단위수산업협동조합의 이사회제도에 대한 수용자태도분석 (Analysis of Accepters' Attitudes toward the Board of Directors System of Fisheries Cooperatives)

  • According to the Fisheries Cooperative Law, the Fisheries Cooperative has made a substantial contribution to the development of Korea's fisheries industry amid the nation's rapid economic growth and drastic social changes since its establishment in April 1st 1962, It is, however, generally believed that the cooperative has made a poor performance in improving its business constitution. Therefore, the reform of its board of director system is one of the ways to strengthen the constitution. For the purpose of making the board of director system to operate rationally, this dissertation is divided into five chapters. Chapter I provides an overview of this study, such as research background and objectives. Chapter II focuses on the Fisheries Cooperative's board of director: its function, composition, and election. Chapter III analyzes the responses of the Fisheries cooperatives to questionnaires about the board of director system, and subsequently presents the causes and the meaning of the analysis results. Chapter IV deals with the various ways to improve the Fisheries Cooperative's board of director system, including director and cooperative governance. Finally, Chapter V draws a conclusion of this study. The independent function of the Cooperative's board of director and responsible directorship is one of the most important factors which can prevent the Cooperative from insolvency. Unlike the past, not only it has become difficult to keep the Cooperative's business under the government's support, but also the Cooperative itself is now facing a situation where the support from the government cannot be expected. This ist he reason why the Cooperative should manage itself autonomously, workout its organization, and respond to the current situation with a renovativemanagement and business strategy. Therefore, a rational operation of the board of director is urgently needed.

사회과 수업에서 집단탐구 협동학습 방법이 중학생의 학습태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Cooperative Group Investigation Method in Social Studies Classes on the Middle School Students' Academic Attitude)

  • 본 연구는 사회과 교수 학습에서 여러 협동학습 모형 중 GI 협동학습과 전통적 경쟁학습이 학생들의 학습태도에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석함으로써 특정 교수 학습 방법의 효율성을 탐색 해보려는데 그 목적이 있다. 지방 중소도시에 소재한 중학교 1학년을 대상으로 비교집단과 실험집단을 설정하고 일정 기간에 걸쳐 전통적 경쟁학습과 GI 협동 학습 모형을 투입 적용하였다. 두 그룹으로 나누어 한 그룹에 대해서는 실험수업을 적용한 후 t 검증을 통해서 각 수업모형별 학습태도 변화 여부를 확인하였다. 결론적으로 GI 협동학습은 전통적 경쟁학습보다 학생들의 학습 태도에 있어 긍정적 변화를 유도하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 변화는 GI 협동학습의 학습활동 과정에서 필연적으로 수반되는 학습에 대한 자신감 증진, 사회 교과에 대한 인식 변화, 집단 구성원간의 긍정적 상호작용 및 언어적 교류가 그 중요한 요인으로 작용한 결과로 보인다.

사회적 협동조합의 지속가능성을 위한 제언 (Suggestions for the Sustainability of Social Cooperatives)

  • 최근 사회적 경제에 관한 논의가 활발하게 진전되고 있고, 사회적경제의 한 축인 사회적 협동조합의 설립도 활성화되고 있다. 그러나 경기둔화로 인해 사회적 협동조합 활동이 위축되는 경우가 많아 사회적 협동조합이 지속가능하기 위해서는 어떻게 해야 하는지에 관한 사례연구를 진행하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 사회적 협동조합이 사회변화 적응과 시장의 다양성에 대처하기 위해서는 네트워크를 조직하거나 기존 네트워크에 가입하여 활동하는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 협동조합이 필요에 따라 다른 유형의 사회적 협동조합을 분할 조직 형태로 만드는 것도 필요한 것으로 보여진다. 아울러 사회적 협동조합들은 각 조직이 제공하는 서비스와 상품 품질 향상에 노력을 기울여야 하며, 지역의 문화나 분위기를 변화시키기 위해 지역 주민들의 공감과 참여를 이끌어 내는 것에도 집중해야 한다. 이와 같은 노력을 기울인다면 사회적 협동조합이 지속가능한 경제조직으로 거듭날 수 있으리라 판단된다.

비행교관의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 학생조종사의 학습동기와 학업만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Flight Instructor's Communication Styles on Student Pilot's Learning Motives and Satisfactions)

  • This study was carried out to verify how much instructor's communication skill affects the student pilot's study motivation and satisfaction. The instructor's communication styles are classified into 3 groups by pre-analysis. Three types are cooperative type, control type and professional type. Intellectual cause, performance proficiency cause, social cause and stimulation avoidance cause are extracted and analyzed for the cause of study motivation. Cooperative and control type affected all of 4 factors of student's study motivation by influence analysis. Intellectual cause affected control and cooperative type positively, especially more to cooperative type. Performance proficiency cause also had positive influence to control and cooperative type. Stimulation avoidance cause didn't appear to affect all sub-classified 4 factors of instructor's communication type. Influence analysis of student's study satisfaction from instructor's communication style showed that independent variable affected all sub factors positively. Degree of positive influence affected the control type the most, cooperative type was the 2nd, and professional type was the 3rd.

