치킨전문점의 품질요인이 고객만족, 신뢰와 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Quality Factors on Customer Satisfaction, Trust and Behavioral Intention in Chicken Restaurants)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to classify the quality factors of chicken restaurant customers with the service quality based on the SERVQUAL, the quality factors based on the selection attributes and service qualities of chicken restaurants used in the previous studies. Research design, data, and methodology - This survey was carried out on the students of Kangwon University in Samchuk City, Kangwon Province from November 20 - November 30, 2017, and a total of 260 questionnaires were distributed, with 222 collected. Of them, effective questionnaires applied in the final study were a total of 193 except 29 that couldn't be used. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: Firstly, chicken restaurants' quality factors were divided into seven categories like cleanliness, service encounter quality, product quality, aesthetics, overall interior, purchase quality, and convenience. Secondly, it showed that service encounter quality, purchase quality, and cleanliness had a positive impact on customer satisfaction, respectively. Thirdly, it showed that service encounter quality, purchase quality, and cleanliness had a positive impact on trust, respectively. Fourthly, it showed that customer satisfaction had a positive impact on behavioral intention. Additionally, it suggested that customer satisfaction of chicken restaurant consumers had a positive impact on behavioral intention and thereby, higher customer satisfaction leads to higher levels of reuse and recommendation intention. Lastly, after checking the effect relations of trust between customer satisfaction about chicken restaurant and behavioral intention, it was analyzed that customer satisfaction has a positive impact on trust and trust has a positive impact on behavioral intention. On the other hand, it showed that trust have a partially mediating effect in the relations between customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. But, it showed that product quality, aesthetics, overall interior, purchase quality, and convenience did not have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Conclusions - Chicken restaurant consumers put more priority on friendly and good services of chicken restaurant staff in service encounter and delivery order, rather than on reasonable price and discount systems. Thereby, chicken restaurant marketers need to take factors like service encounter quality, cleanliness into more consideration.

예비보육교사가 인식한 '영유아'에 대한 은유 분석 (Metaphor Analysis of 'Children' Perceived by Pre-service Childcare Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 예비보육교사들이 인식한 영유아에 대한 의미를 은유분석 방법을 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 대학에서 보육학을 전공하는 예비보육교사 288명 대상으로 2021년 5월 4주부터 6월 2주까지 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 영유아에 대한 의미는 '돌봄이 필요한 존재', '환경에 영향받는 존재', '개성을 지닌 존재', '소중하고 귀한 존재', '기쁨을 주는 존재', '미래를 이끌어갈 존재', '맑고 순수한 존재', '교사·부모를 성장시키는 존재'로 범주화되었다. 예비보육교사들은 8가지 범주 중에서 영유아를 '돌봄이 필요한 존재'로 인식한 경향이 가장 높게 나타났고, 138개 은유 표현 중에서는 '새싹', '씨앗', '꽃', '도화지', '스펀지', '거울' 순으로 표현한 것이 높게 나타났다. 이를 통해 예비보육교사들이 가진 영유아에 대한 인식을 보다 폭넓게 이해할 수 있었으며, 향후 예비보육교사 양성과정에서 개선 및 지원해야 할 방안을 마련하는데 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

패션 CS(Costumer Service) 교과목 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of a Fashion CS Course)

  • As an effort to improve the employment of graduates from fashion.related departments, this study purposed to develop a course that may contribute to a broader range of employment, focusing on CS, which has been overlooked by fashion.related departments, among various job categories in the fashion industry. In order to determine the necessity of the new course, we surveyed job categories that enrolled students wanted to have after graduation and graduates'opinions on and responses to the opening of the new course. In addition, for the efficient design of the course, this study extracted the practically applicable goals and contents of the course from basic theories in previous CS .related studies in the area of fashion studies and from interviews with field workers in related businesses. Through these multi.sided approaches, this study proposed a fashion CS course as a major applied subject with an hours' theory and two hours' practice classes, and suggested a weekly teaching plan of 15 weeks. This study is meaningful in that it expanded the scope and variety of employment for students of fashion.related departments, and developed a course that can be immediately applicable to any CS.related jobs. The results of this study are expected to expand work areas for graduates from fashion.related departments in the fashion industry.

환자 및 시설 특성이 장기요양서비스 이용 노인의 자원소모량에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Patient and Facility Characteristics On the Resource Use by the Elderly in Long-term Care Services)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the resource use of the elderly in long-term care services and to examine the effects of patient and facility characteristics on their use of resources. The data were collected from 510 old people over sixty years of age, residing in five long-term care hospitals and two skilled nursing homes during the period between December 1, 2000 and February 28, 2001. For a full sample, when the first level of RUG(Resource Use Group)-III categories were employed as the proxy of patient severity, facility characteristics, such as location, size and ownership, have large effects on the resource use measured by service intensity, whereas patient characteristics such as severity have little or no effect. The resource use is significantly high if the facility: (1) is located in rural areas (gun): (2) has mare than 200 beds; (3) is a long-term care hospital; (4) is private; and (5) has a low percentage of medical aid patients. The analysis of the resource use in each RUG-III categories, for which ADL(Ability of Daily Living) were employed as the prosy of patient severity, shows a similar result. The loose relationship between the needs of residents and the resource use seems to be closely associated with the ineffective reimbursement system for providers. The current reimbursement system has no provision for quality improvement and reimburses facilities simply according to their types: fee-for-service for long-term care hospitals, and monthly-flat-rate or full-coverage-national-aid for skilled nursing facilities. It will be necessary to develop a more reasonable reimbursement system that takes patient's severity into account and gives incentives for long-term care providers to offer cost-effective services.

