Co-operatives are a deep-rooted organization that was first organized in Britain in the 19th century and spread to Europe and North America in the early 20th century and to the rest of the world from the mid-20th century. Cooperative in Italy are fraternal (friendly societies) separated from religion, and in the early days of socialism and the late 19th century Catholic Italy, but independent of activity. And the Church's social participation, as well as multiple personalities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study the laws and institutions of Italian cooperatives. And let's look at how the laws and systems of Italian co-operatives support society and the national economy. Specifically, firstly, based on prior research, the concept of co-operatives and the cooperative movement and social values are considered. Second, review the development process and characteristics of Italian co-operatives and the legal system. Third, I would like to analyze the case of Italian co-operatives. Fourth, suggest implications according to the results of the study. The results of the study suggested the following. First, the attitude such as attachment and sincerity of representatives and staff of village enterprises is very important. Second, all members of the organization should participate in decision making with empathy and attachment to the vision of the village enterprise. Third, it should be highly likely that village enterprises, which can draw capital from outside according to the needs of the organization, will generate higher economic results. Fourth, it is important to establish a model of mind enterprise by presenting factors and success factors in establishing a village enterprise based on cases and theories. The importance of service science is emphasized in the modern economy, and the value and necessity of service research still increasing. Since the service research framework was proposed, it has been studied from various perspectives and incorporated into one framework--service research. The direction of service research has been established and a new baseline of research has been established. However, the modern economic and social environment could be described as a new era, the Fourth Industrial Revolution has changed drastically. More and more systematic research on services has become necessary. Therefore, this study analyzed the field of service research in the existing framework. The study suggested how service research could broaden the horizon of service research by studying the 'what'. To do this, we analyzed recent service research trends by themes. We also identified the shortcomings of previous studies about service, and suggested directions and research themes for future research. Based on this study we developed a general approach to the creation of new models from the viewpoint of service science. The authors were also able to develop a general approach to areas such as service innovation, service inference, service solution, and service design leverage. In addition, it is necessary to extend service research and business model to the utilization of service technology. This approach could contribute to forming the basis of future service development, and to utilize social media to create new value of innovative company. The results of this study could contribute to deepening and expanding service research.

Hyperlipemia is the most leading risk factor of cardiovascular disease which is the main cause of death in Korea. However, there is a tendency to neglect the prevention and treatment since it has no specific symptoms. It has been reported that the level of serum-lipid can be lowered by the improvement of eating habits. Therefore, it is highly likely that the development of programs on the improvement of eating habits through behavioral theory is required to the community nursing practice. The theory of planned behavior, which assumes that human behaviors are determined by one's intention to carry out the behavior, can be characterized by the point that behaviors are not only individual factors but also social behaviors relating to subjective norms. It is widely recognized that this theory has a high predictability on health behavior due to it's simplicity clearness, and measurability as well as high quality of being general. Thus, the theory of planned behavior could be useful in developing a model of a health promotion program to the change of behaviors of the risk group of cardiovascular disease. Consequently, based on the theory of planned behavior, the purpose of this study is to develop an intention promotion program of the diet, and then to testify the effects. The sample of this study consisted of 26 industrial workers who had proved hyperlipemia from a medical examination in 1996 (experimental group 13, control group 13). The intention promotion program, which includes education, monitoring, pressure, counselling on the level of individuals, families and organizations, was conducted for 10 weeks The purpose of this program was to promoting intention of the diet through changes of the prerequisite factors of intention such as behavioral belief, outcome evaluation, normative belief and control belief. When it came to data analysis, the ${\chi}^2$-test and Fisher's Exact test were used to compare the general characteristics between the experimental and the control group, an independent t-test for the other variables. ANOVA was used to the test hypothesis, and the Pearson correlation test for variable's correlation. The results of this study can be summarized as follows ; 1) There was a significant increase in the intention(F=18.51, p=.00) of diet in the experimental group. 2) Diets(F=32.51, p=.001) in the experimental group were better carried out than in the control group. 5) There was a moderate correlation between the intention of diet and performance (r=.587. p=.003). From the results, it can be concluded that the intention promotion program is very effective, leading to the change of health promotion behavior. Above all, it is really valuable that the intention promotion program in this study regards health promotion behavior as a social behavior and that intervention was done on the level of family and organization. Consequently, when performing a health promotion program, social approach elevating the intention should go hand in hand in order to make the program effective.
This study examines the effect of working conditions for care workers on the care quality in long-term care facilities, particularly the coexisting perspective on publicness and the marketization of Long-term care services in South Korea brings about. Prior studies have not identified a causal relationship between working conditions and the care quality, only explained cause of a low-wage labor market and low productivity of social services. Theoretical relevance of working conditions and service quality on Long-term care in Korea is to view from a integrated care model by Daly and Lewis(2002). A nonproportional stratified sampling procedure was used to consider Long-term care facility's ownership. A merged dataset combining surveys from 248 Long-Term Care facilities and online resources from NHIC administrative was used and analyzed by multiple regression. The analysis results is showed as follows. Overall, organizations with better working conditions, having higher wage, having greater a fringe benefit, being skills development and training are likely to have good care quality in each area. This research shows that the working conditions, rewards and support to care workers of organizational culture in the normative dimension beyond the minimum standard on labor market policy and evaluation system by government regulations have a positive impact on Long-term care quality.
