복심곡선 레일이상마모 발생 저감 사례 (The Reduction Case of Occurrence of Abnormal Wearing of Rail in Compound Curve Part)

  • Rail provides running tract for train and broadly and widely conveys the weight of the train exerted from the train wheels that the rail directly supports onto the cross tie and roadbed, and supports the cross-sectional pressure exerted by centrifugal force at curvatures. That is, stationary rail provides surface on which dynamic train runs and guarantees cross-sectional resistance to enable the vertical snake motion of the train wheels as well as to maintain lateral force at curvatures. Rail provides running surface on which train wheels can run smoothly, and secures vertical and lateral force. However, it undergoes continuous destructive reactions (wearing and damages) and abrasion of the cladding by the train wheels. It is obvious that wearing will result when two metal parts act against each other. However, occurrence of abnormal wearing such as rapid wearing of the rail side due to complex generation of various mechanisms at the contact surface between the rail and train wheel flange. It is not easy to simply examine the causes of occurrence of abnormal wearing of rail and train wheel flange. Although countless number of academicians and specialists are conducting researches on abnormal wearing of rail and vertical wearing of train wheels, I believe it is too early to argue on pros and cons due to insufficiency of officially verified information on the issue. This review will be focusing on the examples of repairs that reduced the generation of abnormal wearing of rail by reviewing and improving characteristics of wearing and slack, speed of the train and cant as well as status of lubricator by choosing the compound curves present in the section between the $Anguk{\sim}Jongno3-ga$ Stations of the Route No. 3 among the compound curve tracks of the Seoul Metro Routes No. 3 & 4 at which abnormal wearing is generated continuously.

  • 지하철 초기 도입 후 한국형 표준전동차 생산단계까지 눈부신 발전을 하였으나 철도법을 알지 못하거나 관계자이 아닌 기술자가 전동차 디자인을 하여 아쉬운 점이 남는다. 앞으로 도입하는 첨단기술과 열정으로 이룬 전기동차(이하 전동차), 수십 대의 전동차를 동시에 여객 영업운전은 안전운행을 위한 열차운영내규에 맞추어야 하는 등 까다로운 점이 있고, 이것에 대한 면밀한 검토가 있어야 한다. 기존 전동차는 자동차처럼 메이커에 따라 비슷한 것과 종류와 특성이 조금씩 다르고, 그중 가장 보유량수가 많고, 높은 비중을 차지하고 있는 영국에서 기술 도입하여 대우에서 만든 GEC전동차의 전동차 순기능 대책강화방안을 논하고자 한다.

병원직원의 노동조합몰입에 영향을 미치는 결정요인분석 (Determinants Influencing Labor Union Commitment of Hospital Employees)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic materials needed to enhance quality of organizational life by identifying the improvements of labor union management in the perspective of general hospital organization management. The subjects of this study were 428 employees in 8 Hospitals in Metro Capital including Seoul. Materials were collected from administrators, nurses and medical technicians in target hospitals from November 10 to November 30, 2006 through survey questionnaires. The main results of this study were as follows: 1. The commitment level of the subjects according to their characteristics was higher in older employees than the younger ones, large family to support than small family to support and those who had higher positions in labor union. 2. The commitment level of the subjects according to the Job and role related variables were higher those who had higher satisfaction level to their job, role conflict in all hospitals. 3. The commitment level of the subjects according to union related variables, variables jointly controlled by union and employer was statistically significant positive correlation. 4. The results of multiple regression analysis shows that formal and informal socialization, satisfaction with the labor union's were all found as important antecedents of labor union commitment. 5. The results of AMOS shows that structure characteristics of hospital, Job and manager satisfaction, socialization were statistically significant labor union satisfaction. The satisfaction level of labor union was statistically significant labor union commitment To summarize study results, the level of commitment in labor union depends on job satisfaction, managers' attitudes, union satisfaction factors, their colleagues attitudes toward union. Therefore hospital managers should have democratic and flexible attitudes toward labor union. Additionally, as formal and informal socialization is important determinant in union commitment, hospital managers should have countermeasures to enhance the colleague attitude and job satisfaction level of hospital employees. Moreover, as managerial factors of the principal of hospital influence union commitment directly, the attitudes of hospital managers toward union and transparency of hospital management should be improved.

