  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of wellness, campus-life satisfaction and learning flow among university students. This Model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to Wellness, Campus-Life Satisfaction and, Learning Flow. The proposed model is analyzed to target 214 university students in Daegu using Smart Partial Least Square(PLS) 2.0. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, Spiritual, Intellectual, Social, Emotional wellness positively influenced campus-life satisfaction, but does not significantly influence physical wellness. Second, Campus-life satisfaction positively influenced learning flow. The results of the study empirically shows that university student's wellness meaning the optimal condition increases the campus life satisfaction and has a positive effect on learning flow in a moment. Thus, based on the results of the study, it is needed to make an effort to provide diverse programs to improve university student's wellness for the increase of their campus life satisfaction and learning flow.

Depending on the existing research, taking entrepreneurship and product differentiation capabilities as antecedents of export performance. In addition, the product differentiation capabilities examined whether the role of the mediating effects between entrepreneurship and export performance. Thus, the purpose of the study is look at the integrated model of entrepreneurship, product differentiation capabilities and export performance building and their relationship. On 152 domestic companies, empirical analysis was performed. Empirical analysis was conducted using the PLS(Partial Least Square). And analysis tools were used SmartPLS2.0. In the results of the analysis, risk tolerance and innovativeness of small and medium sized manufacturing businesses, entrepreneurs and product differentiation competence have positive impact export performance in both. Product differentiation capabilities also confirmed that it have a positive impact on the export performance of small manufacturing export enterprises. In analysis of the mediated effect in product differentiation capacity showed a significant mediated effect between innovativeness and export performance. But mediated effects did not indicate a significant risk tolerance. these results suggests the need to actively pursue innovation that more product differentiation capabilities required in export companies to small and medium-sized manufacturing. In other words, when attempting to highlight product differentiation, based on innovation, rather than risk tolerance. In terms of analyzing the mediated role of product differentiation capabilities, this study has theoretical implications for the future research to look at the antecedents of export performance from the perspective of dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage. Also, practical implications in this regard as the innovativeness and taking risks to all important to CEO of small manufacturing enterprises but, stranger in the foreign market competition environment, the role of innovation product is required on raising product differentiation capabilities are presented.

  • This study aims to analyze the impact of ESG activities on the corporate performance of logistics companies in Korea. To achieve this, the study examines the factors influencing the adoption and implementation of ESG activities, assesses the extent to which ESG activities enhance corporate trust and image, and empirically analyzes the effect of ESG implementation on the corporate performance of logistics companies. An online survey was conducted using Google Forms for Korean logistics companies, and a total of 463 data sets were utilized for PLS structural equation analysis using the SmartPLS 4.0 software tools. The findings of the study are as follows: Firstly, external pressure, specifically government pressure, significantly influences environmental responsibility activities, while investor pressure significantly affects social responsibility activities and governance responsibility activities. Additionally, internal management pressures significantly impact environmental responsibility activities, and employees have a significant influence on all ESG responsibility activities. Secondly, environmental responsibility activities positively affect corporate image, whereas social and governance responsibility activities influence trust and corporate image. Thirdly, trust and corporate image demonstrate significant effects on both financial and non-financial performance. Fourthly, trust significantly mediates the relationship between social responsibility, governance responsibility, and non-financial performance, while image mediates the connection between ESG responsibility and both financial and non-financial performance. The contribution of this study lies in providing practical insights for logistics companies to actively promote ESG activities, thereby establishing a reputation for being environmentally, socially, and governance responsible and gaining customer trust. By doing so, this study aims to raise awareness of the importance of ESG activities in the logistics industry and help companies recognize their significance for sustainable management

  • Purpose: O2O (Online to Offline) is an internet-based platform. The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of service quality of O2O food delivery service on service satisfaction, and whether customer orientation mediates the relationship between service quality and service satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: This paper surveyed Chinese consumers using the O2O food delivery platform through a questionnaire technique. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to verify the hypothesis of this study. PLS is characterized by the advantage of minimizing measurement errors and maximizing the influence of each factor. Results: It was confirmed that O2O food delivery companies need to increase service quality (information quality, product quality, and social quality, system quality) in order to obtain customer satisfaction. Additionally, the perceived customer orientation was found to completely mediate the relationship between perceived service quality (information quality, product quality) and perceived service satisfaction. Conclusions: The service level of the O2O delivery company to the customer's request when a problem occurs in the customer's order must be raised to increase the customer's satisfaction. For example, timely response to customer inquiries and timely feedback of delivery information to customers during the delivery process should improve the quality of after-sales service.

  • This study examines the level of port service quality based on $Gr{\ddot{o}}nroos$(1984)'s Two-Dimensional Model: we investigated service-environment quality and service-delivery quality, and added service-product quality as a process quality. This study focused on a service user like a llner, forwarder, shipper, or a logistics firm using port service in the Port of Busan. We investigated relationships among the following vairables: service quality, customer satisfaction and port image; we also analyzed the path coefficients using Smart-PLS 3.0. The results and suggestions of this study are summarized as follows. First, all of the service quality variables influenced customer satisfaction but service-delivery quality didn't have an impact on port image. Secondly, there is correlation between customer satisfaction and port image; customer satisfaction had a positive effect with port image. Lastly, customer satisfaction and port image influenced the Relation Continuity Intention.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the start-ups' quality management system implementation on differentiated competitive advantage and management performance, and to verify the effect of the moderating effect of company size between the quality management system implementation and differentiated competitive advantage. A questionnaire was conducted for start-ups and 259 samples were analyzed using SmartPLS 2.0. First, it was found that leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement have a positive effect on differentiated competitive advantage, and contexts of organization does not have a positive effect. Second, differentiated competitive advantage has a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance. Third, company size has a moderating effect in the relationship between leadership, support, operation, improvement and competitive advantage. The results of the study can be interpreted that the quality management system improves the quality of start-ups and has a positive effect on management performance. In addition, it implies that the organizational situation and the size of the company should be considered when implementing the quality management system.

  • The objective of this study is to devise and empirically validate a model in which information characteristics influence the success of SCM system as assessed by the Information Capabilities method. The four factors examined in this study include Information Quality, Operational Information Sharing, Strategic Information Sharing, Information Capabilities. The research model was analyzed by the structural equation modeling(SEM) technique, supported by SPSS 21 and SMART-PLS 2.0. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. The study confirmed the presence of positive influence of information quality on operational information sharing, strategic information sharing and IO. And, information sharing, as expected, had a significant impact on SCM performance as assessed by the IO method. A major contribution of the study is that it provides empirical evidence of the relationships that have been presumed to exist between information characteristics and information performance of SCM system. Also, the study provides both researchers and practitioners a solid foundation for future studies and practice for more successful implementation of SCM system.
