Approach for visualizing research trends: three-dimensional visualization of documents and analysis of relative vitalization

  • This paper proposes an approach for visualizing research trends using theme maps and extra information. The proposed algorithm includes the following steps. First, text mining is used to construct a vector space of keywords. Second, correspondence analysis is employed to reduce high-dimensionality and to express relationships between documents and keywords. Third, kernel density estimation is applied in order to generate three-dimensional data that can show the concentration of the set of documents. Fourth, a cartographical concept is adapted for visualizing research trends. Finally, relative vitalization information is provided for more accurate research trend analysis. The algorithm of the proposed approach is tested using papers about Traditional Korean Medicine.

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 전통시장 활성화 방안에 대한 연구로서 2021년 천안시 전통시장·상점가 실태조사 자료 중 총 188개를 연구 분석에 사용하였다. 전통시장의 환경개선 활성화를 위해서는 시대 상황에 맞는 환경적 변화가 일차적으로 요구되고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 전통시장은 낙후된 공간으로 주차환경개선사업과 시설 현대화 사업(화장실, 시설 장비 등)으로 시대적 요구에 맞게 특성화 세분화 과정을 거쳐 공간을 개선함으로써 운영의 편리성을 높이고 방문객의 이용 증진과 자연스러운 인식 개선을 도모할 수 있다. 또한, 차별화된 경영활성화 콘텐츠와 시설 현대화 사업과 유기적으로 조화를 이룰 때 전통시장 활성화 사업의 효율성과 효과성을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전통시장의 활성화를 위해 전통시장 활성화 요인 중 시설의 환경개선 부분에 대해 분석하고 그간의 전통시장에 대한 정부지원정책에 대해 실질적 대안이 될 수 있는 방안을 제안하는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

  • 최근 초고층화, 지하 공간 활용 등 미래 환경이 변화함에 따라 새로운 유형의 재난이 발생하고 있으며, 재난의 대형화, 한미 FTA 체결 등 소방산업 외부환경이 변화하고 있다. 이로 인해 어느 때보다 소방산업의 기술혁신 필요성이 대두 되고 있다. 이와 더불어 우리나라 소방제품은 선진국의 소방산업 제품에 대하여는 기술경쟁에서 어려움을 겪고, 동남아시아, 중국 등의 소방제품에 대하여는 가격경쟁력이 취약한 문제를 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해 국내 소방산업에서는 R&D 활성화를 통한 소방산업 기술자립화를 확립하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 R&D 현황 과 국내소방산업 R&D 현황을 분석하고, 이에 대한 문제점 및 개선점을 고찰하여 R&D 활성화를 통한 국내 소방산업 육성방안을 제시하고자 한다.

국내 거주용 컨테이너 건축물의 구축현황과 활성화 방안 (Building Process of Domestic Residential Container Architecture and Suggestions for Vitalization)

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest ways to vitalize residential container architecture by identifying the building process of domestic residential container architecture and analyzing various problems appeared in the process and status of construction related to planning, design, and construction. Conclusion and suggestions of this study are as follows.; firstly, according to the current situation of domestic residential container architecture, the usage was planned mainly for accommodation. Secondly, For planning background of planning preparation stage, economic benefit for long-term residence individuality and diversity for long short term complex residence were the primary planning backgrounds. Thirdly, for floor planning of planning design stage, space planning for various purposes is necessary as creating inter-space, wide LDK space, and loft by using narrow and long container for the long-term residence. Lastly, For construction stage, ways to reduce personnel expenses are being required by reducing the term of works and simplifying the processing stage by running factory production and field construction in parallel. If reduction method of construction cost through energy saving and mass production system is considered in the future, it would be possible to expand the development to dormitory and community housing for university students who are pressured by housing cost.

  • 역사·문화적 특수성을 지니고 있는 광희문을 중심으로 광희문 주변 지역의 공간 가치를 높이고, 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 도출하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 광희문을 거점으로 SWOT 분석을 통해 주변 공간과 문화적 연계 콘텐츠의 특성 및 장·단점을 분석하여 현재 광희문의 공간적 특수성을 조사·분석하였다. 이를 통해, 장소·물리적 특성 및 공간 자원의 잠재성이 고려된 광희문 및 주변지역의 공간 활성화 방안으로 독특한 테마가 부여된 콘텐츠를 도출하고 발전 가능성을 타진해 보고자 하였다. 이에, 콘텐츠 테마는 광희문의 과거 역사·문화적 의미와 가치를 현대적 시각으로 융합하여 '패션예술'로 설정하고 공간 활성화 기본 방향과 전략적인 접근방법을 제시하였다. 광희문 공간 활성화의 구심점 역할을 할 수 있는 공간으로 청구로16의 콘텐츠 개발, 패션예술문화거리 계획, 도시 재생 방법론을 적용한 패션아트호텔을 제안하였다. 또한, 패션예술 콘텐츠의 성공적인 개발을 위해 정책 의사결정 조직 간의 전략적 컨트롤타워 구성 전략을 수립하였다.

