사회의 발전에 따른 공공도서관의 존재와 그 기능의 중요성이 부각되면서 공공도서관에서 이루어지는 문화프로그램에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공공도서관 문화프로그램의 실태를 파악하고 그 운영을 분석하기 위하여, 첫째 공공도서관 문화프로그램의 이론적 중요성을 살펴보고, 현재 서울시 공공도서관에서 실시되는 문화프로그램을 웹페이지를 통하여 다양한 파도에서 조사 분석하고, 설문조사를 통하여 서울시 소재의 공공도서관 문화프로 그램의 운영실태 조사 분석하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 바람직한 공공도서관 문화프로그램의 방향을 제시함으로써, 공공도서관 문화프로그램과 그 운영에 대한 이해를 증진시키는 그 목적이 있다.

인터넷이 점차 실세상의 한 부분이 됨에 따라서 유용한 디지털도서관을 만드는 것이 우리사회에서 중요한 일이 되었다. 인터넷의 이전 세대에서는 주로 기술에 주안점을 두어 시스템을 개발하였다. 그러나 오늘날 논점은 지능적 디지털도서관을 통하여 유용하게 정보를 찾는 것으로 바뀌어가고 있다. 새로운 기술과 일상의 정보 요구사이에서 긴장은 풀리지 않고 있다는 지적이 계속 이어지고 있는데, 최근의 연구결과는 정보시스템 상에서 기술적 요소와 사회학적 요소 간에 균형이 필요하다는 것을 보여준다. 사회학적 요소에 대한 배려는 디지털도서관 시스템을 설치한 이후 계속 발전시켜나가는데 반드시 필요하다는 것을 보여준다. 본 연구는 새로운 DL 서비스가 요구되는 시대에 비 기술적 요소의 영향에 대한 중요성에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 첫 번째 세대의 DL 개발에 있어서 경험과 문건들이 체계적으로 검토 분석되었다. 분석결과 사회${\cdot}$기술적 접근방법이 새로운 서비스를 위해 절실히 필요하다는 명제를 제시하였다.

In the $21^{st}$ century, woman leaders are able to influence society through improved social status and economic power. From 1980-1990 there was a rapid global social development of feminism and improved media perceptions. The progression of this process is reflected by female characters in feminism films that included a new dress style. The power suit emerged in the U.S.A of the 1980s, as a dress code that showed the workplace uniform of a professional woman and spread to Korea as an influential style. This study defines the different and similar aspects in the development of women's position and the role involved in a structural background through a comparison of the socio-cultural meaning of the power suit expressed in American and Korean feminism films. For analysis, this study chose American films in the 1980s and Korean films in 1990s that fulfilled elements about feminism films. Subsequently in American feminism films, the power suit expressed an equal authority with men, strategic use of femininity according to task type, and a dissipation of symbolic effects like a rich look. In Korean feminism films, the power suit expressed an end of femininity like female transvestite, independent female images with the masculinization of appearance, and a mix of new and traditional styles.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present policy implications by analyzing the residential environment in North Korea under the Kim Jong-un regime. Research design, data, and methodology: Residential environment analysis was reviewed by dividing it into physical, socio-cultural, economic, environmental, and policy aspects. Results: Pyongyang are considerably superior due to it being the residence of the country's leadership and middle class. Secondly, there is a concerning problem with the provision of substandard housing. Construction materials are in short supply, and unreasonable timelines often lead to uninhabitable houses, signaling a need for assistance in housing construction. Thirdly, there is a severe lack of essential residential infrastructure, such as reliable electricity and clean water supply, which significantly impacts the quality of life. Lastly, due to the country's economic hardships, basic housing rights are not guaranteed, leading to deplorable living conditions for many North Koreans. The report suggests that these issues should be addressed through international aid to guarantee the basic human rights of North Koreans. Conclusions: In North Korea, the poor living environment deteriorates the health and quality of life of citizens and adversely affects social and economic development. Therefore, international support and cooperation to improve the living environment of North Koreans is important.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 도시 지역을 중심으로 영어간판의 언어적 특성과 영어간판에 관한 대학생들의 인식을 통해 사회 문화적 양상을 살펴보는 것이다. 연구 방법으로 해당지역의 영어간판 촬영과 학생들로부터의 설문이 포함되었다. 분석 결과, 영어간판의 55.4%는 '영어'로만 표기되어 있고, 주로 주류 음료 및 의류업에 몰려 있었다. 텍스트 구조는 영어로만 표기된 것은 '2-3단어'(43%), 영어+국어 혼용의 경우 '4-5' 단어(25%)로 전체의 약 68%였다. 영어간판의 약 70%는 주류 음료(27%), 음식점(23%), 의류업(21%)에서 사용되고 있었으며, 이러한 간판들이 주변 환경과 조화를 이룬다는 의견은 42%에 불과하였다. 좋은 영어간판의 요건으로는 '시각성(27%)', '업종 표현(23%)', '세련 고급스러움(19%)', '디자인과 창의성(15%)'을 들 수 있으며 이를 충족하는 간판은 신촌 지역에 가장 많았다. 한편, 부정적인 영어간판은 의류업에 가장 많았다. 현재의 영어간판은 전반적으로 매우 미흡함을 보이고 있어 아름답고 조화로운 영어간판 문화 조성을 위한 정책적, 제도적 노력이 요구된다.

