가족여가부모교육 프로그램 개발 - 청소년 자녀의 부모를 대상으로 - (Development of parent Education for Family Leisure - Focus on the parent of adolescent -)

  • This study aimed at developing parent education program for family leisure for parents of adolescent children to enable them to pursue happy lives as healthy families with adequate balance of cohesiveness and adaptability and smooth communication between the members of their families after parent education for family leisure. Research procedure of parent education program for family leisure proceeded with establishment of theory and requirement survey through precedent research, design of program, practice of program, evaluation of program and suggestion of revised program model after evaluation. On the basis of evaluation results, parent education program for family leisure aiming at parents of adolescent children can conclusively be revised as follows. The first session aims at understanding of family leisure; the second session aims at improvement of learning effect through education & experience-oriented activities; the third session aims at understanding and paying regard to their children through hobby-oriented activities; the fourth session aims at improvement of social relations through society-oriented activities; the fifth session aims at helping children education through check of communication in family-oriented activities and home-visiting education for etiquette; and the sixth session, the final session, aims at providing information and knowledge on family leisure and letting them gain better understanding of adolescent children.

  • We have implemented the questionnaire survey to study the structure of consciousness of collegian and the Change of the worth view of the vocation on totally 832 collegians who attended to fisheries and martime colleges. The results were as follows : Most collegian had selected college and department by means of surrounding recommendation and acquired scores without regarding his own aptitude and prospect. The educational aims of the collegian who majored in fisheries and maritime field are to carry out the theory and practise along with emphasizing technical education and human-being education together. Concerning to the status of professor. Most collegian had wanted professor not only who had much comprehensive faculty but also who pointed out than well teaching professor. The collegian who consult their prospect with professor was very rare and they were very negative for the learning majoring in fisheries and maritime field. Because the practice guidance was not accomplished effectively on the account of social aspect, most collegian has avoided jobs relating to fisheries and maritime field. Also, they had selected short term on the job training couse aboard the ship.

Whistleblowing Intention and Organizational Ethical Culture: Analysis of Perceived Behavioral Control in Indonesia

  • Purpose: This study aims to find empirical evidence and clarity on the phenomenon of the direct and indirect effect of perceived behavioral control on fraud prevention through whistleblowing intention. This study also aims to understand the influence of organizational ethical culture moderating between whistleblowing intention and fraud prevention. Research design, data, methodology: The samples of this research are 236 respondents consisting of the Head of the Finance Subdivision and Head of the Reporting Planning Subdivision and the finance staff who were determined using the purposive sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling technique. Results: The study results show that perceived behavioral control positively and significantly affects whistleblowing intention. In addition, perceived behavioral control does not affect fraud prevention mediated by whistleblowing intention. Furthermore, organizational ethical culture moderates whistleblowing intention and has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention. Conclusions: This study concludes that the phenomenon of scandal that often occurs on a television is not a habit that must be followed. It requires an active role from the community as a form of concern for whistleblowing. Futher researchers can add other construct variables, such as good corporate governance to assess the performance improvement of the organizational layers, both internally and externally

영성리더십과 구성원의 지식은폐행동 간의 관계: 지각된 과잉자격의 조절효과 (The Relationship between Spiritual Leadership and Employees' Knowledge Hiding Behavior: Moderating Effect of Perceived Overqualification)

  • Purpose - This study examines the relationship between spiritual leadership and its effect on reducing employees' knowledge hiding behaviors, while also considering the moderating role of perceived overqualification. Design/methodology/approach - Data were collected from employees in knowledge-based industries, including public institutions, research institutes, IT companies, and service industries. Out of 286 surveys, 248 valid responses were analyzed using structural equation modeling and bootstrapping via SmartPLS. Findings - The results show that spiritual leadership significantly reduces knowledge hiding behaviors. Additionally, perceived overqualification moderates this relationship, indicating that even in environments with strong spiritual leadership, employees who feel overqualified are more prone to hiding knowledge. Research implications or Originality - This study contributes to the understanding of how spiritual leadership and perceived overqualification influence knowledge hiding, emphasizing the need for further research in this area. The findings highlight the importance of addressing perceived overqualification to fully leverage the benefits of spiritual leadership in reducing knowledge hiding within organizations.