This paper is to identify the dynamic phenomenon of the marine pollution management that is connected directly or indirectly by using system dynamics analysis. The method used herein is based on system dynamics analysis that analyzed the sub-systems for marine pollution management. Furthermore designed feedback loop between system elements. And made total casual map of marine pollution management. The main results of the paper are the following : 1. It's necessary to equipments and technology development and law revision for feedback loop slump of initial measures delay in oil spill. 2. It should be come up with partnerships and new business for community corrosion non-proliferation caused by social conflicts. 3. Marine pollution management should be an obligation that must be minimized to include social conflicts in the community and national levels besides oil spill response on-site. This model confirmed the hidden cause of delay by existing response plans, manuals and programs. And oil spill response in broader sense is more important from now on. The result can be useful in the guidance of marine pollution and management.
This study investigated the impact of the secondary trauma stress experienced by workers who support sexual violence victims on occupational stress level, and verified the moderating effect of the job education from support facilities in this relationship. The data analyzed in this study were sampled from "The Primary Study on The Development of Training Program to Cultivate Professional Workers of Support Organizations for Sexual Violence Survivors" as a secondary data and 482 nationwide workers were selected. By applying SPSS PROCESS macro, the moderation model was analyzed. The analysis results are as follows. First, sexual violence victim support workers' secondary trauma stress has a significantly influence on occupational stress level of workers. Second, the job education from support agencies themselves moderates the relationship between the secondary trauma stress and occupational stress level of support agents. It also showed that the higher level of job education participates, the less the experience of being stressed on the job. Thus, on the basis of the result, the theoretical discussion on the secondary trauma stress and occupational stress level of sexual violence victim support worker was drawn out and the empirical implication on the direction of the education for job related was suggested.
Based on sports known to reduce adolescents' smartphone addiction, this study aims to identify the structural causal relationship between sport commitment and smartphone addiction. First of all, based on prior studies, it was intended to show that adolescents' sport commitment is effective in reducing smartphone addiction through social support and ego-resilience, and that such causal relationships vary significantly depending on gender. To this end, a survey of 605 middle and high school students was conducted, and the structural relationship between the four established latent variables was analyzed by analyzing the structural equation model using the SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. According to the analysis, adolescents' sport commitment was found to have an adverse effect on smartphone addiction, and social support and ego-resilience in the relationship between the two variables were found to have a mediated effect. In addition, these results showed significant differences in gender. This study expanded the field of smartphone addiction and sports convergence study by revealing the relationship between sport commitment as psychological recognition variable and addiction Unlike previous studies using a participation time, duration, and intensity, and suggested that structural relationships with personal characteristic variables and gender-specific approaches are important. Through this, it is meaningful that it provided basic data for in-depth convergence study in the smartphone addiction and development of gender-specific programs.

Electrical energy is an essential component in present societies, which is an important basis for our technological society. In the design of new power infrastructure, it is important to consider the psychological aspects of how our culture considers and aspects its development as an integral component of the community environment. The construction of new high voltage overhead transmission lines has become a controversial issue for public policy of government due to social opposition. The members of community are concerned about how these power lines may have an impact on their lives, basically caused by their effects on health and safety. The landscape and visual impact is one of the most impact that can be easily perceived for local community. The computer 3D simulation of new landscape is illustrated by a real life use corresponding to the selection of the power line route with least observability for local community. This paper used ArcGIS(geographic information system tool) for planning, survey, basic route and detailed route, route for implementation of transmission line corridor. Also, the paper showed the map of natural environment, living environment, safety and altitude using database of power line corridor, and transmission siting model was developed by this study. The suggested landscape of computer simulation with lowest visibility on a power line zone can contribute to reducing oppositions of local community and accelerating the construction of new power lines.
The purpose of this study was to suggest an extensive and evolved conceptual model of community dance reflecting new tendencies, practice, and various values. For the purpose, efforts were made to categorize common properties based on various cases using qualitative data collection about 10 community dance specialists. The Practice of Community theory of Wenger(1991) has contributed to conceptualization including the new perspective on community dance, which has been the theoretical framework. Firstly, 'a community' as a basic premise is self-organizing, interactive, regional and creative. Secondly, 'practice' in community dance means openness, focused on participants, improvisation and nmind-body centering, value-oriented processes and connectivity with daily lives. Thirdly, 'social learning' can be interpreted within the framework of joint enterprise and domain, quality and status of dacne, and dance literacy embodied as a shared repertoire. Lastly, identity of community dance has been expanding the concept area as 'dance for all' reflecting ongoing properties and future-oriented values in that it pursues healing arts and relationship, amateurism collaborating with dance artists, combination of democratic citizenship and civic creativity, cultural diversity and social integration, and types of sustainable development.
