간호사의 직무 배태성, 감성지능, 사회적지지, 이직의도 간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationships among Job Embeddedness, Emotional Intelligence, Social Support and Turnover Intention of Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to elicit basic data for effective human resource management by identifying the relationships among job embeddedness, emotional intelligence, social support, and the turnover intention of Nurses. Methods: Research design was to build a hypothetical causal model between variables and to verify its fitness. The sample for this study was 283 nurses with careers of more than 6 months in one hospital of more than 800 beds located in Seoul. They agreed in writing and this study was approved by the Institutional Review Board. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 program. Results: Differences in general characteristics for the variables were significant for age, marital status, education, work experience, job title, income, and department. Job embeddedness, emotional intelligence and social support were significantly correlated to turnover intention. Job embeddedness to emotional intelligence and social support showed positive effects and a negative effect to turnover intention. Emotional intelligence to turnover intention showed a positive effect, but social support was not significant. Conclusion: Organizations should provide ways to minimize voluntary turnover of a competent workforce and demonstrate their competency. Also it should develop training and management programs to effectively utilize emotional intelligence.

누리과정 사회관계 영역과 예술경험 영역의 교육활동에 대한 교원들의 이해도와 그 보완 (An Analysis of Kindergarten Teacher's Understanding and Its Complementary Plan on Activities of Social Relationships & Art Experience Area in the Nuri-Curriculum)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 유치원 누리과정 사회관계 영역과 예술경험 영역에 대한 교원들의 이해도를 분석하여 유치원 교원들의 전문성 신장을 위한 연수 자료 또는 주요 교육 프로그램 구안의 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 연구에 사용된 도구는 사회관계 활동과 예술경험 활동에 대한 교원들의 이해도 조사 설문 22문항이었다. 연구 참여자는 유치원 현직교원 650명과 예비교원 78명으로 총 728명이였다. 조사 결과 분석에 사용된 프로그램은 SPSS 23이었고, 자료 분석의 유의수준은 .05, .01, .001이었다. 본 연구 결과 자료에 근거하여 제시할 수 있는 결론은 누리과정을 운영하는 과정에서 인구통계학적 변인별로 상대적 보완책을 강화하여 운영 할 필요가 있음을 발견하였다. 즉, 유치원 교원들을 대상으로 하는 교육이나 연수 활동은 유치원의 설립유형별-운영형태별 분석 결과와 교원들의 근무지역별-담당학급 규모별-담당 유아 연령별 분석 결과, 교원들의 경력-연령-소지자격별 분석 결과, 그리고 현장교원과 예비교사의 이해도 분석 결과별로 보완책을 수립하여 운영하여야 한다는 것이다. 따라서 유아교육을 위한 사회관계 활동의 경우는 유아 자신에 대한 관심을 바탕으로 자신이 가능한 일들과 가족들을 위해 할 수 있는 일을 실천하면서 이들을 소중하게 생각하는데 초점이 맞추어져야 하고, 유아교육을 위한 예술경험 활동의 경우는 음악적 요소-움직임 요소-미술적 요소 등을 탐색하여 예술적 표현 활동과 감상 활동이 통합된 경험이 되도록 하는데 초점이 맞추어져야 한다는 것이다.

J 대학교 재학생의 학습역량 실태조사 (A study on the actual state of learning competences in students at a college)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the learning competencies of students at a college from September 1 to November 30, 2017, in an effort to provide some information on how to foster learning competencies in college years, which lay the foundation for work and social lives. 1. The learning competencies of the subjects consisted of academic vision, student identity, cognitive regulation, emotional regulation, learning management and creating learning environments. Out of five points, they scored the highest in academic vision and student identity with 3.34, followed by learning management with 3.20, creating learning environments with 3.18, emotional regulation with 3.16 and cognitive regulation with 3.14. 2. There were statistically significant differences in academic vision according to age, the area of major, the academic credential of their fathers, commuting time, military service experience and career plans. 3. There were statistically significant differences in student identity and cognitive regulation according to gender, age, the area of major, the academic credential of their fathers, commuting time, military service experience and career plans. 4. There were statistically significant differences in emotional regulation according to age, the area of major, the academic credential of their fathers, commuting time, career plans and daily mean study hours. 5. There were statistically significant differences in learning management according to gender, age, the area of major, grade point average, the academic credential of their fathers, career plans and daily mean study hours. 6. There were statistically significant differences in creating learning environments according to gender, age, the area of major, the academic credential of fathers, commuting time, career plans and daily mean study hours. As they were poorest at the cognitive regulation area among the areas of learning competencies, self-directed learning programs that deal with how to study, learning process, how to take notes and arrange them, how to link different pieces of acquired knowledge and how to map out study plans should be developed to give support to students.

