A fitness facility in an apartment complex is not a simple sports facility. It has important roles in improving the residents' physical and mental health, and in forming a sense of community. This study analyzed the number of users in the fitness facility of the apartment complex, which is a significant criterion in determining the dimension. A comparative analysis between the past and the present function and dimension was performed in finding out the optimal solutions. In conclusion, the number of users in the fitness facility is influenced not by the number of households in the complex but by the facility's size and creating a desired environment. The users' favorite sports equipments were figured out to meet those needs. Moreover, comparing the facilities' size, user satisfaction, area per person, an optimal dimension for the facility, and rates of equipments were found out.

운동을 통한 건강증진에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 공공체육시설에 대한 수요는 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 공공체육시설의 공급 계획에 비해 운영과 관리에 대한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이와 같은 맥락에서 본 연구는 국민체육진흥기금지원 체육시설 사업인 국민체육센터와 개방형체육관에 대한 빅데이터 분석을 통해 시설 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 2015년 1년 간 뉴스, 블로그, 까페 등 인터넷 문서를 분석한 결과 국민체육센터와 개방형 체육관은 유사한 이용행태를 보이면서도 다른 수요를 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 시설 모두 주민의 체육장소로 이용되고 있으나 국민체육시설이 좀 더 전문적인 프로그램을 보이는 반면 개방형 체육관은 생활체육공간으로 이용되는 차이를 보였다. 한편 두 시설 모두 운동 이외 산책, 소풍 등 휴식을 목적으로 방문하는 비율이 높아 시설 활성화를 위해서는 편의시설 확충과 다양한 기능의 복합이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 생활체육에 참여하는 동호인들을 대상으로 코로나-19 팬더믹 시대에 운동방해요인에 따른 여가만족과 건강관련 삶의 질과의 관계를 분석하고, 건강유지 및 증진을 위한 지속적인 운동수행에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료로 활용하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 생활체육 동호인 353명으로 연구의 목적과 방법에 대하여 설명한 후 연구에 동의하는 대상자만 연구를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 생활체육 동호인들의 운동방해요인은 여가만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 운동방해요인에 따른 건강관련 삶의 질에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 여가만족은 건강관련 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 사회적으로 코로나 19가 종식되길 바라지만, 위드코로나를 대비하여 체육시설에서는 방역과 개인 위생에 꾸준히 노력하여 건강을 위하여 많은 생활체육 동호인들이 체육시설에 나와 운동을 참여할 수 있도록 한다면 건강생활에 도움을 줄 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest specific function of each areas and way to express reasonable interior elements within interior design of sports center in Korea. The method of this research is case study of sports center In various fields since 1980. During the study, it Is very clear that the most important points in designing of sports centers interior space to accomodate main body training areas and service area for the users. The other point is to explain within the space plan that there should be a clear understanding of general regulation for the installation element, function and behavioral facts. The social, cultural roles of sports center must have the function as a multi service facility. In summary this research is to present datas and suggestion to various areas in sports center and refine its new meaning of sports center space plan with much better designing.

As the educational environment is qualitatively improved by revision of the school curriculum, local residents become increasingly interested in sharing the educational environment through the mixed-use of school facilities. The purpose of this study was to obtain a better understanding of the use and need for school facilities. This study involved a literature review and a survey of local residents who have used school facilities. The results are as follows: (1) sports and learning facilities were the most used of five different types of school facilities, (2) school facilities were mainly used in the evenings (18:00~22:00 hrs), but the respondents differed in terms of time of use according to gender, age and work hours, (3) the result showed high needs for all types of facility and needs for sports facilities among them were the highest, and (4) preferred time of use was varied according to the type of facility and the residents' characteristics. In conclusion, this study explored various directions for the mixed-use of school facilities by analyzing local residents' current use and their needs for further use of these facilities, taking into account the different characteristics of the users.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the design guide-lines for the community center through the analysis of users' satisfaction on the community facilities and programs. This study was approached by using theoretical investigation, a field survey and a questionnaire survey. The field survey was analyzed the current situations by conducting a housing managers' interview and viewing a blueprint of the community center. The questionnaire survey was tested by examining five different apartment complexes of over 500 households in Gwang-ju, which were all built between 2005 and 2007, 268 users were interviewed for the questionnaire survey. After all the questionnaires were collected, the data was coded and analyzed using the SPSS 12.0 program. Statistics used from data analysis were frequencies, means, standard deviations, one-way ANOVA, t-test, and correlation analysis. To conclusion, the satisfaction and usage of community facilities and programs shows higher for the indoor exercise/sports; such as, yoga, golf, and health programs than others. There is no strong correlation between the location and layout of community facility in apartment complex. However, this study could be a reference data when planning a new community center where plans to have community facilities and programs to satisfy its future users.

