  • PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a DNA-derived polymer that promotes self-renewal of damaged cells and tissues as a tissue regeneration active material. PDRN is a DNA fragment cut into small sizes by various physical or chemical methods. When administered to the body, PDRN binds and stimulates the adenosine A2A receptor on the surface of tissue cells to promote cell regeneration, accelerate wound healing, and reduce pain. Although PDRN is prepared from testis or semen of fish in most cass, PDRN extraction from various plants species was performed in the present study. Among 7 tested plant species, the highest DNA yield and purity was obtained form mugwort (Chrysanthemum coronarium, C.c), followed by broccoli (Brassica oleracea, B.o). Then, we evaluated the in vitro wound healing capacity of PDRNs prepared from these two selected plants. PDRN from C.c and B.o. significantly stimulated the wound healing process at ㎍/ml range. The present study suggests that PDRN from plant species can be an effective alternative to PDRN from marine organism.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of applying physical expression program through dancing on the post-traumatic growth of domestic violence female victims. The subjects of this study were female victims of domestic violence living in shelters (7 facilities) for women victims of domestic violence in Seoul, consisting of 23 experimental groups and 23 control groups. The dancing healing physical expression program applied to the experimental group consisted of 18 sessions, which was conducted three times a week for 6 weeks, and each session was conducted for 90 minutes. This study was aimed to dancing based on physical expression and movement experience, but focuses on improvisational, non-formal and creative expression for inner expression. We referred to the activities and principles of previous studies, and applied characters, which were counseling techniques, interactions, and healing principles of previous counseling psychology studies on domestic violence and trauma, to every stage of the session. As a result of this study, it was found that the dancing healing physical expression program had an effect on the entire post-traumatic growth of the experimental group and lower dimension lists of the depth of interpersonal relationship, self-perception, potential discovery, spiritual interest level, The results of the post - test were compared. There was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups after the test. In conclusion, this study aimed to understand the fundamental and healing attributes of dance, and provided basic data to establish a virtuous intervention strategy that provided opportunities for self-recovery to those who experienced psychological pain, such as women victimized by domestic violence at the social aspect.

  • Several studies on machine learning (ML) based self-organizing networks (SONs) have been conducted, specifically for LTE, since studies to apply ML to optimize mobile communication systems started with 2G. However, they are still in the infancy stage. Owing to the complicated KPIs and stringent user requirements of 5G, it is necessary to design the 5G SON engine with intelligence to enable users to seamlessly and unlimitedly achieve connectivity regardless of the state of the mobile communication network. Therefore, in this study, we analyze and summarize the current state of machine learning studies applied to SONs as solutions to the complicated optimization problems that are caused by the unpredictable context of mobile communication scenarios.

  • Purpose: The views, perceptions, and feelings of nurses themselves would be important to quality of nursing and professionalism, and turnover intentions. The purpose of this study was to identify nurses 'self-image to develop a customized program. Methods: The Q-methodology which is to create a typology was used. The 40 selected Q-statements from each of 35 participants were classified into a shape of normal distribution using a nine point scale. The collected data were analyzed using a PC-QUANL program. Results: Three types of nurses 'self-image were identified: 'proactive self-image', 'critical self-image', and 'adaptive self-image'. Two consensus items in three types were extracted: 'need to develop healing therapies to overcome the constant tension and exhaustion from work', and 'just think as a colleague than the senior-junior relationship. Conclusion: The results is the typology and this leads to further research.

  • For efficient predictive analysis, self-healing research is needed that enables the system to recover autonomously by self-cognition and diagnosing system problems. However, software development does not provide formal contextual information analysis and appropriate presentation structure according to external situation. In this paper, we propose a prediction analysis method based on the change contents by applying the extraction rule to the functions that can act, data, and transaction based on the new Goal-scenario. We also evaluated how well the predictive analysis met through the performance indicators for achieving the requirements goal. Compared with the existing methods, the proposed method has a maximum 32.8% higher matching result through performance measurement, resulting in a 28.9% error rate and a 45.8% reduction in the change code. This shows that it can be processed into a serviceable form through rules, and it shows that performance can be expanded through predictive analysis of changes.