Design and Implementation of Web-Based Cooperative Learning System Co-Net

  • This study investigated to designand implement web-based collaborative learning system Co-Net and map out students' learning procedure using the system, based upon Student Team Achievement Division (STAD Slavin, 1990, 1996). There are technical process and instructional considerations to be made during the design process. The former are those that concern equipment requirements and specifications and include Ease of Use, Speed of Access, and Flexibility. On the other hand, instructional considerationsare concerned with the delivery and access of instructional materials and their outcomes on learners. They are cooperative interactions within groups and group heterogeneity, learner control, group incentives, individual accountability, equal opportunity for earning high scores and contributing to group effort, task specialization, and competition among groups. A web site for a virtual learning environment designed and built by the authors and known as Co-Net is then explained along with the whole process learners inside the environment. The main page of Co-Net consists of 15 menus to implement cooperative learning process. The cooperative learning activities using 15 menus are composed of six phases (1) preparation of the new knowledge (2) presentation of the new knowledge (3) knowledge assimilation and application (4) team and individual evaluation (5) team and individual recognition Throughout the five phases, the appropriate use of cooperative learning techniques has been shown to have both academic and social benefits to learners.

협동학습 교수.학습과정안 개발 및 협동학습이 자아존중감에 미치는 효과 - 가정과 중2 식생활 단원을 중심으로 - (Development of Cooperative Learning Lesson Plan and the Effect of Cooperative Learning on Students` Self-esteem - Focused on the Food and Nutrition Section of Middle School Home Economics -)

  • The purpose of this study were to develop cooperative learning lesson plan for middle school home economics class and to identify the effect of cooperative learning on students\` self-esteem. The content of lesson was chosen from the food and nutrition section of home economics textbooks for middle school. The main structure of the lesson plan stems from $\boxDr$Lesson Plan Guide of Structuring Cooperative Learning Lesson Plan for Teachers$\boxUl$ by D. Johnson. R Johnson and E. Holubec. Various kinds of references including media reading materials cooperative group activity reports and cooperative group activity checking lists were newly developed according to the content of lesson. Eight hour lesson plans were developed and applied to 2nd grade middle school students and pre-test and post-test were taken to test the effect of Johnson\`s cooperative learning method on students\` self-esteem. Students at a Middle School located in Seoul were divided into two grouts, the three classes as experimental group and the other three classes as control group. The data were analyzed by ANCOVA using SPSS/WIN program. As a result, the hypothesis that the degree of self-esteem of the experimental group is higher than that of control group was adopted (P.(001). Among the sub-factors of self -esteem. the global self-esteem and the social-peer self-esteem scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(p.(001 each). but the school-academic self-esteem score was not different (p> .05) According to the post-experiment free-style report. student as a dynamic subject could get initiatives and interests in home economics class more effectively by cooperative learning. Therefore, it could be said that cooperative learning has positive effect on the promotion of students\` self-esteem and is considered to be a good teaching method of home economics subject.

협동기술 훈련이 초등학생의 과학 학습에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Cooperative Skill Training on Elementary School Students생 Learning in Science)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cooperative skill training on elementary school students' science achievement and self-esteem. Three different groups were used in this study. For the two treatment groups, cooperative loaming strategies were used and the one control group, traditional instruction was used. One of the treatment group was trained cooperative skills before the instruction. A total of 120 children sampled from 5th graders of a elementary school. All groups were taught about the change of the weather and structure of the plants. After the instruction a researcher made science achievement test and questionnaire of self-esteem were administered. The data analysis consisted of a 3(instructional strategies)×3(learning ability level) ANCOVA on the score of the achievement and self-esteem. The ANCOVA results revealed that there were significant main effect in the scores of achievement and also significant interaction effect between the instructional strategies and learning ability. The performance of high-level students in two treatment groups was higher than that of students in the control group, but the performance of high-level students with cooperative skill training was not higher than that of students without cooperative skill training. However, the performance of medium and low-level students with cooperative skill training was higher than that of students without cooperative skill training. The significant main effect was also found in the self-esteem but there were no significant interactions between the instructional strategies and learning ability. The academic self and social self of students with cooperative skill training was higher than that of students without cooperative skill training.

  • Home economics lesson plan model was developed based on cooperative learning stategy focusing on human development and family relations area. The cooperative learning is an instructional strategy that meets the challenge of helping students master home economics content objectives by acquiring and practicing the social skills that are essential in life for satisfactory relationships with peers, families, coworkers, and others in society. Through cooperative learning, students can satisfy their needs for friendship, power, belongs, and fun. Practical problems were selected in human development and family relations area for middle school students assuming that home economics is critical science.   • 본고는 학교도서관에서 사서교사가 실시하는 협동수업의 효과적인 수행을 위한 연구에 초점이 있다. 협동수업은 학교도서관을 활용하여 일반 교과 (국어, 영어. 사회, 과학, 국사 등)의 수업을 교과 교사와 사서교사가 협동으로 실시하는 수업이다. 본고는 학교 교육의 중심축인 교육 과정과 교과 수업을 위한 기반 이론인 교수설계 이론 등을 바탕으로 한 협동수업의 모형 개발과 실천 방법을 이론-모형-지원에 의한 3단계로 제시한다.

  • 국내에는 약 200만명을 상회하는 다양한 유형의 장애인이 있다. 그들은 비장애인과 마찬가지로 평생학습, 사회활동, 여가향유, 사회참여를 목적으로 도서관 지식정보에 대한 접근을 필요로 한다. 이에 주목한 본 연구는 장애인을 위한 도서관서비스 협력망의 구축 및 운영방안을 제안하였다. 그리고 도서관의 장애인서비스 협력망을 가동하기 위한 후속조치도 언급하였다.
