금융업 종사자의 자기개발의도에 영향을 미치는 선행요인에 관한 연구 : 직무스트레스의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on The Antecedent Factors Affecting The Self-Development Intention of Financial Industry Workers : Focusing on The Mediating Effect of Job-Stress)

  • 본 연구는 비인지적 영역인 개인특성과 직무특성이 자기개발의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 금융회사의 인력개발에 활용할 수 있도록 전략적 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 연구대상은 금융업에 종사하는 직장인 219명이며, 이들을 대상으로 자기주도성, 친밀감, 직무중요성, 직무자율성, 직무스트레스 및 자기개발의도를 조사하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 개인특성 중 자기주도성은 자기개발의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았으나. 친밀감은 자기개발의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 직무특성 중 직무자율성은 자기개발의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 직무중요성은 자기개발의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조절변수인 직무스트레스는 친밀감과 자기개발의도에 유의미한 부(-)의 조절효과가 있었다. 본 연구는 금융회사에서 인적자원개발의 실효성을 높이기 위해 개인특성과 직무특성을 활용하는 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

전북지역 일부 치과위생사의 자아존중감과 이직의도에 관한 연구 (A study on self-esteem and turnover intention according to dental hygienists in part of Jeonbuk area)

  • Objectives : This study is to make basic materials for an effective human resource management plan by understanding relationship between self-esteem and intention of transfer of dental hygienists who are working in dental diagnostic institutions and to contribute to human resource program development for promoting development into a dental hygienic profession. Methods : This survey was carried out for dental hygienists who are engaging in dental diagnostic institutions in part of Cheonbuk Area by survey researchers for 10 days from September 14 to September 24, 2011 by visiting dental clinics after respondents replied to a questionnaire after listening to explanations of study purposes. Total 210 copies of questionnaire were retrieved and 201 copies were used as materials for the final analysis excluding 9 copies with insincere replies. Results : 1. The total average grade for self-esteem of study objects was 32.83(${\pm}3.08$) points. The total average of intention of transfer was found to be 32.91(${\pm}7.50$) points. 2. Self-esteem by satisfaction on the current workplaces was shown to be high with 'very satisfactory'(p=0.028), which has significant difference statistically (p<0.05). 3. In the intention of transfer by general characteristics, 20-25 years ($35.15{\pm}7.17$) was higher than over 40 years old ($23.44{\pm}3.47$) by age to show significant difference statistically (p=0.000). As for married status, single ($34.42{\pm}6.64$) was found to have higher intention of transfer than married ($30.28{\pm}8.11$), which showed significant difference statistically (p=0.018). As for the education background, 3 year course college graduates ($33.49{\pm}7.25$) showed more intention of transfer than over undergraduate students ($22.75{\pm}9.43$) to show significance statistically (p=0.002) and in the working years 1~3 years ($34.40{\pm}7.07$) was found to have more intention of transfer than over 10 years ($25.13{\pm}5.08$) to be significant statistically (p=0.000). The annual income less than 25 million won ($34.10{\pm}6.54$) showed more intention of transfer than over 40 million won ($21.00{\pm}0.00$) (p=0.000). 4. Intention of transfer by satisfaction of current workplaces was found to be high in 'very unsatisfactory', which showed significant difference statistically (p<0.001). 5. Pure correlation between self-esteem and intention of transfer came into existence and intention of transfer was found to be higher as self-esteem is higher. Conclusions : Through results as above, intention of transfer of dental hygienists was found to be higher as self-esteem is higher. Various follow-up studies which are to perform empirical verification by analyzing various factors which can affect intention of transfer based on this and using them as control variables are thought to be tried.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of Self-efficacy and Social Support in the emotional labor among hospital nurses. Method: Data was collected from 389 nurses in 3 general hospitals by means of structured questionnaires. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchial multiple regression using the SPSS 14.0 program. Result: (a) self-efficacy of hospital nurses had no significant moderating and mediating effects between emotional labor and burn out, turn over intention. (b) Social support of hospital nurses had significant mediating effects between emotional labor and burn out, turn over intention. However, social support did not show moderating effects. Conclusion: Social support was a more important predictor of emotional labor than self-efficacy of hospital nurses. This finding suggests the importance of social support to increase hospital nurses psychological well-being and development of organization.

