소비자 스마트니스와 지각된 패션기업 지적자본이 가상세계에서의 가치공동창출행동 의도에 미치는 영향 (The impact of consumer smartness and the perceived intellectual capital of fashion firm on value co-creation behavior intention in virtual worlds)

  • With the digitalization of production and consumption environments, consumers are no longer merely targets of marketing, but key players in creating value jointly with companies by participating in various decision-making processes. Much virtual content in particular, such as fashion shows, exhibitions, games, social activities, and shopping, which fashion brands implement in virtual worlds, cannot be completed without consumers' active engagement and interaction. Thus, this study considers consumers' participation in virtual content provided by fashion brands as value co-creation in virtual worlds. This study aims to examine how consumer (i.e., consumer smartness) and fashion firm (i.e., perceived intellectual capital) factors influence value co-creation behavior intention in virtual worlds. Data were collected from 410 consumers in their 20s nationwide through an online survey, and a higher-order structural equation modeling analysis was conducted to test the research model. The results showed that both consumer smartness and perceived intellectual capital positively influenced customer participation behavior and citizenship behavior intentions. Specifically, perceived intellectual capital had a greater impact on value co-creation behavior in the virtual world than consumer smartness. The findings provide empirical evidence that the fashion firms' intangible assets and consumers' competence in the digital shopping environment encourage their intentions to co-create value in virtual worlds.

사회적 지지모임이 발달지연아 어머니의 부담과 안녕에 미치는 영향 (Effects of a Social Support Group on Burden and Well-being of Mothers of Developmentally Delayed Children)

  • This study examined the effects of group social support on the reduction of burden and increase in well-being of mothers of developmentally delayed children. The research used a one group pre-pose experimental design. The independent variable in the experiment was group social support. Two series of 4-weekly meetings for group social support were conducted by the researcher with the intention of developing a self-help group. The dependent variables were burden and well-being. Well-being was operationalized as physical symptoms and quality of life. Thirty mothers of developmentally delayed infants from the rehabilitation center of a medical center participated in the study. Data were collected by interviews and a self-administered questionnaire. The mean age of the subjects was 29.9 years. Changes of the dependent variables between pre and post tests were compared using the t-test. Even though there was a slight improvement in the scores for the dependent variables, they were not statistically significant. The items, "I resent my baby". "I feel angry about my interactions with my baby", "I feel guilty in my relationship with my baby" showed a significant decrease in burden score and were statistically significant. Symptoms of loneliness, constipation, anxiety, restlessness were less and feeling of happiness was greater after participation in the group social support, than on the pretest. The mothers showed emotional instability and frustrations during the group sessions but their reactions in general were positive. Emotional support, stress management and information provided were identified as the most valuable content of the sessions. However, participation was not active due to the mother's denial, delayed acceptance and /or avoidance of their infants' problems. It can be seen that group social support for the mothers with developmentally delayed children should be provided after infancy when the mothers have time to accept their children's conditions and are ready to receive support. The use of comprehensive instruments which measure burden in both families and mothers needs to be developed for future research.

Determinants of Intention of Electronic Waste Recycling: Application of Theory of Planned Behavior

  • This study aims to analyze the factors that influence people's behavioral intentions to recycle waste and focus on people's perceptions of informal waste recycling. The low level of participation in the e-waste recycling process makes research on the factors that encourage household interactions in sorting waste or recycling waste a priority. The purpose of this study is to build a comprehensive model and examine the relationship between perceptions of informal recycling, implementation e-waste management, behavioral intention, convenience of recycling and perceived behavioral control. The framework is the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The implementation variable e-waste management is used to mediate the relationship between the two constructs. Respondents in this study were cellular phone users who had changed their phones. The number of respondents in this study totaled 165, using the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used PLS-SEM with WarpPLS version 6.0. The findings show that: (1) perception of informal recycling, e-waste management, and behavioral intention have a significant positive effect; (2) management of e-waste, perception behavioral control and behavioral intention have a positive effect; and (3) the implementation of e-waste management, which causes the convenience of recycling, will increase the intensity of behavior, indicating the results are rejected.

