인터넷의 급속한 보급과 대용량 멀티미디어 서비스에 대한 요구가 나날이 증가하고 있다. 기존의 무선랜은 도달거리가 짧아서 가입자가 기지국(Base Station)에서 멀어지면 서비스 품질이 저하되고, 무선인터넷은 사용비용이 높다. 최근에 세계 최초로 국내에서 개발한 휴대 인터넷 시스템인 와이브로(WiBro: Wireless Broadband Internet) 시스템은 휴대폰과 무선 랜의 중간 영역에 위치한 이동초고속인터넷서비스이다. 본 논문에서는 와이브로 시스템의 근간을 이루는 IEEE 802.16 BWA을 기반으로 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 서비스별 트래픽 모델과 특성을 분석하고, 다양한 트래픽 혼합 비율에 따라 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며, 이를 토대로 최종적으로는 WiBro 시스템에서 셀 당 수용 가능한 최대 가입자 수를 산출하였다.

이 연구는 장애인을 포함하여 조력자 및 연구자 등을 위한 효과적이고 체계적인 주제가이드 및 서비스 모델을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 통한 이론적 검토와 국내 외 사례조사를 통해 주제가이드 및 서비스 모델구축 방안을 모색하였다. 이 연구는 주제가이드 및 서비스 모델에 대한 자료유형 도출, 각 자료유형에 대한 메타필드 항목 및 표준화된 포맷 개발, 이용자 맞춤형 서비스를 위해 장애유형별, 서비스대상별, 생애주기별, 매체형태별, 기관유형별 주제가이드 서비스 모델을 제시하였다.

Since the introduction of block chain technology, its potential use in financial service area have been increasing, and financial firms are seeking ways to take advantage of the benefits of it. The purpose of this study is to present an approach to prioritize block chain-based services for bank. Toward this, we picked out potential financial services through focus group interview and derived the criteria that can be used in evaluating the priorities of block chain-based banking services in the same way. Then, we propose an analytic hierarchy process model to help decision makers prioritize the banking services while considering multiple criteria of technology issues, governmental regulations in the financial industry, cost, managerial issues, customers' needs, and the business opportunity for the bank. By using the analytic hierarchy process model, we can estimate the weighting coefficients to be assigned to each criteria and determine the order of priority in determining the best block chain-based service for the case study bank. The results show that banking login authentication would be forefront service, followed by money transfer, document notarization, and trade financing service in the order, and the trade financing could be most important service in terms of the business profitability for the bank in the future.

본 논문에서는 도시에서 운영되는 여러 데이터 기반 서비스들을 효율적으로 통합 및 연동하여 사용 편의성을 높일 수 있는 블록체인 기반 도시 서비스 통합 운영 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 서비스 사용자들의 참여를 독려하기 위해 각 서비스에서 소비 및 활용될 수 있는 데이터와 가치의 제공자에게 그에 따른 인센티브를 지급하고, 서비스 수혜자로부터는 인센티브를 회수함으로써 동일 인센티브 시스템 내에서 다양한 서비스가 연동될 수 있는 구조를 제공하며, 블록체인 기술을 통해 서비스 운영 및 관리 투명성을 보장할 수 있다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 제안 서비스 모델의 검증을 위한 프로토타입을 구축 및 운영함으로써 제안 모델의 효율성 및 운영가능성을 확인한다. 그 결과 구현한 세 개의 데이터 기반 도시 관리 서비스들의 운영이 통합된 인센티브 개념을 바탕으로 유기적이게 상호 호환됨을 확인했다. 향후 제안 서비스 운영 모델은 다수의 지자체에서 관심을 가지고 있는 지역화폐를 활용한 지역 경제 활성화 사업과 연계되어 시민 참여 기반의 도시 운영 및 관리 구조의 요소기술로서 적용될 수 있으며, 스마트시티 서비스와의 접목을 통해 블록체인 기술 영역의 확장 또한 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