육아기 맞벌이 남성의 일·가정 양립 경험 (A Qualitative Study on Men's Experiences of Work-Life Balance: Focusing on Men in Dual-Income Families with Children under the Age of Six)

  • This study aimed to examine Korean men's experiences of work-family balance in dual income families with children under six years of age. We focused on identifying the difficulty of balancing work and family considering their individual, social, and cultural conditions. The method was a qualitative study involving two in-depth interviews with each of 12 men, and analyzing the data through the grounded theory approach. From the results, a model of men's work-family experience was constructed. It demonstrates the central phenomena (difficulties of balancing), the causal conditions (lacking time for family, seeking support from the employer, and learning husband's roles insufficiently), the contextual conditions (remaining paternalism and changing husband's roles), the intervening conditions (workplace, childcare support, and wife characteristics), and strategies (help from relatives, utilizing daycare centers, controlling birth, managing work conditions, and using family polices). We clarify the overall picture of working and family life experiences, and also show how men deal with their problems in their circumstances by balancing working and family life. In conclusion, males have difficulty participating in family life autonomously because of having less decision-making power than the wife. Moreover, the great responsibilities of the breadwinner disturb the work-family balance. Men devote themselves to working to hold a job instead of spending time with their family. However, they ultimately value work-family balance with respect to 'keeping a peaceful family life'.

  • 최근 정신지체아들을 위한 음악교육의 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있으나 그들의 인지적 정의적 결함으로 인해 종래의 일반적인 음악수업 방식만으로는 음악 인지를 발달시키는 학습을 기대하기 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 MMCP (Manhattanville Music Curriculum Program)이론에 근거한 정신지체아의 음악인지능력 (음악 동일성, 음악 유목화, 음악 서열화)을 향상시키기 위한 컨텐츠를 설계하였다. MMCP 이론은 음악의 본질을 이해시키며 특징음악 (18~19C의 음악) 만을 취급하는 음악이 아닌 모든 민족의 음악문화를 이해하고 포함하는 보다 포괄적인 음악교육이다. 본 시스템으로 기대할 수 있는 효과로는 첫째, 정신지체장애인의 음악적 인지 발달 뿐 아니라 인지적, 신체적, 사회적, 정서적 발달을 고양시킬 수 있다. 둘째, 정신지체장애인을 위한 개별화 음악교육이 가능하다. 셋째, 능동적이고 상호작용적인 음악교육이 가능하다.

  • 인재개발 프로그램으로 주목받아오고 있는 멘토링은 최근 조직 환경의 급속한 변화와 지식경영이 강조되면서 재개념화되고 있다. 즉, 개인과 조직의 발달이 다양한 자아들과의 관계에 의하여 이루어진 다고 생각하는 사회연결망 이론과 멘토링에 관련된 연구자들에 의해 '멘토링 연결망'이라는 새로운 개념이 형성된 것이다. 이들의 이론 연구에 의하면 개인의 발달단계는 '멘토링 네트워크'의 중요한 선행요인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구는 성인발달 관점의 한 영역인 교사발달 단계를 '멘토링 네트워크'의 선행요인으로 실제 분석해보기 위한 관련 문헌 및 선행연구 이론을 바탕으로 한 사전 연구로서 차후의 교사들을 대상으로 한 실증 연구의 개념적 틀이나 연구모형을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Information Technology Knowledge Management taxonomy to enhance government electronic services in existence of COVID 19 outbreak

