  • Recently, machine learning is widely used to solve optimization problems in various engineering fields. In this study, machine learning is applied to development of a control algorithm for a smart control device for reduction of seismic responses. For this purpose, Deep Q-network (DQN) out of reinforcement learning algorithms was employed to develop control algorithm. A single degree of freedom (SDOF) structure with a smart tuned mass damper (TMD) was used as an example structure. A smart TMD system was composed of MR (magnetorheological) damper instead of passive damper. Reward design of reinforcement learning mainly affects the control performance of the smart TMD. Various hyper-parameters were investigated to optimize the control performance of DQN-based control algorithm. Usually, decrease of the time step for numerical simulation is desirable to increase the accuracy of simulation results. However, the numerical simulation results presented that decrease of the time step for reward calculation might decrease the control performance of DQN-based control algorithm. Therefore, a proper time step for reward calculation should be selected in a DQN training process.

  • The goal of this study is to propose a new directivity for business training based on an analysis of the learner's satisfaction, the cause of the learning effect and the cause of reenrollment in smart learning courses. The data from 878 learners of 11 companies was analyzed by ANOVA and multiple regression analysis and the following results were obtained. First of all, the satisfaction of studying by smart learning showed various results depending on the motivation, process and contents of studying. According to the results, high rates of satisfaction were observed when the people take an active part in studying, as reflected in the frequency and time of studying. Also, when the learning contents were presented in an animated manner, the satisfaction of the students was increased. Second, the motivation of the students to participate in the smart learning and study process was reflected in the frequency, time and quality of their studies, thus confirming the learning effect. Lastly, the satisfaction and effectiveness of studying by smart learning are the causes of reenrollment. Based on the analysis results, it was concluded that the corporation's support and proper compensation are needed to increase the rate of satisfaction and the effectiveness of smart learning from the corporation's perspective. Also, from the viewpoint of the smart learning system operators, it is necessary to find ways of developing the learning contents.

  • Mobile learning content implementing is IT tourism convergence study that IT convergence IT and tourism. Learning to increase the effectiveness of mobile learning content for each learning module, It proposed u-smart tourist information 2.0 systems. Mobile learning content, implementation is u-smart tourist information 2.0 can use the system. Convergence/integration of design patterns and XML is so interesting to students. This is the maximum benefit which is taught classes for each learning module divided into learning the Design Pattern NCS. As a result, the learner. In particular, attendance has come out better the effect of learning and improved. Another advantage is tourism, information content information quality mobile learning content for and construct a tourist information content that you can do in real time. Also, mobile learning content, implementation in the next NCS expected to use a lot of help in learning. This study is the result of increased learning the analysis of the lessons learned. Implement mobile learning content gives fun and interesting to the learner to ten design process using the u-Smart Tourist Information class 2.0.

  • The Fourth Industrial Revolution has been revolutionizing industry and education. This paper proposes an education platform, Smart Space EduPlatform (SSEP), for the real estate industry, aimed at educating the basic real estate technology (RETech) for workers in the real estate industry so they can achieve the highest and best use of the real estate in the smart environment. The habitat of SSEP is driven by the donation system ensuring sustainability, various technical functions such as tools for content production and learning participation, and learning behavior frameworks each in form of a learner, a teacher, and a helper. Services of SSEP consist of 17 important RETech lectures under 6 categories-planning and design, decision-making, management, economics, construction, and equipment-and project-based learning (PBL) curriculums. The lectures are provided along with video contents, additional learning materials and learning management service, while teachers' workshops, learner invitation and registration management, curriculum operation services are offered for the PBL curriculums.

  • Company's interest in the work place training and investment has been growing continuously because the talent of human resource is the competitiveness itself in the knowledge based society. However, corporate training programs mainly have focused on large companies and SMEs despite the economic business volume have been treated too lightly so far. This paper regards corporate training programs with one of the methods for SMEs innovation and proposes the smart learning in the smart device diffusion. Concretely, this paper analyzes the utilization intention, each attribute and level in smart learning characteristics using conjoint analysis. The result shows that SMEs have positive response for smart learning acceptance and SMEs consider significantly the usage fee type and location with the difference between regular employee and administrator. Specially, interactive communication and customized contents are preferred in the training type. Smart learning can be used as strategic means in supporting the value innovation and enhancing the absorptive capacity in SMEs innovation process.

For this study total students 102 in 3 classes were surveyed at the end of semester. The research data was analyzed using SPSS also self directed learning, self learning efficacy, learning satisfaction analyzed t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient results were followings. First, Men is more higher than women in a self learning efficacy, self directed learning, learning satisfaction. Second, in a learning satisfaction smart learning ever heard in a first time group more satisfaction. Third, during the smart learning classes a students appeared a positive response. As a results, learning satisfaction will increase a learning when learners need a ability of self control planning and learning motivation by themselves in voluntarily and actively. Suggest to change a paradigm in a radiology classes so we have to improve a teaching skills this solution recommend is two way communication. In conclusion, smart learning applied for classes of college is meaningful as a new teaching, which can be change gradually learning satisfaction by teaching methods.

  • The purpose of this paper is to find out what values users pursue from a smart device based education service. For this purpose, a survey was conducted using a questionnaire that was developed based on the results of literature review and user interviews. Thirteen user expectation values were developed from the results of the survey: individually customized learning, anytime anywhere learning, learning for career, learning through interaction, learning from diverse resources, learning through cooperation, learning through interchange, self-directed learning, learning within actual context, learning with feedback, learning in spare time, learning with motivation & compensation, and step-by-step learning. In addition, the results of the survey also showed that the user expectation values of women, high school students and people who responded that they knew the smart device based education service very well were higher than those of other users.
