사회공포증 환자에서 자기 및 타인 얼굴 인식의 행동 특성 (Behavioral Characteristics of Face Recognition for Self and Others in Patients with Social Phobia)

  • Objective : Social Phobia is associated with extensive disability and reduced quality of life. The concept of 'social self' is a representation of the self-reflected in the eyes of others, and is recruited during self-face recognition, which is closely related to self-esteem. The aim of this study was to identify the relationship of face recognition for self and others using measures of social anxiety and self-esteem in patients with social phobia. Methods : Twenty-seven patients with social phobia and twenty-three normal controls were evaluated with scales of self-esteem, depression, anxiety and other psychiatric symptoms. All participants completed the self-face recognition task. Nine self-faces, nine other faces and eighty-one morphed faces were presented randomly for each trial. The participants were instructed to make a decision as to whether the stimuli were self-face or not. The responses and reaction times were recorded during the task. Results : There were no group differences of the morphing composition at the recognition start point as self-face. In patients with social phobia, the mean reaction time at the start point of recognizing as a self-face was 1,037.6 ms, which was significantly longer than that of normal controls (911.3 ms, p<0.05). Patients with social phobia showed a significant negative correlation between the mean reaction time and the severity of depression when the stimuli were recognized as a self-face (r=-0.421, p<0.05). Conclusion : A difficulty in attention rather than avoidance may be an important factor of face recognition in patients with social phobia. When considering self-face recognition in such patients, many factors, such as anxiety, depression, working memory and theory of mind, need to be considered.

Core Self-Evaluation and Sales Performance of Female Salespeople in Face-to-Face Channel

  • This study seeks to empirically analyze the effects of core self-evaluation and adaptive selling behavior on sales performance for female salespersons engaged in door-to-door sales through the face-to-face channel in the wellness industry. This study seeks to examine the importance of adaptive selling, through, salespeople derive appropriate strategies in response to market changes. For female salespeople who use face-to-face channels, this study empirically investigated the relationship between core self-evaluation and adaptive selling, and effects on sales performance. A 31-item survey was constructed, based on prior research. We selected six door-to-door sales companies in South Korea and conducted one-to-one interviews with female salespeople in the Seoul metropolitan area and analyzed 208 pieces of significant data. Results demonstrated that among the core self-evaluation factors for female salespeople, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and neuroticism had an effect on adaptive selling factors, while locus of control did not. These factors were found to affect sales performance through the mediating role of adaptive selling. Improvements in the adaptive selling capabilities of female salespeople in charge of face-to-face channels positively affected sales performance. Management efforts are required to enhance self-esteem, self-efficacy, or neuroticism. These results suggest that companies should support enhancing individual adaptive selling capabilities of their salespeople.

코로나19(COVID-19) 비대면 온라인 학습 참여자의 자기통제력 예측요인 (Predictors of Self-control in Covid-19 non-face-to-face online learning participate)

  • 본 연구는 코로나19(COVID-19) 비대면 온라인 학습 참여자의 자기통제력의 예측요인을 규명하고자 시도된 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 J도 비대면 온라인 학습 참여자 105명을 대상으로, 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집을 하였다. 자료 분석은 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, scheffe' test, pearson's correlation, stepwise regression을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 코로나19 비대면 온라인 학습 참여자의 자기통제력의 가장 큰 예측요인으로는 자기조절효능감(β=.510, p<.001)으로 자기통제력에 대하여 46.5%의 설명력을 보였고 통계적으로 유의한 자신감(β=.285, p=.001)을 추가하면 자기통제력(Adj. R2= .507, F=36.65, p<.001)에 대한 설명력은 50.7%였다. 이상의 결과로 여러 재난 상황에서 비대면 온라인 학습 참여자의 자기통제력을 증진 시키고 학습 참여자의 자기조절효능감과 자신감을 향상 시키는 근본적이고 지속적인 온라인 오프라인 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

Effects of a Face-to-face Self-management Program on Knowledge, Self-care Practice and Kidney Function in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease before the Renal Replacement Therapy

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a face-to-face self-management educational program on knowledge, self-care practice and kidney function in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) before kidney replacement therapy. Methods: This study employed a nonequivalent control group, non-synchronized design. Data were collected from 61 patients with CKD visiting an outpatient department of nephrology in a university hospital in Seoul, South Korea. The experimental group (n=31) took the pre-test, then after 3 weeks, face-to-face education and individualized consultation (1st intervention), after a week of self-practice, the 1st post-test, followed by re-enforcement education and consultation (2nd intervention), and 4 weeks later, the 2nd post-test. The control group (n=30) took the pre-test and post-tests at 4 and 8 weeks. Results: Scores for knowledge of CKD and self-care practice over time improved significantly in the experimental group compared to the control group. Kidney function did not improve significantly in the experimental group. Conclusion: Health care providers can identify various and individualized needs, and provide effective education and consultation through face to face self-management for patients with chronic irreversible illnesses. Nurses can coordinate for these program by designing and providing systematic and effective education.

