미집행 도시계획시설의 잠재적 생태계 서비스 가치평가 - 서울시 공원 및 녹지를 중심으로 - (Evaluation of the Economic Value of Potential Ecosystem Services of Unexecuted Urban Planning Facilities - Focused on Urban Green Spaces and Urban Forests in Seoul -)

  • 국토교통부가 발표한 도시계획현황에 따르면 현재 전국의 도시계획시설 미집행면적은 약 $1,257km^2$에 이르며, 그중 공원과 녹지의 미집행면적은 약 47%를 차지한다. 특히, 서울의 경우 전체 도시계획시설의 미집행면적은 약 $66km^2$이며, 이는 전국 미집행면적의 5.24%에 해당하며, 전체 미집행면적의 약 88%가 공원과 녹지의 미집행면적으로 이는 전국의 비율보다 높게 나타났다. 또한, 이 중 약 92%가 10년 이상 된 장기 미집행 도시계획시설이다. 본 연구는 서울시 미집행 도시계획시설 중 공원과 녹지를 대상으로 메타회귀분석방법을 적용하여 도시 녹지가 제공하는 조절서비스, 지원서비스, 문화서비스에 대한 생태계 서비스의 경제적 가치를 추정하였다. 연구 결과, 서울시의 미집행 공원 및 녹지가 제공하는 조절서비스의 가치는 약 163억 9,201만 원, 지원서비스의 가치는 약 58억 7,323만 원, 문화서비스의 가치는 약 77억 8,441만원으로 나타났으며, 전체 생태계 서비스의 가치는 약 339억 2,541만 원으로 나타났다. 조절서비스와 문화서비스의 가치가 제일 높게 나타났으며, 이는 도심지에 위치한 대상지의 특성에 기인한 것으로 분석된다. 본 연구는 서울시의 미집행 공원 및 녹지에 대한 생태계 서비스의 가치를 평가하였다는 것에 의의가 있으며, 본 연구의 결과는 도시계획 혹은 정책결정의 과정에서 유용하게 쓰일 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 최근 전 세계적으로 대두되고 있는 생태계 서비스 지불제의 개념을 적용한다면 미집행 도시계획시설 보상의 근거자료로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • At present, EDI system is indispensable process in Port and e-logis industry. Using EDI system service has been variably applicable Client/Server system base on 2-Tier, Web EDI and skill oriented distribution object. Up to date, EDI System has been Closed. Moreover it raised several points on User. For settling the problem, A study make progress with Web EDI system, XML/EDl system, distribution object technology based on 3-Tier. This Study produce several EDI system and Service. With a Result of study as the central figure, All kinds of System and Service make a comparative study synthetically in port and e-logis industry. As a result of Study, this paper make an Model Construction Planning for estimating the Port EDI System.

서비스 수준 제약하의 다단계 분배형 공급망에 대한 분배계획 (Distribution Planning for a Distributed Multi-echelon Supply Chain under Service Level Constraint)

  • In a real-life supply chain environment, demand forecasting is usually represented by probabilistic distributions due to the uncertainty inherent in customer demands. However, the customer demand used for an actual supply chain planning is a single deterministic value for each of periods. In this paper we study the choice of single demand value among of the given customer demand distribution for a period to be used in the supply chain planning. This paper considers distributed multi-echelon supply chain and the objective function of this paper is to minimize the total costs, that is the sum of holding and backorder costs over the distribution network under the service level constraint, by using demand selection scheme. Some useful findings are derived from various simulation-based experiments.

초등 예비 과학교사들의 과학 수업지도안 작성 전략 분석 (Analysis of Pre-service Teachers' Lesson Planing Strategies in Elementary School Science)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore strategies used by pre-service elementary science teachers in planning a science lesson. The participants were six senior students from a national university of education located in the midwestern area of Korea. Data regarding their planning strategies were gathered through both thinking-aloud and observation. Research findings suggest that: three of the teachers had little understanding of the necessity of reviewing unit contents or prior learning for planning a science lesson; five student teachers relied heavily on learning objectives presented in teachers' guidebooks without considering their appropriateness; all teachers exhibited an intention of composing different activities or teaching approaches from teachers' guidebooks; only two teachers thought about learners' prior knowledge or understanding levels; five and three teachers had poor understanding of discovery learning models and importance of teacher's questioning, respectively; and five teachers paid little attention to assessment.

  • In this paper, we develop a planning system for the routing and scheduling of vehicles in pickup and delivery service such as door-to-door parcel service. Efficient routing and scheduling of vehicles is very important in pickup and delivery service. The routing and scheduling problem is a variation of vehicle routing problem which has various realistic constraints. We develop a heuristic algorithm based on tabu search to solve the routing and scheduling problem. We develop a routing and scheduling system installed the algorithm as a planning engine. The system manage the basic data and uses GIS data to make a realistic route plan.

