The cultural tendency based on sharing and cooperation, which has recently been a hot issue, accelerates throughout the world. This study began with a perception that a sharing culture is inherent in urban public spaces. This study aims to conduct a theoretical study of the sharing culture and to analyze the characteristics of the design composition of public spaces. This study selected squares in 16 European cities as cases for analysis. The results are summarized as follows:1)To analyze the design characteristics of public spaces in which a sharing culture is inherent, this study drew the shape and type of planes and sharing elements such as accessibility, symbolism and activity with the squares in the cases. 2)The shape of planes in the squares in the cases has been formed in close relations with the historic meaning and events of the area and the process of the construction of buildings surrounding the square. The squares in the cases were classified into seven plane types, and these squares have developmentally contributed to the formation of a sharing culture as a place for free participation and communication concerning social issues. 3)In the squares in the cases, the weight of road-centered access appears high, and in terms of the construction of human-friendly / environment-friendly infrastructure in the city or judging from the trend of the recent increase of pedestrian-centered plans for public space, it is judged that approaches with a high utilization rate of sidewalk or public transportation would be desirable. 4)Symbolic elements of the square become a device by which citizens can share the historic symbolism, along with artistic inspiration. In addition, by serving as an observatory from which people can take a view of the landscape of the city, it allows visual sharing of the entire city as well as the square. 5)A square is common pool resources in the community, and it is necessary to vitalize that in a direction of increasing the possibility of sharing, through the characteristics and methods of the composition of public design.

The aim of this paper is to investigate Japanese speakers' perception of Korean tense consonants. In a range of perceptual experiments Japanese participants were directed to label Korean stimuli using Japanese katakana characters. The analysis of the results showed a strong influence of Japanese phonology in the responses. Japanese perception of sokuon was increased, (1) when the tense consonants were in word medial position, (2) when tense consonants were other than /s/, (3) when the tense consonant followed voiceless consonants, (4) when the consonants were part of a cluster sharing their point of articulation, (5) when preceding vowel were other than /u/, (6) when following vowel were /u/. This result, showing preference for phonology, is in harmony with previous research on the Japanese sokuon perception using Japanese (Takeyasu 2009, Matsui 2011), and Italian (Tanaka & Kubozono 2008) stimuli.

The primary objective of this study was to investigate the perception of informational professionals' knowledge sharing practices in social media platforms. The specific objectives of the study included learning professionals' perceptions and awareness of knowledge sharing using social media, understanding their opinions and beliefs, and gaining familiarity with and reasons for using these tools. Open & close ended web-based questions were sent out by email to the international training program (ITP) participants. Findings indicated that most of the respondents' were aware of using social media and that they used social media for knowledge sharing. Speed and ease of use, managing personal knowledge, easier communication with users and colleagues and powerful communication tool are the areas that motivated them to use it. It also stated some barriers like lack of support, familiarity, trust, unfiltered information and fear of providing information. The study was limited to the perceptual aspect of the issue, specifically from the individuals' opinions and sentiments.

This study aimed to identify parents' experiences of child-rearing on Saturday with no class as well as their perceptions and demands on the Five-day School Week system. The study participants were 640 parents with first to second grade children. The major results were as follows: First, parents were generally satisfied with the Five-day School Week System. Second, the Five-day School Week System increased fathers' role-sharing on the Saturday with no class. It was also related with some of the demographic variables and the Five-Week Workweek System of the father and the mother. Third, both the fathers and mothers had more parenting stress on Saturdays with no class than on Saturdays with classes. Their parenting stress on Saturdays with no class was related with some demographic variables and work flexibility.

전자의무기록 공유를 추진하기 위해서는 사람들의 인식을 이해할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 합리적 행동 이론과 프라이버시 계산 모형에 기반하여 전자의무기록 공유에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하였다. 또한 직업과 개인 병력 등 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 공유 의도가 달라지는지에 대해서 알아보았다. 145명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 이타적 즐거움과 개인정보 보호 인식, 법·제도적 역할 인식 및 건강에 관한 관심 정도가 전자의무기록 공유 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있었으며 의료기관에 대한 신뢰가 법·제도적 역할 인식과 공유 의도 간의 관계를 긍정적으로 조절하였다. 이에 사람들이 공유 과정에 의료기관뿐만 아니라 정부의 역할도 중요하게 인식하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 전자의무기록 공유에 대한 사람들의 참여와 수용을 촉진하기 위해서는 공유로 인한 공익적 혜택을 강조해야 할 것이며 법적으로 개인정보의 보안과 올바른 활용을 보장하는 가이드라인을 마련하는 것이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다.

