  • This study empirical analysed how senior's technical stress and self-efficacy affected entrepreneurial intentions and whether resilience functioned as a mediating effects between them. 207 data were collected from the field survey questionnaires administered to a convenience sample of senior men and women aged 40 and over who had entrepreneurial intentions. For hypothesis testing, the IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 was used. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. Empirical studies showed as follows. First, technical stress affected senior's entrepreneurial intentions. Second, self-efficacy turned out to affect senior's entrepreneurial intentions. Third, resilience came out to have a partial-mediating effects between technical stress and the senior's entrepreneurial intentions as well as between self-efficacy and the senior's entrepreneurial intentions. These research outcomes supported the preceding studies that self-efficacy played key roles in maximizing senior's entrepreneurial intentions and demonstrated the importance of self-efficacy as an independent variable for seniors to promote entrepreneurial activities with an intention of starting a new business. Furthermore, the technical stress newly introduced as an independent variable was found to be the next most important factor after the self-efficacy. The study also confirmed that the resilience has been doing an partial-mediating effects. However, it appeared that the technical stress affected the will of start-up, but it appeared to be a positive relationship. For generalization of this finding, further studies are required.

  • Oribtal energies for AuH and AgH are calculated by an all-electron relativistic self-consistent-field method using Slater type basis functions. Major relativistic effects for AgH are spin-orbit splittings and those for AuH are large shifts in orbital energies in addition to spin-orbit splittings. Relativistic effects on orbital energies in AgH and AuH imply that changes in correlation energies for relativistic calculations of AuH will be significantly larger than those of AgH, providing partial explanation for the large discrepencies in equilibrium bond length and the dissociation energy between experiments and theoretical estimates for AuH. Large relativistic effects on orbital energies indicate that relativistic contributions should be included for the correct interpretation of ionization potentials for these molecules. Relativistic effects are also evident in dipole moments for these molecules.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships between fear of negative evaluation, cognitive emotion regulation and field adaptation of new graduate nurses and the possible moderating effect of cognitive emotion regulation. The participants of this study were 181 new graduate nurses who have worked for less than 1 year at a hospital, data was collected by using self-report questionaires. The results of this study were fear of negative evaluation score 3.25, cognitive emotion regulation score 3.18 and field adaptation score 2.92. Fear of negative evaluation had a positive correlation with maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation, and a negative correlation with field adaptation, and did not have on moderating effect. As this results, it strengthen field adaptation for new graduate nurses in a new circumstance through self-esteem enhancement programs. It is also required to manage by using an adaptive cognitive emotion regualtion.

  • This study has examined susceptibility of LNA(Low Noise Amplifier) due to Front-Door Coupling under Narrow-Band high power electromagnetic wave. M/DFR(Malfunction/Destruction Failure Rate) was measured to investigate the diagnostic of IC test. In addition, decapsulation analysis was used to understand the inside of the chip state in LNA devices. The experiments is employed as an open-ended waveguide to study the destruction effects of LNA using a 2.45 GHz Magnetron as a high power electromagnetic wave. The susceptibility level of LNA was assessed by electric field strength, and its failure modes were observed. The malfunction of LNA device has showed as the type of self-reset and power-reset. The electric field strength of malfunction threshold is 524 V/m and 1150 V/m respectively. Also, he electric field of destruction threshold is 1530 V/m. Three types of damaged LNA were observed by decapsulation analysis: component, onchipwire, and bondwire destruction. Based on these results, the susceptibility of the LNA can be applied to a database to help elucidate the effects of microwaves on electronic equipment.

  • Modifying effects of the rectangular forward step for suppressing the unsteady pressure fluctuation during interaction between the upstream vortical flow with the edge are studied numerically. The vortical flow is modeled by a point vortex, and the unsteady pressure coefficient is obtained from the velocity and the potential field. To investigate the effects of the edge shape the rectangular forward step is chamfered with various angles. Calculation show that the pressure peaks become decreased by increasing the vortex height as well as the chamfering angle. The pressure amplitudes are very sensitive to the change of the initial vortex height. From this study we can find out that the chamfered edge has two effects; the one is that it suppresses the pressure amplitude generated from the edge, and the other is that it decreases the time variation of unsteady pressure fluctuation. These modifying concepts can be applied to attenuate the self-sustained oscillation mechanism at the open cavity flow.