초등학교 6학년 과학 수업의 사회적 참여구조 유형 (The Types of Social Participation Structure Appeared in Sixth Grade Elementary Science Lessons)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the interaction patterns between teachers and students appeared in sixth grade elementary science lessons. To this end, we set research questions as what are the types of SPS (Social Participation Structure) between teachers and students in the class. Eighteen elementary science lessons were observed. Data were collected by video recordings and observation method. The result showed that the types of SPS were classified into nine. 1) A teacher initiates the whole students into interaction with him. 2) The whole students keep silent or carry out specific activities under the teacher's direction. 3) A teacher initiates some students into interaction. 4) A teacher names specific students to read a text. 5) A teacher initiates the whole students into group interactions. 6) Students interact with each other irrespective of the teacher's intention. 7) Students initiate a teacher into interactions with them. 8) A teacher intervenes during the students' activities and this intervention, in turn, produces interactions between the teacher and the students. 9) A teacher directs the whole class to read a learning goal or a learning material. This study shows that SPS-1 and SPS-3 are the most frequently observed interaction patterns in the elementary science lessons.

Influencing Knowledge Sharing on Social Media: A Gender Perspective

  • Online Word-of-Mouth communication, or eWOM, has dramatically changed the way people network, interact, and share knowledge. Studies have examined why consumers choose to share knowledge online, especially online product reviews, as well as the motivations of individuals to share product ideas online. However, the role of gender in shaping the motivation and types of knowledge shared online has been given little consideration. Using concepts from Social Exchange Theory and the Theory of Reasoned Action, we address this research gap by developing and testing a model of gender's influence on knowledge sharing in a social media context. A PLS analysis of survey data from 257 students indicates that reputation, altruism, and subjective norms are key motivators for knowledge sharing intention in social media. More importantly, that gender plays a moderating role within the motivation-knowledge sharing relationship. We also find that subjective norms have a greater impact on knowledge sharing with women than with men. Collectively, our research results highlight individualized factors for improving customer participation in external facing social media for marketing and product innovation.

이용자 참여관점에서의 관광 쇼셜 네트워크 서비스의 수용결정요인이 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향: 지각된 가치와 만족을 매개로 하여 (The Impacts of Acceptance Decision Factors of Tour Social Network Service on Continuous Use Intention from the Viewpoint of User Participation : Focusing on Mediating Effect of Perceived Value and Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 관광 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)의 이용자인 관광객의 관점에서 SNS 수용 결정요인이 무엇인가를 파악하고, 도출된 수용결정요인이 SNS의 지속적인 이용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 선행연구를 바탕으로 관광 SNS의 수용결정요인을 개인적 특성(자기효능감, 사회문화적 영향, 사회적 실재감, 개인의 혁신성향), 시스템적 특성(시스템 품질, 정보품질) 및 유용성/용이성 등으로 설정하고 이러한 선행요인이 지각가치와 만족도를 매개로 하여 지속적인 이용의도에 미치는 영향관계를 구조적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 부산지역에 거주하거나 부산지역을 방문하여 전시, 컨벤션, 숙박, 여행, 항공, 교통 등 관광활동과 관련하여 SNS를 이용해본 경험이 있는 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 실증적 연구 결과 관광 소셜네트워크서비스의 수용결정요인인 개인적 특성, 시스템적 특성 및 유용성/용이성 등의 요인이 지각가치에 각각 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 중 유용성/용이성 요인, 시스템적 요인, 개인적 요인 순으로 영향을 크게 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 관광 소셜네트워크서비스 이용 과정에서의 지각된 가치는 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치며 나아가 지속적 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 볼 때 관광객 관점의 SNS 수용결정요인이 고객의 지각된 가치와 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치며 궁극적으로 지속적인 이용의도에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

유도 참여자의 커뮤니티 특성과 지속참여의도의 관계: VAB모델을 중심으로 (The Relationship Between Community Characteristics and Participate Continuously of Judo Participants: Focusing on the Value-Attitude-Behavior(VAB))

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유도 참여자의 커뮤니티 특성이 가치, 태도, 행동(VAB) 및 지속참여의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상 표집은 편의표본추출법(n=192)을 사용하였으며, SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0을 사용하여 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모델링을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 유도 참여자의 커뮤니티 속성 중 평판, 즐거움, 상호작용, 사회적 연결감은 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 2) 가치-태도-행동(VAB)은 위계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 행동 의도는 지속 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 유도 커뮤니티는 참여자의 유도참여를 높이기 위해 긍정적인 가치를 창출할 수 있는 참여자 중심의 조직문화를 구축할 필요가 있다.