K-MOOC 학습자의 학습행태 분석 및 서비스 방향성 연구 (The Learning Behavior of K-MOOC Learners and K-MOOC Service Recommendations)

  • MOOC 서비스의 플랫폼을 이어받아 국내에서 2015년부터 서비스를 개시한 한국형 온라인 공개강좌(Korea-Massive Open Online Course, K-MOOC)는 지난해까지 서비스의 양적인 성장에 주력하여 강좌 수와 수강자 수의 확보에 집중하였던 반면, 2020년부터는 새로운 강좌 커리큘럼과 묶음강좌의 개발, 서비스 제공기관의 확대를 통한 폭넓은 주제 분야의 강좌 제공 등 서비스의 질적인 성장을 도모하기 위해 다양한 시도를 진행하고 있다. 설문의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 K-MOOC 서비스의 방향성을 교수자와 강좌 관리자, 서비스 플랫폼 개발자의 측면에서 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 강좌를 제공하는 교수자는 다양한 주제분야의 강좌를 제공하기 위해 강좌개발 전략을 구상하여야 한다. 둘째, 강좌를 제공하는 교수자와 K-MOOC 학습을 지원하는 관리자는 전공학습지원 수강동기를 가진 학습자들이 강좌 내 콘텐츠에 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 지원해야 한다. 셋째, K-MOOC 플랫폼 개발자는 좀 더 학습자의 학습 편의성을 높일 수 있는 방향으로 현재의 시스템을 개선해야 한다.

국내 화학테러 초기대응체제의 발전방향 (한·미 화학테러 초기대응체제 비교를 중심으로) (The Direction for Development of Domestic Initial Response System for Chemical Terrorism)

  • This paper is about the establishment of "Initial Response System." Initial response system is most important and should be treated urgently among all preparations for chemical terrorism. The objects of Initial response system are to protect civilians and the first responder who are exposed directly to chemical terrorism. Therefore, this paper suggests two main issues about Initial response system. One is to prepare immediate and exact information service system which assures the safety and survival of exposed people. The other is to build Scene Response System integrated with Command-Control Procedure for early finished situation. Compared to United States, overcoming the Chemical Terrorism requires to improve the contents of two categories: Counter Citizen Response part and Initial Scene Response part. For Counter citizen response part' s sake, the web-sites of Response leader agencies for searching information about chemical terrorism should be modified specifically. These web-sites have to be re-organized in detail. The existing Information service system which has been vaguely informed as "CBRNE Accident" needs to be divided as "CBRNE Accident" and "WMD terrorism." Further, each of them should be specialized in "Chemical', "Biological", and "Radiological" categories. There is a need to rearrange current Emergency Instruction for civilians against chemical terrorism in feasible way. At the same time, it should be applied consistently to all organizations through agreement between experts and related-organizations. For Initial Scene Response part's sake, "Initial scene response procedure (SOP)" and "Operational conception" should be produced through Simulated Exercises and workshops of all organizations related with initial response. These organizations have to cooperate with Ministry of Environment which is the main leader Agency as the center. Next, there is a need to develop a technology and Scene Response Equipments, and to standardize the response equipments which consider the capability of First Responders for chemical terrorism. Especially, improving capability of equipments is required to overcome the vulnerability of Scene Response Equipments.

제주견의 체형특성 및 행동패턴 조사연구 (Research of body characteristics and behavioral patterns in Jeju Dogs)

  • Jeju Dogs have high academic value due to their unique characteristics and conditions, but they have received little attention in the research field. This paper attempts to secure fundamental data to clarify the general characteristics of Jeju Dogs. For this purpose, an inspection of the basic body shape was performed to establish the shape and breed standards. Jeju Dogs were also exposed to 12 behavior tests to check their distinct character categories and an objective ethogram was built on each of the character categories to conduct a behavior analysis. The body shape of 34 clinically healthy Jeju Dogs aged 18 months or older was inspected using ten divided parts. For the behavior analysis, 10 Jeju Dogs were examined. A variety of behavioral variables were recorded based on 12 behavior tests that were categorized into four characters: sociality, aggressiveness, anxiety and submissiveness. The results of the body shape inspection indicated that most of the male dogs' parts had larger measured values than the female dogs' parts. The behavior analysis results revealed that the Jeju Dog displays excellent qualities such as submissiveness, reliability and fidelity and, hence, it is believed that this breed of dog is very appropriate for most duties and has the potential to be a household dog or working dog.

