사용중인 OC의 사고가 외물접촉, 자연현상, 일반인 과실 등으로 인하여 전체 배전선로 일시고장의 대부분을 차지하고 있음으로, 피복의 트래킹 성능을 개선하여 수목 및 조류와의 접촉으로 인한 접촉부 전개 집중 시 또는 지지금구의 바인더부에 고전계 인가 시 트래킹에 의한 절연물의 탄화, 침식 등에 의하여 발생할 수 있는 절연파괴 등의 사고 위험을 줄이기 위하여 개발된 제품으로 산악지역 등에서 내트래킹, 내부식성, 수밀성 및 전기적인 특성이 우수하다. 본 평가기술에서는 알루미늄 묘|복강선, 연선 및 절연체의 일반적인 특성과 트래킹성, 도체수밀, 내후성, 밀착도, 교류파괴전압 등의 주요한 평가시험에 대한 방법을 검토하여 평가시험에 적용하여 평가시험시 문제점을 도출하고 평가시험방법을 정립하고자 한다.

Targeted intracellular delivery of therapeutic agents is one of the great challenges for cancer treatment. Aptamers that bind to a variety of biological targets have emerged as new targeting moieties with high specificity for targeted cancer therapy. In this study, near-infrared (NIR) light-absorbing hollow gold nanocages (AuNCs) were synthesized and conjugated with AS1411 aptamer to achieve cancer-targeted photothermal therapy. AuNC functionalized with PEG and AS1411 (AS1411-PEG-AuNC) exhibited selective cellular uptake in breast cancer cells due to selective binding of AS1411 to nucleolin, a protein that is over-expressed in cancer cells over normal cells. As a result, AS1411-PEG-AuNC showed cancer-targeted photothermal activity. This study demonstrates that aptamer-conjugated AuNCs are effective tumor-targeting photothermal agents.

HPMC-based novel gel formulations for the transdermal delivery of testosterone (TS) were developed, and the effect of various skin permeation enhancers was studied in vitro and in vivo. In vitro hairless mouse skin permeation of TS from the gel was investigated using Keshary-Chien diffusion cells for 8 hours at $37^{\circ}C$. In vivo plasma concentration profiles of TS after applying the gel on the abdominal skin of rat were determined using a commercial radioimmunoassay kit. Hairless mouse skin permeation of TS increased with the addition of permeation enhancers both in vitro and in vivo. Combination of diethanolamine (2%) and N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP, 6%) was the most effective among tested. Plasma concentration of TS significantly increased for at least 24 hours with the addition of diethanolamine and NMP. These results suggest the feasibility of the development of a HPMC-based gel formulation for the transdermal delivery of TS.

The monthly variations of blood characteristics and RNA/DNA of black sea bream, Acanthopagrus schlegeli, habituated in Geojae costal area were analysed to determine health condition of natural stocks in terms of gonad maturation and spawning season from March 2010 to February 2011. Spawning season determinated by gonadosomatic index is from June to August. RNA/DNA ratio of black sea bream muscle was strongly correlated with spawning season. During the gonad maturation RNA/DNA ratio in dorsal muscle tissue was decreased contrast to rapid increase during spawning season. Blood composition factors increased in terms of gonad maturation are aspartate aminotransferase, cholesterol, triglyceride, total protein, glucose, globulin, alkaline phosphatase and inorganic phosphate. Other blood factors increased during spawning season are alanine aminotransferase, blood urea nitrogen, uric acid and lactate dehydrogenase.

말초신경초 내에 발생하는 결절종은 일부 보고된 바는 있으나, 발생빈도는 드문 것으로 되어있으며, 발생 부위는 슬관절과 근위 경비관절 부위의 비골신경에서 가장 흔한 것으로 보고 되어 있다. 저자들은 신경학적 증상없이 슬관절부 비골신경 내에 발생한 결절종에 대하여 후유증 없이 치료하여 이를 보고하고자 한다.