일반긴장이론에 근거한 청소년의 자살성 남녀 비교 : 서대문구 중학생을 중심으로 (Gender Differences of Adolescent Suicidality: Focused on the General Strain Theory)

  • 본 연구는 청소년 자살성(suicidality)의 성별차이를 일반긴장이론(general strain theory)에 근거하여 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 서울시 서대문구 3개 중학교 학생 819명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 t-test와 로지스틱 회귀분석(logistic regression)을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 관계적 긴장에 해당하는 아버지의 학대 피해와 학교폭력 피해는 남자 중학생의 경험이 유의미하게 더 많았다. 둘째, 자살성에 영향을 미치는 요인에서 남자 중학생은 지위적 긴장에 해당하는 경제적 상황이, 여자 중학생은 관계적 긴장 요인에 해당하는 아버지의 비신체적 학대 피해가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 비신체적 학교폭력 피해는 남녀 모두의 자살성에 유의미한 영향요인이었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 중학생의 주요 생활환경인 가정과 학교에서의 사회복지적 접근을 통해 남자 중학생의 지위적 특성과 여자 중학생의 관계적 특성에 주목한 개입이 이루어져야 하며 학교사회복지사 및 관련기관의 네트워크가 필요함을 제시하였다.

연령 증가에 따른 정서최적화 특성의 변화: 정서 경험과 사회적 목표 중심으로 (Age difference in affective optimization: emotion experiences and social goals)

  • 본 연구는 연령에 따른 정서경험과 사회적 목표에서의 변화를 통해 노년기 정서적 삶에 있어서 정서최적화 특성을 확인하고, 주관적 안녕감이 어떻게 변화, 유지되는지 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 청년집단 238명(평균 연령 19-23세), 중년집단 495명(48-64세), 노년집단 283명(65-82세)으로 총 1,046명이 본 연구에 참가하였다. 연령 증가에 따른 정서 경험의 차이를 확인해 본 결과, 중년에서 노년에 이르는 시기에 정적 정서 경험은 차이가 없고 부적 정서 경험이 다소 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 노년집단은 다른 연령집단에 비해 정서최적화 유지를 위해 슬픔이나 섭섭함과 같은 각성수준이 비교적 낮은 정서들을 더 빈번하게 경험하며 삶에 있어서 정서관련 목표가 정보관련 혹은 능력관련 목표에 비해 더 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 연령 증가에 따른 주관적 안녕감의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 유의미한 연령차는 확인되지 않았다. 노인들은 우리가 생각하는 것 보다 다양한 정서를 경험하며 정서최적화를 통해 주관적 안녕감을 유지하고 있다는 점을 확인했다. 성별에 따른 정서 경험을 살펴본 결과, 노년 여성 집단이 노년 남성 집단에 비해 부적 정서를 더 많이 경험하며, 특히 배우자가 없는 경우 부적 정서를 더 많이 경험하고 주관적 안녕감이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 노년기 정서 경험과 사회적 목표에 따른 정서 최적화 특성이 노년기 적응과 주관적 안녕감 유지에 대해 갖는 의의에 대해 논의하였다.

새터민의 내일을 향한 삶의 체험 - Parse의 인간되어감 연구방법론 적용 - (Lived Experience of Considering Tomorrow among North Korean Refugees)

  • Purpose: The present study was done to discover the structure of universal actual experiences 'Considering tomorrow' of health and quality of life among North Korean refugees in terms of the socio-cultural context of South Korea. Method: The research question was 'what is the structure of the actual experience of 'Considering tomorrow?', which was examined based on the Parse's human becoming research method. Five North Korean adult refugees were recruited from a National Reconciliation Committee in Seoul/Incheon. The data was gathered from dialogues and collected from February, 2006 to November, 2006. Results: The structures found in this study were: 'hope for future life by taking responsibility and having harmony with South Koreans, by forming an integrated identification; having a chance for positive engagement, by attaining human freedom and hope; feeling respected, by assimilating self to the new world; getting freedom back, by facing a new challenge and preparing self for a new social role; overcoming cultural differences with fortified hardiness for survival, by making a decision for a life course with individual growth. In addition, conceptual integration was that 'Considering tomorrow is transforming the enabling-limiting values'. Conclusion: Health professionals need to know North Korean refugees' psychological difficulties, expectations of treatment, help seeking behavior, and expectations from mainstream culture. Additionally, understanding North Korean refugees' needs for reality, health education and a multi-disciplinary team approach are necessary to improve their health.