  • Information technology and the need for timely and effective communication during the Covid-19 have made most governments adopt technological approaches to provide their services. E-government services have been adopted by most governments especially in developed countries to quickly and effectively share information. This study discusses the reasons why governments in the Gulf region should develop a new model for information technology knowledge management practices. To achieve this, the author identified possible benefits of adopting information technology knowledge management practices and why most governments in the Gulf find it hard to adopt them. Knowledge management allows for learning, transfer as well as sharing of information between government organizations and citizens and with the development of technology, the effectiveness of electronic services can easily be achieved. Also, effective adoption of information technology can improve knowledge management with the help of techniques that enhance capture, storage, retrieval as well as sharing of information. The author used systematic literature review to select 28 journals and articles published post 2019. IEEE, Google Scholar and Science Direct were used to select potential studies from which 722 journals and articles were selected. Through screening and eligibility assessment, 21 articles were retained while the back and forward search had 7 more articles which were also included in the study. Using information gathered from these articles and journals a new conceptual model was developed to help improve information technology knowledge management for governments in the Gulf region to effectively deliver e-services during Covid-19. This model was developed based on the process of KM, Theory of Planned Behavior and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology. Based on the developed model. From UTAUT model, performance expectancy, effort expectancy as well as social influence had a great impact.

유아미디어 교육에 대한 교사-학부모의 인식 연구 (A Study on the Awareness of Teacher-Parents of Media Education for Children)

  • 본 연구는 미디어교육이 유아교육현장에서 어떻게 인식되고 어떻게 활용되고 있는지를 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 미디어교육에 대한 유치원 교사와 학부모들의 인식 및 문제점들을 분석하여 유아미디어 교육에 새로운 대안을 찾을 수 있도록 다음과 같은 연구문제를 선정하였다. 첫째, 유아미디어 교육에 대한 교사-학부모가 인식하는 관심과 교육경험은 어떠한 차이가 있는가? 둘째, 유아미디어 교육에 대한 교사-학부모가 인식하는 교수-학습 방법은 어떠한 차이가 있는가? 셋째, 유아 미디어 교육에 대한 교사-학부모가 인식하는 문제점과 개선방향에 대한 인식 차이는 어떠한가? 를 알아보기 위해 유아교육 현장에 근무하고 있는 교사(250명)과 학부모 (250명)을 대상으로 얻은 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 유아미디어교육에 대한 관심과 경험은 있으나 구체적이지 못하고, 교사와 학부모가 선호하는 교수-학습방법으로는 이야기 나누기 활동이 가장 많았으며, 집단의 형태를 묻은 결과 교사-학부모 모두 소집단 그룹의 활동이 가장 이상적이라는 결과를 얻었으며 유아미디어 교육의 개선점으로는 교원의 연수기회확대, 미디어교육에 대한 사회 전반적인 이론의 미정립이라는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다.

Testing the Andrews Framework of Strategy Formulation and Implementation: Case Study of the University of Cape Coast Digital Library in Ghana

  • This paper investigates how strategy formulation and implementation processes used by the University of Cape Coast (UCC) in building its digital collections compare with the Andrew's strategic formulation and implementation theoretical framework. Theory-testing case study methodology was used. The data collection instruments were the key informant interview technique and document reviews. During the formulation phase, two aspects (resources and aspirations of senior management) were emergent. During the implementation phase, five aspects (achieving results, processes and behaviour, standards, motivation, personal) were emergent. All other elements of building the UCC digital collections were planned during both the formulation and implementation phases. Although the emphasis on students and learning is laudable and apt, there seems to be lack of focus on research support beyond digital collection building, despite the fact that research excellence is one of the UCC's key priorities. Opportunities exist for improving feedback mechanisms between the users, digital library staff and the university management; and inclusion of social media tools in the digital library project. Since only the experience of a single institution of higher learning is considered, it cannot be definitively stated that strategy formulation and implementation will be similar in every institutional context. However, the results provide a basis for academic digital libraries to draw lessons from this case. In African public universities, there is little earlier research on strategy formulation and implementation in digital library management. Strategy formulation and implementation is a critical issue for higher education academic libraries especially in developing countries like Ghana, due to limited financial resources and the rapid change in the information environment during the last several decades.
