니스 모델이 차지하는 중요성을 고찰하였다. 둘째 본 논문은 창업기업의 비즈니스 모델 타당성을 분석하기 위해 Bruce Merrifield 박사가 고안한 BMO 방법이 창업기업의 비즈니스 모델 타당성 분석에 유용한 모형을 제공하고 있음을 입증하였다. 본 논문은 이러한 분석을 통해 창업기업들이 성공적인 창업을 위해 사전적으로 타당한 비즈니스 모델 수립의 중요성을 인식하고 비즈니스 모델 타당성 분석에 있어 BMO 방법을 활용해야 하는 당위성을 제공하였다.

Each life has its own properties that distinguish one another. With this property, Oriental medicine suggests original diagnosis and treament. Our process of aging shows typical outline of cycle, i. e. from one's birth to death. Understanding the life cycle of men gives us very good hint to predict one's state of health, possible diseases, characteristics of disease in each term of his/her life cycle. It's because body and mode of diseases change according to age. Aging starts when $\breve{U}$m Essence(陰精)-the essence one receive from parents-dries up or when Deficient Fire(虛火) soars. Parts that compose our body-bones, muscles, flesh, etc.-gradually weaken and worn out as they no longer get support from Yang-Ki(陽氣), In "Yellow Emperor's Classic", aging starts around one's forties when $\breve{U}$m Essence(陰精) is reduced to less than half. However, what is usually accepted is that women start aging from 49 and men 64, regarding significant geriatric disease. As it is mentioned, aging starts with exhaustion of $\breve{U}$m Essence(陰精) which results in soaring Deficient Fire. Main symptoms are weak mental state due to Sin(神) disorder, and weak physical state due to Spleen and Stomacn(脾胃) disorder. Main principle in treating and preventing diseases related to aging is preserving $\breve{U}$m Essence(陰精), as well as fortifying Ki and Blood(氣血). To do this, Lung(肺)-which collects $\breve{U}$m Essence(陰精), and Kidney(腎) stores-which stores $\breve{U}$m Essence(陰精).