통학거리 및 수단특성을 반영한 초등학교 안전도 영향관계 실증연구 (A Empirical Study on Influence of Safety on Elementary School Road Considering Commuting Distance & Mode Type)

  • This study deals with actual commuting distance and influence of risk factors depending on commuting distance and mode in order to reestablish actual commuting zone of primary school students. Data mining analysis(CHAID) was applied for this reestablishment using survey results from 6,927 primary school students in Seoul Metro. Six risk factors; convenience level of commuting path condition, convenience level of road crossing condition, vehicle speed on commuting path, segregation level between commuter and vehicle, congestion level of commuting path, and public security level and two mode; walking and cycle are considered in the analysis. As the results of CHAID analysis, commuting distance was divided into four zones; Internal Zone(0.491km under), External Zone(0.492 ~ 1.492km, 1.493 ~ 2.699km), Commutable Zone(2.70km over), and awareness level on safety is declined as commuting distance is increased. The risk factor affecting on safety is recognized differently by students depending on commuting distance and mode. For students commuting by walking, vehicle speed on commuting path and convenience level of commuting path condition are recognized as the prime risk factor within Internal Zone and Commutable Zone, respectively. For students commuting by cycle, convenience level of road crossing condition and vehicle speed on commuting path are recognized as the prime risk factor within Commutable Zone. Analysis results show that improved plan and program for commuting path for primary school students are required considering actual commuting distance and method.

군인부인과 일반부인의 스트레스 비교 (A Comparative Study of the Stress Level between Military Wives and Civilian Wies)

  • Housewife plays a significant role in maintaining a health family life. If she can not function adequately due to high stress, it will affect quality of life of the household members. It also interferes with the normal process of family development. Futhermore, dysfunctional family will have effects on morale of the servicemen in military. This is a descriptive study. The main purpose of this study is to compare the level and types of stress between a group of military wives and a group of civilian wives and provide a data which can be used to develop a stress management program. Sample consist with 250 military wives and 250 civilian wives residing in metro Seoul area. Data collection was done during October 4, 1994-November 30, 1994. Stress was measured with the instrument developed by the researcher. The cronbach's ${\alpha}$ score of the instrument was .91. The data was analyzed by using SPSS-PC. The results of this study are : 1. The stress score was 47.09 for military wives, 36.56 for civilian wives. The range of score was 0-192. The stress level of military wives was greater than civilian wives. (t=4.80, P<.000) 2. The rank order of stressors of military wives were 1) move 2) residential environment 3) purchase of house 4) holidays. The rank order of stressors of civilian wives were 1) husband late return after work 2) arguments with husband 3) holidays 4) husband's drinking problem. The result shows that the main stressors of military wives are frequent moves, residential environment, uncertainty of the future, unsafe work environment of husband, and the lack of private life which are all associated with the military. Therefore, it is urgently needed to distribute this facts through military journal to understand the characteristic of the stress of military wives, and to develope appropriate health care program to lessen the stress.

오피스 임대료 하락기 및 상승기의 임대료 결정모형 회귀모수의 변화 - 서울시 강남과 도심권역을 중심으로 - (A Study on Office Rental Cycle and Time-Varying Regression Parameters of Rental Determinants in Hedonic Price Model)

  • 본 논문은 임대료시장의 주기변화에 따른 헤도닉 모형의 임대료 결정요인의 영향력 변화를 분석하였다. 임대료지수를 구축하여 분석한 결과 금융위기가 전환점이 되어 서울시 임대료 시장이 하락기와 상승기로 구분됨을 밝혔으며 주기에 따른 헤도닉 모형의 특성변수의 회귀모수 변화를 고찰하였다. 분석은 강남오피스와 도심오피스로 구분하여 실시하였으며 권역에 상관없이 일관된 변화를 보인 개별회귀모수로서는 토지가격, 지하철역에서의 거리, 건물규모, 건물연한 및 전환이율로 밝혀졌다. 상승기에는 건물의 규모가 클수록 임대료가 높아지는 경향이 있으며 건물이 오래될수록 임대료 하락요인으로의 영향이 커지는 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전환이율 역시 임대료에서 차지하는 비중이 상승기에 높아짐을 보여준다. 토지가격의 영향은 줄어들고 교통편의성의 장점은 약해지고 있어 상승기에는 지리적 이점의 영향력이 감소하고 건물 특성의 영향력이 상대적으로 커지는 실증적 증거를 제시하였다.

