This paper was tried to show the improvement model for software industry structure in Korea regarding to have the global level of competence in Korean software firms. To suggest the improvement model for software industry structure, the detailed status about software industry which as in the supply and demand perspectives and comparativeness dimension were analysed. Also to this model the special survey results from the 35 professionalists in the software industry were included. This improvement model suggests the big software firms have to consider the economy of the scale, and to enter global IT market, the other SMEs have to pursuit themselves as a specified technology firms. So it is good for the oversea project collaboration with the solution provider firms and IT service firms. And it is desirable to make a the economy of scale regarding as the solution venture startup, M&A, networking the software firms as supply chain. Also the development of new business model for new market and firms with the high-tech business competency will be required.

A cloud computing include a SaaS frameworks be able to use a software as a service. Despite the existing service depending on the difference of the tenant and the use, if the service provider re-establish a service, they are required resources In terms of costs and managerial. So we propose a technique for analysis software structure using the process algebra to reuse existing software. A process algebra analyze the structure of the software, express in business process or different languages and verify that it can be reused. As CCS in a process algebra is useful to convert the business process or XML, by using this, we structure a process and propose meta storage for comparison and management a structured document.

To use commercial software, most software users purchase the software. Some software users, who do not use the software frequently, regard purchasing the software as undue expense. Software rental service can be an effective substitute. To support the software rental service, charging scheme is necessary. Two categories of charging scheme can be considered. One is charging a fixed amount of fee for a fixed period of time and the other is charging a fee based on the actual usage time. In this paper, the software pay-per-use approach based on the amount of time that the software user has used is proposed. The proposed approach gives the capability to calculate the usage time.

In the 2015 revision curriculum, software education must be conducted for 17 hours in elementary school fifth or sixth grade. Pre_service elementary teachers should be able to teach software. In this study, learning factors according to the achievement criteria for software education will be defined for pre-service elementary teachers. Pre-service teachers were taught by learning elements. As a result, the pre_service teachers were able to create teaching and evaluation materials for each learning element. It was also found that the pre-service teachers improved their ability to teach software education in elementary school based on these materials.

Robotic software has been dramatically complicated as performing intelligent service tasks. These types of robots demand a very powerful software framework to make them easy. Robotic software framework means an integrated software environment that simplifies jobs of robotic software engineer by providing tools, reusable components, and runtime environments. Finally it reduces the project cost. There are lots of works related with them. Among them we focus on five frameworks that are MSRDS, ERSP, OROCOS, OpenRTM, and OPRoS. In terms of intelligent service robot, the study on robotic software frameworks is very important. And outlook on them is also very important in the sense of that the robotic software frameworks should be used to initiate service robot market.

The issue of using information system to ensure competitive power in the market is rising. The outsourcing methods that entrust activities of information system of companies to other expert agencies are increasing as the enterprises make a lot of efforts to put their resources to their heart of business in the process of adopting information system. Recently, ASP(Application Service Provider) as a new information technology outsourcing method appears due to the development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for the ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents service provider(service environment) certification as the part of the ASP certification program.

Openstack is widely used as a representative open-source infrastructure of the service (IaaS) platform. The Openstack Identity Service is a centralized approach component based on the token including the Memcached for cache, which is the in-memory key-value store. Token validation requests are concentrated on the centralized server as the number of differently encrypted tokens increases. This paper proposes the practical Byzantine fault tolerance (PBFT) blockchain-based Openstack Identity Service, which can improve the performance efficiency and reduce security vulnerabilities through a PBFT blockchain framework-based decentralized approach. The experiment conducted by using the Apache JMeter demonstrated that latency was improved by more than 33.99% and 72.57% in the PBFT blockchain-based Openstack Identity Service, compared to the Openstack Identity Service, for 500 and 1,000 differently encrypted tokens, respectively.

In this paper, our goal is to examine the factors of service quality and user's satisfaction in Software as a Service(SaaS). Based on the theoretical framework like service quality theory we develop and test a theoretical model, propose hypotheses and analyze the effects of SaaS' flexibility and customizability on the service quality and the satisfaction of SaaS' users. For this research, questionnaire survey was conducted with literature study and the PLS(Partial Least Square) was used to analyze the measurement model and hypotheses testing. The PLS analysis results indicate that SaaS' flexibility affects SaaS' service quality and the users' satisfaction and SaaS users' satisfaction is influenced by SaaS' service quality. Furthermore, SaaS' customizability affects SaaS' service quality, however, does not affect the users' satisfaction. Practical implications of these findings and future research implications are also discussed.

오늘날 네트워크 서비스에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라 네트워크 트래픽 또한 증가하고 있다. 이는 네트워크 서비스 구성을 복잡하게 만들어 최종 사용자에게 전달되는 네트워크 기능의 동적 구성이 요구된다. Service Function Chaining (SFC)은 일련의 Service Function (SF) 세트로 구성된 새로운 네트워크 서비스 배포 모델이다. SFC는 특정 서비스에 따라 플로우를 분류하여 네트워크 운영자의 효율적인 서비스 제공을 보장한다. SFC의 성능은 SFC를 구성하는 SF Instance (SFI)와 상관 관계를 가진다. 이때 다수의 SFC 환경에서 단일의 SFI 사용 시, 트래픽 오버플로우가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 확장 가능한 SFC 프로비저닝을 위한 Monitoring as a Service (MaaS)를 제안한다.
