The Effects of Multicultural Adolescent's Bicultural Acceptance Attitude on Academic Adaptation : The Longitudinal Mediating Effects of Self-Esteem

  • 본 연구에서는 다문화청소년의 학업적응 변화양상을 확인하고 이중문화수용태도, 자아존중감이 학업적응 변화에 미치는 영향의 종단변화를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 다문화청소년 패널 조사 자료를 분석에 사용하였으며 분석결과, 이중문화수용태도, 학업적응, 자아존중감은 각각의 선형변화모형을 통해 3년간 감소하는 양상을 나타냈다. 다변량잠재성장모형을 통한 이중문화수용태도와 학업적응 간 자아존중감의 종단적 매개효과를 분석해 본 결과, 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용태도와 학교생활적응 간의 관계에서 자아존중감이 매개변수로서 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 다문화청소년의 학교생활적응도를 높이기 위해 이중문화수용태도와 자아존중감을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

The Influence of Dental Hygiene Student's Communication Ability and Conflict Management Types on Adaptation to College Life

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dental hygiene students' communication ability and conflict management types on adaptation to college life improve adaptation to college life and to suggest strategies to play a role as a professional dental hygienist in clinical practice. Methods: The subjects of this study were selected by random sample extraction of dental hygiene students from two colleges in Gyeonggi and one Chungcheong area. The survey was conducted online for dental hygiene students from July 20 to October 31, 2020. In order to comply with research ethics, this study was investigated with the consent of the subjects. The sample was analyzed for the final 351. Results: Dental hygiene students' communication ability was 3.74 points, conflict management types was 3.01 points, and adaptation to college life was 3.30 points. In the type of conflict management according to the general characteristics, the problem-solving method, the avoidance method, the compromise method, and the concession method showed statistically significant differences in major satisfaction. Among the types of conflict management, the highest positive correlation (r=0.613) was shown in the relationship between the problem-solving method and the compromise method. Factors influencing the adaptation to college life were concentration, forced method, self-disclosure, conversational coherence, and social relaxation. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it derives sub-areas of communication ability and conflict management types that influence adaptation to college life. In the future, there is a need to improve the quality of dental hygienists by continuously conducting research on the types of conflict management targeting dental hygienists, and responding more proactively and actively to conflict situations in the clinical field.

공적연금 수급 여부에 따른 노년기 세대관계 잠재 유형 분류 및 영향 요인 분석 (An Analysis on Identifying Typology of Intergenerational Relationship and Affecting Factors among the Old Retirees According to the Eligibility of Public Pension)

  • The purpose of this work is to explore different types of intergenerational relationships in the later lives of old retirees. This will be done according to the eligibility of public pension and the old age social security system so that the factors affecting intergenerational relationships can be analyzed, and to propose a plan to improve social adaptation in later life. The data used in this work are the Fourth basic survey data of the 2011 Korea Retirement and Income Study. The study subjects of this work were 2,435 retirees over age 65 who had children. In this study, latent class analysis and logistic regression analysis were conducted to classify types of intergenerational relationships and to analyze the influence of relevant factors. As a result of the analysis, some of those in the group were eligible for public pension, and the ones who were not were classified into three types: the closely-living-together type, the separate-living-contact type, and the estrangement type. In the group not eligible for public pension, it was found that age, spouse, number of children, economic factors, and level of health satisfaction gave significant power to intergenerational relationships. In the group eligible for public pension, it was found that age, income and net assets, ADL(Activities of Daily Living), whether there was an IADL(Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) spouse, and number of children affected types of intergenerational relationships; Socio-demographic factors, economic factors, and healthy factors became significant variables according to the classified types of intergenerational relationship. Based on the study results, this work suggested such necessities to lay the foundation for an elderly welfare system for social adaptation in later life, This includes the offering of programs for retirement preparation, the use of family and local society resources, and expansion of the opportunity to participate in social activities.

결혼이주여성의 한국사회적응 스트레스 발생요인에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study of the Social Adjustment stressed of Immigrant Women)

  • 본 연구는 결혼이주여성을 중심으로 한국사회 문화적응 스트레스 발생요인에 대해 분석한 것으로 저출산 고령화현상으로 인한 한국의 다문화사회에 이들의 적응상의 문제는 중요한 사회적 문제될 수가 있다. 본 연구에서는 결혼이주여성을 중심으로 가족과 지역사회를 중심으로 문화적응상의 요인을 찾고자 시도한 연구이다. 연구 결과 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 취업 기회 확대를 위한 제도적 개선이 시급하고 결혼이주여성의 가구소득수준과 취업여부에 따라 문화적응 스트레스가 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 이는 가구소득수준과 취업이 문화적응 스트레스에 중요한 요소임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성 가족지원 서비스 프로그램을 마련해줌으로써 남편과의 의사소통과 가족의 자국문화 이해 및 수용정도가 문화적응 스트레스에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체계적인 사회복지 서비스 전달을 통한 정착 지원이 필요하며 또한 실질적인 서비스 내용의 질적 수준 향상, 접근성 강화 및 매스미디어 활용, 전담인력 확충, 사후관리 등의 지원이 선행되어야 한다. 넷째, 문화적 차이 극복을 위한 의식전환 기회 제공으로 다문화인에 대한 일반인의 인식개선이 시급하다. 따라서 결혼이주여성이 자국문화와 한국문화 사이에서 문화적으로 배려 받을 수 있으면서, 사회적 관계를 유지해 갈 수 있도록 하는 지원방안이 절실히 필요하다.