  • After Forest Service formed a forest welfare service system by life cycle in 2008, they established a variety of policy for promoting welfare of the people. In Forest welfare service plan(2013~2017) which recently the forest service department established to along with government's welfare policy, they introduce forest welfare service voucher linked to National welfare system to provide forest welfare actively to disadvantaged citizen. The purpose of this study is to setup a direction of forest voucher system, and to make strategies of forest welfare service voucher by research existing voucher system of government. A study conducts a qualitative research by use grounded theory without a quantitative research, because there is not a lot of similar cases with forest welfare service voucher. The subject of this study is experts of National Park Authority 's voucher management, forest service's Nature recreation management and relevant researcher institution. The research is conducted by interviewing the subject and by using grounded theory analysis. After processing an opening coding, categorization of opening coding, and axis coding, induce a direction of the forest welfare service voucher system.

진주시 버스 이용객 통행에 따른 도시계획시설 서비스 권역 분석 (Analysis of Urban Planning Facility Service Area according to Bus Passenger Traffic in Jinju)

  • This study aims to investigate the gap in accessibility to urban planning facilities between living spheres in local small and medium-sized cities. In this study, OD data between administrative dongs of public transportation users was constructed to analyze the living shpere, and community analysis was conducted based on cohesion between data. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that a total of 10 clusters (mid-living areas) were formed, and the topographical difference between the 11 middle living areas established in the existing Jinju City Basic Plan and the single living areas were actively exchanged to form a community with other administrative dongs. Next, the analysis of the service area of urban planning facilities for mid-living areas was conducted based on the road network. As a result of analyzing the area accessible within 5, 10, and 15 minutes, educational facilities, public facilities, cultural facilities, tourism, and green facilities could be reached within 15 minutes in most mid-living areas. On the other hand, there were many areas where access to transportation facilities, medical facilities, and cultural facilities was difficult within 15 minutes. In particular, the accessibility of the outer living area and the central living area were different. To improve the quality of life of citizens, using urban planning facilities in Jinju-si and establishing related plans in urban basic plans, it is necessary to conduct a study on service areas through network analysis.

3차원 환경 기반 무인 항공기 생존성 극대화를 위한 이동 경로 계획 (A Path Planning to Maximize Survivability for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle based on 3-dimensional Environment)

  • An Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) is a powered pilotless aircraft, which is controlled remotely or autonomously. UAVs are currently employed in many military missions(surveillance, reconnaissance, communication relay, targeting, strike etc.) and a number of civilian applications(communication service, broadcast service, traffic control support, monitoring, measurement etc.). For accomplishing the UAV's missions, guarantee of survivability should be preceded. The main objective of this study is the path planning to maximize survivability for UAV based on 3-dimensional environment. A mathematical programming model is suggested by using MRPP(Most Reliable Path Problem) and solved by transforming MRPP into SPP(Shortest Path Problem). This study also suggests a $A^*PS$ algorithm based on 3-dimensional environment to UAV's path planning. According to comparison result of the suggested algorithm and SPP algorithms (Dijkstra, $A^*$ algorithm), the suggested algorithm gives better solution than SPP algorithms.

  • The purpose for this study shows general planning direction about showroom which can enhance sales promotion, and corporate image and through buyer negotiation increasing export. We can divide showroom as promotional showroom and institutional showroom as a whole. The results of this research can be summarized as follows : There is no uniformed design plan of display for the P.R of showroom. And they need independent business space. But, there is no attractive factors to fascinate their consumer and thus there is no sufficient service facility, Also, some more effective planning is needed to support their supervisors. I wish to suggest some planning direction on the basis of research problems : We need to divide four space- that is entrance space, display space management space, service space-to allocative effectively space for the purpose of charging product. P.R. We should set up uniformed design policy which can contribute P.R.-that is corporate color, unform . logotype, sign, pamphlet etc.

  • In today's rapidly changing business environment, quality of responsiveness to customer requirements for short order cycles and on time delivery is becoming more important and considered as one of critical success factors in supply chain management. Yet despite its importance on reducing transportation cost and improving customer service, little attention has been given to the transportation planning system in Korea SI industry. In this paper, we present development of transportation planning system especially to deal with vehicle routing problem which has the goal to minimize the costs of daily transportation operation and to maximize customer delivery service. The system architecture with other enterprise application is presented and real-world constraints are well incorporated into the system by combining constraints programming and meta heuristics.