뷰티살롱 종사자의 셀프 리더십이 조직시민행동과 이직의사에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self-Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Turnover Intention in Beauty Salon Employees)

  • 본 연구는 뷰티살롱 종사자의 셀프리더십이 조직시민행동과 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 직무만족의 조절효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 뷰티살롱 종사자 330명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며. SPSS v. 21.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 셀프리더십은 조직시민행동과 이직의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 의해 조절되는지를 확인하기 위해 독립변수로 셀프리더십을 모델I에, 조절변수로 직무만족을 모델II에, 셀프리더십과 직무만족의 상호작용 변수를 모델III에 차례로 투입하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 모델I, II, III 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과로 산업체 관계자는 구성원 스스로가 업무를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 셀프리더쉽을 강화하기 위해 기술 교육 뿐만 아니라 자기계발 교육이 강화되어야 할 것이다.

스마트팜 예비 청년창업농의 창업의지 영향요인 분석 - 기업가정신과 창업기회인식의 매개효과 - (Factors Influencing Entrepreneurial Intention of Young Entrepreneurs Preparing to Operate Smart Farms - The Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition -)

  • This study aimed to identify the factors that influence young entrepreneurs' desire to start a smart farm business. Young entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurial opportunity recognition were modeled structurally, and the mediating effect of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition was investigated. Data were conducted from 159 usable questionnaires. The following are the findings of this study. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, but entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition were found to have a mediating effect on entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, the preparation of training programs to encourage entrepreneurship or the dissemination of pertinent information to identify opportunities should take precedence over immediate startup.

The Effect of Consumption Value of Alternative Protein Products on Self-Efficacy and Purchase Intention

  • Purpose: As the number of vegetarians continues to rise in tandem with the development of consumer culture, a novel economic trend named 'Vegenomics' has surfaced. In addition, as interest in social and environmental sustainability such as health, environment, and animal welfare grows due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the alternative protein food market is expanding, focusing on plant-based alternative meat. Research design, data, and methodology: Therefore, this study aims to investigate the impact of the consumption value of alternative protein products on self-efficacy and purchase intention. This study collected a total of 187 questionnaires by conducting an online survey from May 1 to July 10, 2023, to verify the research model and hypothesis. The collected data were subjected to exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and discriminant validity analysis using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs for structural equation modeling. Results: The results of analyzing consumers' self-efficacy and purchase intention regarding the functional value, health-oriented value, ethical value, and ecological value of alternative protein products are as follows. First, among the consumption values of alternative protein products, ecological value was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on self-efficacy. Second, consumers' self-efficacy for alternative protein products was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on purchase intention. Conclusion: This study is anticipated to provide valuable insights for the formulation of effective marketing strategies for alternative protein products and the development of products that align with consumer needs.

블록체인을 이용한 뉴스 미디어 플랫폼 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Analyses of Factors Affecting the Use of News Media Platforms with Blockchain Technology)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the intention of using a news media platform using block chain through media company workers in a situation where various platform services using block chain are being newly released in the media industry. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to explore the development direction of the news media platform service using the block chain in the future by deriving implications through the characteristics of the block chain, user characteristics, and self-determination factors. Design/methodology/approach This study conducted a survey on the main characteristics of blockchain, user characteristics, self-determination, resistance to innovation, etc., and designed a research model by integrating factors on the continuity of intention to use the news media platform. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, in this study, it was confirmed that the intention to use the blockchain news media platform is significantly related to decentralization, which is a characteristic variable of the blockchain, perceived risk, which is a user characteristic variable, and competence and relationship, which is a self-determination variable. In addition, it was confirmed that it affects the perceived ease of use with respect to the intention to use. In addition, in this study, news writers write more careful articles as they cannot edit articles once written, which can contribute to improving the quality of news content.

