YBCO thin films have good characteristics for current limiting materials due to compact size and high current carrying capability. But the irregularities and the extreme thin thickness of YBCO films cause some difficulties in simultaneous quench and thermal shock protection. In order to solve these problems, vertical magnetic field generated from solenoid coil was applied to the YBCO element. And also to minimize the inductance caused by the serial connection of magnetic field source with superconducting elements, magnetic field source was separated from the power lines adapting protective current transformer. In this study, electric field-current (E-I) and quench characteristics of YBCO films were analyzed both by electrical measuring method and observations of bubble propagation. From the experiment results, it was revealed that the magnetic fields generated by surrounding coil could induce the uniform quench distribution for all stripes of current limiting units and finally simultaneous quenches were realized in all serial connection of YBCO elements. In addition, the separation of magnetic field source form electrical network could be good solution for simultaneous quench of YBCO films without any unnecessary effect caused by serial connection.

In this paper, we proposed the effective serial connection methodology of PBG resonator with defect mode. We use the big difference of impedance ratio in connection region, for example dual PBG, for serial connection. This method reduces the PBG cells and is able to control the pole of bandpass filters. This result in flexibility in design of bandpass filter. Our PBG bandpass filter is modeled by using the ideal transmission line model. This model is very easy, fast, and effective for PBG structure.

사물인터넷은 1999년 MIT의 Auto ID Center 소장인 케빈 에쉬튼(Kevin Ashton)이 처음 사용한 용어로, 사물이 인터넷과 연결되는 것을 의미한다. 무선 네트워크 중 하나인 블루투스는 1994년 에릭슨이 최초로 개발한 개인 근거리 무선 통신을 위한 산업 표준으로 개발된 기술이며, 라즈베리파이에 블루투스가 내장되어 있어 무선 네트워크가 가능하다. 본 논문은 라즈베리파이3 B+에 내장된 블루투스에서 시리얼 통신을 구현하여 사물인터넷용 모듈을 구현하고 있다. 라즈베리끼리는 블루투스 통신이 불가능한 문제점이 있어, 디스커버리 기능을 활성화하고 시리얼 통신을 추가하여 통신 연동에 성공하였다.

We present current limiting properties of 1.2kV/70A superconducting fault current limiter based on YBCO thin films. This is consisted of 6 wafers (3 parallel $\times$ 2 serial connection) with 4 inch-diameter YBCO thin film. The quench current Iq of the switching elements vary between 33.9 and 35.6 A. Within the difference of 0.5 A in the sum of quench current Iq in two stacks, the serial connection of the stacks showed the simultaneous quench behavior in applied power of 1.2 kV/70A.

Power devices for high power drivers that need high switching speed (IGCT, HVIGBT) have been continuously developed. However, serial and parallel connections using several much cheaper, lower power capacity of devices than an expensive high power device are very useful methods in the aspect of cost down and high power application. Even the current and voltage unbalance problem is occurred at each devices. This unbalance characteristics are mainly caused by the differences of physical characteristics of each devices and the line inductance (stray inductance) of bus bars that consist of current path. This paper deals simulation analysis of serial connection of IGCTs and parallel connection of IGCTs using physical model of devices. And also, introduces the method to reduce the voltage and current unbalance problem.

In this paper, using the communication port between PC(Personal Computer) and DC/STEP MOTOR DEVICE that movement and measurement of motor. Communication port used serial port and movement order transmits by communication port. Consequence of motor device movement displays to tile DC/STEP MOTOR DEVICE APPLICATION. This connection is using the serial port instead of parallel port faster than response time And this application is easier than existing application.

연속지적도를 제작하기 위해서는 합리적으로 도면의 신축보정, 도곽접합, 행정구역 접합, 축척 간 접합 등을 처리할 수 있는 기준의 설정이 무엇보다 중요한 선결 과제라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 지번부여지역단위 임의 도곽으로 작성된 임야도의 행정구역간 경계의 필지접합 및 지적임야도 접합에 2차원 비선형좌표변환방법인 사영투영과 부등각사상변환방법 및 다항식변환방법을 도입하여 행정구역 경계선상 또는 임야사정선상 굴곡점을 기준점으로 하여 2차원 좌표변환계수를 추출하고 연속지적도 작성을 위한 도면접합에 좌표변환방법의 활용을 시도하였다.

HADAX는 열차제어컴퓨터의 시리얼 통신변환장치로서 선로변 신호설비와 역의 신호설비 및 열차제어컴퓨터 등 여러 신호설비와 연결되어 있으며 열차제어를 위한 제어정보 및 신호설비의 상태정보를 전송한다. 그리고 스플리터 인터페이스를 통해 여러 대의 전자연동장치와 정보를 전송하고 있다. HADAX는 여러 신호 장치들과 시리얼 통신으로 인터페이스하고 있어 통신 접속 장애가 빈번히 발생하여 이중계 구성, 외부 스플리터 통합, 통신카드의 다채널화 등 성능개선이 필요하다. 성능이 개선된 HADAX 장치는 기존 장치와 외함의 치수와 커넥터의 호환성을 가져야 하며 이중계 절체, 스플리터 통합에 대한 성능을 검증하여야 한다. 따라서 기존에 구축된 신호설비와 연결하여 스플리터 통합 구성으로 진로제어시험, 이중계 절체시험, 다채널 통신시험을 통해 HADAX의 성능을 검증하였다.