바디 디자인 경험기간에 따른 몸의 인식과 의복 스타일에 미치는 영향 -국내 20대 여성을 중심으로- (Perception of the Body and Clothing Style according to the Period of Body Design Experience -Focusing on Women in their 20s-)

  • This study examined body perception, body design behavior and clothing style for women in their 20s according to the period of body design experience. Body perception was analyzed from the two viewpoints of seeing the body as the subject of social suppression and as the means of self-expression. This could lead to understanding how modern women perceive their bodies based on experiences of body design. In-depth Interviews conducted through semi-structured questionnaires among women in their 20s were divided into body design experience less than 24 months and the group of body design experience more than 24 months. The results of this study are as follows. First, both groups did not feel satisfaction in terms of body perception. Women in the less than 24 months group showed their eager for firm body as well as skinny body influenced by social media, while the group with more than 24 months, felt a strong suppression to have a perfect body as a professional due to the expectations of others. Second, the group with less than 24 months conducted body designs to satisfy themselves, while group with more than 24 months focused on the body shape changes through systematic exercise and a strict diet plan that indicated a strong desire to show their perfect body to others. Third, the two groups showed differences in their clothing style.

흡연 시뮬레이션 게임에서 사용자와 동일한 캐릭터의 사용이 실재감, 몰입, 위험인식에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Character Identification on User Experience and Perceived Risk in Smoking Simulation Game)

  • 본 연구는 사용자 본인과 동일한 실사 캐릭터의 사용과 제3의 애니메이션 캐릭터의 사용이 흡연 시뮬레이션 게임에서 공간적 실재감, 사회적 실재감, 몰입, 감정이입, 불안, 인지된 위험과 같은 요인들에 어떠한 차이를 보이는가를 검증하기 위해 플레이테스트 실험 방법론을 수행하였다. 실험연구를 위해 '한림대학교 헬스커뮤니케이션연구소'에서 저자들이 개발한 흡연 시뮬레이션 게임인 'Smoking Sims'을 사용하여 남자 흡연자 60명을 대상으로 실험을 진행하였다. 연구의 결과 공간적 실재감, 사회적 실재감, 몰입, 감정이입과 함께 흡연에 대한 인지된 위험이 사용자 실사 캐릭터로 구성된 시뮬레이션에서 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 흡연예방과 같은 기능적 설득게임에서 사용자 본인과 동일한 캐릭터의 사용이 게임의 사용자경험은 물론 기능적 효과인 흡연위험에 대한 인식효과도 높은 것으로 나타나 기능성게임 디자인에서 캐릭터 동일시의 중요성을 제안하고 있다.

테크니컬 디자이너의 자기효능감이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The impact of the sense of self-efficacy on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of technical designers)

  • This study analyzed the impact of sense of self-efficacy on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among technical designers in order to acquire information needed for human resources management in the field of technical design. The study was implemented through a normative-descriptive survey method using a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 217 technical designers working at vendors and agents located in Seoul. The results revealed that there were significant differences in the sense of self-efficacy levels among technical designers according to age and work experience. Personal self-efficacy had a positive influence on both intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction, but also on affective, continuance, and normative organizational commitment. In addition, personal self-efficacy had a greater influence on extrinsic job satisfaction than social self-efficacy. Both personal and social self-efficacy influenced continuance commitment while there was no relationship between social self-efficacy and affective organizational commitment. However, a clear relationship was found between both social and personal self-efficacy and normative organizational commitment. Nevertheless, social self-efficacy had a greater influence on normative organizational commitment than personal self-efficacy. This fact demonstrates the need to exert more effort to promote the sense of personal self-efficacy of technical designers. These results could be used to provide appropriate proposals for human resources management in the field of technical design.

독일 의약분업제도 운영에 관한 연구 : 한국 의약분업제도에의 함의 (A Study on the German Mandatory Prescription System : Implications for the Korean System)

  • The objectives of this study is to examine the German mandatory prescription system in terms of the applicability and restriction of the pharmaceutical policy in order to obtain some useful implications for solving the problems in Korean prescription system. Recently, in Germany, an issue about the security of the prescription, the price control of the pharmaceuticals and the containment of the increasing prescription expenditure has been intensively discussed. Similar problems are also occurred in Korea. So, the policy measurements of Germany could be used in Korea. But it could not easy to introduce the German policy measurements in Korea because of the social-institutional differences between the two countries, which are following; (1) Korea has a short experience with the mandatory prescription system, (2) the German concept of the management differs from that of the Korea, (3) the subscribers and the patients are excluded from the decision making process, (4) the medical service providers often resist against reform plans. For the stable development of the Korean prescription system the principle of self-government, the collective bargaining concept for cost containment, and social consensus about optimal expenditure of the pharmaceuticals are expected to be needed.