문화관광상품 창업 중심 창업교육이 창업자 자기효능감의 매개효과를 통해 창업의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurship Intention through the Mediating Effect of Founder Self-Efficacy: Focused on Start-up of Cultural Tourism Product)

  • 본 연구는 문화관광상품 관련 창업자들의 수요에 맞는 창업교육을 통해 예비창업자들이 긍정적인 창업의도를 갖도록 하는게 연구의 목적이다. 또한 창업교육이 창업의도에 미치는 영향관계에 있어서 창업자들의 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 실증분석을 위해 본 연구에서는 광주·전남 지역의 문화관광상품 관련 창업자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업교육은 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 자기효능감은 창업의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 창업교육과 창업의도 간의 영향관계에서 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과는 문화관광산업의 안정적이고 지속가능한 발전에 기초적인 자료를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

대학생 창업지원프로그램이 창업효능감, 기회인식, 창업의지에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Startup Support Program on Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy, Opportunity Recognition·Startup Intention of Undergraduate Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대학 관계자들과 창업관련 정책 관계자들에게 창업지원프로그램에 대한 현 위치를 알리고, 다양한 창업지원프로그램 중 창업의지에 실질적으로 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 파악하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 창업지원프로그램을 창업교육 지원, 창업활동 지원, 사업화 지원의 세 가지 지원으로 구분하여 각각의 지원들 중 어떠한 창업지원프로그램이 대학생의 창업효능감과 기회인식에 영향을 미치는지 여부를 분석하고, 이를 통해 결론적으로 대학생의 창업의지에도 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증 분석을 하였다. 또한 창업지원프로그램이 창업효능감과 기회인식을 매개로 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증 분석을 하였다. 실증분석의 주요 연구결과는 첫째 창업지원프로그램 중 창업활동 지원은 창업효능감과 기회인식에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 사업화 지원은 창업효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 창업교육 지원은 창업효능감과 기회인식에 모두 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업효능감과 기회인식은 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업지원프로그램 중 창업활동 지원이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 창업지원프로그램 중 창업활동 지원과 창업의지 간의 관계에서 창업효능감은 부분매개효과를 나타냈으며 창업지원프로그램 중 사업화 지원과 창업의지 간의 관계에서 기회인식은 부분매개효과를 내는 것으로 나타났다. 이 외에 다른 변수들은 매개조건을 충족시키지 못해 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 이는 창업지원프로그램 중 일부 지원은 창업의지에 영향을 주지 못하며 창업효능감과 기회인식으로 인해 창업의지가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 대학생의 창업의지를 높이기 위해서는 창업지원프로그램의 질적 향상과 다양한 방안을 모색해야 하며, 창업효능감과 기회인식을 높일 수 있는 질 높은 교육프로그램과 충분한 창업활동 지원과 학생이 원하는 사업화 지원을 제공해야 한다는 점과 창업활성화를 위한 전략적 발전의 필요성을 제시하였다.

Influence on the Use Intention of User's Traits in China Market

  • Purpose - Because of the development of smartphone and communication technology, Smart TV programs are filled with various contents and applications. This study included additional individual variables like innovativeness and self-efficacy, and characteristics of smart TV are both user-interface and function as exogenous factors based on TAM model. So, this study focuses on identifying the influencing factors of continuous use intention of smart TV traits and user ones and analyzing how they make influences on them in China market. Research design, data, and methodology - Totally 182 samples were adopted as appropriate ones for analysis in this study. They were collected from 20 February 2016 to 10 March 2016. Results - The results are as follows. First, function has positive influence on perceived usefulness. Second, innovation and user-interface make affirmative influences on perceived easiness. Third, perceived easiness has affirmative influence on perceived usefulness. Fourth, the perceived easiness and perceived usefulness make positive ones on continuous use intention. Fifth, perceived ease of use affects significantly on perceived usefulness. Conclusions - According to the findings, they (smart TV traits and user traits), influencing on continuous use intention, are possible to give significant implications on persistent development in China smart TV market.
