  • 본 연구에서는 국내의 CM 조기정착을 유도하고 CM 활용에 대한 성공적인 모델을 제시하기 위하여, 향후 지속적으로 성장할 것으로 판단되는 SOC민간투자사업의 CM 운영체계 개발의 필요성 및 여건을 분석하고 개발 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 개발의 방향은 크게 (1)SOC민간투자사업 CM업무 표준 프로세스 가이드 개발, (2)SOC민간투자사업 타당성분석 수행 표준 개발, (3)SOC민간투자사업의 단계별 $\cdot$ 기능별 리스크 Check List의 세 가지 이며, 이와 같은 개발을 통하여 추후 CM 제도의 활성화를 위한 모범사례의 제공 뿐 아니라, 국내 건설산업의 효율성제고 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Laboratory model to evaluate efficacy of an experimental titanium oxide nanofibers bleaching agent

  • Objectives: This study aimed to use a laboratory model to evaluate the efficacy of an experimental bleaching agent. Materials and Methods: The model used human extracted molars that were treated and measured for bleaching efficacy. Teeth (n = 50) were distributed into 5 groups: Negative control (NC): immersion in water for 8 hours; Nanofibers (NFs): Experimental titanium dioxide nanofibers with stirring and light activation for 8 hours; Whitestrips (WS): Crest 3D White Glamorous White Whitestrips, 2 applications daily for 30 minutes, 14 days; 1% hydrogen peroxide (HP) standard: 1% hydrogen peroxide for 8 hours; and 30% HP standard: 30% hydrogen peroxide for 8 hours. Instrumental measurements were performed using a spectrophotometer. Results were recorded at baseline, 1-day post-bleaching, and 1-week post-bleaching. Kruskal-Wallis procedure was used to determine differences in color change. Pearson correlation was used to evaluate the relationship between visual and instrumental measurements. Tests of hypotheses were 2-sided with alpha = 0.05. Results: There was no significant difference in color parameters (L1, a1, b1, and shade guide units [SGU]) at baseline (p > 0.05). There was a significant difference among the groups for overall color change (ΔE*ab) and change in shade guide units (ΔSGU) at 1-day and 1-week post-bleaching (p < 0.05). The higher the HP concentration, the higher the color change as expressed in ΔSGU and ΔE*ab. The negative control exceeded the perceptibility threshold of ΔE* = 1.2 regardless of time point. NFs showed a decrease in chroma, but were not statistically different compared to the negative control. Conclusions: The laboratory model was successful in screening an experimental bleaching agent.

Impact of the spatial orientation of the patient's head, metal artifact reduction, and tube current on cone-beam computed tomography artifact expression adjacent to a dental implant: A laboratory study using a simulated surgical guide

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate image artifacts in the vicinity of dental implants in cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans obtained with different spatial orientations, tube current levels, and metal artifact reduction algorithm (MAR) conditions. Materials and Methods: One dental implant and 2 tubes filled with a radiopaque solution were placed in the posterior region of a mandible using a surgical guide to ensure parallel alignment. CBCT scans were acquired with the mandible in 2 spatial orientations in relation to the X-ray projection plane (standard and modified) at 3 tube current levels: 5, 8, and 11 mA. CBCT scans were repeated without the implant and were reconstructed with and without MAR. The mean voxel and noise values of each tube were obtained and compared using multi-way analysis of variance and the Tukey test(α=0.05). Results: Mean voxel values were significantly higher and noise values were significantly lower in the modified orientation than in the standard orientation (P<0.05). MAR activation and tube current levels did not show significant differences in most cases of the modified spatial orientation and in the absence of the dental implant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Modifying the spatial orientation of the head increased brightness and reduced spatial orientation noise in adjacent regions of a dental implant, with no influence from the tube current level and MAR.