민간 현대무용단의 활성화 전략 연구: 전문가 중요도 및 시급성 평가를 중심으로 (Vitalization Strategy Research of Private Modern Dance Organizations: Centered on The Importance of Experts and Urgency Assessment)

  • 본 연구는 국내 민간 현대무용단의 활성화를 위한 방안으로 전문가들의 의견을 듣고 중요도와 시급성을 측정하였다. 먼저 신산업육성 이론을 적용하여 전문가 그룹 5명에게 개방형 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 실시하였고 중요하게 언급되거나 반복된 내용을 통해 총 24가지의 2차 질문지를 개발하였다. 이를 각 무용단 대표 및 기획자, 대학교수 등 20명에게 배포하였으며 전문가 중요도와 시급성을 측정하였다. 연구결과, 대항목은 중요도와 시급성 모두 자금지원이 1순위로 나타났고, 소항목 중요도, 시급성 비교분석은 인프라구축에서 차이를 나타냈는데, 중요도 1순위는 '무용프로그램의 홍보채널 확대", 시급성 1순위는 "무용단 전용공간 확보"로 나타나 차이를 보였다. 이와 같은 결과를 분석한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 자금지원 측면에서는 "무용단 운영을 위한 세분화된 자금지원" 등 공연 및 교육관련 작품개발 측면에서는 "기획 및 연출 등 전문인력 채용" 인력양성 측면에서는 "복합장르를 소화할 수 있는 안무자 양성" 인프라구축 측면에서는 "무용단 전용공간 마련" 컨설팅 지원 측면에서는 "기획 및 연출 등 전문인력 채용"으로 나타났다.

아파트 담장허물기 유형별 가로공간의 물리적 환경변화 및 이용특성 연구 (A Study on the Physical Environmental Alternations and the Using Characteristics of the Street Place by the Wall Removal Project Types)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the differences between two types of wall removal projects. One was the case that removed one side wall of the apartment in Daegu, another was the instance that eliminated the walls between two apartments in Gimcheon. For this study, the observation method was performed to know the using pattern on the street space, and survey including resident's opinion and satisfaction about result of the project was conducted to gather data. The total number of objects to analysis was 157. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, when the space was secure from danger of cars, people could access easily. And when it had interesting elements, the street space after wall removal was used by residents. Second, the effective method to connect places was to make intermediate space after wall removal project. In this sense, the way can help to improve the level of quality the daily life of residents. Finally, in the apartment-oriented wall removal project, it could supplement the flaw of the detached house-oriented project and effective potentiality for vitalization of community.

관계미학을 중심으로 본 유휴공간의 예술적 재생에 관한 연구 (A study on Artistic Regeneration of Idle Spaces focused on the Relational Aesthetics)

  • As the dark side of society, Idle spaces, which occurred with the paradigm change due to rapid modernization and industralization, has been existing as a severed part in cities. But with the periodic change, interest in the existing place and regional regeneration, and the necessity of reconsidering about the idle spaces values of space, city environment, socio-culture, and economy was proposed. I estimated that the change of relational aesthetics aspect of modern arts resulted in the consideration of recognizing 'place' of art, through the study, it was revealed that the form of modern arts and change of enjoyment were related to space, and the fact that this had a relation with the rise of artistic regeneration of idle spaces. mutually communicative relationship formation and practical form of arts was deducted through the interpretation of relational aesthetics, Idle spaces and artistic regeneration space can be categorized into forms of experiential space, creative space, and cultural space, depending on the formation of relationship between author-art-audience. Through the comprehensive analysis, Artistic regeneration space by relationship formation is Vitalization of various forms of art and participation program eliminates the boundary between creation and enjoyment, and the space itself can be said to contain extensive, integral, and nonterritorialization meaning as a place of experiencing art. In other words, Artistic regeneration space of idle spaces forms a close relationship with the local society, and is placed within the context of daily domain as an open space, straying off from the existing separative and closed artistic space configuration. and artistic changeover of idle spaces is not only the appearance of space that simply fulfills function according to transfiguration of modern art, but signifies that art is coexisting with space as an indivisible relationship, and can be said to be the foothold of new relationship creation as the practical 'place' of art.

도시형 코하우징 관심자의 거주요구 (Dwelling Needs of Residents Interested in Urban Cohousing)

  • The purpose of this study is to gain an in-depth understand of the dwelling needs of residents who are interested in Cohousing. To do this, we interviewed 18 urban residents who wanted a community life; investigated consciousness of neighbor relationships; and analyzed their consciousness of Cohousing residences, preference types, and spatial needs. At first the research has revealed that the neighbor relationships of the participants were not very close and that there was a difference in awareness levels between a 'good neighbor' and 'strange neighbor' with regard to neighbors, though all of the participants required a vitalization of these relationships. Second, Cohousing residence types could be divided into the 'life preferred type' and 'space preferred type', depending on the differences of pursued dwelling interests. These could be further segmented into the 'leisure life preferred type' and 'daily life preferred type', 'public space preferred type' and 'individual space preferred type'. Thirdly, preferences for Cohousing types varied depending on differences in priority with regard to important concepts of the social-physical environment (e.g., community property, effectiveness, naturalness, economic feasibility, and individuality). Finally, we found that the greatest needs were for public gardens and exercise space as aspects of the common spaces. Agreements pertaining to special use were considered as most important during the design process of the common spaces.

디지털-피지컬 구조를 이용한 신체 항상성 유지 공간 연구 (A Study on Usage of Integrated Digital-Physical Structure on Physical Homeostasis Space for Stress Reduction)

  • Stress induces change to the body functions and causes chronic problems such as worsening a disease. Thus, humans want to evade anxiety and would try any means to reduce stressful situations. Generally, a person would handle their stress by either regulating their emotions or merely coping with the situation, for which the former is most widely used. Our research aims to effectively reduce stress by using the emotional response structure developed by Plutichik and the vitalization method. We extracted the relevant components of the stress-reduction method that would be applicable in any space using digital technologies such as sensors, IoT, and augmented reality. An architect or designer may incorporate these structural components into any structure to effectively reduce people's stress. The research aims to provide a new perspective of architectural space and to show applications of the stress-reducing architectural spaces, which should also fulfill the people's needs. Further research is needed to develop an automatic system to utilize spatial components more effectively.