본 연구는 수도권에 거주하는 결혼이주여성 및 다문화가정을 대상으로 구조적·자연적, 정치적·경제적, 사회문화적 영역에서의 식품환경 요소들과 가구 식품불안정성 간의 연관성을 탐색하고자 하였다. 설문조사는 2018년 11월부터 2020년 2월까지 서울 및 수도권에 거주하는 중국, 베트남, 일본, 캄보디아, 몽골, 러시아, 대만 출신의 결혼이주여성 249명을 대상으로 실시되었다 (BE2018-34). 식품환경 요소는 구조적·자연적 영역에서 유용성과 접근성, 정치적·경제적 영역에서 가용성과 식품지원 및 영양교육 수혜 경험, 사회문화적 영역에서 영양지식, 조리능력, 양육방식, 가족과의 식사, 사회적 지지, 미디어의 영향력이 포함되었다. 가구 식품 불안정성은 국민건강영양조사의 식품안정성 측정 도구로 측정 및 계산되었다. 응답이 불충분하거나 식품불안정성 점수 산출이 어려운 경우를 제외한 229명을 대상으로 위계적 다중선형 회귀분석을 수행한 결과, 사회문화적 영역의 건강한 식생활에 대한 가족들의 사회적 지지가 가장 먼저 모델에 포함되었으며, 정치적·경제적 영역의 식품지원 서비스 수혜 경험 여부와 구조적·자연적 영역의 지난 1주일간 식품 보유 상황이 순서대로 추가되었다. 결과적으로 식품불안정성은 사회적 지지 및 식품 보유 상황과는 음의 연관성, 식품지원 서비스 수혜경험과는 양의 연관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 총 세 가지의 식품환경 요소가 포함된 최종회귀모델은 가구 식품불안정성에 대하여 약 30%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다 (adjusted R² = 0.298, p < 0.001). 이러한 결과를 통해 보편적으로 가구 식품불안정성의 영향 요인으로 알려져 있는 식품지원 수혜 경험과 같은 경제적 요인이나 식품 보유 상황과 같은 물리적 요인 이외에도 가족들의 건강한 식생활에 대한 사회적 지지가 가구 식품불안정성과 연관될 수 있다는 사실을 확인하였다. 따라서, 본 연구의 결과는 다문화가정의 가구 식품불안정성 개선을 위한 정책적 지원 프로그램이 경제적 측면뿐만 아니라 가족 간 관계나 가족 및 지역사회로부터의 사회적 지지 등 사회문화적 측면까지 포괄적으로 고려하여 기획되어야 함을 시사한다.