As vehicle sharing service is being widely used in China. The sharing economy appeared to be a way to make people's lives more convenient and to utilize limited resources efficiently. Sharing economy companies have created an app to satisfy users' needs with providing more benefits. Although research on vehicle sharing services has been continuously conducted at the level of the sharing economy, there are not many empirical studies related to the perception of the sharing economy from the consumer's point of view. In this sense, this study considered the perceived relationship benefits (social benefits, economic benefits, psychological benefits, and functional benefits) of Didi chuxing service as the key independent variables influencing users' confirmation and satisfaction, And suggests that users' confirmation and satisfaction are the key determinants of Didi continuance intention . To test the proposed research model, this study conducted structural equation model using 268 data collected on the users who have experience of Didi service. According to the empirical analysis results, This study verifies that: First, social benefits, economic benefits, psychological benefits, and functional benefits are determinants of user's satisfaction. Second, expectation confirmation depends on economic benefits, psychological benefits, functional benefits and social influence, meanwhile, social benefit has no effect on expectation confirmation. Third, expectation confirmation is proved to be a positive predictor of users' satisfaction. Finally, this results indicate that continuous use intention is determined by users' satisfaction.

오픈 데이터가 국제적인 흐름으로 주목받는 현시점에서 데이터 공유를 지원하는 한국의 국제 학술지 역할에 대한 논의가 이루어질 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 발간 국제 학술지의 편집인 설문 조사와 인터뷰를 바탕으로 데이터 공유 정책 도입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고 해당 학술지 편집인의 데이터 공유 정책 도입 및 구성요소에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 정책을 도입하였거나 도입할 예정인 학술지에서는 데이터 공유가 국제적인 추세이며 연구발전에 기여할 수 있다는 점을 인식하였지만, 여전히 데이터 공유에 대한 인식 개선 노력이 필요함을 강조하였다. 이에 학술지 및 학술공동체 차원에서의 교육 활동이나 데이터 공유에 따른 보상을 통해 데이터 공유에 대한 인식을 개선할 필요가 있었다. 또한 중요도가 높으며, 필수 구성요소로 편집인의 절반 이상이 선택한 구성요소로 '데이터 가용성 표기', '데이터 공유 수준', '데이터 공유 방법', '데이터 인용'이 있었다. 이들 학술지에서 데이터 공유를 반드시 의무화할 필요는 없지만 데이터 가용성 표기를 통해 데이터를 공유할 수 없는 상황에 대해 언급하는 것은 필요하다고 보았다. 국내 상황에 적합한 리포지터리 개발 및 실행을 책임질 기관의 역할 또한 강조되었다. 더불어 정책 도입에 영향을 주는 요인에 따라 정책 도입 비율의 차이를 확인한 결과, 영향력지수 사분위, 출판 유형, 주제 분야에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 영향력지수가 높은 학술지는 데이터 공유를 지원하는 자원을 보유할 가능성이 높고 오픈액세스 혹은 하이브리드 학술지는 오픈사이언스의 일환인 오픈 데이터에 관심을 가지는 경향이 있다고 볼 수 있었다. 의학 분야에서는 학술공동체 차원의 데이터 공유를 위한 적극적인 움직임이 데이터 공유 정책 도입을 촉진하였음을 알 수 있었다. 국내에서 학술지 데이터 공유 정책 도입 및 운영을 활성화하는 기초자료로서 본 연구가 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 급변하는 교육환경에서 더욱 요구되는 인성을 갖춘 학습자 역량을 기르기 위해 고등학교 기술 가정 교과서 '가족이 여는 행복한 가정생활 문화' 단원을 중심으로 배려와 나눔 실천 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하여 평가하였다. 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석, 빈도분석, 상관분석, t-test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 크게 배려와 나눔 실천 교수 학습 과정안 테마 I과 II 개발, 학생 활동 및 결과물 평가, 사전 사후 설문지 평가 3부분으로, 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 총 13차시분의 배려와 나눔 실천 교수 학습 과정안은 테마I(나눔으로 통하는 배려)과 테마 II(실천으로 통하는 배려)로 나누어, 테마 I은 '건강한 가족문화'와 '지속가능한 소비생활 문화' 단원을 중심으로 총 5차시분을, 테마 II는 '의식주 생활 속 배려와 나눔' 단원을 중심으로 총 8차시분을 개발하였다. 둘째, 테마 I에서 추출된 배려와 나눔 실천 요소(소통, 감사, 용기, 사랑, 공감, 환경)를 우리나라 가정생활에서 실천할 수 있도록 다양한 가족의 상황(맞벌이, 한부모, 다문화, 장애인, 3세대, 수험생 가족)에 맞게 테마 II에 적용한 결과, 스마트 기기를 활용한 모둠별 활동이 활발하게 이루어졌으며 가족과 이웃 그리고 환경을 고려한 배려와 나눔 실천 활동이 매우 다양한 형태로 이루어졌다. 셋째, 사전 검사로 실시한 청소년 인성 측정 문항의 요인 분석 결과 자아인식, 배려와 나눔 인식, 배려와 나눔 실천 3가지 요인으로 나타났으며, 연구 대상자의 가족관계 만족도나 학교생활 만족도가 높을수록 세 인성 변수간 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 배려와 나눔 실천 수업 활동 결과, 다양한 측면에서 긍정적으로 적용되었고 배려심, 배려와 나눔 실천 능력 향상과 인성 함양에도 도움이 되었다. 학생들은 배려와 나눔 실천 수업을 통해 배려와 나눔 실천의 중요성과 필요성을 알게 되었고 실천에 대해 더욱 관심 갖게 되었으며, 연구자 역시 배려와 나눔 실천 활동 수업이 학생들로 하여금 일상 생활에서도 배려와 나눔 공동체 문화를 형성하는데 도움을 주었고 인성함양에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다는 것에 큰 의미를 두고 수업을 진행하는 내내 보람과 행복감을 느꼈다. 이에 따라 가정 교과가 인성교육이 체계적으로 이루어지고 있는 가장 적합한 교과로 자리매김 하는데 기여하기를 기대한다.

