종합병원 민원접수자의 불평유형과 불평행동 및 재구매의사간의 관계 (The Relationship of Complaining Type, Complaining Behavior, and Subsequent Purchase Intention of the Visitors to the Help-desk Centers in General Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify and clarify the factors which affect the complaining type, the complaining behavior, and the subsequent purchase intention. The data in this study is collected through questionnaires from patients with grievances who visited the help desk centers of :1 general hospitals in Seoul. Total 70 questionnaires were collected. The conclusions from this study can be summarized as follows; 1. The complaining type(related with medical service) have relatively correlation with the having of occupation among demographic characteristics and select motivation of hospital. 2. The complaining type(related with medical service) has an effect un the official complaining behavior. And the older persons take action with the official complaining behavior. 3. The complaining type(related with medical service) has an effect on the negative purchase intention. Therefore the most important thing in hospitals management is that hospitals improve their medical service quality. And hospital managers should station the complaining center and try to ease the complaining behavior and negative purchase intention.

The Impacts of Perceived Service Quality and Restaurant Type on Customer Satisfaction and Return Patronage Intentions: An Exploratory Investigation with a Focus on Solo Diners

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically test a proposed relationship among perceived restaurant quality, type of restaurant, satisfaction, and return patronage intentions with a focus on solo diners. More specifically, the objectives of this study are to assess the effects of three perceived qualities (i.e., food, service, and physical environment) and types of restaurants on solo diner (1) satisfaction and (2) return patronage intentions. The findings show that the greatest weight was put on food quality in increasing both solo diner satisfaction and return patronage intentions. Service quality was the second important contributor in satisfying solo diners, followed by physical environment quality. In addition, the findings indicated that solo diner satisfaction was affected by different types of restaurants.

  • This research shows how the perception of digital shadow work varies depending on the user's period of use of digital services in applications, which are key areas of digital services. The purpose of this research is to investigate how the digital shadow work type changes over time. This research adopted a qualitative research method for location-based service "help application" users and examined the change in perception from the app service acceptance stage to the app service continuous use stage with two-times interviews of ten users by a longitudinal research design. This study conducted a longitudinal analysis focusing on how digital shadow work occurs in the application subscription process, exploring phenomenologically how the type changes throughout the process over time.

  • 본 기술의 발전과 인터넷 환경의 변화로 인터넷 기반의 동영상 제공 서비스인 OTT(Over-the-top) 서비스 시장이 빠르게 성장하고 이용자의 데이터를 바탕으로 맞춤형 정보 및 콘텐츠를 제공하는 개인화추천서비스에 대한 고객의 요가 커졌다. 본 연구는 OTT 서비스의 개인화추천서비스가 관계강화와 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 나아가 콘텐츠 유형에 따라 개인화추천서비스가 가지는 의미의 차이를 확인하여 개인화추천서비스의 제공 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과에 따르면 OTT 서비스의 개인화추천서비스는 관계강화를 매개로 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 고객이 주로 이용하는 콘텐츠의 형태 및 내용에 따라 개인화추천서비스가 관계강화와 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 차이가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 개인화추천서비스는 고객과의 관계 형성 및 몰입을 유도하여 관계를 강화하는 도구로 활용될 수 있고 이는 고객충성도를 향상하며, 고객과의 소통이 활발한 콘텐츠일수록 개인화추천서비스의 제공이 충성도 향상에 크게 기여함을 알 수 있다.

소 백혈병 바이러스 감염에 의한 소 림프종의 병리조직학적 분류 (Histopathological classification of the bovine lymphoma caused by bovine leukemia virus in Korea)

  • Several studies have been performed on the bovine leukemia since bovine leukemia virus (BLV) had been detected in 1982 in Korea. We have conducted histopathological study on the bovine lymphoma caused by BLV because only limited results were reported on the pathological characterization of lymphoma. Lymphoma tissues were obtained from cattle necropsied and slaughtered during a designated period. Lymphoma was classified histopathologically according to the National Cancer Institute Working Formulation. Leukotic tissues consisted of fairly uniform sheets of closely packed medium to large lymphocytes without any architectural arrangement in all 30 cases. Twenty five cases belong to diffuse large cell type, while three cases were diffuse mixed cell type, and two cases were immunoblastic large cell type among 30 cases. Follicular type lymphoma was not detected in this study. The mitotic index of tumor cells showed average 2.5 in the field of 400X. Nuclear cleavage was detected in 53% of cases. Multi-nucleated cells were detected among tumor cells in 30% of lymphoma cases. In conclusion, the most common morphologic cell type of bovine lymphoma in Korea was a diffuse large cell type with multinucleated cells and nuclear cleavages.

