전장공간의 효율적 임무수행을 위한 임무서비스 모델 및 개발도구 구현 (Implementation of Mission Service Model and Development Tool for Effective Mission Operation in Military Environment)

  • 전장공간은 다양한 무기체계가 유기적으로 활용되고 있으며, 자원의 성능 및 통신환경이 제약되고 환경의 가변성이 높은 특징이 있다. 이러한 전장환경에서 운용되는 자원의 접근성과 통합성의 한계를 극복하고 유연한 조합을 통해 임무를 수행할 수 있는 방안으로 서비스 지향 구조 기반의 기술을 접목시키는 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지휘관이 전장 환경에서 임무에 필요한 다양한 SW를 서비스 기반으로 운용하기 위해 서비스 기반의 임무 계획 및 수행을 지원하는 계층형 임무서비스 모델을 제안한다. 또한 워크플로우 기술과 시맨틱 능력기반 추천을 활용한 개발도구를 구현하고 전투 임무 시나리오에 적용하여 실효성을 보이고자 한다.

  • In this paper, we demonstrate the implementation case using component based development tool under development process for application developments. The tool suggested provides the programming environment for the development of distributed manufacturing applications primarily. The development tool is classified into visual component, logic component, data component, knowledge component, neural net component, and service component which is a core component for the support component edit and execution. We applied the tool to the domain of the design and routing plan to retrieve existing similar design models in database, initiate a model, generate a process plan, and store the new model in the database automatically. Utilizing the tool, it integrates a geometric modeler, engineering/manufacturing database, and knowledge sources over the Internet.

의료기관 사회적 책임활동 측정 도구개발 및 타당화 (Development and Validation of the Hospital's CSR Measurement Tool)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to develop tools to measure the social responsibility activities of hospitals using ISO 26000 and to verify the validity and reliability of the developed tools. We verified the content and structural validity, as well as the internal consistency of the proposed measurement tool for hospitals' social responsibility. Methods : We conducted an online survey on hospitals/employees from Feb 26 to Mar 12, 2018, and analyzed selected 197 respondents from the survey by removing incomplete responses. Results : The developed hospitals' CSR (HSR) measurement tool consists of 36 items with 5 factors: "consumer issues", "labor practices", "community involvement & development", "fair operating practice", and "environment". Analysis revealed high reliability with Cronbach' alpha of 0.981. Conclusions : It was verified that the developed HSR tool fully reflected hospital characteristics. This tool can be used to diagnose hospitals' social responsibility and to support strategic decision on social responsibility.

고객지향적 병원 급식서비스 운영을 위한 질 평가 도구 개발 및 적용 (Development of Quality Assessment Tool and Application to Customer-Oriented Hospital Foodservice Management)

  • The purposes of this study were to : a) develop the quality assessment tool of hospital foodservice management, b) evaluate the S hospital's foodservice quality by this tool, and c) do the feasibility study about this tool in hospital food-service field by establishing quality management strategies. The developed quality assessment tool of hospital food-service management was consisted of 20 items for quality evaluation by Likert 5 point scale and two additional questions with the most satisfactory item and the most unsatisfactory item. As a result of evaluation, S hospital's foodservice quality was somewhat high, on the factor 'personnel attitude', especially. The IPA technique proved nine items including Q5, Q7, Q8, Q11, Q12, Q13, Q15, Q16, Q17 were in 'Doing Great, Keep It Up' and seven items such as Q1, Q2, Q3, Q6, Q9, Q18, Q19 that got high expectation and low perception needed to be focused in quality management strategy.

병원 위탁급식 품질관리를 위한 품질평가도구 개발 (The Development of a Quality Measurement Tool for a Contract-Managed Hospital Foodservice)

  • The purposes of this study were: a) to develop the a quality measurement tool for the contract-managed hospital foodservice, and b) to evaluate their performance with the developed quality measurement tool, and c) to verify the reliability and validity of the quality measurement tool. The developed quality measurement tool comprised two parts, which were foodservice management and medical nutrition care service. The foodservice management part was classified into six functional categories which were Menu, Procurement and Storage, Production and Distribution, Facility and Utility, Sanitation and Safety, and Management and Evaluation. The medical nutrition care service part indicated the medical nutrition care provided. Quality measurement tool had 91 standards and 324 indicators. The quality measurement tools were distributed to the hospital foodservice manager employed by the foodservice company. The 324 indicators were measured by foodservice manager on the 5-Likert-type scales, and then adapted to a 100 point scale. The SPSS Ver. 11.0 was used for statistical analysis. The categories whose scores were evaluated as being high were Procurement', General Sanitation', Personal sanitation' and Waste' and the categories whose scores were evaluated as being low were Diet Order Manual', Standard Recipe', Appropriateness (Facility and Utility)', Check (Facility and Utility)'and Information Management'. All the categories of medical nutrition service were evaluated as having seriously low scores. Therefore, it was necessary for the contract-managed hospital foodservice to improve its performance in the area of medical nutrition care service. For the verification of the developed quality measurement tool, the reliability obtained by calculating Cronbach's α was 0.8747, and the content validity was also proved by scrutiny of the modification of the Professional group's techniques. KASS 시스템 운영을 위한 상태감시 도구 개발 (Development of status monitoring tools for KASS system operation)