누적통과톤수에 의한 국내 레일교체기준의 타당성 평가 (Logicality Estimate for Domestic the Periodic Replacement Criteria of CWR based on Accumulated Passing Tonnage)

  • 본 논문은 누적통과톤수에 의한 레일교체기준 개정을 위한 기초 데이터를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 국외의 누적통과톤수에 의한 레일교체기준의 산정근거를 조사하였으며, 일본에서 조사된 레일용접부 결합유형 및 원인과 국내 철도운영기관인 서울메트로의 궤도유지관리이력을 조사하여 실제 레일절손과 누적통과톤수의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 또한, 누적통과톤수 기준치에 도래한 노후레일 용접부를 현장에서 발췌하여 레일용접부 휨시험을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 누적통과톤수와 레일절손간의 상관관계는 뚜렷하지 않았으며 레일용접부의 시공불량에 의한 절손사례가 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 노후레일휨시험 결과 신규레일용접부에 비해 파괴강도가 $17{\sim}18%$만이 저하된 것으로 나타나 레안교체기준에 도래한 노후레일은 사용성 측면에서 충분한 내구성 및 내하력을 확보하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

대심도 지하역사에서의 화재현상 연구 (The Study on Fire Phenomena in The Deeply Underground Subway Station)

  • 대심도 역사에서의 화재 발생시 승객의 주 대피이동로인 계단이 매우 길기 때문에 피난의 어려움이 예상된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서울 지하철 호선별 대심도 역사 중에서 하나인 숭실대역(7호선, 47m)을 선정하여, 화재시뮬레이션을 수행하였고, 이를 통하여 열기류 및 연기의 거동을 분석하였고, 적절한 피난대책을 고찰하였다. 최근에 지하역사에서의 화재유동 시뮬레이션이 몇 몇 기관에서 수행되고 있으나, 지하의 전역사에서 화재 유동 해석은 드물게 수행되어 왔다. 특히 지하 40m가 넘는 대심도 역사에서의 유동해석은 일반 PC로는 불가능하기 때문에 이에 대한 연구가 전무하였으나, 본 연구에서는 리눅스 클러스터(Linux cluster) 장비를 이용한 병렬처리기법을 적용하여 대심도 역사에서의 화재해석을 수행하였다. 화재유동해석은 화재전용 FDS code를 이용하였으며, 난류모델은 LES 기법을 적용하였다. 화원의 규모는 10MW이고, 성장모델은 Ultrafast model를 적용하였다. 적정한 격자크기는 화원의 특성직경을 통하여 산출하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 총 격자규모는 약 10,000,000개이다. 이는 일반 PC에서는 다루기가 불가능한 격자수이므로, 병렬처리기법을 적용하여 6 cpu 리눅스 클러스터 장비로 수치해석을 수행하였다.

  • 최근 서울메트로 1,2호선 변전설비는 장기 사용한 부분부터 년차적으로 설비를 교체하고 있다. DC 급전계통 보호계전기도 76I, 50, 85, 64P 4개정도에 불과했으나 76I, 76D, DDL-I, DDL-T(Imin), 85, 64P 등 다양한 종류의 디지털 보호계전기로 세분화되었으며, 각종 이벤트 및 사고파형 등을 기록 저장하여 모든 동작사항을 검토 분석할 수 있도록 기능이 다양화 되어있다. 그러나 보호설비를 본래 보호목적에 맞게 사용하지 못하여 장애가 확대된 사례가 있어 본 논문에서는 보호계전기 종류별 보호목적, 방향, 설정치 등을 검토하여 향후 DC 차단기 보호계전기 운영에 활용함으로서 사고확대률 방지하고, 직류 보호계전시스템 운영에 있어 합리적인 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

국내 캐릭터 커리어 여성복 브랜드의 스타일 정체성에 대한 소비자 인식 연구 (Consumer's Recognitions on Style Identity of the Contemporary Korean Woman's Apparel Brands)

  • The purpose of this study was to figure out consumer's recognition on brand's peculiar style on Korean contemporary women's apparel brand. The contemporary women's apparel brands show advanced and stylish merchandise at better price points. This segment of the Korean ready-to-wear market has been growing fast in last decades. Four contemporary women's apparel brands(I, K, M, and T) were participated in this study. The data(n=216) were collected with questionnaire survey at 24 apparel retail shops in metro Seoul area. The questionnaire measured the consumers' recognition on each brand's peculiar style. The subjects evaluated each brand's typical silhouette, materials, and style image. The results of the survey showed that the style image factors were 'stylish', 'simple', 'casual', 'feminine', and 'classic'. The style image of each brand was differentiated from others. The brand T had classic image, the brand K had simple and casual image, brand M had stylistic image, and the brand I had feminine image. The features of materials that used at the four brands were not very different by the brands. They used the high valued materials. The common features of the materials were 'smooth', 'thin' and 'light weight.'
