스마트뱅킹 서비스의 지속적 수용요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Continuous Acceptance Factors of Smart Banking Service)

  • 2009년 상반기부터 한국에서 많은 은행들이 스마트뱅킹 서비스를 출시하면서 큰 인기를 끌었다. 본 연구는 최근, 금융기관의 전략적 경쟁도구로서 자리 잡고 있는 스마트뱅킹의 확산을 지원하기 위하여, 스마트뱅킹의 지속적 수용에 영향을 주는 요인을 찾아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰과 실증분석을 병행하여 스마트뱅킹 서비스의 특징 및 현황을 파악하고 스마트뱅킹에 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 서비스 확장성, UI편의성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성이 스마트뱅킹에 대한 만족도 및 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났고, 보안성은 그다지 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 금융업체와 통신업체 등의 스마트뱅킹 마케팅/기술 전략에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대되며 앞으로 좀 더 심도 깊은 추가적 연구와 토의가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

사용자 편익과 맞춤화가 스마트뱅킹 이용에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the affecting factors of Smart banking usage in terms of user's benefits and personalization)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the user's attitude and usage of smart banking application in terms of user's benefits and personalization. While the prior researches on mobile banking adoption focus on the characteristics of service itself, this paper intends to investigate the smart banking application in terms of user's benefits, which are personal value consumers attach to the product or service attributes. Based on prior studies functional benefits, social benefits, experiential benefits, and personalization are identified as affecting factors of the user's attitude and usage of smart banking application. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, all benefit factors(functional benefit, experimental benefit, social benefit) and personalization were found to be significantly related to the user's attitude. Users' attitude on smart banking was found to be significantly related to the real usage as well. This paper has value in that it investigates the attitude and usage of smart banking in terms of benefits.

  • As smart phones have become widely adopted, they have brought about changes in individual lifestyles, as well as significant changes in the industry. As the mobile technology of smart phones has become associated with all areas of industry, it is not only accelerating innovation in other industries such as shopping, healthcare service, education, and finance, but is also creating new markets and business opportunities. The preparation of thorough security measures for smart phones is increasing in demand. While offering excellent mobility and convenience, smart phones can be exposed to a range of violation threats. In particular, it is necessary to make efforts to develop a security system that can preemptively cope with potential security threats in the banking service area, which requires a high level of reliability. This paper suggests a security reference model that is considered for the smart phone-based joint mobile banking development project being undertaken by the Bank of Korea in 2010. The purpose of this study is to make a security reference model for a reliable smart phone-based mobile financial service, by recognizing the specific security threats directed toward smart phones, and providing countermeasures to these security threats. The proposed mobile banking security reference model is useful in improving system security by systematically analyzing information security threats to the mobile financial service, and by presenting the guideline for the preparation of countermeasures.

스마트폰 뱅킹서비스 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 중국 사례 (Factors Affecting the Intention to Use of Smart-Phone Banking Service: A Case of Chinese Users)

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 모바일뱅킹 서비스의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보기 위하여 연구모형을 설계하였으며, 기존 연구에 비해 스마트폰 특성이라는 독립변수와 사용만족도라는 매개변수를 추가하여 확장하였다. 이동성, 다양성, 보안성 등의 스마트폰 특성, 즉시접속성, 보안성, 시험가능성, 정보풍부성, 이용편의성 등의 모바일뱅킹 서비스 특성, 사용자 친숙도, 사용자 혁신성 등의 사용자 개인특성 등의 독립변수와 사용자 만족도라는 매개변수가 스마트폰 모바일뱅킹서비스의 수용과 관련하여 어떠한 경로를 통해 중국 소비자들의 수용의도에 영향을 주는지와 관련해 이론적 모델을 제시하고 이를 설문을 통하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면 스마트폰 특성 중 이동성이, 모바일뱅킹 서비스 특성 중 즉시 접속성과 이용편의성이, 사용자 개인 특성 중 사용자 친숙도가 사용만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사용만족도는 수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 이동 중에도 언제 어디서나 이용할 수 있고 사용이 쉬운 인터페이스를 제공하는 것이 스마트폰 뱅킹서비스의 수용의도를 높인다는 것을 암시한다.