  • 한국형 위성항법보정시스템 KASS(Korea Augmentation Satellite System)은 2023년 12월 국제민간항공기구 표준의 항공용 서비스 제공을 목표로 개발 중인 SBAS 시스템이다. KASS 서비스의 지속적인 제공을 위해서는 시스템의 상태감시가 필수적이며 이를 위해 상태감시 도구가 개발되어야 한다. 상태감시 도구 개발은 목적에 따라 실시간 상태감시, 장기간 상태감시로 구분되어 개발되었다. 도구 개발은 요구사항 정의, 설계, 개발, 검증의 일련의 절차를 통해 완료하였다. 상태감시 도구 검증을 위해 실제 KASS 시스템의 2023년 8월 데이터를 활용하여 검증하였고 그 결과를 통계적으로 분석하여 운영시간, 운영률을 도출하였다. 2023년 이후부터 시작되는 항공용 서비스에 이 도구들을 활용하여 지속적 서비스 제공을 지원할 계획이다.

마리나 서비스품질 척도개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Scale Development for Marina Service Quality)

  • 본 연구는 해양레저 수요가 급증하면서 마리나산업이 미래형 고부가가치 산업으로 부상하고 있는 현 시점에서 마리나 이용객 측면에서 마리나 서비스품질을 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 마리나 서비스품질 척도로서 물리적시설, 지원서비스, 활동프로그램, 종업원태도, 안전성 등 5개 차원이 도출되었고, 신뢰성과 타당성이 검증된 20개 측정항목이 제시되었다. 본 연구에 의하여 개발된 척도는 마리나 서비스품질을 측정하는 중요한 도구가 될 뿐만 아니라 마리나 서비스품질 관리에 기여하고 마리나의 마케팅 전략 수립에 유용한 정보를 제공한다.

공작기계 고장 진단 전문가 시스템 개발 (Development of an Expert System for Diagnosing Machine Tool Failures)

  • Trouble shooting of modern machine tools equipped with sophisticated electronic as well as mechanical parts is so difficult that it is usually depends upon the experience and accumulated knowledge of the diagnosing persons. On the other hand, tool users are scattered in wide area, which makes it expensive for a machine tool maker to run a vast service network. An unmanned diagnosis system to which users can have access at all times could be an efficient alternative. For this purpose, a rule-based expert system for diagnosing machine tools is developed. This paper describes the structure of diagnostic knowledge, the rule firing mechanism, the diagnosis flow, and user query process. An example shows the feasibility of problem solving on site without help of a service expert from machine tool maker.

  • The diagnosis of faults of machine tool, which is controlled by CNC and PLC, is generally based on ladder diagram of PLC. Because sequential controls for CNC and servo motor are mostly processed in PLC. However, when fault is occurred, a searching for logical relation to fault reasons is required a lot of fault experiences and times, because PLC program has step structure. In this paper, FDS(Fault Diagnosis System) is developed and implemented to machine tool with open architecture controller in order to find the reason of fault lastly and correctly. The diagnosed reasons for fault are tele-serviced on web through developed RSS(Remote Service System). The operationability and usefulness of developed system are evaluated on specially manufactured machine tool with open architecture CNC. The results of this research can be the model of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system of machine tool with open architecture CNC.

주제공원 서비스질의 측정 척도 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of a Multi-Item Scale for Measuring Theme Park Service Quality)

  • Service quality is defined as the perceived difference between performed service and expected service. In this paper, theme park service quality is conceptualized in relation to consumer's total satisfaction on theme park visitation. A 20-item scale was constructed to measure Theme Park Service Quality. The following four steps were employed in developing the service quality measure: 1)identification of service quality dimensions, 2)development of scales from a set of items describing the dimensions, 3)empirical verification of the scale's construct validity which refers to dimensionality, convergent validity, and nomological validity, and 4)confirmation of the utility. The scale was found to be an empirically valid and reliable evaluation tool for service quality enhancement. In addition, the scale would be an useful criterion for market segmentation and positioning.
