This study analyzed Korean representative ideology to establish a service philosophy. As a follow - up study of the service philosophy consistency study of the Korean original idea, we searched for the coherence as the philosophy of the service age in the Korean representative ideology. The basic structure and operation model of service philosophy are presented, and the service philosophy of major korean ideology is derived. The philosophy of service can be presented by the structure of service and the operation of service. The essential characteristics of the service are relationship, interactivity, horizontality, and harmony, and the service structure that reflects this is the coexistence of products and services. Based on the discussion on the structure and operation of the service philosophy, the service philosophy synthesis of Korean representative ideology is presented. From the Silla era to the Koryo dynasty, the essence of Korean Buddhism thought is in line with the service philosophy, and it was found that Toegye and Yulgok to Dasan's thoughts are also consistent with service philosophy. In the future, we need further studies to refine the structure and operational principles of the service philosophy and to develop it into a big idea. In addition, it is necessary to follow up the service philosophy of Oriental representative ideology centering on Chinese and Indian philosophy. Ultimately, it is necessary to establish a service philosophy as the main philosophical thought and to establish a service philosophy as a desirable future economic and social philosophy.
This study analyzed the service philosophy of Eastern mainstream thought in order to establish a service philosophy. Following a prior study the "study of the service philosophy of major korean ideology", we explored the service philosophy of the Eastern mainstream ideology of China and India and it's coherence. The existing basic structure and operational model of service philosophy were presented in depth and the service philosophy of Oriental mainstream thought was derived. The philosophy of service can be presented as an idea of the structure of the service and as an idea of the operation of the service. It suggested compatibility of the service philosophy of Asian mainstream ideas, and analyzed them mainly in China and India. Indian ideas revolved around the ancient philosophy of Veda, Upanishads philosophy, and representative Buddhist philosophy. It also showed that a major trend of mainstream ideas in China and India was found to be compatible with the service philosophy. Follow-up studies are needed to further refine the structure of service philosophy and develop the principles of operation into larger ideas in the future, and a study of conformity of service philosophy in representative Western ideas, focusing on Greek, Roman, and German philosophy, is also required. Ultimately, it is necessary to establish a service philosophy as an ideological base that drives future economic and social development.
This study considers service philosophy of Western representative ideology to establish service philosophy following previous studies. The service philosophy is analyzed by referring to previous researches, and the structure and operation model of service philosophy are presented together. In the analysis of the Western representative thought by the age, the ancient Mediterranean philosophy and the Athenian philosophy were analyzed in detail from the viewpoint of the service structure, and the modern thoughts were analyzed from the perspective of the service operation model consistency. We analyze whether the intangibility and process characteristics of service are consistent with the world view of Western representative ideology and analyzed whether the essential characteristics of service, such as relationship, interactivity, horizontality, and harmony, are emphasized in Western representative ideology. Also, we examined whether the spiral development model of service matches the world development model in Western representative ideology. From the ancient thought to the modern thought, mainstream thoughts emphasize the dialectical development of the conflicts, and the Taegeuk - type basic structure of service is consistent with the world 's operating structure in Western thought. In addition, it is shown that circular reasoning and process theory are central idea from ancient times to modern thought, and process theory is consistent with service operation model which creates value. Relationality and harmoniousness are presented by the majority of Western thinkers as the fundamental operating principle of the world, and both the interactive and horizontal aspects are presented as ideal operating models of the world. It is confirmed that the service philosophy can play a central role as the ideology that leads the human society.
The current research investigates the basic philosophy that would serve as a foundation for the development of the service economy. In particular, the current work suggests that the Korean traditional philosophy fits the philosophy of the service economy because of the relational nature of the Eastern culture (vs. Western culture). Therefore, it is suggested that trough manifestation of the Korean traditional philosophy, the service economy would be invigorated. The yin-yang and the Two Taegeuk do not emphasize the role of human, and thus, a new philosophy incorporating this aspect needs closer attention. Therefore, the Korean traditional philosophy, structured in a Three Taegeuk framework could serve as the foundation for the development of the service economy. The Three Taegeuk framework relates to the harmonization, horizontality, bi-directionality, and relational aspects of the service industries. For example, human serving the agent role in the society resembles the current service economy where service workers and customers serve important roles in value creation. Taken together, the current research suggests that the Korean traditional philosophy serve as an important foundation for the development of the service economy.
This study was conducted to establish a service philosophy as a major ideology in the New Economy and Society. The service philosophy, which is the ideological foundation to lead the service economy era, should be an idea that can develop the new economy society, reflecting the nature principle of the universe and human being. The service philosophy was derived based on the study of the human representative ideology and the study of the new economy and service essence. A good idea must be consistent with the principles of the universe and be consistent with the essence of the human representative ideology, so that it reflects the core principles of the universe and the core of human representative ideas. In addition, the central idea should reflect the changes of the New Economy Society in the future. Therefore, the essence of the service and the change of the New Economy Society were analyzed. We analyzed the social and philosophical significance of the macroscopic cosmology and the microscopic quantum theory of modern physics. We analyzed the essence of Oriental and Western representative ideas and derived implications of these ideas from the viewpoint of modern society where service is central. Based on the essence principle of the universe and human, we have established the service philosophy structure and derived the human, historical, social, economic, and managerial aspects of service philosophy. The structure of the derived service philosophy was presented, and discussions were conducted for future research.