5개 중규모 지진의 속도 관측자료를 이용한 수평 응답스펙트럼 특성 분석 (Analysis of Characteristics of Horizontal Response Spectrum of Velocity Ground Motions from 5 Macro Earthquakes)

  • 최근 한반도 및 주변해역에서 발생한 규모 4.8 이상의 5개 중규모 지진으로부터 관측된 속도 지반운동 파형을 이용하여 수평 응답스펙트럼을 분석하고 결과를 우선 가속도 지반운동을 이용하여 얻어진 수평 응답스펙트럼, 국내 원자력 관련 구조물의 내진설계 기준, 마지막으로 국내 일반 구조물 및 건축물 내진설계기준과 각각 비교하였다. 연구에 이용된 지반운동은 수평성분 102개(NS 및 EW 성분 포함)이며 고유진동수에 따른 응답을 구하고 각각의 최대 지반 속도 값을 이용하여 정규화 분석을 수행하였다. 첫째, 가속도 응답스펙트럼과 비교한 결과 속도 응답스펙트럼 값은 특히 중간주기에서 높은 응답을 보여 주었고 이에 비해 가속도 응답스펙트럼은 특히 단주기 즉 높은 고유진동수 영역에서 높은 응답을 보여 주었다. 둘째, 국내 원자력시설물의 내진기준으로 이용되고 있는 Reg. Guide 1.60과 비교한 결과 속도 응답스펙트럼 값은 약 6-7Hz를 시작점으로 보다 낮은 장주기 영역에서 기준값을 초과하는 현상을 보여 주었다. 셋째, 500년 재래주기에 해당하는 국내 일반 구조물 및 건축물 내진설계기준인 표준 설계응답스펙트럼을 SC, SD 및 SE지반 조건과 같은 3개 지반조건과 동시에 비교한 결과 차례로 약 1.5초, 2초 및 3초에서 시작하여 보다 장주기 영역에서 국내 일반 구조물 표준 설계 응답스펙트럼값을 초과하였다. 동일한 부지에서 일반적으로 가속도 응답스펙트럼은 단주기에서 가장 큰 값을 나타내며, 속도 응답 스펙트럼은 중간주기에서 가장 크며, 마지막으로 변위 응답스펙트럼은 장주기에서 가장 큰 값을 가진다는 국외 연구결과가 국내 지반운동을 이용한 결과에서 역시 적용가능하다는 점을 확인시켜 주었다. 최근 국내에서도 건축물의 초고층화 등으로 구조물의 디자인이 기존의 단주기에 비해 중간주기 및 장주기 영역이 상대적으로 강조되고 있어 이러한 중간주기영역에서 수평 응답스펙트럼의 정보는 향후 대단히 중요하다고 할 수 있다.

A Study on the Terminology Standardization for Integrated Management System of Disaster Safety Standards

  • The objective of this study is to suggest the templates for the terminology standardization cases of safety standard on integrated management system, so that integrated management of safety standards is introduced to replace redundant, or conflicting functions and performance of these standards. And to carry out the terminology standardization enables management efficiently. Therefore this study suggests and analyzes cases of terminology standardization of domestic and international research trends. In addition to proposes a architectural schema for disaster safety standard and writing disaster safety standardizations of the International Organization for Standardization. For the objectives, the guidelines on standard terminology policy, terminology publication and guide development proposed by the International Organization for Standardization. Disaster safety standards were applied in order to build and utilize integrated management system of disaster safety standards through domestic and foreign cases. Throughout the result of this study, this study will contribute to the analysis and application of semantic knowledge based analysis throughout the ontology information linked the vocabulary to vocabulary by making the template of the disaster safety standards for easy to use and simple etc. This study is to expect traceability for the principle national disaster safety standards resource elements.