LID 시설의 지속가능성 관리인자 도출 및 시민참여 관리방안 (Derivation of Sustainability Factors of LID Facility and Strategy of Citizen Participation for Management)

  • 사회인프라 시설로 분류되는 LID(Low Impact Development) 시설은 지속적 유지 및 관리를 통하여 경관지속성과 기능지속성을 유지할 수 있다. LID 기법은 자연기반해법이기에 잡초, 폐기물 및 식생관리를 통하여 지속가능성을 확보할 수 있다. LID 시설은 도시에 분산적으로 설치되며 유지관리가 단순하기에 시민들의 참여를 통한 관리가 가능하다. 따라서 본 연구는 LID 시설의 현장조사를 통하여 LID 시설의 지속가능성에 영향을 주는 유지관리 인자를 도출하고 시민들의 참여도를 조사함으로써 유지관리에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. LID 시설의 경관지속성은 폐기물, 잡초관리가 중요한 인자로 도출되었으며, 기능지속성은 고사체 원인규명 및 관리와 적용토양과 식물종 선정이 중요한 인자로 도출되었다. 시민들은 LID 시설의 확대 및 관리, 조례제정 및 범국민 운동 참여 등에 대한 설문조사에서 모두 80% 이상의 높은 동의를 보였다. 일자리와 연계된 LID 관리 참여의향은 약 64%로 나타나 LID가 취약계층의 일자리가 될 수 있는 가능성을 보였다. LID의 유지관리는 비전문가도 쉽게 수행할 수 있기에 시설별 적은 비용으로 시민들의 참여를 유도할 수 있다. 시민들이 참여하는 유지관리 비용은 지자체의 LID 적용을 통해 저감된 사회인프라 관리비용과 정부의 사회복지 예산을 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

로봇프로그래밍 학습참여자의 학습의도 구조모형 분석 (An Analysis of Structural Model on the Learning Intention of the Participants in the Robot Programming)

  • 본 연구를 통해서 시도하려는 학습자 분석은 로봇 프로그래밍 학습활동에 참여한 학습자의 수업 참여 의도에 중점을 두고 있다. 따라서 학습자의 수업 참여 의도 분석을 위해서는 비즈니스영역에서 구매자 혹은 신기술 사용자를 대상으로 한 구매 또는 사용의도를 파악하기 위해 사용한 분석틀 인 TAM을 기반으로 하였고 여기에 플로우(flow)이론을 접목하여 학습자가 로봇 프로그래밍 수업에 참여하려는 의도에 영향을 주는 주요 요인들을 양적 분석 방법을 통해서 알아보고자 했다. 이를 검증하기 위해서 구조방정식의 한 방법인 PLS 분석을 통해서 양적 분석을 시도했다. 분석결과 '지각된 유용성', '지각된 용이성' 및 '플로우' 요인 모두가 학습자의 수업 참여의도에 유의미한 영향을 준다는 점을 확인했다. 종합적인 분석 결과 프로그래밍 수업에 대한 가치성에 대해서 학습자가 속한 집단 혹은 사회적인 공감대 형성과 더불어 교수-학습지원조직, 학습자를 고려한 학습과제 제시 등이 학습자의 프로그래밍 수업 참여의도에 실제적인 영향을 주는 것으로 파악되었다.

개인의 건강정보 제공의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 프라이버시 계산 관점에서 (Factors Affecting an Individual's Intention to Disclose Personal Health Information: From Privacy Calculus Perspective)

  • Purpose: This study empirically examines the effect of Communication Privacy Management(CPM) factors and Privacy Calculus factors to the intention to disclose Personal Health Information(PHI) in the context of healthcare ecosystem. Also, it investigates the moderating effects of CPM factors in the relationship between privacy calculus variables and the intention to disclose PHI. Methods: We conducted scenario-based repeated-measures quasiexperiment and used total 364 samples for analysis. Confirmatory factor analysis and repeated-measure ANOVA were employed using SPSS 24.0. Results: All CPM factors, such as type of information, requesting purpose, and requesting stakeholder, directly influence to the intention to disclose PHI, whereas only the medium trust out of the Privacy Calculus factors has direct influence on the intention to disclose PHI. With regard to the moderating effects, the requesting stakeholder is the most influential and the information type is the least influential construct. Conclusion: The findings suggest that healthcare system should be designed to provide more definite and personalized benefits to customers to enhance social and individual benefits by getting more participation from customers. Also, it is desirable that the requesting stakeholder of PHI would be non-profit organizations such as hospital, government or public agencies to secure more willingness of PHI from people. Furthermore, it is implied that extensive information gathering and utilization, instead of excluding sensitive information or critical patients' records, is recommended which is substantial to invigorate the healthcare industry.