This study investigated the difference of perception and needs among director, teacher, and parent for an open-childcare center focused on parent participation. The subjects of this study consisted of 56 directors, 231 teachers, and 299 parents in childcare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Chungcheong, and Gyeongsang province. They completed a questionnaire about the perception and needs of an open-childcare center, which was later analyzed by SPSS ver. 23.0. The findings were as follows. First, five areas of open-childcare center were 'participating activities as various roles,' 'willingness of parent participation,' 'reflection of parent needs,' 'concern about CCTV,' and 'sharing outdoor spaces.' Second, the perception of directors concerning open-childcare centers were higher than the ones for teachers or parents; however, there were differences in perception depending on their perspective position. The biggest perception of directors was 'participating activities as various roles,' and parents' one was 'concerned about CCTV.' However, the perceptions of teachers were a lower level than the other two groups'. Third, the directors showed a higher level of needs to promote an open-childcare center (except for one concerned about CCTV). Parents also showed their needs 'increasing awareness of open-childcare program,' 'promoting to parent's participation,' 'communication with on-line,' and 'concerning CCTV.' The implication of these results were discussed as action plans to promote an open-childcare center.

국내에서는 대규모의 개인정보 유출 사건을 통해 소비자들이 개인정보의 제3자 제공에 대한 불안감을 느끼고 있다. 사전적으로 제3자는 소비자가 직접 거래하는 당사자를 제외한 모든 경우를 의미하며, 법률적으로는 소비자가 제3자 정보제공에 동의하면 사업자는 정당하게 제3자에게 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 그러나 실제로 소비자는 제3자 정보제공에 대해 맥락(context) 의존적으로 이해하고 있어, 소비자의 제3자 정보 제공에 대한 인식을 정확히 파악하고 이에 근거한 정보정책 수립의 기반을 마련해야 한다. 본 연구결과 소비자는 제3자 관련 정보를 거래계약 서비스와의 관련성 여부로 구분하여 인식하고 있으며, 맥락상 이해하기 어려운 경우에 해당하는 제3자에게 정보를 제공하는 것에 대해 부정적 인식을 가지고 있다. 이에 제3자 정보 제공 관련 동의서식은 소비자의 인식과 맥락을 반영하는 서식으로의 개선 및 업계 표준서식의 개발을 통하여 개인정보 제공 동의권의 실현을 강화할 수 있을 것으로 보았다.
