북한이탈주민의 사회적응: 정서적 상태, 소셜 미디어 이용 그리고 남한생활 만족도 (North Korean Defectors' Adaptation to South Korean Society: Their Emotional States, Social Media Use, and Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 개인의 사회적 발전 및 안녕에 미치는 소셜 미디어의 영향력을 분석한다. 기존 연구에서 소셜 미디어는 사회적 심리적 자원이 결여된 개인이 사회적 연결망을 확장하고자 할 때 효과적인 수단으로 논의되어 왔다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 소셜 미디어 이용에 주목한다. 우리사회에서 북한이탈주민은 폐쇄적인 사회 연결망을 가진 것으로 인식된다. 이들은 사회구조적인 요인으로 인해 새로운 커뮤니티를 만들거나 그 속에서 관계를 확장하고자 하는 것에 소극적이다. 따라서 본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 소셜 미디어 이용이 사회적응에 미치는 영향력을 분석한다. 특히 정서적 상태에 따른 소셜 미디어 이용이 남한생활 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 초점을 맞춘다. 본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 남한생활 만족도에 미치는 소셜 미디어의 효과는 정서적으로 취약한 조건일 때 더욱 크다고 가정한다. 구체적으로 자아존중감이 낮거나 불안감 수준이 높을 때 남한생활 만족에 미치는 소셜 미디어의 영향력이 더욱 클 것이라고 본다. 또한 본 연구는 일반인을 대상으로 동일한 분석을 실시한 후 그 결과를 북한이탈주민의 경우와 비교한다. 분석 결과 다소 흥미로운 결과가 도출되었다. 북한이탈주민은 불안감이 강한 사람이 약한 사람에 비해 남한생활 만족도에 미치는 소셜 미디어의 영향력이 크지만 자아존중감의 경우 자아존중감이 높은 사람이 낮은 사람에 비해 남한생활 만족도에 미치는 소셜 미디어의 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 확인되었다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 관광 소셜미디어 환경에서 관광객의 윤리적 소비개념, 공정관광태도, 공정관광구매의도간의 관계분석 및 윤리적 소비에 대한 위험지각의 조절영향효과를 분석하였다. 검증결과로서 첫째, 관광객의 윤리적 소비개념은 공정관광에 대한 태도에 긍정적 영향요인으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 관광객의 윤리적 소비개념과 공정관광 구매의도간의 영향관계는 유의적이지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공정관광 태도는 공정관광 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향요인으로 검증되었다. 넷째, 관광 소셜미디어를 통한 공정관광 태도와 공정관광 구매의도간의 관계에 윤리적 소비에 대한 위험지각의 조절효과분석에서 재무적 위험지각의 효과는 유의미하지 않은 반면에 정보적 위험지각은 효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 관광 소셜미디어에서 공정관광 상품에 대한 정보제공의 중요성이다.

The Relationship between Sports Media Immersion and Sports Continuation of University Students through Social Media

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of university students' media sports immersion experience through social media on exercise immersion and exercise continuation. This research target was first selected as a population of university students who have contacted media sports aged 20 or older living in Gwangju Metropolitan City in 2019. The sampling procedure was divided into five parts: Dong-gu, Seo-gu, Nam-gu, Buk-gu, and Gwangsan-gu in Gwangju, and 300 men and women were sampled using cluster random sampling. After individually entering coded data into the computer, the statistical program (SPSS Windows.20.0 Version) was used. The results obtained through this research process are as follows. First, it was found that university students' immersion to media sports had a partial effect on their commitment to exercise. Second, it was found that university students' immersion in media sports had a partial effect on the continuation of the exercise. Third, it was found that college students' exercise commitment has a partial effect on exercise continuation.

소셜미디어 사용자의 프라이버시 패러독스 현상으로 인한 개인정보 무관심 형태에 대한 연구 (Indifference Problems of Personal Information Protection of Social Media Users due to Privacy Paradox)

  • Privacy paradox is a paradoxical behavior that provides personal information even though you are concerned about privacy. Social media users are also often concerned about their personal information exposure. It is even reluctant to describe personal information in profile. However, some users describe their personal information in detail on their profile, provide it freely when others request it, or post their own personal information. The survey was conducted using Google Docs centered on Facebook users. Structural equation model analysis was used for hypothesis testing. As an independent variable, we use personal information infringement experiences. As a mediator, we use privacy indifference, privacy concern, and the relationship with the act of providing personal information. Social media users have become increasingly aware of the fact that they can not distinguish between the real world and online world by strengthening their image and enhancing their image in the process of strengthening ties, sharing lots of information and enjoying themselves through various relationships. Therefore, despite the high degree of privacy indifference and high degree of privacy concern, the phenomenon of privacy paradox is also present in social media.

의료기관의 소셜 미디어 마케팅 역량이 인지된 위험 및 의료관광 환자 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Social Media Marketing Capability on International Patient Satisfaction through Perceived Risk in the Medical Tourism Context)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the research is to explore the role of social media in attracting international patients for cosmetic services in South Korea during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study aims to conceptualize social media as an effective marketing tool for minimizing perceived risks associated with cosmetic services and increasing patient satisfaction. Methods: The study validated proposed hypotheses using the PROCESS macro for SPSS with overseas patients who received cosmetic treatment in private Korean plastic surgery clinics in Busan. Results: This study found that information delivery capability reduced perceived risk and contributed to patient satisfaction, while communication capability did not show any significant relationship with perceived risk and satisfaction. In addition, information delivery capability had a significant direct effect on patient satisfaction, but communication capability did not. Conclusion: It is expected that the outcomes of this study will broaden our understanding of the use of social media in reducing perceived risk and increasing satisfaction.

