의료서비스디자인 사례분석을 통한 의료권위주의 해소를 위한 시사점 연구 (A study on the implications for resolving medical authoritarianism through case analysis of medical service design)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 의료서비스의 불만을 해결하고 서비스 품질을 향상시키기 위하여 도입된 의료서비스디자인이 의료내적, 외적요소에서 발생하는 의료권위주의의 해소에 기여한 점은 무엇인지 알아보고 의료서비스산업을 더욱 발전시키기 위해 필요한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 연구의 방법은 첫 번째로 문헌연구를 통하여 의료권위주의의 개념을 고찰하고 의료권위주의가 나타나는 의료내적요소와 외적요소의 구성요인에 대하여 살펴보았다. 두 번째로 의료내적요소와 외적요소에 내재되어 있는 의료권위주의를 해소한 국내외 의료서비스디자인의 사례를 조사하여 핵심 결과를 중심으로 문제해결의 핵심 포인트와 의의를 분석하였다. 세 번째로 사례분석을 통하여 환자에 대한 존중과 존엄성을 세울 수 있는 환자중심의료문화의 형성, 의료권위주의 해체를 위한 의료진 내부의 인습타파, 의료정보공유를 위한 공정한 소통시스템의 구축을 시사점으로 도출하였다.

Service Life Prediction of Rubber Bushing for Tracked Vehicles

  • Service life prediction and evaluation of rubber components is the foundational technology necessary for securing the safety and reliability of the product and to ensure an optimum design. Even though the domestic industry has recognized the importance thereof, technology for a systematic design and analysis of the same has not yet been established. In order to develop this technology, identifying the fatigue damage parameters that affect service life is imperative. Most anti-vibration rubber components had been damaged by repeated load and aging. Hence, the evaluation of the fatigue characteristics is indispensable. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method that can predict the service life of rubber components relatively accurately in a short period of time. This method works even in the initial designing stage. We followed the service life prediction procedure of the proposed rubber components. The weak part of the rubber and the maximum strain were analyzed using finite element analysis of the rubber bushing for the tracked vehicles. In order to predict the service life of the rubber components that were in storage for a certain period of time, the fatigue test was performed on the three-dimensional dumbbell specimen, based on the results obtained by the rubber material acceleration test. The service life formula of the rubber bushing for tracked vehicles was derived using both finite element analysis and the fatigue test. The service life of the rubber bushing for tracked vehicles was estimated to be about 1.7 million cycles at room temperature (initial stage) and about 400,000 cycles when kept in storage for 3 years. Through this paper, the service life for various rubber parts is expected be predicted and evaluated. This will contribute to improving the durability and reliability of rubber components.

글쓰기 교육과 지역사회 봉사활동을 통합한 수업 설계 및 효과 (A Study on the Instructional Design and Effect Integrating Writing Education and Community Service Activities)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서비스러닝 교수법에 기반한 글쓰기 교육과 지역사회 봉사활동을 통합하여 운영한 수업 설계 내용과 그 효과에 대해 알아보고, 교과 운영의 가능성을 살펴보는 데 있다. 서비스러닝은 학생들이 학교에서 배운 지식을 지역사회 실제 현장에서 적용해봄으로써 경험을 통한 학습의 발전과 자기계발을 증진시키도록 하는 교육 방법이다. 교과목을 운영한 후 참여한 대학생들, 봉사 대상자들, 봉사 기관 담당자들을 대상으로 교수법의 효과를 알아보기 위한 검사를 실시하고 분석하였다. 연구결과 대학생들에게 인지적, 정의적, 사회적 측면에서 유의미한 결과가 나타났으며, 봉사 대상자들과 봉사 기관에서도 긍정적인 효과와 높은 만족도를 확인할 수 있었다. 이 연구를 통해 서비스러닝 교수법에 대한 긍정적인 결과와 가능성을 확인해볼 수 있었던 점에서 의의가 있다. 다각도에서 학생의 성장과 발전을 고려한 교수법인 만큼 서비스러닝의 양적, 질적 성과분석과 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

메이커 스페이스를 위한 서비스 디자인 가이드 라인 (Service Design Guideline for Maker Space)

  • 본 연구는 메이커 운동의 확산으로 증가하고 있는 메이커 스페이스의 효과적인 운영 및 내실화를 위한 서비스 디자인의 가이드라인을 제시하여 활용될 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 첫째, 메이커 스페이스의 정의 및 현황 등에 관해 문헌 조사 및 선행 연구를 조사한다. 둘째, 정성조사 방법으로 메이커 스페이스 서비스에 대한 비디오 에스노그라피, 참여관찰 및 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 셋째, 조사한 내용을 분석하여 메이커 스페이스에 대한 퍼소나, 블루프린트 등의 가이드라인을 제시한다. 연구결과 메이커 스페이스를 일반랩과 전문랩으로 분류하고, 메이커 스페이스에서 나타나는 4가지 형태의 퍼소나를 도출하고 체계화를 위한 블루프린트를 구축하여 설계 및 운영에 대한 가이드라인을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 서비스 디자인의 퍼소나와 블루프린트는 기존 메이커 스페이스의 서비스 개선과 신규 메이커 스페이스의 설계, 콘텐츠 구성 및 운영의 내실화에 활용될 수 있는 가이드라인이 될 것이다.

