Human uses level difference and time difference to get space information. Therefore this paper shows that method to presume direction of sound source by time difference and to mark presumed position. The position means direction from geometrical center of sensors to the sound source. To get the time difference of microphones input level, we will be explained about arrangement of microphones which used for the sensor to take the sound signal. It is included distance among the 3 microphones and distance between microphones and sound source. Secondly, input signals are transmitted to CPU througth digital process. CPU is used to DSP(Digital Signal Processor) for manage the signal by real time. Finally, the position of sound source is perceived by an explained algorithm in this paper.

This work describes the development of a D-band (110-170 GHz) signal source based on a SiGe BiCMOS technology. This D-band signal source consists of a V-band (50-75 GHz) oscillator, a V-band amplifier, and a D-band frequency doubler. The V-band signal from the oscillator is amplified for power boost, and then the frequency is doubled for D-band signal generation. The V-band oscillator showed an output power of 2.7 dBm at 67.3 GHz. Including a buffer stage, it had a DC power consumption of 145 mW. The peak gain of the V-band amplifier was 10.9 dB, which was achieved at 64.0 GHz and consumed 110 mW of DC power. The active frequency doubler consumed 60 mW for D-band signal generation. The integrated D-band source exhibited a measured output oscillation frequency of 133.2 GHz with an output power of 3.1 dBm and a phase noise of -107.2 dBc/Hz at 10 MHz offset. The chip size is $900{\times}1,890{\mu}m^2$, including RF and DC pads.
source of speech signal is actually composed of combination of periodic and aperiodic components, although it is often modeled to either one of those. In the paper an experiment which can separate periodic and aperiodic components from speech source. Linear predictive residual signal was used as a approximated vocal source the original speech to obtain the estimated aperiodic part. Iterative extrapolation method was used to compute the aperiodic part.
In speech synthesis, LF model is widely used for excitation signal for voice source coding system. But LF model does not represent the harmonic frequencies of excitation signal. We propose an effective method which use sinusoidal functions for representing the harmonics of voice source signal. The proposed method could achieve more exact voice source waveform and better synthesized speech quality than LF model.
This paper decribes a new technique for the generation of excitation sources in LPC system. We synthesize a speech signal using several excitation sources, according to residual signal energy and ZCR(zero Crossing Rate). One of the excitation sources mix the double differentiated glottal wave form source and noise source. As a result, we got improved speech signal than that produced by conventional LPC system.
Blind source extraction (BSE) is a special class of blind source separation (BSS) methods, which only extracts one or a subset of the sources at a time. Based on the time delay of the desired signal, a simple but important extraction algorithm (simplified " BC algorithm")was presented by Barros and Cichocki. However, the performance of this method is not satisfying in some cases for which it only carries out the constrained minimization of the mean squared error. To overcome these drawbacks, ICA with reference (ICA-R) based approach, which considers the higher-order statistics of sources, is added as the second stage for further source extraction. Specifically, BC algorithm is exploited to roughly extract the desired signal. Then the extracted signal in the first stage, as the reference signal of ICA-R method, is further used to extract the desired sources as cleanly as possible. Simulations on synthetic data and real-world data show its validity and usefulness.
The bistatic sonar operations using a spatially-separated source and receiver are classified into cooperative and non-cooperative operations. In the cooperative operation, an active signal of a friendly ship is used and the source information is known previously. In the non-cooperative operation, an active signal of the enemy is used and it is difficult to find out the source information. The source information consists of the range, speed, course and frequency of the source. It gives advantage to operating bistatic sonar. This paper suggests a method of estimating the source information with geographic information in the sea and the single-ping of the enemy. The source range is given using one geographic point. And the source speed, course and the frequency of the enemy's source signal are given using two geographic points. Finally, the validity of the scheme is confirmed through a simulation study.
The abnormal sound of generator frame is analyzed by a acceleration signal. The spike-like time signal is major characteristics of impacting force. The distributional map of vibration level is one of visualization method. With map, noise source was easily detected. After de_assembly of generator, loose part of internal component is the source of impact force by mechanical movement of stator inherently. In contact condition of part with clearance, the level of impact signal is different at each revolution and impact signal did not happens periodically.
This paper presents the novel work for source localization of serial multiple impacts in a plate sructure. It is difficult to identify the source of serial multiple impacts with the current source localization techenology(SLT) because of the overlapping of dispersive wave induced by multiple impacts and the reflaction from the edge of the plate. In this paper, the new method is suggested for source localization. The method is developed based on the SLT with pre-signal processing such as some limitation for the selection of three sensors, the frequency range for TFA and impact time interval. Results from numerical simulation and experiment in isotropic plate structure are presented, which show the capability of the proposed method.
The whistle is a very important information source for the safety navigation under foggy weather. But navigator has no concern about this, because it must be achived by human hearing sense and considered as a vague signal. If the range and relative bearing of signal source can be detected automatically, it would be very useful system for preventing marine casualties making a lot of economic loss and environment pollution. Before the algorithm of 2-dimensional sound source tracking system was reported. This paper describes the method that can obtain the time lag between three signals and the theory of cross-correlation analysis and subtraction method for cauculating the time lag by using the digital signal data sequences. And a series of experiments were carried out for various position of sound source in the range from 200cm to 530cm. As a result, we have recognized that sound source tracking system is possible to the sea field with improvement of position error.
