This paper presents an efficient solution for a class of forbidden state problems by introducing a cyclic timed controlled marked graphs (TCMG's), a special class of timed controlled Petri nets (TCPN's) as a model of a class of discrete event systems (DES's). The state feedback control is synthesized, which is maximally permissive while guaranteeing the forbidden states will be avoided. The practical applications or tire theoretical results for an automated guided vehicle (ACV) coordination problem in a flexible manufacturing facility is illustrated.

In many other buildings, hospital is very important because of its function and purpose. A proper building service systems including heating, cooling, ventilation and plumbing systems is required in hospial. Besides, a special systems like medical gas, vacuum cleaning systems are required to prevent contamination as well as cure a patient in hospital. Ventilation is very important method to keep the indoor pressure and clean class. There are some specific rooms to consider clean class and indoor pressure in the general hospital. In this article, specific rooms were set to operating room, laboratory, ICU, isolation unit, and sterilizer room. In this case study, design factors of ventilation system, including air changes of OA and TA, indoor pressure, clean class, filter, and material of system, of specific rooms in hospital were proposed through a literature research and a design examples review.

Grounding rods as a discharge path are normally used to ensure the safety of human beings and facilities from the over-voltages and the over·current. Each grounding mode class 1, class 2, class 3, special class 4- has prescribed ground resistance values which are kept by the utilities. However, in the distribution system, it is very difficult for grounding rods to obtain the prescribed ground resistance values because of the limits of installation space. Therefore, in this paper, the grounding effects of the grounding copper bands which are recently developed to use efficiently in small area and the grounding rods are compared by testing the ground resistance values, ground potential rise(GPR), and step voltage in various cases.

This article introduce Comfort Class V released by Dnv The Class has an objective of classifying ships by noise and vibration levees. It is apparent that noise criteria listed in the Class can not be satisfied without special efforts to enhance sound insulation performance in cabins. Accordingly, panel makers should develope panels which have very high sound insulation performance enough to satisfy the criteria. Also, due to large difference of sound insulation performance between cabin and laboratory, it is necessary that ship yards should improve the method for installing cabins.

For ships of ice class, finish Maritime Administration(FMA) requires brackets on intersections between longitudinal frames and the web frames within the ice-strengthened area. The main object of this paper is to verify ultimate load carrying capacity of longitudinal frame without brackets of engine room region of 74,100 DWT Product Oil Tanker. Comparative approach between proposed structures from builder (the proposed structure) and structures satisfying the Finnish-Swedish ice class rules (the rule structure) is used for the analysis.

Objectives : This study is to dental knowledge and awareness of special education teachers. Methods : This study is conducted with a total of 244 special education teachers in Dae Gu, Gyeong Buk, Gyeong Nam, Bu San city from 1st April to 30th April, 2011. Results : More healthy state of oral health reflected higher point of oral health behavior. In the correlation among the oral health knowledge, behavior and education, higher oral health knowledge reflected higher oral health behavior. In the obstacle factors against oral health education, 41.0% was in the lack of professionalism and understanding of oral health education. The majority method for oral health education was regular teaching and the oral health in charge of education was school nurse 67.1%. The most important point for improvement for oral health class enabled was oral health recognition of teachers about the importance of education. Conclusions : For improving the oral health of the disabled, it is needed to develop the educational program or awareness of oral health monitoring like applying fluorine by special education teachers and parents, including the necessity of various oral health education development suitable for the special education school to make awareness in the importance and necessity of oral health.

In order for learners with different characteristics to reach meaningful learning, the curriculum - class-assessment must be integrated. In this study, we classified the integration into three aspects: content compatibility, operator convergence, and institutional connectivity, and looked at the status of unifying special classes in general schools from each perspective. As a result of the study, in terms of content suitability, adjustment of the curriculum to those subject to special education-professorial revision-assessment adjustment was not performed well except for subjects where individualization professors were conducted. From an actor's perspective, the ambiguity of the roles of general and special teachers resulted in the inability of curriculum coordinators, educators, evaluators and others to agree or even minimal consultations. In terms of institutional linkage, the authority and role of curriculum coordination, professorial revision, and assessment coordination were unclear except for subjects where individualization professors were conducted. As an alternative to discuss and remedy these problems, it proposed increasing awareness of individualized education, compulsory consultation and institutional readjustment.

In order to establish a special school considering the rights of disabled students to receive education and the principle of fair regional placement, this study identified the deviation of regional maintenance status of special education facilities and analyzed and examined their characteristics to provide desirable basic data for the establishment of facilities in the future. As a research method, the main status and maintenance index for each region were calculated based on the status of each special education subject and the disability area by using the statistics and facility data of the Ministry of Education, Special Education Policy Division, and the Ministry of Education of each province. According to the analysis results, large cities tended to rely on special classes and general classes due to the lack of facilities at special schools, and local cities showed uneven results for each disability area and supplemented the system lacking special education support centers. In overall evaluation, special education facilities have not yet been leveled across the country.

In this study, the new teaching-learning method for the students with disabilities is suggested and verified its efficiency. For this purpose, the current teaching-learning method will be examined and compared by attending Hangeul class of the computer training courses in the special schools and regular schools. In addition, for evaluation, the questionnaire survey on the existing teaching-learning method will be conducted for the students with disabilities of the special schools and after applying new teaching-learning method, the questionnaire survey will be conducted again. Through the conducted questionnaire surveys, the impact of the new teaching-learning method on the students with disabilities shall be analyzed.