Servicescape in Delivering Values to Customer to Enhance Service Quality and Behavioural Intention

  • Purpose: Nowadays, café shop chains are becoming a trend and growing rapidly in Vietnam. There are numerous people who spend their time in cafes and this has become part of the current lifestyle. Therefore, cafe chains owners compete in offering new cafe concepts to attract customers and deliver their values to customers effectively. To gain competitiveness and attractiveness, a cafe must possess an interesting servicescape and provide a good impression toward customers in a cafe. Therefore, this study is to evaluate the role of servicescape as an antecedent to service quality and behavioral intentions in the Vietnam market. Research design, data, and methodology: The study was conducted through survey questionnaires who had used the service at coffee shop chains in cities of Vietnam. We apply the PLS-SEM method to analyze data and test hypotheses. Results: Servicescape is a second-order construct including hygiene, space, ambiance, design, and equipment. Servicescape also impacts directly on overall service quality, employee service quality, and behavioral intention. Conclusions: Servicescape plays a role as an antecedent for service quality and behavioral intention. Therefore, it confirms the importance of managing servicescape in order to deliver more value to customers through improving service quality so that enhance intention to return to use services in coffee shop chains.

인터넷에서의 차별화된 서비스품질 제공 방안 (Differentiated Quality of Service Model in the Internet)

  • The quality of service(QoS) model should be presented with the optimal network design to effectively provide the multimedia data services between users and converged services with mobile or TV in the next-generation Internet. In specific, the method to provide differentiated services for each user is needed in the given Internet node to offer the previously negotiated QoS with the user. In this paper, the performance of the QoS enabling technologies in the differentiated services(DiffServ) network domain is analyzed. The QoS offering model and QoS metrics are presented to analyze the performance of the major scheduling algorithms. Under the real network topology and virtual service scenarios in the university, the NS-2 network simulation based on the discrete-event is performed. The results show that the ratio-based scheduling method is more effective rather than the bandwidth-assignment method.

  • In this paper, we investigate key issues and the CCITT activities related to the quality of service in the B-ISDN based on the ATM. We first clarify the relationships between the QOS(Quality of Service). NP(Network Performance), and GOS(Grade of Service). Using the GOS, network design and tuning method is suggested. Also, we examine the performance impairments and key NP parameters in ATM networks.

상하향식 설계법을 이용한 자동차 배기시스템의 설계 (Design of Automobile Exhaust System using a Top-Down Approach Design Methodology)

  • In the modern design technology, a component should be designed to fit into the overall system performance. A design methodology is developed to expedite the mechan- ical design of complex mechanical systems, The relation between the system design and component design is defined by a top-down approach and the results from the system design are utilized in the component design process. As a design example, an automobile exhaust system is selected for the system design and a bellows is chosen for a component design. Design methodology based on the top-down approach consists of five steps; (1) Analysis of service load, (2) Development of a lumped parameter, (3) Completion of the system design, (4) Selection of the component topology, (5) Completion of the component design, A method using a equivalent matrix is developed in order to determine unknown external forces in linear structural analyses. The bellows is also analyzed by the finite element method using a conical frustum shell element. Various experiments are performed to verify the developed theories. The top-down desi- gn approach is demonstrated by a design case using structural and shape optimization technology. Since the method is relatively simple and easy compared to other methods, it can be applied to the general design where system and component designs are involves simultaneously.

  • Recently, the area of design optimization, especially structural optimization, has been and to be a continuous active area of research. And the design optimizations of port facilities have been achieved by many other civil engineers. But the design optimization of port facilities were limited to the design optimization of the breasting dolphin. This paper invested the design optimization of mooring pier and the foundations of mooring pier was suggested considering the convenience of repair and reinforcement work. The mooring pier devised with prestressed precast concrete panel and rigid frame welded wide flange beam to steel pipe pile. To accomplish the design optimization of mooring pier, the Augmented Lagrangian Multiplier Method(ALM) of ADS(Garret N. Vanderplaats) optimization routine, BFGS method as optimizer and Golden Section Method as one dimensional search were utilized. As a result, thirty percent of material cost for construction was reduced by design optimization. The tensile stress of concrete panel and bottom flage was critical constraints under service load. So, using high strength concrete and steel will be economical. And lots of initial values must be invested to accomplish the design optimization in design procedures.

Research on Railway Safety Common Data Model and DDS Topic for Real-time Railway Safety Data Transmission

  • In this paper, we propose the design of railway safety common data model to provide common transformation method for collecting data from railway facility fields to Real-time railway safety monitoring and control system. This common data model is divided into five abstract sub-models according to the characteristics of data such as 'StateInfoMessage', 'ControlMessage', 'RequestMessage', 'ResponseMessage' and 'ExtendedXXXMessage'. This kind of model structure allows diverse heterogeneous data acquisitions and its common conversion method to DDS (Data Distribution Service) format to share data to the sub-systems of Real-time railway safety monitoring and control system. This paper contains the design of common data model and its DDS Topic expression for DDS communication, and presents two kinds of data transformation case studied for verification of the model design.
