  • This study deals with the credibility of citizens when investing in uncertain project companies, as well as the Social Performance Compensation Project (SIB) and the IT sharing economy. This allows the convergence of the three sectors to address investment inequalities in economic effectiveness and social security. Activates the model of the overall Social Impact Bond (SIB) process that successfully activates the exchange of information. The empirical presentation of the operations and techniques for social IT service finance examines how the innovation ecosystem can be created with social performance and reward projects. The analysis shows that small sharing institutions or citizens can participate directly to create the ability to connect with private investors, identify the possibility of recognizing non-shared barriers to participation, and show the great impact of citizen trust in IT sharing projects in uncertain areas. As a result, for the sake of social sharing and IT cooperation promoted by the City of Seoul, before the project has the ability to design directly, it will be responsible for reliability and safety in the planning of the project. Therefore, non-shared citizens can also participate in the platform that has been effectively constructed and created.

  • This study identifies factors of perceived risk of up-cycling fashion products and investigates perceived risk factors that influence consumers' trust, purchase intention, and recommendation intention towards upcycling fashion products. We also examine the relationship of trust, purchase intention, and recommendation intention for upcycling fashion products. A qualitative research method using a free narrative form and depth interview were used. The perceived risk from up-cycling fashion products generated 5 factor solutions: aesthetic risk, sanitary risk, social risk, performance risk, and economic risk. Next, 201 effective data were collected from a questionnaire survey and analyzed with SPSS 22.0. The results are summarized as follows. First, aesthetic risk and performance risk had a negative effect on products. Second, aesthetic risk and performance risk had negative influence on purchase intention for upcycling fashion products. Third, performance risk had a negative impact on recommendation intention for upcycling fashion products. Fourth, trust had positive effect on purchase intention and recommendation intention for upcycling fashion products. • Due to the large volume and generally as a public building, the damage of large-span space structures under various non-conventional loads will cause greater economic losses, casualties, and social impacts, etc. Therefore, it is particularly important to evaluate the seismic performance of large-span space structures. This paper taked a multipurpose sports center as an example and considered its synergistic deformation based on the method of equivalent damping ratio. Furthermore, The ABAQUS software was used to analyze the time-history and energy response of the multipurpose sports center under the action of rare earthquakes, and proposed a quantitative damage index to assess the overall damage of the structure. Finally, the research results indicated that the maximum inter-story drift ratio of the multipurpose sports center under the action of rare earthquakes was less than its limit value. The frame beams presented different degrees of damage, but the key members were basically in an elastic state. The bearing capacity did not reach the limit value, which satisfied the intended seismic performance target. This study taked an actual case as an example and proposed a relevant damage evaluation system, which provided some reference for the analysis of the seismic performance of large-span space structures.

  • The problems and needs of families in Hong Kong are becoming more complex. Traditional family structures and functions are rapidly eroding. Moreover, family problems are further exacerbated by a growing number of socio-economic issues including rising divorce rates and extra-marital affairs. continuous family reunion migration from Mainland China, emotional and financial cost of caring for the older people and the changing economy which has pushed more families into hardship. In effect, more and more families are becoming vulnerable to risk. Traditional family services in Hong Kong are varied in mode, operation and provision, often overlapping in service boundaries with other family-oriented programs. In many instances, family service centers are stretched far beyond their capacity. As a consequence, they become too reactive, remedial and casework dominated. The University of Hong Kong Consultant Team recommended that family service programs have to protect vulnerable families and strengthen family capacities to promote maximum independence. The direction of family services is summarized as: strengthening families; child-centered, family-focused and community-based. New integrative family service centers aim at attaining the principles of promoting accessibility to users with minimum physical, psychological and administrative barriers; early identification of needs and intervention before the further deterioration of problems; integration of services cutting across program boundaries, and partnership between service providers to achieve efficient and effective use of scarce resources. Under the new model, multi-skilled teams can respond more proactively to a wide range of social needs, rather than addressing needs in isolation. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the new model, the consultant team has been commissioned by the government to evaluate the performance of these two-year pilot projects. More importantly, a coherent and family-friendly social policy should be formulated to strengthen family capacity against family-related problems.

  • This study had comparatively analyzed the influence factors of the farm village business on the local farmhouses centered on the level of importance and the level of performance. For this, a questionnaire survey had been conducted with 350 local residents who had participated in the Rural Field Forum of 14 villages, including Gyeongsangnam-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongbuk-do, Jeollabuk-do, etc. Excluding the insincere survey questionnaires, the final 232 people had been analyzed. As a result of the analysis of this study, the factors that have the influences on the diverse, rural areas had been compressed into the three factors of the lodging and the program, the special, rural area products, and the transportation and the accessibility. In the level of importance-level of performance analysis, it had been analyzed that the special, rural area products must maintain the continuity, that the transportation accessibility must avoid the excessive endeavor, and that the lodging program had a low priority order. Therefore, it can be said that it is necessary to concentrate the capability of the rural village business in the direction of developing the local specialties in the future. Next, after dividing the level of performance and the level of importance into the two groups each, the multiple group path analysis had been carried out. As a result, in the result of the analysis of the path that has an influence on the economic factor, the path coefficient of the level of importance of the transportation accessibility -> profit increase was 0.195+0.064 and the path coefficient of the level of performance of the transportation accessibility -> profit increase was 0.251+0.074. Therefore, both of them had the statistically significant amounts of the influences. This suggests that the transportation accessibility is an important element of the profit increase of the region. As a result, in the future, the research on the urban and rural exchanges using the even more convenient and inexpensive transportation means is needed. Most of them need the voluntary effort of the residents for being able to creatively develop and sell the native, agricultural, specialty products that are petty. Also, the rural areas need the diversities of the lodging programs and the recreational programs, a convenient reservation system, and the development of a unique tourism experience program. In the future, the researches that had been advanced in the even more detailed domain that is related to these factors are highly expected. Also, the analyses that had been carried out with even more areas and subjects as the targets are needed.
