초대형 매트기초 매스 콘크리트의 응결시간조정에 의한 온도균열저감 공법적용의 기초적 실험 (A Fundamental Test of Temperature Crack Reduction Method Application by Setting Time Control of Large-Scaled Mat Foundation Mass Concrete)

  • Constructing large-scale mat foundation mass concrete is increasing for the stability of building structure, because a lot of high rise building are being built in order to make full use of limited space. However, It is of increasing concerns that because limited placing equipments, available job-site and systems for mass concete placement in construction field do not allow to place great quantity of concrete at the same time in large scale mat foundation, consistency between placement lift can not be secured. And also, it is likely to crack due to stress caused by the difference of hydration heat generation time. To find out the solution against above problems, this study is to reconfirm the performance of normal concrete designed by mix proportion and super retarding concrete. The Fundamental test shows what happens if low heat proportioning and control method of setting time are applied at the job-site of newly constructed high rise building. The test result show that slump flow of concrete has been somewhat increased as the target retarding time gets longer, while the air content has been slightly decreased but this is no great difference from normal concrete. The setting time shows to be retarded as target retarding time gets longer, the range of retarding time increases. It is necessary to increase the amount of mix of super retarding agent in the proportion ration by setting curing temperature high since outdoor curing is about 6 hours faster than standard curing, which means the temperature of the concrete will be higher than the temperature of the surrounding environment, due to its high hydration heat when applying in a construction site. The compressive strength of super retarding concrete appears to be lower than normal concrete due to the retarding action in the early stage. However, as the time goes by, the compressive strength gets higher, and by the 28th day the strength becomes the same or higher than normal concrete.

수종 코어용 복합레진 수복재의 물성에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON THE MATERIAL PROPERTIES OF VARIOUS COMPOSITE RESINS FOR CORE BUILD-UP)

  • The purposes of this study were to estimate the material properties of the recently developed domestic composite resins for core filling material (Chemical, Dual A, Dual B;Vericom, Korea) and to compare them with other marketed foreign products (CorePaste, Den-Mat, USA;Ti-Core, Essential Dental Systems, USA;Support. SCI-Pharm. USA). Six assessments were made:working time. setting time. depth of polymerization. flexural strength. bonding strength. and marginal leakage. All items were compared to ISO standards. All domestic products satisfied the minimum requirements from ISO standards (working time:above 90 seconds. setting time:within 5 minutes). and showed significantly higher flexural strength than Core Paste. Dual A and B could. especially. reduce the setting time to 60 seconds when cured with $600mW/cm^2$ light intensity. All experimental materials showed 6 mm depth of polymerization. Bond strengths of Ti-Core and Dual B materials were significantly higher than the other materials. Furthermore. three domestic products and Ti-Core could reduce the microleakage effectively.

초지연제 및 플라이애쉬를 사용한 콘크리트의 응결시간 예측 (Prediction of Setting Time of Concrete Using Fly Ash and Super Retarding Agent)

  • 본 연구에서는 등가재령개념에 의한 적산온도방법을 이용하여 플라이애쉬를 사용한 초지연 콘크리트의 응결시간 예측방법을 제시하였다. 플라이애쉬 치환 및 초지연제 혼입률 변화에 따른 양생온도별 응결시간은 초지연제 혼입률이 증가하고, 양생온도가 낮을수록 지연되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 Arrhenius의 함수에 의한 겉보기 활성화 에너지는 배합별로 약간의 차이는 존재하지만 $24{\sim}35KJ/mol$의 범위로 나타났는데, 이는 일반적인 조건에서의 겉보기 활성화 에너지값의 범위인 $30{\sim}50KJ/mol$ 보다 작은 값으로 나타났다. 플라이애쉬 치환율 및 초지연제 혼입률별 겉보기 활성화 에너지를 등가재령식에 대입한 결과 양생온도별로 거의 유사한 값으로 나타나, 응결시간 예측에 등가재령에 의한 적산온도 방법이 효과적으로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 아울러 등가재령 및 플라이애쉬 치환율 변화에 따른 초지연제 혼입량 추정에 관한 다중상관 회귀 모델을 제안하여 응결시간 및 초지연제 첨가량을 결정할 수 있도록 하였고 회귀 모델에 의한 해석 예측치와 실측치 간에 매우 양호한 상관성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제안된 초지연제 혼입률 및 플라이애쉬 치환율별 응결시간 예측 모델은 실무현장에서 초기재령 콘크리트의 응결 시간 평가에 보다 합리적인 품질관리 방법으로 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • As the TC(time-current) curve corresponding to symmetrical time invariant RMS value has been traditionally chosen and used for setting the relay, it has caused the misoperation errors on relay coordination because of CT secondary current being actually an asymmetrical time varying RMS value. In this paper, an algorithm for calculating the relay operating time is developed to study the asymmetrical effect using the step-by-step method. We represent the relay operating time errors between with and without DC offset versus PSM(plug setting multiplier), TMS(time multiplier setting) and X/R ratio. And also we present the correction factor. Finally we confirm the validity of this technique through the case study.

