Purpose: In Korea, market size of social commerce has been increased steadily and highly, but profits of social commerce companies have been decreased because of excessive marketing cost. To overcome this stagnant market environment, new marketing strategy that could attract customers and make customers continue to use social commerce is required instead of cost consuming marketing strategy. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among characteristics of social commerce - that is, economic value and information quality - usefulness, enjoyment, satisfaction and repurchase intention by applying motivation theory to the area of social commerce. Design/Methodology/Approach: Previous researches have been studied by applying Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) Model, although there are many studies related with customer acceptance model in the field of e-commerce. However, there is not so many studies in applying motivation theory. So this study adopts new approach to examine why customers use social commerce based on motivation theory. Thus, this study adopts economic value and information quality as antecedents, and then customers will perceive extrinsic and intrinsic motivation; usefulness is extrinsic and enjoyment is intrinsic, and adopts satisfaction and repurchase intention as a dependent variable. The data of questionnaire were collected from customers who have experience to buy something in social commerce. 228 questionnaires as data unit of individual level were collected using random sampling. Findings: This study proved empirically that the relationship between antecedents and motivation factors has a positive influence, and motivation factors also have a positive influence on repurchase intention through satisfaction. This study provides the managers an insight that social commerce companies should pay more attention to improve customer satisfaction in order to increase higher performance in repurchase intention of social commerce.

The purposes of this study were to investigate female adolescents' attitude toward the social instrumentality of appearance and to examine the effects of the attitude toward the social instrumentality of appearance on female adolescents' body satisfaction and appearance management behaviors. The subjects for this study were 435 female middle school and high school students in Daejeon and Chungnam province. The research method was a survey and the measuring instruments were a self-administrated questionnaire with 4 parts (social instrumentality of appearance, body satisfaction, appearance management behaviors, and subjects' demographics attributions). The data were analyzed by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ${\chi}^2$ test, t-test, using SPSS statistical program. The results were as follows. Three dimensions (the utility of interpersonal relationship, sexual partnership and social achievement) were emerged on social instrumentality of appearance, and female adolescents were divided into 2 groups(unreceptive group and receptive group) by social instrumentality of appearance. Social instrumentality of appearance had significant effects on female adolescents' body satisfaction and appearance management behaviors. The group who had receptive attitude toward the social instrumentality of appearance was showed the lower body satisfaction and more positive attitude to perform appearance management behaviors including clothing and accessories management, fitness, skin and hair care, and plastic surgery than unreceptive group.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the changes between leisure and social activities, life satisfaction, and happiness of the disabled according to the time before and after COVID-19, and to examine the moderating effect of living alone. For the analysis, the data of 3,773 persons from the employment panel for the disabled were used for the analysis, and as a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the decrease in leisure and social activities further reinforced the decrease in life satisfaction, and consequently the decrease in happiness also increased. In addition, it was found that the effect of leisure social activities on life satisfaction increases according to living alone. In other words, the decrease in leisure and social activities of the disabled led to a decrease in life satisfaction and decreased happiness. Through these results, although social distancing is important, support such as online gatherings, participation in cultural and artistic activities, and education is necessary as an intervention in reducing leisure and social activities, which can be an important protective factor in the lives of the disabled. Furthermore, it was suggested that screening for mental health and intervention for persons with disabilities living alone are necessary in case management of persons with disabilities.
Social viewing has become an increasingly common viewing pattern by combining SNS use with video-watching. Accordingly, social viewing has attracted much scholarly attention, but a more comprehensive understanding of the process and effects of social viewing is warranted. For this, this study incorporated social viewing motivations, viewer satisfaction, and the continuous use intention, taking the viewer's communicative behavior into account as a possible moderator. This study conducted an online survey (N=334). Among four motivations, enjoyment, sharing and expression were significant predictors of program and communication satisfaction. Information, however, was only associated with program satisfaction but not with communication satisfaction. The moderating effects of three communication behaviors, production, sharing, and reception, were discussed in the relationship between user motivations and viewing satisfaction and continuous use intention. Production behaviors played a significant moderating role in between enjoyment, information, sharing, and communication satisfaction. Sharing moderatied information, sharing, and program satisfaction, whereas reception was not a significant moderator.
This paper deals with inter-relationship change of women's university students on the process of SW development project using social collaboration tool. Inter-relationship is one of the basic vocational competency in NCS(National Competency Standards) of Korea. We redesigned the curriculum of "Software Engineering" subject for this study and composed the project teams of students to develop software. The details of inter-relationship are satisfaction, communication, faith, friendliness, sensitivity, openness and consideration. From the result of this study, faith, openness and consideration have positive effect but satisfaction, communication, friendliness and sensitivity have no meaningful effect. The surveys were conducted in the beginning of semester and the same surveys were conducted again in the end of semester. The results were verified by paired t-test with SPSS 18.0. It is significant that the using of social collaboration tool for team project has positive effect on inter-relationship change, especially faith of women's university students. This study has some limitations for generalization but has meaning as new trial to enlarge the basic vocational competency of students in major subject, "Software Engineering". We expect new study for inter-relationship change of students to evaluate generality based on the proposed method in this paper.

