Noise and vibration problems at the construction site, expansion of construction scale and frequency of urban construction is increased, has given the damage to local residents. Also, the result of civil complaint about noise and vibration that occurred in 2011 was 56,244; it is showing an increasing trend of more than 4% annually. In particular, the construction noise and vibration, the civil complaints of around construction site accounts for 64.6%(36,353), are harmful to the tranquility of living environment. As a result, the government has managed to strengthen the regulatory standard of construction noise (65dB(A), Day-time) from 2011. However, the regulatory standard of construction noise and vibration does not meet and also complaints related the construction noise and vibration not decreased. Because the management system can be applied to the construction site is insufficient and a shortage of manpower. In this study, investigated the status and problems of the regulatory standards related to construction noise and vibration, we propose an efficient management plan of construction noise and vibration.

현재 교육현장에서 사용되고 있는 학습지도안 문서는 교육 정보의 체계적인 제공이 미흡하고 교수 개인이 모든 교수 활동에 필요한 지도안을 작성하는데는 어려움이 있으므로 많은 추가적인 시간과 노력이 필요하다. 네트워크가 확산되어 사용되고 있는 현 시점에서는 웹을 기반으로 한 학습지도안 작성이 더욱 요구되어 진다. 따라서, 웹에서 표준화된 XML을 이용하여 문서의 생성과 검색, 그리고 재사용이 가능하도록 제공함으로써, 교수자의 다양한 요구사항을 융통성 있게 수용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습지도안을 분석하여 공통 DTD(Document Type Definition)를 생성하고 공통 DTD를 통해 표준화된 XML(eXtensible markup Language) 문서를 제공한다. 시스템에서는 학습지도안을 쉽게 작성할 수 있는 에디터를 제공하고. 이미 작성된 학습지도안의 재사용성을 높이기 위해 검색 기능을 제공하고 있다. 검색으로는 구조기반, 패싯, 키워드 검색 방법을 제시하고 있으며, 작성된 학습지도안은 데이타베이스와 연동되어 구현되어진다. 따라서, XML을 이용하여 학습지도안을 작성함으로써 웹 상에서의 정보를 공유할 수 있고, 웹에서 학습지도안을 바로 작성함으로써 시간과 비용이 절약될 수 있으며. 또한 보다 향상된 학습 환경을 제공할 수 있다

Designing a production and equipment investment plan for semiconductors, many variables must be taken into account. However, depending on these variables could bring many changes to the plans, and the end result is hard to predict. Because it's hard to predict the end result, it's never easy to make a standard production plan. So, the goal of this project is to design a production plan based on past marketing patterns to satisfyall the variables and come up with a reasonable thesis on a standardized process.

In the motor manufacturing system with the properties of short delivery and order based production, the process plan is performed individually for each order by the expert of process plan after the completion of the detail design process to satisfy the specification to be required by customer. Also it is hard to establish the standard process plan in reality because part routings and operation times are varied for each order. Hence, the production planner has the problem that is hard to establish the production schedule releasing the job to the factory because there occurs the big difference between the real time to be completed the process plan and the time to be required by the production planner. In this paper, we study the decision supporting system for the process plan based on knowledge base concept. First, we represent the knowledge of process planner as a database model through the modified POI-Feature graph. Then we design and implement the decision supporting system imbedded in the heuristic algorithm in the client/server environment using the ORACLE relational database management system.

The purpose of this study is to provide a practical guide for optimum residential and useful architectural condition in a regional area. The data has been collected through survey from exist Housing of a Go-sung Gun Toa-Sung Mun area. Those 21 Housing samples are collected, and are analyzed by standard Architectural codes, country Architectural codes and regulations This study has been processed in analysis of the unit planning and codes condition of each housings, and situation analysis through the practical investing. As a results of this study, the Housing floor plan in rural area should reflect user's needs and functional unit plan. Especially, the unit planning have a good residental environments. An instance, laundry and balcony space. These result will become basic data for the future architectural design in the Housing floor plan in rural area.

Purpose: We aim to evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of an automatically converted radiation therapy plan between Radixact machines by comparing the original plan with the transferred plan. Methods: The study involved a total of 20 patients for each randomly selected treatment site who received radiation treatment with Radixact. We set up the cheese phantom (Gammex RMI, Middleton, WI, USA) with an Exradin A1SL ion chamber (Standard Imaging, Madison, WI, USA) and GAFCHROMIC EBT3 film (International Specialty Products, Wayne, NJ, USA) inserted. We used three methods to evaluate an automatically converted radiation therapy plan using the features of the Plan transfer. First, we evaluated and compared Planning target volume (PTV) coverage (homogeneity index, HI; conformity index, CI) and organs at risk (OAR) dose statistics. Second, we compared the absolute dose using an ion chamber. Lastly, we analyzed gamma passing rates using film. Results: Our results showed that the difference in PTV coverage was 1.72% in HI and 0.17% in CI, and majority of the difference in OAR was within 1% across all sites. The difference (%) in absolute dose values was averaging 0.74%. In addition, the gamma passing rate was 99.64% for 3%/3 mm and 97.08% for 2%/2 mm. Conclusions: The Plan transfer function can be reliably used in appropriate situations.

We followed the below procedure to establish the development strategy of CITIS standard. At first, we investigated Military CITIS and Commercial CITIS to establish the concept of CITIS and examined several implemented examples. And using the previous analysis, We analyzed the structure of the functions, the technologies and the standards. To establish the development strategy of CITIS standard, we divided CITIS standards into three category, These are infrastrucure standard, data standard and process standard. In the process standard, we analyzed how we develop a formulated process and which item we select to make formulated official documents. And finally, We explained the implementation plan and extension strategy of government-enterprise and inter-enterprise CITIS respectively.

Korea gas industrial because of received LNG in 1987 was converted by the Gas Safety Management System in relation to city gas, LPG and LNG. Gas accident were caused by treatment problem on the supplier and user, on technical and use management mater, on facilities and goods, and included problem with gas safety connection system. This study is present standard application plan of each department to use planning gas technical standard and gas utilization standard of introduction model than statute for change of self-regulation management system and complicated regulation of examination center and order.

안전보건경영시스템은 기존 OHSAS 18001 및 KOSHA 18001로 양분화 되어 시행하고 있었으나, 2018년 3월 12일 국제표준인 ISO 45001이 제정됨에 따라 기존 OHSAS 18001은 ISO 45001로 변경되었고, 안전보건공단의 KOSHA 18001은 KOSHA-MS로 인증기준이 변경되어 새로운 인증기준으로 규격전환을 하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 1999년도부터 국내에 도입된 안전보건경영시스템의 적용실태 분석과 ISO 45001 인증기준 및 KOSHA-MS 인증기준을 기존 시스템과의 비교·분석을 실시하여 규격전환 시 자율적인 안전보건경영시스템의 구축 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.