집배부하량 산정 및 평준화를 위한 집배부하 관리시스템 개발 (Development of a Delivery Workload Management System for Measuring and Balancing Standard Workload of Mailmen)

  • Performance measures play a critical role in formulating mail delivery strategies and evaluating actual results. Nevertheless, the existing method and corresponding system to determine the standard workloads of mailmen is developed without careful consideration of real delivery environments and various requirements of mailmen. Hence, the current system is insufficient for optimal management of workloads and shows substantial gaps when compared to the results of actual work-site. This study considers how to improve the current workload management system of mailmen. We first performed the as-is analysis of the mail delivery service and then developed a prototype of advanced delivery workload management system. The to-be system consists of five subsystems which can be grouped into three categories; master data management, workloads management, performance analysis. Our results can be a valuable guide for the development of real system for measuring and balancing the workloads of mailmen.

길이 소급성을 갖는 AFM을 이용한 150nm 피치 측정 (150 nm Pitch Measurement using Metrological AFM)

  • Pitch measurements of 150 nm pitch one-dimensional grating standards were carried out using an contact mode atomic force microscopy(C-AFM) with a high resolution three-axis laser interferometer. It was called as 'Nano-metrological AFM' In Nano-metrological AFM, Three laser interferometers were aligned well to the end of AFM tip. Laser sources of the three-axis laser interferometer in the nano-metrological AFM were calibrated with an I$_2$-stablilzed He-Ne laser at a wavelength of 633 nm. So, the Abbe error was minimized and the result of the pitch measurement using the nano-metrological AFM has a traceability to the length standard directly. The uncertainty in the pitch measurement was estimated in accordance with the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(GUM). The Primary source of uncertainty in the pitch-measurements was derived from repeatability of pitch-measurement, and its value was approx 0.186 nm. Expanded uncertainty(k=2) of less than 5.23 nm was obtained. It is suggested that the metrological AFM is a useful tool for the nano-metrological standard calibration.

철도 안전 소프트웨어를 위한 개발 기준 연구 (The development standard research for railway safety software)

  • The systems such as the railway control system, satellite control system and nuclear power plant control system are the safety critical systems because the failure of them could lead to risk significant events. These softwares of digital systems must follow the life cycle process from the beginning of software development to guarantee their safety and reliability. The NRC(Nuclear Regulatory Commission) Reg Guide of nuclear fields, the RTCA/DO-178B standard which is used to acquire the certification for software in industrial aero field in European Union and United State, the DEF STAN 00-55 standard for the safety of electronic weapon in England, the IEC 601-1-4 for medical equipment and the IEC 62279 for railway system recommended the development life cycle. This paper introduces the development process and compares each other. Also it indicates applicable development criteria for the software of systems related to railway fields and describes the detailed procedure of development criteria. We describe the procedure to make the software development criteria in nuclear filed. For the software development related to railways, the process from plan phase to maintenance phase must be satisfied. The safety and reliability is guaranteed through these standards.

The uncertainty in the pitch measurement was estimated in accordance with the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM). The primary source of uncertainty in the pitch-measurements was derived from the repeatability of the pitch-measurements, and its value was about 0.186 nm. The average pitch value was 146.65 nm and the combined standard uncertainty was less than 0.262 nm. It is suggested that the metrological AFM is a useful tool for the nano-metrological standard calibration.

근거리사진측량을 이용한 도로에서의 정지시거 정립 (Thesis of Non-passing Distance in Road using Close-Range Photogrammetry)

  • 우리나라는 자동차대국이나, 교통사고발생은 OECD 29개 국가 중 25위로 최하위에 머물러있는 실정이다. 이와 같이 공공교통시설개발사업에 관한 투자평가지침에 의하여 산정해 보면 직접적 경제적 손실이 매우 크게 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 도로 곡선부에서 발생하는 교통사고를 최소화하기 위하여 정지시거의 기준을 재정립하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 근거리 사진측량을 이용하여 지형의 3차원 모델링을 수행하고, 현재 국내외의 정지시거 기준을 분석하여 이들 기준을 재정립함으로써 안전하고 쾌적한 도로설계 기준을 제시하고자 하였다.