핀테크 서비스에서 오프라인에서 온라인으로의 신뢰전이에 관한 연구 - 스마트뱅킹을 중심으로 - (A Study on Trust Transfer in Traditional Fintech of Smart Banking)

  • 본 연구에서는 기존에 구축되었던 오프라인뱅킹에서의 신뢰가 새로운 스마트뱅킹 서비스 신뢰에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는가를 규명하였다. 이를 위해 스마트뱅킹 신뢰의 영향요인으로 오프라인뱅킹의 신뢰, 스마트뱅킹의 시스템 품질과 정보품질을 비교연구하였다. 실증연구를 위해 스마트뱅킹 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 186부의 설문지를 회수하였고, 자료분석은 Smart-PLS 2.0을 이용하였다. 분석결과, 오프라인뱅킹 신뢰가 스마트뱅킹 신뢰에 미치는 영향이 유의하게 나타나, 핀테크 서비스에서 신뢰전이가 존재함을 검증하였다. 그리고 이러한 오프라인뱅킹 신뢰가 스마트뱅킹 신뢰에 미치는 영향력은 스마트뱅킹 자체의 특성보다 낮은 것을 입증하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 학술적 측면과 산업적 측면에서 살펴볼 수 있다. 먼저, 학술적 측면에서의 의의이다. 지금까지의 뱅킹관련 연구들은 오프라인뱅킹이나 스마트뱅킹 어느 한 측면에 초점을 맞추어 연구를 수행하였다. 이에 비해 본 연구에서는 오프라인뱅킹의 특성이 스마트뱅킹 특성에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가하는 신뢰전이를 검증했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 다음으로, 산업적 측면에서의 의의이다. 본 연구에서 시중은행의 오프라인뱅킹 특성이 새로운 스마트뱅킹 서비스의 신뢰에 영향을 준다는 것을 보여주었다. 이것은 신흥 핀테크 업체가 시중 은행에 비해 신뢰구축의 경쟁에서 유리하지 않다는 것을 의미한다. 신흥 핀테크 업체들은 시중은행과 달리 모바일, 소셜, 클라우드, 빅데이터 등은 물론, 현실화되고 있는 사물인터넷, 가상현실 등의 기술로 무장하여 고객의 편의성을 혁신적으로 개선하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 강점만으로는 금융거래에 필요한 충분한 신뢰를 형성할 수 있다고 보장할 수는 없다는 것이다. 이미 신뢰관계에 있는 주거래 은행을 고객들이 잘 바꾸지 않는 관성이 있기 때문이다. 따라서 신흥 핀테크 업체들은 상대적으로 고객접점에 우위에 있는 소셜서비스와 같은 온라인 상호작용의 강점과 다양한 인터넷 서비스와의 연계성을 반영한 파괴적인 부가가치 창출을 위해 노력해야하고, 특히 새로운 서비스에 저항이 낮은 젊은층을 중심으로 한 서비스신뢰 구축을 위해 노력해야 할 것이다.

Mobile Banking Service in Mongolia: The Role of Online Convenience on the Acceptance and Use Behavior

  • The goal of this study is to scrutinize the impact of individual online convenience dimensions on mobile banking acceptance and use in Mongolia. A total of 211 valid responses were collected from Mongolian university students who currently use mobile banking application services from local banks. The SmartPLS 3.3 software was used to conduct the confirmatory factor analysis and test the hypotheses. Using structural equation modelling, this research discovered that access convenience, transaction convenience, and possession/post-possession convenience are the main constructs related to the adoption of mobile banking services. Perceived innovation showed a significant positive effect on the adoption of mobile banking technologies. Through practical and theoretical implications, this research aims to assist mobile banking service channels of local and international banks in Mongolia. Identifying which online convenience dimensions impact the adoption and use of mobile banking will contribute to the adoption of competitive strategies for financial institutions and banks.