Teachers' philosophies have not been emphasized enough in the current teacher education curriculum even though teacher's philosophy palys a critical role in schools and classrooms. The examination on pre-service teachers' teaching philosophies is necessary to improve teacher education curriculum so that teaching philosophies are often discussed in the courses of 'pedagogical content knowledge' as well as 'general education.' Therefore, the current study investigated 44 pre-service teachers' teaching philosophies, their sub domains, and relationships among the sub domains. The previous studies regarding mathematics teacher's teaching philosophy were more about 'teacher's belief' and employed deductive inference approach using surveys or questionnaires. These studies commonly pointed out that there were three major domains of 'belief on mathematics itself,' 'belief on teaching mathematics,' and 'belief on learning mathematics.' As these three domains of teacher's philosophy has been strengthened, there were very few studies examining the other potential domains of teacher's teaching philosophy. According to the findings of the present study, which employed inductive inference approach and pre-service teachers' free essay writing assignment, 'belief on teacher's role in mathematics classroom,' 'belief on the purpose of mathematics education,' and 'motivation to be a mathematics teacher' were additionally illuminated as sub domains of teacher's teaching philosophy. Moreover, the interrelationship among the sub-areas of teacher's teaching philosophy was disclosed. Specifically, 'belief on the purpose of mathematics education' and 'motivation to be a mathematics teacher' influenced the other sub domains. This implies that the relationships among the sub domains of teacher's teaching philosophy were more likely to be causal and vertical relationships rather than independent and parallel relationships. Finally, the findings from the current study provide implications indicating how pre-service teachers' teaching philosophies might be established in mathematics education courses for future research and education.
This study was conducted to derive a management technology model based on the new management framework established in previous studies. The management technology sector, which occupies most of the existing business administration, is defined as a technical division in new management. In this study, the theory of management technology based on the service philosophy of the service economy era was presented. The structure of new business, which is the basis of new management technology, is presented first, the service philosophy of the service economy era where management is performed, and then the management technology model based on service philosophy is presented. The management technology model was derived on the basis of immutable axioms. After presenting new management axioms based on common human ideology and nature and human nature, a management technology model was presented based on axioms. On the basis of the axioms, a new dialectical development model was developed as a model for the dialectical development that maintains a tight balance and a fierce interaction between two opposing parties based on the structure and operation model of service philosophy. In addition to the overall organizational management model, a management function model and a management expansion model were presented. Each detailed technique is presented as a model for dialectical development of opposing confrontations. Management technology is a dynamic technology that is constantly changing, and is an overall technology that takes into account various situations and viewpoints. This study has significance as a basic study to overcome the limitations of the existing static management technology and develop dynamic management technology. Future research requires empirical analytical studies on new management technology models.
This study was conducted to prove that the service philosophy is the development principle of human society in the service age. From ancient times to the present, the service philosophy was tried to show the wisdom of the development of human society in all earth spaces including the East and the West. In addition, it tried to prove that the service philosophy was at the center of the development wisdom of many countries and individuals who flickered on all space on earth and all human time. The study showed that the differences between countries were in software rather than hardware. Furthermore, it was analyzed that countries with a service philosophy embedded in the center of software such as spirit and culture made a great contribution to human society. The cases of Greece and Rome, the Republic of Venice, the Republic of the Netherlands, followed by the United States and modern Korea prove this, and the Soviet Union can be seen to disprove it. The former was a society in which state-run software was strong, and the latter was a society in which hardware was strong. There is a big difference between the case of the state, which citizens have autonomously organized and operated, and the case of the upper-level state-led operation. Since the leadership of the upper classes is not based on the service philosophy, the accumulated software power is weak, so it can be said that the accumulation of wisdom in human society is weak. Therefore, while the essence of human society so far has been a society of self-centered animal ecosystems led by selfishness, the human society in the service age from now on can be said to be a society of plant ecosystems where mutual respect and self-centeredness coexist. Just as the society centered on the service philosophy in the past human society prospered and left a greater legacy to mankind, it is suggested that the human society in the future service era should be a human society of a plant ecosystem centered on the service philosophy. Further in-depth studies related to this are needed in the future.

As expanding of service robots into the human life, the needs of robots are increased. The experts group forecasted that the robot market would grow rapidly in a short time, robot companies should compete with others for prior occupation in a market. In this research, we proposed a framework of robot identity design based on building methods of product identity and developed a case study. Identity is one of the strategies to distinguish from competitors through managing image united. It is possible to apply this identity approach on robot area, which was used for making image of companies, brands, and products. In general, identity has visual, invisual features, which can be classified into three elements; Robot Philosophy, Functional Affordance, Family Look. Robot philosophy means the vision or philosophy of a company through robot development, functional affordance is a character or role to serve and family look includes visual design elements like as shape, color, material, graphic, behavior etc. We suggest that this guide will be applied to build identity of following series of a model, models of same service group and all models of a company or commercial space.
This study was performed to derive a modern service management model reflecting the philosophy of the new business administration. Service management as the modern business administration should be faithful to the spirit of modernity. In addition, service management must be faithful to the essence of service in service economy era. And since modern management is to manage organizations those are the central organizations of human society, it must be managed according to the common principles of the world. Management that satisfies these three management philosophy conditions is defined as modern service management. In this study, we analyzed that the existing service management framework does not meet these standards of modern management and derived an improved modern service management model. The modern service management model must be a management model that reflects the essence of intangible goods called service, it must be a management framework that reflects the modern spirit, and it must be a management model that reflects the common principles of the world required by the central organization of the modern economic society. Therefore, this study analyzed the modern spirit in addition to the service essence and the common principle of the world analyzed in the previous study, and presented a modern service management model with these three requirements. Also, examples of modern service management were presented. This study is a conceptual model, and analytical research is needed to demonstrate that this management model can consistently produce excellent management performance by strengthening empirical studies in the future.