  • The advent of the "un-tact 2.0 era," described as a "new normal non-face-to-face social relationship," accelerates the transformation of the living paradigm as a fully digital mediated social relationship. The emergence of these new forms of digital behaviors and mediated relationships significantly influences the industry prospect and consumers' individual lives. Advertising has played a decisive role in moving the formation forces of society, creating a dynamic flow of the capitalist system across races and geographical boundaries. Its role will become more fundamental in the physical contactless environment due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Accordingly, advertising has changed and modified its shape and meaning throughout history to adapt to the dynamic external environment. In this article, we illustrated four primary stages of the evolution in the advertising industry from simple advertising to convergence of advertising. Finally, we also identified the challenges of the present advertising industry and the paradigm transformation of "un-tact 2.0" with various related examples.

소셜 네트워크 서비스와 공연예술: 활용가치와 가능성 (Social Network Services and Performing Arts: Value and potential of its application)

  • The popularity of the social media has enabled growth of the social network, which has a big impact on culture and arts sector. The impact is based on the fact that news and evaluation of performances are communicated actively through the use of on-line community, and that the advent of social commerce makes more people see better performance at a lower price. Besides, collaboration programs called Social Sourcing are springing up in the arts sector, and there is Crowd Funding for culture & arts which is a desirable form of social funding. In this way social media and social network service (SNS) have huge social influence not only on the performing arts sector but also on the whole culture and arts sector, and are expected to have growing dominance. With SNS - which opened new marketing, publicity and donation system not only for the whole society but also for the culture and arts sector - in mind, this paper handles the topics on understanding of close relationship between SNS and performing arts, and on its current usage, value and endless possibilities. By presenting the practical value and the possibilities, this paper will help in making smooth the communication between stakeholders and audience of performing arts, in making effective the means of performance delivery, and in making enlarged the mutual understanding between performers and audience. This paper will also be the basis of an alternative means, which presents the performing arts sector with possibilities to get out of the chronic deficit.

Factors affecting Customer Relationship and the Repurchase Intention of Designed Fashion Products

  • Purpose: Human life is increasingly improved, so human needs are also growing more and more. One of the increasingly demanding industries is the fashion market. Fashion is an industry that produces essential items for human life, so manufacturers always need to know how to improve the relationship with customers, and make them repurchase. The study aims to discover the relationship between the factors that create a relationship with customers and the repurchase intention of designed fashion products. Research design, data, and methodology: The mix research method is applied to achieve research objectives. The qualitative research via the in-depth interview with 11 experts, and the quantitative research via the survey with 467 respondents was done in Ho Chi Minh city, the most developed city in Vietnam. Results: The research results point out that the fashion designer reputation, social media marketing, and the fashion store atmosphere have the positive impact on the relationship between the customer and fashion store, as well as the intention to repurchase of designed fashion products. In particular, customer relationship also affects the repurchase intention of designed fashion products positively. Conclusions: The study also proposed some managerial implications to develop a relationship with the customer and repurchase behavior of the customer in the fashion industry.

The Antecedents of Relationship Marketing and Customer Loyalty: A Case of the Designed Fashion Product

  • Customer loyalty is a desired and essential result for companies in a business environment with a lot of competition, of which the fashion industry is no exception. For the fashion industry, the competition between businesses is increasingly fierce with the appearance of tailored fashion brands for each customer, also known as a designed fashion brand. The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between the antecedents of the relationship (reputation of designer, social media marketing) and customer relationship (trust and intimacy), and loyalty of customer for a designed fashion brand. The mixed research method is used to achieve research objectives with qualitative and quantitative research method. Qualitative data was collected through in-depth interview with 12 participants in Ho Chi Minh City, while quantitative data was collected by a survey of 799 respondents in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi City. The results show that the antecedents of relationship marketing positively affect on customer relationship and customer loyalty. Moreover, customer relationship has a positive impact on the customer loyalty when shopping for fashion products. From the research results, some managerial implications are also proposed for the designed fashion brands to improve the relationship marketing performance.

소셜미디어 신뢰가 지각된 위험과 자아효능감을 통한 브랜드 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Social Media Trust through Perceived Risk and Self-efficacy on Brand Trust)

  • 본 연구는 기업이 브랜드 신뢰를 높이는 방법으로 소셜미디어 신뢰를 효과적으로 사용하여 브랜드 진정성과 연결하여 지능적으로 높일 수 있는 방식을 찾는데 목적을 가지고 있으며, 소셜미디어 신뢰의 구성과 이론적 고찰을 통해서 접근하였다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소셜미디어 신뢰와 이를 구성하고 있는 정보원 신뢰 그리고 메시지 신뢰의 연구변인에 대하여 개념적 정의를 내리고, 둘째, 개념적으로 정의된 두 개 독립변인과 지각된 위험과 자아효능감의 매개변인 간 인과관계를 검증하였다. 셋째, 소셜미디어 신뢰의 매개변인인 지각된 위험과 자아효능감을 통해서 브랜드 진정성 그리고 브랜드 신뢰에 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 인과관계를 검증하였다. 넷째, 본 연구의 연구모형을 구성하는 연구변인들 간 인과관계의 검증결과를 통해서 소셜미디어 신뢰로 하여금 브랜드 신뢰를 효과적으로 제고시켜 가는데 어떠한 영향력을 제공하는가에 대하여 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 수도권을 중심으로 거주하고 있는 표본들 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 23과 AMOS 23을 사용하여 표본의 인구통계학적 분석과 연구변인의 요인분석 그리고 신뢰성분석, 타당성 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 검증된 연구모형을 구성하는 미디어 신뢰의 연구변인들과 매개변인 그리고 종속변인 간 직·간접적 인과관계의 유의성 검증하여 가설검증 결과를 제시하였으며, 본 연구결과의 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.
