As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. First, in the relationship between parental participation motivation and satisfaction with regard to psychological exercise participation of children with developmental disabilities, only pleasure and social factors were significant in use satisfaction, and only social, health and physical fitness factors in performance satisfaction showed a significant influence. Second, in the relationship between participation motivation and intention to reuse, there were significant influences on pleasure, skill development and sense of achievement, and social factors. Third, in the relationship between satisfaction and intention to reuse, intention to reuse was significantly explained in factors of satisfaction with use and satisfaction with performance. In order to increase the reuse rate of psychomotor centers in the future, it is judged that additional analysis is necessary in addition to the measurement variables of this study.

Methods: A questionnaire was answered by 143 people with shoulder pain and disability in badminton clubs located in Busan, Gyeongsangnam-do. Out of the 143 subjects (91 males, 52 females), about half (72 people) were over 40 years old, with 71 people over 50 years old. The questionnaire contained 27 questions involving demographic participation characteristics, playing characteristics, and SPADI. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS statistics program to conduct frequency analysis, cross analysis, the t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. Results: The correlation between badminton career, frequency of play, and SPADI was statistically significant. There was a significant increase in SPADI scores for players over 40 years old. The over 40 year old group with less than 5 years of badminton had a significantly increase in SPADI score. The over 50 year old group showed a significantly lower SPADI score compared with the over 40 group. We also investigated effect of participants' pre-experience of participating race on satisfaction, immersion and motive for reparticipation. Sense of freedom and social interaction appeared to affect satisfaction of participants significantly, but the sense of control did not. Sense of freedom had effect on immersion, whereas sense of control and social interaction had no effect on immersion. Significant relationship between motive for reparticiaption and participants' satisfaction and immersion was observed. Interaction effect between participant's satisfaction and was significant. Immersion mediates relation between reparticiaption and participants' satisfaction, participants experienced yahct race before showed more effect of satisfaction on motive for reparticiaption than participants with no race experience, who showed no significant effect of satisfaction on motive for reparticiaption. Immersion have effect on motive for reparicipation in both groups, but effect size was greater in the group with race experience. Thus, satisfaction and immersion of participants who have pre-experience of participating race showed greater effect on reparticipation than who haven't.

  • Purpose : To describe clinical results and improvement of range of motion and pain after arthroscopic treatment for the athletic elbow lesion. Materials and Methods : We reviewed 13 cases of functional restriction of the elbow motion, who all patients were treated by conservative treatment during than 6 months but failed. We performed arthroscopic osteophytectomy, capsular release, spur excision. The interval from injury to operation was average of 13 months (range, eight to sixteen months). We used the Broberg and Morrey functional rating score system in evaluating result. The follow-up period averaged 6 months. Results : Arthroscopic finding that moderative to severe synovitis in all cases, intraarticular loose body in 9 cases, olecranon bony spur in 2 cases, was observed. All cases were successfully improved in range of motion and pain without in any further operation. Preoperative average score was 65 and postoperative average score was 89.4 in Broberg and Morrey functional rating score. Conclusions : Arthroscopic treatment appear to be satisfactory management modality due to diagnose the casative factor and reduce the injury around the elbow joint in painful elbow lesion. Elbow arthroscopy appears to be a safe and effective treatment for athletes, allowing easy return to participation in sports.

  • We investigated the characteristics of subjects in marine leisure activities and the wearing conditions of a rash guard through a consumer survey. The questionnaire examined the number of rash guards owned by different styles, wearing size, choice of rash guard compared with ordinary clothes, and the satisfaction in a rash guard (color, textile, size, quality, price, function, and design) using Likeret Scales. The subjects were 105 adult men and the data analysis utilized an SPSS 20.0 Package. The results were significant for wearing conditions correspondent with the marine leisure activities. More years of experience resulted in a higher number of rash guards owned. A higher level of participation in sport resulted in more different styles of rash guards. More years of experience resulted in an increase preference for tight rash guards. In the case of wearing L and XL size that selected the smaller rash guard over the ordinary clothes, it was evaluated at "satisfaction" level in color, textile, size, quality, function, design. In the case of wearing XS, S and M size that did the larger and same as ordinary, it was at "ordinary" level and bellow.

  • The incidence of anterior cruciate ligament tears is increasing as a result of the increasing participation of individuals of all ages in high-risk sports. Endoscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using autogenous central third bone-patellar tendon-bone graft is the most commonly used method. With regard to BPTB graft as the go]d standard in ACL reconstruction, there are no data that refute this claim to date. Author reviewed the biomechanical properties, donor site morbidity and selection of the bone-patellar tendon-bone graft and described the surgical technique of endoscopic ACL reconstruction using BPTB autograft.