국내 양방향 방송 프로그램 유형 특징에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of the Type of Interactive Broadcast Program in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 미디어분야 산업환경에서 양방향 서비스와 기술의 시장현황을 살펴봄으로써 서비스의 활성화 방안을 위한 발전적 제안에 목적이 있다. 국내 양방향 방송 콘텐츠 서비스분석을 통해 지상파와 채널사용사업자 그리고 통신사들의 서비스 유형에 따른 플랫폼과 서비스 유형분석을 통해 양방향 프로그램의 특성인 개방성, 대화형 개인맞춤, 입체형 특성을 확인함으로써 각 특성별 지원 기술과 서비스 진행사항을 통해 향후 사업자들의 중요한 융합적 소재에 대한 가능성과 발전방안에 대해 제언하고자 하였다. 지상파방송사업자 경우 양방향으로 ARS, 웹사이트나 모바일 앱이 대부분 제공되었고, 케이블 SO와 위성방송사업자들은 데이터 영역을 활용한 양방향 서비스 운영에 다양성을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국내 양방향 방송 프로그램 서비스 유형은 전체적으로 융합적 형태의 수익모델 니즈가 있어 새로운 경쟁력 있는 양방향 방송 프로그램 서비스 환경으로 전환이 필요한 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

장기입원 의료급여 환자의 재원일수에 미치는 영향요인: 요양병원 입원유형 중심으로 (Factors Affecting the Length of Stay of Long-Stay Medical Aid Inpatients in Korea: Focused on Hospitalization Types in Long-Term Care Hospitals)

  • Background: In Korea, the length of stay and medical expenses incurred by medical aid patients are increasing at a rate faster than the national health insurance. Therefore, there is a need to create a management strategy for each type of hospitalization to manage the length of stay of medical aid patients. Methods: The study used data from the 2019 National Health Insurance Claims. We analyzed the factors that affect the length of stay for 186,576 medical aid patients who were hospitalized for more than 31 days, with a focus on the type of hospitalization in long-term care hospitals. Results: The study found a significant correlation between gender, age, medical aid type, chronic disease ratio, long-term care hospital patient classification, and hospitalization type variables as factors that affect the length of hospital stay. The analysis of the differences in the length of stay for each type of hospitalization showed that the average length of stay is 291.4 days for type 1, 192.9 days for type 2, and 157.0 days for type 3, and that the difference is significant (p<0.0001). When type 3 was 0, type 1 significantly increased by 99.4 days, and type 2 by 36.6 days (p<0.0001). Conclusion: A model that can comprehensively view factors, such as provider factors and institutional factors, needs to be designed. In addition, to reduce long stays for medical aid patients, a mechanism to establish an early discharge plan should be prepared and concerns about underutilization should be simultaneously addressed.

  • In this paper, we study an optimal service policy of the M/M/2/K queueing system with two types of customers. The incurred costs consist of waiting cost, service cost and incurred costs consist of waiting cost, service cut and changeover cost. The changeover cost occurs when a server who assigned to serve a particular type of customers reassigned to the other types of customers. Two servers serve two types of customers who arrive to the two separate queues. The two types of customers differ in respect of their arrival rate, service rate, waiting cost, and service cost. The servers require a policy, for determining when they should change their service type, which minimizes the long run expected total cost. The policy is obtained by a Markov decision process model that consists of a finite number of states and actions. In order to find the optimal service policy, we define states and actions of the system, compute onestep transition probabilities, and apply to the successive approximations algorithm.

실습일지에 나타난 예비유아교사의 교육실습 및 보육실습 내용 분석 (An Analysis of the Contents of Pre-Service Early Childhood Teacher's Practicum Experience in Kindergartens and Child Care Centers Shown in Practice Teaching Journals)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the contents of pre-service early childhood teacher's practicum experience in kindergartens and child care centers through the analysis of practice teaching journals. The subjects of this study were a total 52 practice teaching journals of 26 pre-service early childhood teachers who completed their practicum in kindergartens and child care centers. This study analyzed the type of teaching practice management, the type of activities, and the contents of journal writings. The findings are as follows; First, pre-service teachers experienced a similar ratio of the type of teaching practice management in both types of teaching practice. Second, pre-service teachers performed more group activities in practicum in kindergartens, but more choice activities in practicum in child care centers. Third, the journal writing contents of pre-service teachers in both types of teaching practice mainly addressed the operating of educational and child care activities, and the execution of observing young children. But some categories of teacher's competency were hardly addressed. The results of this study could be used as basic data for designing early childhood practicum programs.
