  • The condition of mining companies that exploit natural resources in their business processes underline this research to emphasize on social and environmental issues. After twelve years of government regulation on CSR practices, this study investigates the factors that influence mining companies in disclosing information about corporate social responsibility based on legitimacy, stakeholders, and agency theory. Thus, independent variables are foreign ownership, company size, leverage, and the board of commissioners. The dependent variable is the corporate social reporting disclosure that is measured using GRI indexing. For sampling, we have used thirty-four Indonesian mining companies listed in IDX during the 2014-2018. out of which only fifty-two companies meet the sample criteria. All data should pass the classical assumption test to get the best estimator. Multiple linear regression is used to test the hypothesis, and the results show that the model is good, and can explain 60% of the dependent variable. Based on F-test, all four variables affect CSR practices simultaneously. The findings of this study suggest that foreign ownership and firm size influences CSR disclosure in a positive direction. However, this study did not support the hypothesis that leverage negatively affects CSR disclosure and board size measures positively affect CSR disclosure.

Multiple regression analysis was also performed to identify the factors affecting the respondents'quality of life. Results: "Friend support" and "quality of life" (r=-636, p<0.001), had a negative correlation, "confidence" and "quality of life" (r=0.827, p<0.001), "self-regulating efficacy" and "quality of life" (r=0.736, p<0.001), and "preference for task difficulty" and "quality of life" (r=0.295, p<0.001)-had positive correlations. Friend support (𝛽=-0.164, p<0.001), confidence (𝛽=0.592, p<0.001), and self-regulation efficacy (𝛽=0.160, p<0.001) were found to affect quality of life. The independent variables showed the following degrees of influence, in order: confidence, friend support, and self-regulation efficacy. Their explanatory power was 73.3% (F=146.844, p<0.001). • Although previous studies on social commerce have provided much insight, more studies in the perspective of social network are needed because social commerce happens within online communities or virtual groups, where buyers connect and interact with each other by sharing information. So, the purpose of this study is to investigate how transactive memory as network characteristic can affect social commerce behavior through social support and relationship quality. We verified the relational effect among social support, relationship quality, and social commerce intention in the Korean market context. Moreover, we found transactive memory capability also played an essential role in the field of social commerce. Specifically, we found consumer's transactive memory capability plays a significant moderating role in the relation between social support and relationship quality.

  • Consumers can share their diverse opinions about products due to the increased popularity of smartphones and the internet that enables increased access to the websites and encourages the use of 'SNS' (Social Network Services). Social commerce has expanded rapidly as a mainstream online shopping channel over the past year, compelling consumers to spend more money vis-$\grave{a}$-vis social commerce websites. This allows individuals to see different lists of prices for specific products; however, it is also likely to lead to serious compulsive buying. Despite these changing trends, earlier studies have been limited to factors that affect impulse purchases vis-$\grave{a}$-vis Internet shopping malls; therefore, in is salient to conduct research on consumer spending habits related to social commerce websites. This study describes the characteristics of consumers and utilizes social commerce websites as parameters for the impact of impulsive shopping based on a survey of 300 women in their 20's who have experienced impulse buying vis-$\grave{a}$-vis social commerce websites. This study shows that: First, discounts, product scarcity and social commerce site's reputation affect impulse buying when consumers buy products from the social commerce websites. Second, variables on the characteristics of the personal experiences, interests, and self-control also stimulate impulsive purchases.

  • Among Korea's content industries, the game industry is growing in size to the extent that it can be said to be a representative export-benefiting industry. Accordingly, many users are immersed in the game, and furthermore, they are addicted. This study aims to derive factors for social game users to continue to use by identifying the factors of domestic social network game users' attachment to social network games and empirically studying the causal relationship between these factors and the intention to continue to use them through immersion and addiction. To this end, a research model was presented that applies the main variables of the attachment theory of social network game users to games. The research model of this study surveyed general college students at S University in Seoul who tended to use social network games. As a result of the study, first, it was found that perceived stability had a significant effect on immersion and addiction. Second, it was found that perceived avoidance had a significant effect on immersion and did not have a significant effect on addiction. Third, perceived anxiety was found to have a significant effect on immersion, and it was found that it did not significantly affect addiction. Fourth, it was found that immersion did not significantly affect addiction, and it was found that it had a significant effect on continuous use intention. Fifth, addiction was found to have a significant effect on the intention to continue use. Through this, social network game users' attachment to games can provide useful implications for social network game companies to become attached to existing consumers, spreading social network game users, and improving the possibility of continuous use.

I used 2018 Seoul Survey and employed Structural Equation Model multi-group analysis. According to the empirical analysis, in male groups, the satisfaction and safety recognition on the pedestrian environment affect social capital. Also, satisfaction and social capital affect subjective health status. On the other hand, in female group, perception of pedestrian environment affect social capital. In addition, satisfaction, safety recognition and social capital affect subjective health status. Therefore, interdisciplinary study in the field of health and urban policy and discriminatory policy for strategic urban policy for citizen's health is necessary.

  • Objectives: The current study aims to develop Korean Social Affective Visual Stimuli (K-SAVS) to arouse social affect. Methods: K-SAVS is composed of pictures of social situations among East Asians. Each picture contains a negative, positive, or neutral affect. Positive and negative stimuli were presented to one group of subjects. Negative and neutral stimuli were presented to another group of subjects. All subjects were required to fill out Affective Valence and Arousal Manikin. Results: In the initial test, 18 positive affective stimuli pictures (1 set) and 36 negative affective stimuli pictures (2 sets) were chosen from 95 stimuli pictures. Positive affective stimuli pictures showed higher valence (p < 0.001) and lower arousal (p < 0.001) than negative affective stimuli pictures. In the confirmatory test, 18 neutral stimuli pictures (1 set) were additionally selected out of the total of 79 pictures of neutral stimuli pictures and the pictures used in the former experiment. Neutral stimuli pictures showed higher valence (p < 0.001) and lower arousal (p < 0.001) than negative affective stimuli pictures. Conclusion: K-SAVS can be a valid and useful tool for inducing specific social affects of Koreans.