Media has become an inseparable companion of $21^{st}$ century culture, exerting immense influence on our daily lives. This article aims to reveal how cultural aspects and media in a particular part of the Silk Road have adapted Western cannons. Iran has redefined and transformed Western culture through the modern Silk Road by the method of cinematic adaptation. Karim-Masihi employs the general plot of Hamlet, the well-known drama by William Shakespeare (1564-1616), in his movie Tardid (Doubt 2009); however, he transforms some of the characters to reflect the current socio-cultural aspects of Iranian society. One of the characters is named Siavash, whose life is similar to Hamlet. In passivity, he awaits his imminent death and other tragic consequences. Yet, the movie ends differently. It is not an Elizabethan tragedy in a strict sense, although the final scenes abound with corpses. This article aims to find the similarities and differences between the two works, while reasoning the significance of the alterations. It concludes with how different cultures react to the same themes.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of landscape for historical areas in Italy and suggest a planning directions and consideration points for historic landscape in residential complex. This study is consisted of four areas as followings: The first part, as a theoretical study, reviews the research method of this study. The second part, the concept of historic cultural landscape and its scope. The third part, focalizes the characteristics of landscape management and concept of the historic area. The last part, as a field planning, analyses the characteristics of urban landscape planning and architecture. The result of analytical reviews is synthesized and used to suggest the major strategies and guidances for the future landscape in terms of physical, socio-cultural, and institutional aspects under consideration of Korean situations.

History of the Sensibility Ergonomics is explained. Concepts, definition, and research methods on the human sensibility are proposed for systematic applications of human sensibility studies to product and environment developments. Sensibility Ergonomics was born in socio-technological environments where consumers required aesthetic and satisfactory products in addition to useful and usable ones, and manufactures were trying to develop consumer-oriented, user-friendly products. Sensibility Ergonomics is defined as "multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary processes for developing products and environment as usable, comfortable and satisfactory with the information on human sensibility." Human sensibility is functionally defined as "feelings generated when perceived sensory and information stimuli are reflected from memory which has been accumulated through personal experiences." Human sensibility is affected by at least three factors: personal, social, and cultural. Consumers evaluate products in three aspects : functional, sensorial, and cultural sensibilities. Human sensibility is personal, dynamic, and ambiguous. It is generated reflectively and intuitively against external stimuli. No Physiological responses are accompanied, and one cannot control his/her sensibility. However, the sensibility affects the decision making or behavior of the person. To understand the human sensibility many inter-disciplinary methods should be used instead of one-variable approach. Micro-scopic studies such as Questionnaire, interview, behavioral analysis, and psychophysiological experiments can be performed. In addition, social and cultural studies are essential to understand an individual's sensibility. Results of sensibility studies can be applied to setup new interactions between human and machine through sensible(or affective) human-machine (computer) interfaces. Human-oriented and user-friendly products can be made with the information on human sensibility.

본 연구는 국내외 도시 지역 영어간판의 언어적 오류를 살펴보고, 이를 비교해 봄으로써 공동체의 언어 사회 문화적 양상을 고찰해 보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 자료 수집으로 국내 5개 도시와 프랑스 파리 지역의 영어 간판을 촬영하였다. 분석 결과, 국내 영어간판의 39.2%가 오류를 포함한 반면 파리 시내 영어간판의 오류 비율은 24.7%였다. 국내에서는 명동 지역이 영어간판은 물론 오류도 가장 많은 반면, 파리에서는 에펠탑을 중심으로 한 7구역에서 영어간판이 가장 많았고, 오류는 마레지역 3, 4구역이 가장 높았다. 업종과 관련, 국내에서는 주류, 음식, 의류 순으로 간판 오류가 많은 반면, 프랑스에서는 의류, 음식, 문화 순으로 오류 비율이 높아 두 나라간 차이를 보였다. 국내와 프랑스 공히 의미, 형태, 통사 요소의 순으로 오류를 보였다. 국내나 프랑스 모두 옥외광고물 언어에 관한 규정이 존재하고 있으나 제대로 지켜지고 않고 있었다. 따라서 영어간판 사용이 필요 불가결한 글로벌 시대에서 조화로운 영어간판 문화의 정착을 위해선 보다 실제적이고 합리적인 정책 수립이 필요하다.