  • This research is motivated by the concept of online banking or Internet banking where consumers aren't required to visit a bank branch to complete most of their basic banking transactions. They can do all of this at their own convenience, wherever they want. This research aims to find out the role of e-satisfaction in mediating the influence of e-service quality on the e-loyalty of the customer of a private bank in Indonesia. The method of data collection in this research is by using probability sampling with the simple purposive sampling technique. Data that is collected from 205 respondents is the data that meet the criteria, which are the respondent needs to be a bank customer and must have an Internet banking account. The analysis method that is used is regression analysis through the SEM method with the aid of SmartPLS 3.0 software to test the significance of e-satisfaction role in mediating the relationship between e-service quality and e-loyalty. The research result shows that e-service quality has a significant positive influence on e-satisfaction; e-satisfaction has a significant positive influence on e-loyalty, e-service has a significant positive influence on e-loyalty, and e-satisfaction significantly mediate the influence of e-service quality towards e-loyalty.

The Impact of Service Quality and Loyalty on Adoption and Use of Mobile Banking Services: Empirical Evidence from Central Asian Context

  • The service industry has been acknowledged as a critical part of mobile banking services in recent years. This study examines the impact of e-service quality and loyalty on the intention to use and use behavior of mobile banking services in Mongolia, a Central Asian country. As a result, based on past research, a conceptual model was suggested. This study comprises 209 completed questionnaires from young Mongolians who own a bank account and a smartphone. The data was collected based on convenience sampling, and it was analyzed with SmartPLS software using a partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The findings indicate that system quality, interface design, and security assurance have a significant positive impact on service quality; service quality has a positive impact on loyalty. Moreover, the results reveal that service quality and loyalty have a significant influence on the intention to use mobile banking services. The findings of this study suggest that local or international banks and financial institutions in Mongolia should consider system quality, interface design, and security concerns as key successors to building perceived security quality to retain current mobile banking users and attract new customers.

  • Recently, due to the proliferation of smartphones, users of mobile banking services which are based in wireless Internet without constraint of the time and places are significantly increased. In the study, considering the characteristics of mobile banking services based on the smartphone and the user behavior. we analyse the factors which have an effect on the behavioral intention to use mobile banking services based on the smartphone. For this purpose, we use the model which is based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and add two constructs:the perceived enjoyment and the perceived risk. A survey data for 194 students at the K cyber university is used for statistical analysis. As a result, the perceived ease of use affects the perceived usefulness and the perceived enjoyment, and the perceived ease of use. And the perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment affect continuous intention to use. On the other hand, the hypothesis which the perceived risk would affect adversely the continuous intention to use is rejected. Through this study, we expect to provide the useful implications for the smartphone banking services and contribute to the development of strategy for them.

개인정보 침해위험이 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 - 국내은행의 스마트뱅킹 서비스 중심으로 (Empirical Validation of Personal Information Violation Risks with Use Intention : Focusing on Domestic Smart Banking Services)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is how personal information protection risks affect the intention to use domestic smart banking services. VAM(Value based Adoption Model) model is validated as a theoretical background, selecting ease of use, usefulness and perceived security as a benefit factor, and considers perceived cost, technical complexity, and risk of personal information leakage as a sacrifice factor. Methods: The method of this study used questionnaire survey to collect 365 data on suer's perception on smart banking services, and also performed a structural equation modeling method using by AMOS 23. Results: The result of this paper shows that all hypothesis are accepted statistically significant except 1 hypothesis. Conclusion: This research is concluded that perceived value is affected on statistically positive impact on ease of use, usefulness and perceived security, and negative impact on perceived cost and risk of personal information violation, not statistically technical complexity.