병원간호사의 직장 내 대면불링, 사이버불링, 자아존중감이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Workplace Face to Face Bullying, Cyber Bullying and Self-esteem on Turnover Intention in Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate relationships among workplace face to face bullying, cyber bullying, self-esteem, and turnover intention of hospital nurses, and to identify affecting factors for turnover intention through their relationships. Methods: Data were collected from 178 hospital nurses by self-reported questionnaire. The relationship among variables were analyzed with Pearson's coefficient correlation and affecting factors for turnover intention were identified by using multiple linear regression. Results: The mean score of turnover intention was $3.55{\pm}0.94$. Turnover intention was significantly different by age, marriage status, educational background, total experience as a nurse, designation, health status, bullying experience, and bullied experience. Turnover intention had positive relationships with workplace face to face bullying and hospital size, but negative relationships with self-esteem and health status. Workplace face to face bullying, health status and hospital size were identified as influencing factors in turnover intention. Conclusion: It is necessary to nursing community's efforts to decrease face to face bullying in order to lower the turnover intention of nurses. In this regard workplace bullying among nurses should be addressed using a comprehensive strategy that considers both individual and organizational factors. It is also necessary to nurse 's efforts to increase self-esteem.

전문대학교 물리치료과 학생의 대면수업과 비대면 수업의 수업태도, 수업 만족도 및 자기조절학습능력의 비교 (Comparison of Learning Attitudes, Class Satisfaction and Self-regulated Learning Ability in Face-to-face and Non-face-to-face Classes of College Physical Therapy Students)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to comparison of learning attitude, class satisfaction, and self-regulated learning ability of face-to-face and non-face-to-face classes in college physical therapy students to improve the educational effect and quality of non-face-to-face classes when face-to-face classes such as COVID-19 become inevitable in the future. Design: Cross-section study. Methods: This study was conducted with 91 college students, 3rd year students of physical therapy department at a community college in 'A' region, Gyeongsangbuk-do, who took face-to-face classes in the first semester of 2022 and non-face-to-face classes in 2021 of the previous semester. Results: Class attitude was higher in face-to-face classes than in non-face-to-face classes. There was a significant difference in class satisfaction between face-to-face and non-face-to-face classes, In self-regulated learning ability, face-to-face classes had a more positive effect on self-regulated learning ability than non-face-to-face classes. Conclusion: This study serves as empirical basic data on the actual condition of non-face-to-face classes compared to face-to-face classes for college physical therapy students, suggests the direction of future research, and improves the quality of non-face-to-face classes in the field of physical therapy, which requires a lot of practice. and hope it will be used for development.

비대면 학습환경에서 간호대학생의 학습몰입, 자기 주도성, 자기조절학습능력 및 학업성취도 (Learning Flow, Self-Directedness, Self-Regulated Learning Ability and Learning Achievement of Nursing Students who in Non-Face-To-Face Learning Environment)

  • 본 연구는 비대면 학습환경에서 간호대학생의 학습몰입, 자기 주도성, 자기조절학습능력 및 학업성취도의 상관관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 연구 대상은 B, G시에 소재하고 있는 간호대학생 179명으로 2021년 9월부터 10월까지 자료수집을 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 기술통계, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 학습몰입 평균은 38.54±7.87이었고, 자기 주도성은 134.83±19.81, 자기조절학습능력은 42.93±5.98, 학업성취도는 15.03±2.56으로 나타났다. 학습몰입, 자기 주도성, 자기조절학습능력, 학업성취도는 모두 유의한 양의 상관을 보여주었다. 따라서 비대면 환경에서 간호대학생의 학업성취도를 높이기 위한 전략과 학습몰입을 높일 수 있는 환경 개선과 제도적인 지원이 필요하다.

The Effect of Non-Face-to-Face Classes on Class Satisfaction of Nursing Students after COVID-19

  • 본 연구는 COVID-19 이후 간호대학생의 비대면 온라인수업이 수업만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 시도하였다. 연구방법은 K대학교 간호학과 3학년(n=133)을 대상으로 구조화된 자기보고형 설문지로 조사하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 성취동기, 상호작용, 자기조절학습 및 성취동기가 수업만족도와 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있으며, 자기조절학습은 성취동기와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 이에 수업만족도를 높이기 위해서는 자기조절학습, 성취동기 및 상호작용을 높이기 위한 비대면 온라인수업방법의 개발과 적용이 요구된다.

  • 본 연구는 팬데믹으로 인한 비대면 수업환경에서 간호대학생의 공감능력과 진로결정 자기효능감이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 간호대학생 165명이며, 2021년 5월 10일부터 6월 30일까지 설문조사하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 공감능력과 진로결정 자기효능감, 공감능력과 학습몰입, 진로결정 자기효능감과 학습몰입은 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었으며, 학습몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 전공만족도와 진로결정 자기효능감으로 설명력은 22.7 %이다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 비대면 수업환경에서의 전공만족도와 진로결정 자기효능감 향상을 위한 방안마련이 필요하며 이를 위한 추가적인 연구를 제언한다.

비대면 원격 수업에서 간호대학생의 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Academic Achievement of Nursing Students in Non-face-to-face Distance Learning)

  • 연구의 목적은 비대면 원격 수업에서 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 교수실재감, 학습몰입, 학업성취도 간의 상관관계를 파악하고, 학업 성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하기 위함이다. 2021년 6월 1일부터 6월 20일까지G시에 위치한 일 개 대학 간호대학생 150명을 편의표집 하였으며, 부적절한 응답자를 제외한 146명의 자가보고 설문지를 SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 지각된 학업 성취도는 자기주도학습능력, 교수실재감. 학습몰입과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 회귀분석 결과 학습몰입, 자기 주도 학습능력과 교수실재감은 학업성취도에 대해 67.0%의 설명력을 보였다. 따라서 본 연구를 토대로 비대면 수업에서 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 교수실재감, 학습몰입을 함께 향상 시킬 수 있는 수업설계와 맞춤형 교육방법을 적용한다면 학업성취도 향상에 더 효과적일 것이다.
