최근 IT서비스 산업은 복잡한 서비스 시스템 통합과 더불어, 제품과 서비스의 융/복합화를 위한 IT서비스 제조 (manufacturing)산업으로 활발히 확장되고 있다. 이는 제품의 서비스화 (product servicize)와 서비스의 제품화 (service productize) 현상의 가속화로 인해 제품과 서비스의 구분이 모호해 지고 있는 산업변화에 대응하려는 산업의 노력으로 판단된다. 고객 가치 향상을 위해 IT서비스 제조산업에서는 제품과 서비스의 모호한 경계를 극복하고, 서비스중심의 신규 IT서비스를 개발할 수 있는 무형의 프로세스 정립이 요구되었다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 사이언스 측면에서 제공되는 이론들 (NPD, NSD, UCD, Contingency theory)을 검토하여, IT서비스 제조산업의 특성이 반영된 마케팅 지원 process template를 개발하는 데에 목적이 있다. 제안된 template는 목표시장 및 기술환경의 분석과 동시에 IT서비스 제품 분석을 통해 IT서비스 사업 마케팅 기회를 전략적으로 탐색할 수 있는 도구가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

There have been numerous research and development efforts to automate business processes or execute business processes automatically. Especially, Web service is considered to be one of the most promising technologies. Existing Web service composition languages such as BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) and BPML (Business Process Modeling Language) do not provide full semantic support for business processes. This paper proposes a 3-layer model that consists of business process layer and service layer which can seamlessly integrates business process semantics with service semantics. The proposed model and architecture will enable effective management of business processes as well-defined corporate assets, services that execute tasks to achieve goals of business processes, and software components that comprise services.

The SM(System Management) is more important than SI(System Integration) in business model of software industry. And the role of ITO(IT Outsourcing) is increasing, recently. Also, The interest of ITIL increasing in the software industry. In the perspective of business, IT organization has been transformed from supportive division the core business organization, IT organization needs the satisfaction of customer’s requirements. So, process oriented IT management is required. In the perspective of technique, according to need of IT infra for a rapid change management, an application management, systematic development and operating process are required. Therefore, this paper analyzes of IT service core process in service support and service delivery that was offered by ITIL using the AHP methodology This paper shows the results of IT service survey in domestic software industry. And this paper gives a guideline of introduction ITIL

본 논문에서는 건설을 업무로 하는 회사의 클라우드 기반 현장 중심의 ERP 개발에 대하여 제시한다. ERP 개발은 웹기반의 사용자 서비스 포탈 및 관리 포탈 개발, WCF(윈도 커뮤티케이션 파운데이션)기반의 미들웨어 개발, 그리고 WPF(윈도 프리젠테이션 파운데이션) 기반의 클라이언트 소프트웨어 개발을 목표로 수행하였다. ERP의 주요 개발 내용은 소규모 기업의 건설 회사용 프로세스 제정, 사용자 중심의 인터페이스 설계, 프로세스 집약화와 오토메이션이다.

This paper proposed a Web-based training service for product data management by supporting an integrated product data management system, various technical documents. and efficient communication systems. It also supports a general product development process and a consistent product data model that enable participants to experience management of consistent product information during the product development life cycle. The Web based environment of the service also provides participants with a collaborative workplace with other participants and a Web portal for all the components of the service.

현대의 기업은 급변하는 비즈니스 환경에 맞는 응용 프로그램을 적시에 개발이 필요하다. 그러나 대부분의 기업들은 비즈니스 프로세스 개념 없이 애플리케이션을 개발하여 업무 변경 시, 필요한 응용프로그램을 적시에 개발하기 어렵다. 이를 해결하기 위해 클로즈 아키텍처 기반의 비즈니스 프로세스 프레임워크 제안한다. 이는 BPM(Business Process Model)과 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture), 그리고 CBD(Component Based Development) 접목을 통해 급변하는 비즈니스 프로세스 변경/개선이 용이하며, 이를 지원하는 응용프로그램을 재사용을 통해 적시에 개발하고 자 한다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 프레임워크 내에 5-Layer 구조 및 그에 따른 BNF(Backus Naur Form)을 정의하였다.

This paper introduces the development of an integrated design system using Service-Oriented Architecture. The system is proposed and being developed based on several advanced technologies, such as multi-agents, Internet/web Service, workflow, database and is aiming to provide the successful fulfill our target of integrating personnel, design activities and engineering resources along a predefined engineering design project (workflow) during product development process. By using SOA concept, the system tries to separates the engineering process into the engineering knowledge and the usage of engineering tool. Consequently, the computing resources in organization can be fully utilized and thus the cost can be reduced. The system is being designed and developed on the base of JADE (Java Agent DEvelopment Framework).

Purpose: In this study, we developed a service quality audit system through analyzing service processes of airlines' cabin service. Methods: Applying the qualitative approach to service processes analysis; 'service blueprint' methodology was developed, providing airlines a blueprint for cabin service and applying the quantitative service quality audit approach called 'walk-through audit', an audit methodology tailored to airline cabin service called PCPA (Passenger Cabin Patrol Audit) was developed. Results: This study tried to apply both the qualitative and the quantitative methodologies to develop service quality audit checklist and tried to develop details to systemize them into a new methodology. Conclusion: This study will be helpful for Airline services improvement by providing 'service quality audit model', so as to find out the problems and share those with the stakeholders.

It has been proved that information and communication technology (ICT) solutions for personalized health (PHealth) and ambient assisted living (AAL) can support people in their daily life activities. Several solutions have been demonstrated to empower different levels of services through seamless data acquisition and specific users' interaction modalities. Usually services usability and accessibility are handled in the design process and are validated with small users' groups. Moreover, while service design and systems development have been extensively described in literature, service deployment methodologies are not properly addressed and documented. Proper reference guidelines are also missing. The most common methodologies like unified process (UP) or ICONX can cover only the design and the development of PHealth services without a clear description on the following phases such as deployment, service provision and maintenance. These phases present several risks to be taken into account right from the beginning of the implementation of PHealth or AAL services. This paper focuses on the description of a structured methodology to deploy PHealth services and how this process can be supported by integrated software routines and adapting the UP framework in particular the "Transition phase."

이 연구는 사회적 요구에 의해 강조되고 있는 집단지성, 가치관, 소프트웨어를 적용하여 예비교사들이 통합과학교육 프로그램을 개발하는 과정에서 예비교사에게 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 이러한 결과로 첫째, 집단지성을 활용한 통합과학교육 프로그램 개발은 예비교사의 학습동기를 향상시켰다. 특히 수행과정에서 학습동기가 향상되는 것이 나타났다. 둘째, 집단지성 기반 통합과학교육 프로그램 개발은 예비교사들의 집단지성 역량을 함양하였다. 프로그램을 개발, 시연, 피드백하는 전 과정에서 집단의 긍정적 영향이 발현되었다. 셋째, 과학 교과에 소프트웨어와 개인의 가치관은 접목할 필요가 있으나 이를 위해 전문적 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
