Purpose: In recent, mobile technology, as an axis of the fourth industry paradigm, is evolving into our daily life, economic activities and disaster safety management. However, since the location information service is insufficient, it is difficult to response the emergency situation adequately in the golden time. The purpose of this study is to propose a method to fine precisely the location of people who are in need of an emergency in the event of accidents and disasters. Method: This study investigates and compares existing literature and safety apps for national index number NFC application development. In addition, the system structure and the design method through the element technology through analysis of necessary function of the demander were carried out. Results: The results of this study were developed as a design and system that can be implemented in both direction and function to inform the location for emergency situation or disaster reporting in mobile. Conclution: It is possible to provide the disaster safety location service which can be utilized by the citizens in case of crisis by unifying the address system and integrating the location information using NFC.

In this paper, presented was the research work of finding practical application systems using IT that would be adopted by the next generation high speed train for the safety, convenience, and comfort of the passengers and crew members. Study on the applications using smart sensors and IT brought up 26 feasible application cases. Among them 16 cases were related with IT applications and 10 cases smart sensor applications. After having public hearings and surveys to make the decision more objective and generally acceptable, 7 applications - such as information providing service using personal LCD monitor, alarm service, individual internet access service, automatic and remote air conditioning, wireless visual communication with an attendant, extraordinary sound detection, urgent situation in toilet monitoring - out of those 26 were chosen as the final applications.

The purpose of this study was to compare the differences between science teachers' preference and their students' awareness for teaching and learning methods according to classroom circumstance, with a focus on the 'Stimulus and Reaction' subject unit in middle school. A survey was given to teachers and students that concentrated mainly on the 8 grade 'stimulus and reaction' unit, it was followed by interviews with 5 students to and in the interpretation of the findings. The questionnaire participants consisted of 192 science teachers and 331 $8^{th}$ grade students. Lecturing was the teaching method which was most favored by teachers and mainly recognized by students followed by questioning, educational software and film/video. We could see difference of recognition between teachers and students from this result in application, review and attitude area. The teaching methods applied by teachers and recognized by students depended on the instructional situation. In addition, it was revealed that teachers were applying various teaching methods to classroom situations.

An informatization evaluation is becoming a major issue among vocational colleges, as the 21th century begins. This century is characterized as Knowledge and Information era. Thus it is popular for administrative organizations to use Information Technologies as major tool to innovate themselves. The main objective of this study is develop evaluation indexes on applications of information technologies for vocational colleges because they must operate their education services by using management principles. Four major indexes were recommended to evaluate their information environment of educational service as follows. 1. Strategic Information System 2. Environmental Factors of Information System 3. Informational Resources 4. Utilization of Information Technologies Each index has 4 variables to identify the level of informatization and every variable is consisted of several questions. Such an evaluation system will be applied for vocational colleges to know their own situation of IT application and to develop managerial strategies by using IT. This system also will be useful to compare you with your potential competitors and to find appropriate polices of IT application by measuring the indexes at different points of time.

The speed of processes and the extremely large amount of data to be used in Intelligence Transportations System (ITS) cannot be handling by humans without considerable automation. However, it is difficult to develop software with conventional fixed algorithms (hard-wired logic on decision making level) for effectively manipulate dynamically evolving real time transportation environment. This situation can be resolved by applying methods of artificial intelligence and data mining that provide flexibility and learning capability. This paper presents a brief introduction of data mining and artificial intelligence (AI) applications in Intelligence Transportation System (ITS), analyzing the prospects of enhancing the capabilities by means of knowledge discovery and accumulating intelligence to support in decision making.

Due to the paradigm shift of the industrial structure in the contemporary china society, the usage of practical function of industrial facilities goes down in this high developing society, so that it falls into some unused spaces. But the unused industrial facilities that including historical, symbolic and cultural meaning has been creating a new cultural space by giving architectural form and function through a variety of application methods for revitalization design. Especially, the facade design which fully expresses the function and meaning of building while properly expressing the cultural situation. It improves the living and cultural conditions of residents while giving the new symbolism of unused industrial facilities through various ways of application methods for revitalization. The unused industrial facilities that was reconstructed into the exhibition space in Beijing and Shanghai, china since 2006 is the object and scope of this study. The purpose of this study is to analyze the methods and characteristics of application methods for revitalization according to each component of the facade design in the idle industrial facility and to expect it to become basic data in the future design plan of unused industrial facilities.

Good faith is difficult to define due to the facts that there is not an objective and concrete concept of good faith, and good faith in contracts for the international sale of goods is a principle that parties to the contract must act with sincerity as members of a social community. The Korean Supreme Court shall pay attention to setting the applicable standards that can be universally applied to good faith based on the self-established criteria. Through such effort, it is possible not only to realize the value of concrete validity pursued by the general clause of good faith but also to realize the value of legal stability by assuring the predictability of results when applying good faith. In the modern sense, it can be said that the arbitrary application of general rules rather than the escape and general clauses is a problematic situation in the application of good faith, but this problem can be solved by setting a reasonable standard of good faith. This paper studies good faith in the view of Korean law, international laws, and related cases in contract law. The purpose of this paper is to find the problems and solutions of the practical application of good faith by analyzing the Korean case (2009Da86000), which undermined the legal stability of good faith in Korea.

In the recent years, An attempts have been made to convergence medical technology and IT technology to overcome the limitations of temporal, spatial, and medical technology applications. In this study, we developed an application s/w to support emergency services for emergency medical services. The developed smart application for emergency rescue activities support can easily identify emergency situation and emergency diary. Then, it can be transmitted to a remote medical guidance doctor so that emergency treatment and hospital response can be performed quickly.

This study conducted an empirical study on the application of innovative teaching methods in the tourism field in a situation where innovative teaching methods suitable for the AI era are required. It was intended to provide exploratory basic data on the application of a wide range of innovative teaching methods through actual verification of the educational effectiveness before and after the application of the innovative teaching method. To this end, the effectiveness before and after education was empirically verified with 60 students who majored in tourism at Y University in the metropolitan area. Reliability analysis, corresponding sample t-test, and map analysis using graphs were performed on the collected data to increase visibility. As a result of the study, it was found that all the competencies of the innovative teaching method had a statistically significant influence after the application of the innovative teaching method. In addition, by increasing the effect of interaction between instructors and learners acting as facilitators, exploratory results were derived for potential benefits and areas that could be improved.