This is a case of tracheomalacia associated with esophageal atresia. An 11-month-old- male boy presented with a life-threatening apneic spell after correction of esophageal atresia (Gross type C). After complete exclusion of the other possible causes of the apneic spell, the presumptive diagnosis of tracheomalacia was made with fluoroscopy and 3-dimensional chest CT. The final diagnosis was made with rigid bronchoscopy under spontaneous respiration. The aortopexy was performed with intraoperative bronchoscopic examination. The postoperative period was unremarkably uneventful. The patient was discharged 9 days after the aortopexy and has remained well to date (5 months after the aortopexy).

Time-concentration curves of recombinant human interferon alpha$(rIFN-{\alpha}A)$ in the skin and serum of nude mice or rats were studied after topical application of IFN ointment. IFN appeared in the skin and serum in less than 30 minutes and lasted for more than 10-12 hours at high concentration level after the application to nude mice at a dose of $9.0{\times}10^5\;IU/g$ mouse. But in the rats, IFN was not detected in the serum even 7 hours after the application at a dose of $6.0{\times}10^5\;IU/g$ rat. Topical application of IFN might be useful for the topical and systemic treatment if the human skin resembles that of nude mouse in respect to transport characteristics.

환경 시료인 토양, 우유, 해수, 해조류, 어패류, 솔잎 및 해저토 중에 존재하는 $^{90}Sr$의 농도를 결정하기 위한 새로운 형태의 분리농축법을 확립한 후 ICP-AES를 사용하여 각 분석과정을 검토하였다. 처리 과정을 단축시킨 발연 질산법 및 이온교환수지법을 혼합한 새로운 형태의 분석과정으로 $^{90}Sr$의 농도를 정량한 결과 효과적으로 Ca를 완전히 제거할 수 있었으며, 발연질산법 만을 사용했을 경우보다 스트론튬의 회수율이 약 10% 이상 높게 나타났다. 이 방법은 토양, 우유, 해조류, 어패류, 솔잎, 및 해저토 등 환경 시료들 중의 $^{90}Sr$ 결정에 적용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 토양 중의 $^{90}Sr$ 농도가 가장 높았으며 모든 시료 중의 $^{90}Sr$의 농도는 환경 기준치 이하로 나타났다.

The advent of massively parallel sequencing, also called next-generation sequencing (NGS), has dramatically influenced cancer genomics by accelerating the identification of novel molecular alterations. Using a whole genome sequencing (WGS) approach, we identified somatic coding and noncoding variants that may contribute to leukemogenesis in 11 adult Korean acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients, with serial tumor samples (primary and relapse) available for 5 of them; somatic variants were identified in 187 AML-related genes, including both novel (SIN3A, C10orf53, PTPRR, and RERGL) and well-known (NPM1, RUNX1, and CEPBA) AML-related genes. Notably, SIN3A expression shows prognostic value in AML. A newly designed method, referred to as "hot-zone" analysis, detected two putative functional noncoding variants that can alter transcription factor binding affinity near PPP1R10 and SRSF1. Moreover, the functional importance of the SRSF1 noncoding variant was further investigated by luciferase assays, which showed that the variant is critical for the regulation of gene expression leading to leukemogenesis. We expect that further functional investigation of these coding and noncoding variants will contribute to a more in-depth understanding of the underlying molecular mechanisms of AML and the development of targeted anti-cancer drugs.

Objectives: This study was conducted to analyze the stress level of teachers and their management measures, the school environments affecting on the characteristics of teachers and how the health status of school teachers have effect on the stress level of school teachers in our nation. Methods: The study conducted to 900 high school teachers in Seoul, Busan, Incheon, Kwangju and Daejeon. The investigation was carried out for 5 months from March 10 to July 10, 2007. Results: The stress level of test subjects was $15.55{\pm}3.14$ in 30 point scale (51.8 in 100 point scale). The overall level scored 3.71 in 8 point scale (46.4 in 100 point scale), and the average of stress management methods was 15.51 in 36 point scale (55.8 in 100 point scale). Therefore, stress management methods should be developed to solve stress and to reduce the causes of stress variables of high school teachers to teach students healthily in good health status without stress, which can allow us to have healthy families and society though the ripple effects. In addition, the related governments, organizations, related experts and teachers should take effort by paying more attention to increase the life quality of teachers to enjoy healthy life.