본 연구에서는 공공체육시설의 이용실태와 희망시설에 대한 수요자 특성을 설문을 통하여 분석하고, 현재 공급된 공공체육시설의 공간적 불균형 정도를 중력 포텐셜 모형을 활용하여 측정하며, 향후 수요자 요구에 부합하는 시설의 신규 입지 시 접근성의 변화를 살펴봄으로써 효율적 입지 선정 시 고려될 수 있는 평가기준을 제시하였다. 공공체육시설 수요특성을 설문조사한 결과 현재 이용실태와는 달리 배드민턴, 헬스, 수영 등의 종목을 희망하며, 이러한 활동을 위한 실내체육관의 확충을 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 공공체육시설의 불균형도를 중력 포텐셜 모형을 통하여 분석한 결과 지역별로 큰 편차를 보이고 있었으며, 특히 2025년 인구추정치를 고려하여 분석하였을 때 지역별 공공체육시설로의 접근성은 2015년에 비해 약 60%수준으로 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 시민들이 요구하는 실내체육시설의 입지를 대안별로 가정하여 파주시 전체의 접근성을 비교한 결과, 현재 시설공급이 부족하고 향후 인구증가가 예상되는 문산생활권에 입지하는 것이 전체적인 효율성 측면에서 가장 양호한 대안으로 평가되었다.

This study was conducted to survey the subjective symptoms of workers and users in selected 5 public facility groups(offices, performance halls, private crammers, wedding halls and indoor sports facilities), located in Seoul, Daejeon and Chungnam Province. Overall as subjective symptoms that were worse at public facilities than those usual, following responses appeared: I have a headache, My eyes are dry or feel irritated or itching, I feel eyestrain or my eyes are bloodshot, My nose was stuffy, I have a cough, I feel dry in the throat or inflammation happens, I feel oppressed in the breast or sometimes have difficulty in breathing, My skin gets dry, My skin is itching or has some spots, I feel like vomiting, I feel easily tired or sleep, I lose my concentration and I feel my memory is falling, I feel dizzy, I feel depressed, I feel being sharp and feel tension, I feel muscular pain or stiffness on shoulders, back and neck. Also, we compare with normal subjective symptoms scores and subjective symptoms scores in public facilities. The highest subjective symptoms score in at normal was my skin gets dry(2.35 points) and subjective symptoms score in public facilities was I feel eyestrain or my eyes are bloodshot(2.61 points).

As for the purposes of the research: First, on the wearers of snowboard wear on the market, I intend to investigate contents related with purchase, price, brand, style, etc., and grasp requirements and complaints. Second, I intend to know the evaluations of users according to itemized questions on the snowboard wear on the market. Third, I like to provide basic materials by investigating itemized requirements for the development of snowboard wear. On the male & female snowboarders on a skiing ground, I carried out a preliminary investigation in December, 2001, and a main investigation from January to February, 2002. The results are as follows: 1. Many of them purchased imported quality goods, and the rate purchase was high between 20～25 year. Loose two-piece suits of different colors were preferred. The most uncomfortable part proved to be a neck part. 2. The degree of general satisfaction with the snowboard wear on the market was 4.60. And in terms of itemized evaluation, dissatisfaction was found in Clothing construction, facility of laundry and handling, price and brand rather than in style, fiber composition and tactile sensation. 3. In the investigation of the requirements in case of snowboard wear development, the most common requirement was the facility of action. I believe this should be met by study on the choice of pertinent margin and the pattern development.

As the number of kids cafes, one of the children's playgrounds, is increasing rapidly, safety accidents in the kids cafe are also increasing rapidly. The facility is also increasing as the need increases, but it is spreading without ensuring safety. In particular, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security for children's play facilities in the kids cafe, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for organic organizations are divided into different departments, so it is not easy for local governments to manage and supervise the actual business, and there are safety blind spots. Kids cafes have changed rapidly according to needs of children and guardians who are users, and there are many problems associated with them. Therefore, we identified problems that may arise due to insufficient safety management systems for kids cafes, investigated the safety management related to kids cafes in advanced countries, and compared and analysed them with domestic systems. As a result of the research, we proposed a safety management reinforcement system, and we hope to contribute to the reduction and prevention of kids café safety accidents.
