The dissemination of smartphones is being spread and supplementary services using smartphones are increasing and various as the Mobile network and device are developing rapidly, so smartphones that enables to provide a wide range of services is expected to receive the most attention. It makes users listen to music anytime, anywhere in real-time, use useful applications, and access to Internet to search for information. The service environment is changing on PC into Mobile due to the change of the circumstance mentioned above. these services are done by using just location information rather than other context, and users have to search services and use them. It is essential to have Context-aware technology for personalization recommendation services and the appropriate representation and definition of Context information for context-aware. Ontology is possible to represent knowledge freely and knowledge can be extended by inferring. In addition, design of the ontology model is needed according to the purposes of utilization. This paper used context-aware technologies to implement a user personalization recommendation service. It also defined the context through OWL modeling for user personalization recommendation service and used inference rules and inference engine for context reasoning.
Semantic web is utilized to construct advanced information service by using semantic relationships between entities. Text mining can be applied to generate semantic relationships from unstructured data resources. In this study, ontology schema guideline, ontology instance generation, disambiguation of same name by text mining and advanced historical people finding service by reasoning have been proposed. Various relationships between historical event, organization, people, which are created by domain experts, are linked to literatures of National Institute of Korean History (NIKH). It improves the effectiveness of user access and proposes advanced people finding service based on relationships. In order to distinguish between people with the same name, we compares the structure and edge, nodes of personal social network. To provide additional information, external resources including thesaurus and web are linked to all of internal related resources as well.

This study explores how the positioning of two pre-service science teachers (PSTs) is reflected in their different epistemic understandings of inquiry-based lessons. We collected the PSTs' products during their design and enactment of an inquiry-based lesson and recorded their practices in the enacted lesson. Interviews were recorded and transcribed for analysis. The results indicate that one PST, Dohyung was positioned as a subject of evaluation throughout the course and the other, Jinwoo, was positioned as a preservice teacher and a subject of evaluation. Their positions were reflected in their epistemic understandings of inquiry-based lessons, which were developed when designing these lessons. During lesson design, both PSTs showed a shared understanding; they explained inquiry-based lessons as students setting and evaluating hypotheses under teachers' guidance. However, as they faced unexpected situations during lesson enactment, they developed different epistemic understandings. To receive a good grade, Dohyung showed a strong preference for anticipating situations that could occur in class and planning responses to them. He understood inquiry-based lessons as ones in which students conduct experiments to produce results expected by the teacher. On the other hand, Jinwoo emphasized the reasoning process based on students' prior knowledge and explained inquiry-based lessons as ones in which students construct new knowledge through a scientific reasoning process based on their knowledge. The findings of this study will contribute to developing strategies to support PSTs' development of their epistemic understandings of knowledge construction in inquiry-based lessons.
The Knowledge service system needs to infer a new knowledge from indicated knowledge to provide its effective service. Most of the Knowledge service system is expressed in terms of ontology. The volume of knowledge information in a real world is getting massive, so effective technique for massive data of ontology is drawing attention. This paper is to provide the method to infer massive data-ontology to the extent of RDFS, based on cloud computing environment, and evaluate its capability. RDFS inference suggested in this paper is focused on both the method applying MapReduce based on RDFS meta table, and the method of single use of cloud computing memory without using MapReduce under distributed file computing environment. Therefore, this paper explains basically the inference system structure of each technique, the meta table set-up according to RDFS inference rule, and the algorithm of inference strategy. In order to evaluate suggested method in this paper, we perform experiment with LUBM set which is formal data to evaluate ontology inference and search speed. In case LUBM6000, the RDFS inference technique based on meta table had required 13.75 minutes(inferring 1,042 triples per second) to conduct total inference, whereas the method applying the cloud computing memory had needed 7.24 minutes(inferring 1,979 triples per second) showing its speed twice faster.
The purpose of this study was to develop lesson plans and teaching materials applying practical reasoning instruction for the 7th home economics curriculum content, and to test the effect of practical reasoning instruction on morality of middle school students. This study is a quasi-experimental research with a pretest-posttest design. Practical reasoning instruction for experimental group and traditionally lecture oriented instruction for comparison group were input, and tested the statistical differences between two groups before and after the treatment. The subjects for this study were 8th grade students of a middle school located in Kwangju city. Two classes of 76 students homogeneous in characteristics and academic record for each experimental and comparison group were assigned. Instrument used for this study was a revised moral indicator, that was developed by KEDI(2001). Spss/win for 10.0 statistics program was used for analysis of data. ANCOVA was done for testing statistical difference between pretest and posttest of experiment group and comparison group. Result of study which showed statistically significant difference between groups were:1. Virtue of "responsibility for words and deeds"(from 3.22 to 3.61 for experimental group and from 3.27 to 3.26 for comparison group) in domain of responsibility and cooperation, and virtue of "punctuality"(from 3.59 to 3.76 for experimental group and from 3.41 to 3.28 for comparison group) in domain of trustworthiness, 2. Virtue of "conversation etiquette"(from 3.47 to 3.67 for experimental group and from 3.28 to 3.31 for comparison group) in domain of caring for others, 3. Virtue of "forgiveness other′s mistakes"(from 3.32 to 3.65 for experimental group and from 3.33 to 3.25 for comparison group) in domain of kindness, concession, forgiveness, and virtue of "volunteering activity"(from 2.89 to 3.71 for experimental group and from 3.36 to 3.45 for comparison group) in domain of compassion and service, 4. Virtue of "equip the convenient facility for handicapped"(from 4.19 to 4.29 for experimental group and from 4.17 to 3.91 for comparison group) in domain of equality and human rights, virtue of "recovering selfness for own community"(from 2.34 to 2.79 for experimental group and from 2.14 to 2.29 for comparison group), virtue of "opposing way of accomplishing purpose by an means"(from 3.27 to 3.31 for experimental group and from 3.47 to 3.05 for comparison group), virtue of "opposing election of considering acquaintance"(from 3.35 to 3.56 for experimental group and from 3.12 to 3.14 for comparison group) in domain of fairness, and virtue of "eradication of military force or violence among countries"(from 3.49 to 3.57 for experimental group and from 3.38 to 3.05 for comparison group) in domain of love for humanity. The morality of experimental group was improved more than that of comparison group in all of above items. From the results of this study, following conclusion was drawn. Practical reasoning instruction in home economics is effective in raising students′ virtue and value of responsibility in words and deeds, trustworthiness in punctuality, courtesy of not interrupting conversation, forgiveness of other′s mistakes, volunteering activity, equity for handicapped, fairness opposing selfness for own community, fairness opposing way of accomplishing purpose by all means, fairness opposing election of considering acquaintance, and love for humanity opposing war.