직영 및 위탁 사업체 급식소 영양사에 대한 작업자 지향적 직무분석(제 2 보) : 요인분석에 의한 직무수행 특성 영역 및 직무정보 기술 (Categorization of Competencies and Description of Job Informations for Dietitians in Employee Foodservice by Wdorker-oriented Job Analysis Methodology)

  • The job characteristics and competencies of 285 dietitians in employee foodservices were investigated by worker-oriented job analysis methodology. The purposes of this study were to : a) determine the knowledge, abilities, skills and other characteristics(KASO) needed for dietitians in two types of employee foodservice groups(self-operated vs. contracted), b) categorize KASO items by factor analysis and c) provide job information and job descriptions for dietitians in employee foodservices. The job analysis questionnaire was consisted of questions concerning the 134 KASO items. The questionnaire was mailed to 250 dietitians who are members of The Korean Dietetic Association Practice Group in self-operated foodservices(group A) and 250 dietitians who are employed in contracted foodservice companies(group B). Completed questionnaires were received from 285 dietitians(121 in self-operated, 164 in contracted) ; with response rate of 57%. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS/win and the SAS/win packages. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) Through factor analysis, the 134 KASO items were regrouped into 6 categories :‘primary dietetic tasks concerning menu management and administrative work regarding merchants’, ‘primary dietetic tasks concerning procurement and purchasing of food and supplies and meal production and service control’, ‘primary dietetic tasks concerning facility, sanitation and safety control’, ‘secondary dietetic tasks concerning nutrition education and research’, ‘secondary dietetic tasks concerning foodservice operation management’and‘human attributes’. 2) Analysis of the total scores(average scores of degree of frequency, importance and entry requirements of KASO items within 6 categories), group A showed high priorities placed on‘human attributes’, ‘procurement and purchasing of food and supplies and meal production and service control’, ‘menu management and administrative work regarding merchants’, ‘whereas group B showed high priorities placed on’‘human attributes’, ‘foodservice operation management’. 외래 및 퇴원환아 부모의 전화상담과 간호중재의 내용분석 (Content Analysis of the Nursing Interventions and Telephone Calls to the Pediatric Nursing Unit)

  • A descriptive study was conducted to describe the content of nursing interventions and incoming telephone calls from the parents whose child was discharged to home or who has planned immunization during the period from March 15, 1995 to November 30, 1995. Detailed notes on 145 telephone calls and 243 nursing interventions were recorded by head nurses on pediatiric nursing units were entered to data collection and content analysis. The results of the study are as follows : 1. Six analysis categories for the records on incoming telephone calls were identified judgement-dependence, dependent -coping, self-initiated coping, support, adjustment and intermediation need. 2. Five analytic categories for the records on telephone interventions were identified : guidance, mediation, facilitating self -care abilities, support, instrumental use. 3. Problems related to physical signs and symptoms, medication, immunization, and vital signs were most often cited as concerns by parents and caregivers. 4. Instruction, suggestion, provision knowledge and information, reassurance related to physical problems, medication, immunization and clinic visits were most often used as an nursing interventions by head nurses on pediatric nursing units. In spite of the fact that the telephone calls were initiated by the parents, dependency of parents during the telephone calls was remarkable. The dependency of parents on judgement and decision making of the pediatric nurses should be understood in terms of the psychosocial content as well as cultural characteristics. Therefore, it is suppested that telephone interventions focus on facilitating the self-care ability of the parents whose children have chronic conditions. The results of this study will be useful as an essential reference in providing effective for children and their families after discharged from the hospital. The results can also be used as reliable data for extended pediatric nursing service in the health care delivery system as well as for the development of telephone intervention service program in responding to the current health care environment.

벤처기업의 수출성과 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors affecting the Export Performance of Ventures)

  • 본 연구는 수출을 기반으로 성장을 하는 우리나라 벤처 기업의 수출성과에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 분석의 틀을 마련하기 위하여 관련기관이 연구보고서, 논문, 그리고 발표 자료에 대한 문헌 조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 연구 분석의 틀을 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 관련 전문가들과 관계자의 자문을 통하여 설문을 작성하였으며, 2005년 12월 현재 수출 실적이 있는 700개 업체를 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였으며 (2006.5.10${\sim}$5.31), 전화면담으로 269부, 직접방문으로 162부, 우편조사로 87부 등 총 518부가 회수되어(회수율 74%), 이 중에서 자료로써의 신뢰성이 낮거나 분석의 편의성을 따져 19부를 제외한 500부를 실제분석 자료로 사용 하였다. 설문지의 분석은 SPSS로 이루어졌으며, 측정항목들의 적절성을 평가하기 위하여 신뢰성 분석과 타당성 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 각 특정범주에서 추출된 요인들이 중소벤처수출 기업의 수출무역의 수출전략 및 성장성에 미치는 영향을 각각 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다.