W/B 및 유동성 변화에 따른 시멘트 킬른더스트 혼입 콘크리트의 공학적 특성 (Engineering Properties of Concrete Incorporating Cement Kiln Dust with W/B and Fluidity)

  • In this paper, mechanical properties of concrete incorporating CKD are discussed with W/B and fluidity. For setting properties, an increase in W/B retarded setting time greatly in $5^{\circ}C$, while accelerated in $20^{\circ}C$. For fluidity, an increase in slump delayed the setting time with dosage of SP agent. The presence of CKD has little influence on setting time compared with plain concrete. For compressive strength, an increase in maturity enhanced compressive strength. Fluidity had no relation to compressive strength. At low curing temperature, concrete with CKD has slight strength loss compared with plain concrete. However, remarkable strength loss at low curing temperature in early stage was not found, which can be applicable to low temperature environment concrete placing.

  • Among all the slags, ladle furnace slag (LFS) is reducing slag generated from electric arc furnace. After cooled rapidly by high-pressured air (atomizing technology), LFS has more amorphous phase than slow cooled slag. Therefore, it shows higher reactivity than another recycling slag. This material also is named by rapid cooling LFS (RC-LFS). Pulverized RC-LFS should be fully understood. This paper deal with the present some basic experimental properties and discussions about the setting time of pulverized RC-LFS with different gypsum under the various temperatures. According to the experimental results, the pulverized RC-LFS with gypsum can hydrate in a low-temperature environment, even though the initial and final setting time are delayed.

건설폐목을 이용한 목질계보드의 시멘트응결 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study for Cement Setting Property of Wood Chip Board Using Construction Waste Wood)

  • In this study we experimented setting time and basic properties as waste wood fiber and sodium silicate substitution rate to reuse waste wood fiber produced in construction field to wood chip board. To do this construction waste woods were crushed with the size less than 10mm, mixed with the rate of 1:2, 2.5, 3, and added sodium silicate with the rate of 0, 5% of cement content. The results are as follows. As the substitution rate of construction waste wood was increased delay of setting time was also increased, and the batch of adding 5% accelerator had a 13~17 hours faster setting time than non accelerator batch. The compressive strength was lower as wood substitution rate was higher, and as the specific gravity was higher, the strength was also higher. As wood substitution rate was higher, heat conductivity was lower, and as specific gravity was higher, heat conductivity also was higher.

  • In this study, the setting characteristics of the high range water reducing agent to minimize the retardation of UHPC were confirmed to minimize the setting time in the hardening of UHPC. As a result of the study, there was a slight change depending on the difference in the type of Superplasticizer, K > P > D = S > E in the order of condensation promotion, and E > S = D = K > P on the 28th day.

  • 콘크리트 공사에서 타설완료 후 마감작업은 표면 평활화, 수밀성 향상, 침하 및 소성수축 균열방지 등의 목적으로 반드시 실시되어야 한다. 그런데, 표면마감작업은 초결과 종결 사이의 소성상태에서 실시 되어야 하는데, 종전의 경우는 기능공의 감에 의해 결정되었다. 이에 일본의 Kato junjj는 초결의 경우 반구형 듀로미터, 종결의 경우 핀형 듀로미터로 추정하는 것을 제안한 바 있다. 그렇지만, 2개의 듀로미터를 사용함의 번잡함 및 시멘트 페이스트의 기기내부 침입으로 인한 고장의 원인이 됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 반구형 듀로미터의 침을 원주형으로 변형시킨 개량형 듀로미터로 개발하였다. 이때 개량형 듀로미터의 사용 가능성은 결합재로 플라이애시의 치환율, 골재에 Coal gasification slag의 치환율을 변화시킨 콘크리트 배합에 적용하여 사용 가능을 분석하였다.

  • 고유동 콘크리트의 사용이 일반화 되면서 유동화제 사용에 따른 콘크리트의 초기 재료물성 발현에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 콘크리트 수화반응에 따른 응결시점은 초기 물성 발현을 나타낼 수 있는 지표 중 하나이며, 이러한 응결시점 평가를 위해 관입저항시험과 함께 다양한 비파괴 평가 기법들이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전기비저항 측정법을 이용하여 유동화 모르타르의 응결 지연 현상 평가에 관한 실험연구를 수행하였다. PC계 유동화제 첨가량에 따른 총 9종류의 모르타르 샘플을 준비하였으며, 4-전극법을 이용한 초기재령 모르타르 샘플의 전기비저항 변화를 24h 측정하였다. 측정결과로부터 결정된 전기비저항 상승시기를 모르타르 응결시점 평가를 위한 전기적 변수로 사용하였으며, 측정결과의 비교 분석을 위해 동일 샘플의 관입저항시험을 실시하였다. 또한 유동화 모르타르의 1일 동 탄성계수 및 압축강도 측정을 통해 전기비저항 측정을 이용한 유동화 모르타르의 초기 재료물성 평가 가능성을 확인하였다.