Management process of apartment buildings construction has increased because the after service of construction company meet the needs of customers. Many defect data, which was inspected by construction company or customers before moving into a new apartment house, were classified by field engineers and then communicated to corresponding subcontractors. The classification process needs to be performed by an expert engineer because there is so much data, it is unfeasible to complete in a short period of time. For this classification process, an automatic classification system using case base reasoning (CBR) should be considered. This research proposed a defect management system with automatic classification system using CBR. This constructed defect management system consists of cyber after service system for tenants and the whole defect management process of construction, preservation and management of apartment buildings. This system could improve the efficiency of expert work in terms of time and accuracy, as well as helping laymen users to conduct defect classification work as experts do.
This study developed a prediction model using machine learning technology and predicted the success of health consulting by using life log data generated through u-Health service. The model index of the Random Forest model was the highest using. As a result of analyzing the Random Forest model, blood pressure was the most influential factor in the success or failure of metabolic syndrome in the subjects of u-Health service, followed by triglycerides, body weight, blood sugar, high cholesterol, and medication appear. muscular, basal metabolic rate and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were increased; waist circumference, Blood sugar and triglyceride were decreased. Further, biometrics and health behavior improved. After nine months of u-health services, the number of subjects with four or more factors for metabolic syndrome decreased by 28.6%; 3.7% of regular drinkers stopped drinking; 23.2% of subjects who rarely exercised began to exercise twice a week or more; and 20.0% of smokers stopped smoking. If the predictive model developed in this study is linked with CBR, it can be used as case study data of CBR with high probability of success in the prediction model to improve the compliance of the subject and to improve the qualitative effect of counseling for the improvement of the metabolic syndrome.
Purpose: This study aims to assess the reliability and validity of a Korean version of the satisfaction with simulation experience (SSE) scale for low-, medium-, and high-fidelity simulations among paramedic students. Methods: Exploratory factor analysis with varimax rotation was used to determine construct validity. Cronbach's alpha was calculated to assess internal consistency reliability. Results: Cronbach's alpha for the overall scale was .841. Exploratory factor analysis yielded a three-factor structure composed of clinical learning, clinical reasoning and debriefing and reflection. Each of the subscales had high internal consistency, with Cronbach's alphas of .852, .790 and .913, respectively. With respect to year, freshmen scored the highest on the SSE scale. With respect to type of simulation, the medium-fidelity group reported the highest satisfaction. Generally, the students were satisfied with debriefing and reflection. Conclusion: The Korean version of the SSE scale was shown to be a reliable and valid instrument for assessing satisfaction with simulation learning in paramedic students.
Purpose : This study examined the effects of an integrated management program on physical function, cognitive function, and depression in patients with subacute stroke. Methods : A nonequivalent control group design was adopted. The participants were assigned to either the experimental group (n=20) or control group (n=23). The experimental group received an 8-week integrated management program and standard rehabilitation service (i.e., physical therapy and occupational therapy), while the control group received the standard rehabilitation service only. Physical function was measured as gait speed and balance ability using the Berg Balance Scale (BBS). Cognitive function was measured with neuro-behavioral cognitive status examination (NCSE), and depression was measured using the Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II). Repeated measure ANOVA was used to determine changes in physical function, cognitive function, and depression over 8-weeks. Results : The interaction between group and time was significant, indicating that the experimental group showed improvement in gait speed, balance ability, cognitive function (linguistic ability, linguistic memory, reasoning), and a decrease in depression compared to the control group. Conclusion : These results indicate that the integrated management program developed herein was beneficial in restoring physical function, cognitive function, and depression in subacute stroke patients.

The purpose of this study is to research seasonal constellation experiments and to find out what are effective seasonal constellation experiments according to school salary. we organized seasonal constellation experiments with 24 elementary preparatory teachers and asked them to what effective experiments are for each school class. As a result, constellation learning through direct experience activities through role play is the most effective in elementary school, and in middle and high schools, using the stellarium program to realistically observe and reason about seasonal changes in constellations was selected as an effective experiment. Pre-service teachers recognized that experiments in which direct experience and specific manipulation activities were emphasized in elementary school, and experiments in which observation of realistic natural phenomena and reasoning activities were emphasized were effective in middle and high schools.
