This study proposes a standard method of diagnosis and repair to prevent and maintain the problem of durability deterioration caused by leakage cracks in apartment basement structures in Korea. Following the announcement of the previous maintenance plan section, this is the second part of the study, focusing on inspection of methods for diagnosing and repairing leakage cracks in apartment basement structures. In this thesis, the matters required for the procedures, types, times and equipment of the inspection plan and the inspection methods, records, and decisions required for the actual inspection are described.

International standards claim the best possible reliability in industrial manufacturing processes. This is also essential for the application with manual applicators. The application of adhesives with manual applicators is one of the most frequently used application techniques. The range of application reaches from the building of prototypes in the automobile industry over the use in single or small-batch manufacturing up to applications in crafts enterprises. Conventional manual applicators for adhesives and sealants don't fulfill the demands in international standards for the best possible reliability. Only the worker is able to control the quality and the quantity of the bond. A velocity-controlled manual applicator solves these restrictions. Special sensors and micro controllers calculate the flow-rate, the velocity and the location of the manual applicator. This leads to stable and repeatable application processes which are claimed in international standards. The location of the bond can be compared with the nominal value, so that it is possible to check the quality of the bond during application. Furthermore there is the potential to document the data of the manufacturing process.

This study was to determine the reliability and validity of manual measurements of patellar height to standard radiographic measurements in 30 knees of 15 subjects. Patellar height was measured using manual and radiographic methods. The manual measurements were performed by two examiners using digital vernier calipers with the subject sitting and the knees in $30^{\circ}$ of flexion. The radiographic measurements were performed in the same position. The reliability of the manual measurements was assessed by means of intraclass correlation coefficients [ICC(3,1)], and the validity was investigated using the Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient and an independent t-test. The intra- and inter-rater reliabilities of the manual measurement of patellar height were excellent (ICC=.86 and .88 respectively). The validity of patellar height measured manually compared to the radiographic method was good (Pearson's r=.69). In conclusion, the manual method is an objective, qualitative measurement of patella height.

A counseling manual for the standardized management of obesity in Korean Medicine was developed. Four specialist for obesity and ten advisors participated in the development. The development process was conducted in order to investigate the needs of clinical doctors for obesity, search for related books and references, determine the contents of the manual, produce the manual, and review of the advisors. The contents of the manual were written in order of goal of obesity counseling, assessment of obesity and health risk factors, assessment of obesity-related lifestyles, counseling for weight management, and counseling for Korean Medical treatment. This manual is the first standardized counseling manual developed, and it is meaningful to provide a counseling method for comprehensive Korean Medicine obesity care. Although there were various limitations in the review of the advisory committee, it is expected that this study will be used as a basic data for the establishment of obesity-related health care policy. We hope that obesity counseling of Korean Medicine will be settled as one of the certified korean medical treatment.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to develop a standardization manual for Emotion To Emotion therapy. In this study, the processes and categories derived through literature search related to the Emotion To Emotion treatments, were revised and supplemented by the expert FGI (Focus Group Interview). Afterwards, the expert Delphi was conducted, to develop a standard manual for the disease types, purpose, and method of Emotion To Emotion therapy. Methods: In this study, literature analysis and expert Delphi, as a quantitative research method, were conducted, and the expert Focus Group Interview (FGI) was conducted as a qualitative study. The manual was completed by leading the consensus, on the standardization manual for Emotion To Emotion therapy. After that, a clinical expert Delphi was conducted to test the reliability as well as validity of the manual, through quantitative consensus on the manual of the Emotion To Emotion therapy. Results: First, as a result of literature studies, to date, studies related to Emotion To Emotion therapy have been qualitatively and quantitatively limited, as comparative literature related to clinical cases. Second, through expert FGI, the manual was structured with eight sub-factors for the indication diagnosis, six sub-factors for the implementation method, and 13 detailed factors. Third, through an expert Delphi, the consensus did the factor of indication, implementation methods, and implementation process, and developed a standardization manual for Emotion To Emotion therapy ver 1.0. Conclusions: Through literature analysis, expert FGI, and expert Delphi, the Emotion To Emotion therapy standardization manual ver 1.0 was completed, and will proceed with the revision and improvement report.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of chest compressions and ventilation when using an mechanical device(LUCAS) and 2-men manual cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) performed on a minikin, as well as to propose a more effective CPR method during transit. Methods: Data were collected by LUCAS and manual virtual reality based ambulance simulation. Analysis was performed using SPSS software 12.0. The average and standard deviation of chest compression depth and ventilation were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-test. Results: In the virtual reality based LUCAS and manual CPR results, LUCAS showed better chest compression and lower incomplete chest release than manual CPR. During CPR with a chest compression-ventilation ratio of 30:2 in virtual reality ventilation with bag-valve mask was able to deliver an adequate volume of breathing. Conclusion: It is suggested that rescuers on ambulance may consider using LUCAS as an alternative to high-quality chest compression during transit.