장애학생 통합교육 사회과 교수·학습자료의 보편적 학습설계 적용 분석 (Analysis of Social Studies Textbooks Application for Universal Design for Learning for Students with Disabilities)

  • 이 연구에서는 장애학생을 위한 통합교육 사회과 교수·학습자료가 보편적 학습설계 측면에서 어떻게 구현되었는지 살펴보았다. 분석을 위해 2015 개정 교육과정 초등학교 사회과 3~6학년까지 일반 교과서 내용을 장애학생을 위해 교수적합화(adaptation)한 「장애학생 통합교육 교수·학습자료: 사회과」교재를 선정하였다. 사회과 3~6학년 교재의 세부영역은 일반사회, 지리, 역사이며 총 20개 단원을 분석하였다. 내용분석기준은 CAST(2018)에서 제시된 UDL 3개 원리에 따른 9개 항목을 기준으로 하였다. 연구결과 사회과 교수·학습자료는 다양한 행동과 표현수단의 제공 원리가 가장 많이 적용되었으며, 다양한 표상수단의 제공 원리와 다양한 참여수단의 제공 원리 순으로 적용된 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 입각하여 이 사회과 자료는 통합교육 환경에서 특수교사나 교과서를 개발하는 교사들이 장애학생을 위한 교육과정과 수업을 설계하는 가르치는 자원으로 활용할 수 있음을 시사하였다.

정부통합전산센터의 Web2.0 적용 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Adaptation Strategies Based on Web2.0 for NCIA)

  • Progressing of Web2.0 and social digitalization are lead to changing citizens participation and citizen centric service of civic service. To meet this trends that is online collaboration and sharing, citizen's service that provides our government, also need to changing web2.0 style. This paper argues that government could now grasp the opportunities that are emerging in terms of web2.0 Current policy and action is not yet adequate to grasp these opportunities. So this study focused on strategies of civil services based on web2.0 using NCIA(National Computerization Integrated Agency) cases. For the purpose, we analyze former researches related with civil service. And then, we propose web2.0 adaptation strategies for NCIA.

혈액종양이 있는 청소년의 사회심리적 적응:이탈되어진 삶에서 자아통합 해나가기 (Psychosocial Adjustment of Adolescents with Hematologic : Self-integration from Deviated Life)

  • Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to observe the adaptation experience process of adolescents with hematologic malignancies. Methods: The Grounded Theory Method, developed by Strauss & Corbin (1998), was used in this study. The data were collected through in-depth. interviews with 10 adolescents with cancer. Data collection and analysis occurred concurrently. Theoretical sampling technique was used until the data reached saturation. Results: "A deviated life" was verified as the central phenomenon for adolescents with cancer. The adaptation experience process was divided into 3 steps: "Self-confusion", "Reinterpretation", and "Regeneration of self". Through these 3 steps, the adolescents with hematologic malignancies fitted a new life by self-integration. Conclusion: The results of this study provide a frame for individualized nursing intervention strategies in helping with the psychosocial adaptation of adolescents with hematologic malignancies.

만성조현병 환자 가족의 극복력 증진 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (Effects of the Family Resilience Enhancement Program for Families of Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the Family Resilience Enhancement Program (FREP) on family hardiness, family sense of coherence, family problem solving communication, family crisis oriented personal evaluation, and adaptation in families of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods: The study design was a nonequivalent control group prepost test design. Study participants were 17 families in the experimental group and 17 in the control group. Ten sessions of FREP were provided over 5 weeks. The data were analyzed using SPSS 15.0. Results: There were statistically significant differences in family hardiness, family sense of coherence, family problem-solving communication, family crisis-oriented personal evaluation, social resources, and family adaptation between the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion: FREP based on the family resilience model developed in this study, shows the effect of leading the families to positive family adaptation.

주거환경 스트레스가 주거관리행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Residential Stressor on The housing Management.)

  • The resulting rapid urbanization in Korea in several decades caused the problem of housing shortage and the various residential stressors. In spite of the seriousness of the problem. there have been very few studies that analyses systematically the effects of residential stressors on the housing adjustment attitudes and housing management behavior. The purpose of this study is to analyse such effects by identifying, on the basis of a comprehensive theoretical model. For this purpose, 822 housewives were sampled form the household in Seoul and Chonju-City. The main results obtained are as follows. 1) Higher tendency to housing adaptation tan housing adjustment attitudes. The lower level of stress is observed in housing adjustment than housing adaptation. 2) The higher level of housing management behavior is observed in the loser level of residential stress, the smaller level of living space, the higher level of family adaptation ability and social support.

Analysis of the Effects of Satisfaction with Job Participation on Psychological Adaptation of the Elderly

  • This study tried to find various alternatives to live the rest of life positively by examining whether satisfaction with work in old age has a positive effect on psychological adjustment in old age. Using the 15th (2020) data of the Korea Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS), 117 men and 355 women were analyzed as a sample to verify the effect of job participation satisfaction among the elderly on psychological adjustment. The results of the regression analysis in this paper (F=11.680, p<.001) were analyzed to be significant. The results showed gender (β=-.192, p<.001), age (β=2.004, p<.001), and job participation satisfaction (β=-3.726, p<.001). Therefore, it was found to have an effect on psychological adaptation. In terms of gender, it was found that men had higher psychological adaptability than women, and that the lower the age, the higher the psychological adaptability. As a result, it was confirmed that the elderly's job participation is a simple economic part of the elderly, and the psychologically positive influence increased. The higher the job participation satisfaction, the higher the psychological adaptability.
