본 연구는 시장구조에 초점을 맞추어 산업의 표준화 활동 결정요인을 우리나라 제조업에 대해서 계량적으로 검증한다. 단체표준 제정 및 개정 여부를 산업 차원에서 표준화 활동의 대리변수로 삼았고, 그 결정요인으로 시장구조 이외에도 기술적 기회, 자본집약도, 수출비율, 산업특성(조립산업 여부) 등을 고려하였다. 분석대상은 식료, 섬유, 화학, 비금속광물, 금속, 전기전자, 기계, 자동차, 조선 등 9개 업종이며, 2006-2009년 기간 동안 혼용자료(pooling data)를 사용하였다. 추정방법으로는 로지스틱 회귀분석(logistic regression analysis)을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 시장집중도는 산업의 단체표준화 활동에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 독점적 시장일수록 소수의 대기업들이 공적 표준(de jure standards)인 단체표준보다는 '사실상의 표준(de facto standards)'에 더 관심을 가지고 있을 가능성을 보여준다. 시장구조 이외의 변수의 경우에는 기술적 기회와 조립산업 여부는 단체표준화 활동에 대해서 정(+)의 유의한 효과를 보인 반면, 자본집약도와 수출비율은 단체표준화와는 연관이 없는 것으로 분석되었다.

사회발달로 인해 안전기준이 세분화 전문화되면서 관련 법령 또한 그 수가 점차 증가하여 법령 내에서 중복 또는 상충의 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 우리나라 법령에 존재하는 모든 안전기준을 수집한 후 중복 또는 상충문제를 찾아내기 위해서는 우선 안전기준이 가지는 특성들을 분석할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 모든 안전기준에서 나타나는 공통요소와 특정 안전기준에서만 나타나는 특이점을 추출하면서 안전기준의 특성을 크게 구조적, 어휘적 부분으로 구분하였다. 분석결과, 안전기준의 구조적 속성은 2가지, 어휘적 특징은 4가지로 도출되었다. 이러한 특성들이 안전기준을 관리할 향후 시스템에 미치는 영향에 대해서도 추가로 검토하였다. 본 연구를 기반으로 향후 더 많은 안전기준의 구조 및 어휘적 특성들이 축적된다면 효율적인 안전기준의 수집.분석 알고리즘 개발이 가능해져 결국 법령내 안전기준의 중복 상충 문제점 해소에 도움이 될 것이다.

This study has described information literacy standards have been chosen for teaching students the methods for developing the information competency, closely connected with other subjects in school curriculums beyond the traditional school library users education. According to the Bloom's educational objective texonomy, the information literacy standards have been classified into two domains, cognitive domain and affective domain, and investigated. Desirable information literacy standards have been developed and chosen.

Recently, foreign labor standards accreditation system has been emerged as more firms outsource manufacturing works to global vendors focused manufacturing. This paper discuss and compare three major private labor accreditation systems and evaluate what kind of problems may emerge if they become the major global standards for labor practices. This paper concludes that private labor standards accreditation system needs more transparency in the process and should improve accountability by including other stakeholders in the process.

산림휴양자원의 효과적인 관리를 위해서는 휴양지의 현재 관리상태를 평가하고 이를 토대로 지속적으로 관리할 수 있는 객관적이고 수량화된 평가기준의 설정이 필요하다. 규범적 접근방법은 이러한 평가기준을 설정할 수 있는 하나의 대안으로써, 학자들 사이에 이에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있으며 그 유용성 또한 강조되어 왔다. 본 연구는 1993년도에 지리산 국립공원내의 두 야영장(뱀사골 야영장과 제2야영장)을 이용하는 야영객들을 대상으로 실시한 현지설문조사를 토대로 수행되었다. 규범적 접근방법을 이용하여 8개 지표항목에 대한 평가기준을 설정하고 이를 토대로 현재 야영장 관리상태를 평가하였다. 뱀사골 야영장과 제2야영장에서 모두 소음시간과 쓰레기 버리는 행위에 대한 현재 상태가 본 연구에서 설정된 평가기준보다 좋지 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 무례한 행위, 텐트수, 야영객수, 급수시설을 이용하기 위해 기다리는 시간은 뱀사골 야영장에서만 평가기준보다 불량한 것으로 나타났다. 텐트사이의 거리와 화장실을 이용하기 위해 기다라는 시간에 대한 현재 상태는 두 야영장에서 모두 평가기준보다 양호했다. 본 연구는 규범적 접근방법이 평가기준설정을 위해 실질적으로 어떻게 이용될 수 있는가를 소개하고, 분석결과를 토대로 휴양자원 관리개선방안을 제시하였다.

In 2002 Product Liability Act newly got into effect in Korea so that efforts for Product Safety got a new chance to promote safety standardization. Under the supervision of the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (ATS) and the Korea Standards Association (KSA), the enterprise titled "Standardization of Product Safety" took the first step in 2000. Thenceforth a lot of standards and guidelines for product safety have been developed. The results of the enterprise were in the type of technical manual as well as report, technical guidelines, and specific technical safety standards. In this paper, the authors narrated those sequential efforts for Product Safety, and introduced the basic concept on which standardization of Product Safety Management System was conducted and individual safety standard has been developed. Based on this systematic concept, a global road-map as well as specific road-maps for developing safety standards in individual industry were supplied. Finally, suggestions for proceeding to the whole risk management system including other risky factors were appended.

최근 정보자원의 효율적인 관리 및 활용을 위해 국내외적으로 디지털 도서관 시스템 구축작업이 활발히 진행중이다. 이러한 시스템 개발자 관련 표준을 적용함으로써 상호운용성을 확보하여 시간과 노력, 비용을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 표준의 의의 및 개발과정과 표준의 종류, 주요 표준화기구에 대해 언급을 한 후, 디지털 도서관 시스템 구축을 위한 주요 표준에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

The purpose of the study was to identify the standards of quality management in contract foodservice companies. The subject companies were selected by convenient sampling and surveyed for their standards. The questionnaire consisted of 7 categories: managements of food procurement, menu, production, personnel, equipment, information system, and solid waste. As a result of the study, 60% of the respondents appeared to use standard recipes, 51.5% of them spent 21-30% of the total cost as a labor cost, and 70% were reluctant to answer the food cost. The half of the respondents had job description and specification, 74.76% had training manuals on foodservice and computer software program, and 80.6% had a training program for solid waste management.

A role of Distribution Automation System(DAS) is required to be changed from observing and control to complex and various new system including functions which monitoring, control, prediction, operation and management of EMS type according to be gradually Smart Grid of distribution operation system for development of further power system industrial. IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) published communication standards which interface and data model of distribution operation system to IEC 61968 and of host system like EMS(Energy Management System) to IEC 61970. So far, each standards are emphasizing themselves, but if they are applied by designed integration of the standards, it could be more efficiency system. So, in this paper, integration application of IEC standards and structure of further distribution operation system to use them are proposed by gradually increasing importance of communication protocols, functions and roles in further distribution management system considering Smart Grid.

Nowadays worldwide leading companies try to establish more efficient and comprehensive management system for getting high quality, reliability and safety. In this paper, we investigate standards for quality management, dependability management and risk management. We also suggest an integrated and comprehensive system of quality(ISO/TS16949), dependability (IEC60300)and risk(JIS Q2001).