This paper examines the impact of university social responsibility on brand image and student satisfaction. Social responsibility impact on consumer behavior has been studied extensively. But the same impact has not been rigorously tested to the same extend in the education sector. Firstly, we analyze the perception of university social responsibility (USR) and its components, including (1) the quality of teaching programs, facilities, and academic staff; (2) supporting learning activities; and (3) human resource policies. Secondly, we investigate the relationship between university social responsibility, brand image, and student satisfaction. The study examined these relationships through a proposed economic model based on answers from a survey of 298 students at the University of Food Industry Ho Chi Minh City. From the above survey data, the author proceeds to quantify variables and, based on Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient, EFA factor analysis, and linear regression, to measure the impact of each social responsibility factor on business of the university and student satisfaction. The results show that university social responsibility actually affects the university's brand image and student satisfaction. Our findings suggest that universities should develop an appropriate marketing strategy to reinforce brand image and student satisfaction through the university social responsibility model.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of burnout and to identify the moderating effects of individual factors and organizational factors on the relationship between emotional dissonance and job satisfaction. Methods: This cross-sectional study included 270 dental hygienists working full-time at dental care facilities. The data on the socio-demographic characteristics, emotional dissonance, burnout, job satisfaction, and individual and organizational factors were collected. The individual (self-efficacy and ego resilience) and organizational (social support, organizational support and wage satisfaction) factors were considered as the moderating variable. For statistical analyses, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression were used. Results: Burnout was found to be a significant mediator on the relationship between emotional dissonance and job satisfaction(p<0.001). The variables moderating the relationship between emotional dissonance and burnout were identified as social support, organizational support and wage satisfaction (p<0.05), while the variables moderating the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction were wage satisfaction and ego resilience (p<0.05). Conclusions: To prevent the decrease in job satisfaction due to emotional dissonance, the management of dental care facilities should have a better understanding of burnout in dental hygienists, which requires individual and organizational efforts to be moderated. In addition, as organizational support has been identified as the factor mitigating the negative effects of emotional dissonance, it is highly necessary to adopt the preceptor system, improve communication systems and expand welfare policies of organizations.

The advent of location-based social networks (LBSNs), and the pervasive use of smartphones have allowed individuals to easily inform their status through locational information. This led to a new trend in social media: to upload geotagged photos that illustrate the location of the images and then share them with others. In this circumstance, the current study aims to examine the use of geotags on Instagram. Further, the motivations for using geotags as well as the relationship among the motivation, satisfaction, and location information sharing behavior are analyzed. The online survey was conducted on 411 respondents of Hong Kong who are active Instagram users. Based on uses and gratification theory and goal theory, the users' motivations and goals for utilizing geotags were divided into mainly two categories; task-involved and self-involved goals. Then, four different motivations (contribution, memory aid, showing off, and reputation gaining) were further examined. The result indicated that contribution, memory aid, and reputation gaining were the goals and motivation for the users to utilize geotags on Instagram, having a positive impact on satisfaction. However, a positive relationship between showing off and geotag satisfaction was not supported. Among four different factors, memory aid was found to have the strongest influence on geotagging satisfaction. The result of testing the relationship between geotag satisfaction and further location information sharing behavior also turned out to have a positive relationship. The implications and limitations of findings are also discussed in the study.