최근 기능 안전에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 다양한 산업 분야에서 기능 안전 표준의 적용이 요구되고 있다. 기능 안전 표준은 시스템의 오작동을 방지하기 위해 필요한 기능 안전 관련 활동들을 정의한 문서이다. 이 표준에 정의된 모든 활동들은 시스템의 위험 분석 및 평가를 통해 산출된 등급 분류 결과에 따라 차등적으로 요구된다. 국내 무기체계 분야에는 방위사업청에서 발간한 무기체계 소프트웨어 개발 및 관리 매뉴얼이 존재한다. 이 매뉴얼은 기능 안전 관련 활동으로 소프트웨어 정적 및 동적 분석 활동을 요구한다. 하지만 해당 매뉴얼에는 선행 활동으로 요구되는 위험 분석 및 평가를 통한 등급 분류 활동 관련 내용이 구체적으로 언급되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대표적인 기능 안전 표준들을 기반으로 무기체계 소프트웨어 개발 및 관리 매뉴얼의 문제점을 분석하고 이에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하도록 한다.

국내에서 전기적 자극방식 삼킴 보조 치료기는 높은 보급률과 사용빈도를 가진 전문 의료기기임에도 불구하고 기기에 대한 관리체계가 전무하여 유지 보수의 측면에 있어서도 매우 큰 취약성을 노출해 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 전기적 자극방식 삼킴 보조 치료기의 장비관리 및 안전진단 매뉴얼 개발에 목적을 두고 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 국제전기기술위원회(International Electrotechnical Commission, IEC)등의 기관에서 공시한 표준화된 프로그램 수집과 문헌고찰을 통해 매뉴얼 개발의 근거를 마련하고, 프로토콜을 개발하여 제시하였다. 완성된 알고리즘과 프로토콜, 지표 등의 자료를 전문가 및 현장 실무자의 자문을 통하여 수정 및 보완하고 유지보수 워크시트(Maintenance Worksheet)의 5지표 18항목, 삼킴 보조 전자 의료기기 장비관리/안전진단 절차 매뉴얼(Equipment Procedure Manual)에서 4개 지표 32항목으로 구성된 점검 매뉴얼을 최종적으로 완성하였다. 완성된 지표는 장비의 고장률을 줄이고 의료기록 문서화의 체계성 제고에 도움을 줄 것이며, 의료서비스의 효율성, 적절성을 유지하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

Objectives This study aimed to the application of Chuna manual therapy in patients with stroke where much evidence is not available. Methods Domestic databases (KOREANTK, OASIS, RISS, KISS, and KMBASE) were queried for literature showing application of Chuna manual therapy in stroke patients. Additionally, insufficient evidence was supplemented with expert consensus using the Delphi method. Based on the literature review and expert consensus, the academic committee of the Korean Society of Chuna Manual Medicine reviewed and summarized the Chuna technique recommendations that can be applied to stroke patients. Results There were six studies on Chuna manual therapy in stroke patients, and Chuna therapy was applied for pelvic, shoulder, and elbow joint spasticity. The expert Delphi survey did not agree with the application of the nine of the 69 standard Chuna techniques and deliberated on matters to be considered when applying Chuna manual therapy to stroke patients. Finally, based on clinical research literature and expert opinions, Chuna technique was recommended for patients with post-stroke spasticity. Conclusions The application of Chuna therapy to non-muscular skeletal disorders, including stroke is recommended and should be applied while taking the necessary precautions.