The objective of this paper is to evaluate the feasibility of using an optimization model as a effective way to search conjunctive operation scheme to meet two conditions; one is to minimize the electric cost for pumping and another is to meet the water demand for satisfying customers. The feasibility is confirmed as comparing the best combinations of pumps between multi-regional water supply networks from multiple sources which are obtained through an optimization modeling and EPAnet modeling. KModsim model, a network optimization model, was used to determine conjunctive operation scheme in the pipe system. KModsim, based on Lagrangian Relaxation algorithm, is useful for modeling network system and obtaining simultaneously pump combination and water allocation with given input option such as energy unit cost supplying from a source into a consumer, operating pumping combination. This study develops the procedure of determining optimal conjunctive operation scheme with using KModsim model. As a study region, the water supplying systems of the Geojae-city in the Geongsang Namdo Province was selected and investigated. The EPAnet hydraulic simulation result(Ryu et al, 2007, KSWW) gave input data for optimization model; energy unit price(won/$m^3$), water service available area etc.. It was assured that the combination of pump operation through optimum conjunctive operation is to be optimum scheme to obtain the best economic water allocation with comparison to the hydraulic simulation result such as electric cost and pump combination cases. The results obtained through the study are as follows. First, It was found that a well-allocated water supply scheme, the best combination of pump operation through optimum joint operation, promises to save the electric cost and satisfy all operational goals such as stability and revenues during the period. Second, an application of KModSim, a network model, gave the amount of water allocation from each source to a consumer with consideration of economic supply. Finally, in a service area available to supply through conjunctive operation of existing inter-regional water supply networks within short distance, a conjunctive operation is useful for determining each transmission pipeline's service area and maximizing the effectiveness of optimizations in pumping operation time.

본 연구는 주·야간보호서비스의 이용실태와 SERVQUAL 모형으로 서비스품질을 측정하고, 이를 바탕으로 시사점을 논의하는 데 목적이 있다. 대전광역시 및 충남북 군단위 농촌지역의 주·야간보호시설 이용자 208명을 대상으로 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유형성, 신뢰성, 응답성, 확신성, 공감성 모든 범주에서 기대수준보다 지각수준이 더 높아서 양의 값을 나타내고 있다. 대부분의 이용노인이 서비스를 이용하기전 기대수준보다 서비스를 이용하고 느끼는 지각수준에서 높게 평가하고 있다. 둘째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 서비스품질을 살펴보았으나, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 기관특성의 차원에서 서비스품질을 살펴보면, 지각수준에서는 지역과 시설의 운영형태에 따라, 기대수준에서는 설립주체, 주당 프로그램 제공횟수, 시설규모에 따라 통계적으로 유의하게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 서비스이용자의 특성에 따라 서비스품질을 살펴보았으나, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 나타나지 않았다.

안테나 방사패턴의 전파환경을 예측하는 것은 최적 기지국 위치 선정과 셀의 설계 등 서비스 지역을 결정하는데 매우 중요하다. 안테나 종류, 빔의 각도, 지형과 장애물에 따라 변하는 전파 예측 모델을 분석하므로써 통신망의 경제적 활동, 호의 품질, 전화가입자에 대한 서비스 향상을 기대할 수 있다. 최적 전파 예측 모델을 제안하기 위하여 나주시 세지 기지국 주변의 평원지역의 전계강도를 측정하였다. 현장측정에 대한 시뮬레이션은 Hata 모델, Egri 모델, Carey 모델과 제안 모델을 이용하였다. 그 결과 제안 모델이 다른 모델보다 우수함을 확인하였다.

This paper proposes an efficient location technique to find an indoor location under the IEEE 802.11 wireless local area networks. The proposed method is based on the range measurements obtained from a simple radio frequency propagation model. Thus, unlike the radio frequency fingerprint correlation method, it does not suffer from the computational burden during the real-time location service period and can quickly reply the location requests of many users at the same time. To increase the location accuracy in spite of the frequent non-line-of-sight error occurrences, the proposed method calibrates the distortion of the non-line-of-sight error by a simple measurement surveying procedure that does not require the surveyor's manual interaction. Experimental results show the capability of the proposed method.

유비쿼터스 서비스(U-service)를 제공하는 시스템은 서비스 생존성이 취약한 환경을 극복해야하는 네트워크 시스템이다. 네트워크 시스템의 생존성은 시스템 구성요소에 장애나 사고, 물리적 공격이 발생하더라도 시스템에 부여된 본연의 서비스를 중단 없이 제공할 수 있는 시스템 능력으로 정의하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비잔틴 장애를 초래하는 의도적인 사이버테러가 네트워크 시스템에 가해졌을 때의 상황을 고려하여, 사용자 입장에서 서비스 생존성을 정량적으로 평가 할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 무선 LAN 기반의 Jini 시스템을 생존성 정량화 모델의 예로 삼는다. 그리고 Jini 시스템이 제공하는 U-service의 생존성을 평가하기 위한 연속시간 마코프 모델을 제시하고 이를 토대로 사용자가 서비스에 접근할 수 없는 확률(blocking probability)로서 U-service 생존성을 평가하는 방안을 제시한다.
