브랜드 쌀의 생산기술과 전망 (Prospect and Production Technology of Brand Rice)

  • In recent years, Korean rice must compete with the rice of advanced countries under Doha Development Agenda(DDA) and free Trade Agreement(FTA). Therefore we should find more active and positive solution in rice industry according to the inncreasing power of international pressure. Increasing rice production was the most important policy during the past food-deficient days, but recently, with overproduction of rice, various circulation system by the brand(price)-differentiation should be settled in a recent market of Korea. Nowadays, some advanced rice farmers and Rice Processing Complex(RPC) managers developed new brands of rice with high-quality, adding healthy materials and environment-friendly farming methods. Therefore, the future strategy of making a new brand rice should be planned including selection of rice variety, cultural and post-harvest techniques, circulation and processing methods to compete against foreign rice. And environment-friendly farming is also recommendable for food safety and differentiate from imported rice. For the purpose of successful brand-rice, the following points might be considered. Firstly, selection of good quality rice and continual development of good variety must be conducted for the differentiation of Korean rice from foreign rice. Secondly, a special contract between producer and consumer with functional-rice, organic filming-rice, specific-rice will be recommendable. Thirdly, improvement of post-harvest management and milling system are necessary for the production of differentiated-rice. Fortunately, standard of inspection, rules of description for brand-rice must be developed by a more scientific examination in order to settlement of trust for consumer. Finally, provincial or regional-representative brand rice must be settled and conducted for the development of agreement market system between producer and consumer.

방사선 처리에 의해 유도된 돌연변이 벼의 주요 특징 (Selection and Agronomics Characterization of Radiation-Induced Variants in Rice)

  • Radiation technique has been used to develope mutant rice. Suwon 345 rice seeds were irradiated with 250 Gy gamma ray. Morphological characteristics of the variants in M$_{8}$ generation were observed and random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis was carried out. Plant height, panicle length, 1,000 grain weight and lodging were very different in mutants compared with donor cultivar. RAPD analysis showed that polymorphic bands were presented in several primers of the mutants. In comparison with original variety, variants were classified into four group through UPGMA analysis. A group has mutation trait in panicle length, B group in plant height and C group in 1,000 grain weight. Among mutants, no. 46 and 147 was ranked as salt tolerance and the malonaldehyde content of these mutants was more increased than that of original variety. Valuable mutants obtained will be useful for developing new cultivars and for studing gene function in molecular level.l.

Development of “Hanaomoi”: An Original Variety of Aomori Rice Suitable for Japanese Sake Production

  • In order to develop a new variety of rice that adapts to the climate of Aomori prefecture and possesses characteristics suitable for production of high quality Japanese sake, artificial cross experiments were executed between Yamadanishiki, which is widely used nationwide as an authentic variety of rice for sake production, and Hanafubuki, which was peviously developed by Aomori prefecture. An excellent hybrid, named Hanaomoi, was selected and fixed by a series of selection experiments and systematic cultivation. Unpolished Hanaomoi rice contained less amount of protein than Yamadanishiki and Hanafubuki. Unpolished rice of Hanaomoi was harder than Yamadanishiri and Hanafubuki, therefore polishing treatment was done in high yield and one could obtain a high degree of polish on the rice(namely 40% polishing). These features are advantageous to production of high quality of sake.Test brewing using 40% polished Hanaomoi gave rise to a characteristic sake that contained a slightly higher amount of alcohol and flavor components than Yamadanishiki and Hanafubuki. Sensory tests concluded that sake from Hanaomoi was as superior as the one from authentic Yamadanishiki. Hanaomoi is a promising variety of rice suitable for production of a high quality sake exclusive to Aomori prefecture.

자가수정 스테비아의 선발과 배축절편체를 이용한 대량증식 방법 개발 (Selection of Self-Fertilization Stevia and Development of Multiple Propagation Method using Hypocotyl Explants)

  • 고감미 다수성 계통인 자가수정 스테비아의 hypocotyl 절편체를 이용하여 대량증식방법 개발에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 선발된 자가수정개체는 초장이 72.0~120.7 cm로 분포되어 있었고, 분지수는 4.9~56.6개로 분포되어 있었다. HPLC 분석을 통하여 rebaudioside-A(RA)성분이 평균함량 55.2%이상 함유된 자가수정 개체를 선발하였다. 스테비아의 hypocotyl 절편체를 이용하여 MS배지에 1.5 mg/L BA와 0.5 mg/L Kinetin를 혼용 첨가하였을 때 가장 많은 식물체가 재분화되었다. 이는 1개의 절편체가 30개의 식물체 재분화 효율을 나타내었다. 재분화된 신초로부터 발근배지는 0.1 mg/L IBA가 첨가된 배지에서 가장효과가 좋았다. 발근된 신초는 기외 이식 후 순화과정을 통하여 정상적인 식물체로 생육하였다. 본 연구에서 구명된 대량번식방법은 Rebaudioside A 생산성 향상에 효과적으로 이용될 것으로 판단된다.

가족구성에 따른 HMR 선택속성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of HMR Selection Attributes on Customer Satisfaction to Family Composition)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 가족구성에 따른 HMR 선택속성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명함으로써 HMR 제품의 마케팅 전략에 필요한 효과적인 기초자료를 제공하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 연구 조사대상자는 전국 홈플러스 140개 매장 중 100개 매장에 파견된 직원들을 통하여, 2018년 07월 01일부터 2018년 08월 30일 약 60여일간 매장을 이용한 고객 중 HMR 제품을 구매한 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 for windows을 이용하여 통계적인 유의성을 분석하였으며, 처리된 결과를 토대로 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 HMR 선택속성의 하위요인인 품질, 가격, 편의성, 다양성 등 4가지 요인은 가족구성에 따라 차이가 없음으로 분석되었고, HMR 선택속성의 하위요인 중 품질, 가격, 다양성은 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 편의성 요인은 고객만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 가족구성에 따른 HMR선택속성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하고 조사 대상자들의 일반적 특성에 따른 차이를 비교 분석함으로써 HMR 신제품 개발 단계부터 전반적인 마케팅 전략 수립에 활용할 수 있는 효과적인 기초자료를 제공하는 데에 그 목적이 있다.

방풍 신품종 "식방풍 1호" 의 생육특성 및 수량성 (Agronomic Characteristics of "Sikbangpoong 1" a New High Variety of Peucedanum japonicum Thunberg)

  • 식방풍 1호는 1990년에서 1995년까지 6개년간 전국에서 수집한 11개 식방풍재래종 중 영덕종 등 4계통을 순계분리한 후 생산력 검정시험에 공시한 다음 그 중 생육특성이 우수한 영덕종과 봉화종에 대해 지역적응시험 및 농가실증시험을 실시한 결과 영덕종이 다수성 순계임이 확인되어 1995년도에 농촌진흥청 우량종자선정 심의회에서 우량품종으로 결정되어 식방풍 1호로 명명되었기에 육성 과정에서 나타난 주유특성과 수량성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 식방풍 1호는 봉화식방풍과 초장은 비슷하고 주근장은 짧았으나 엽수가 많고 경자과 근두직경은 굵었고 종실량도 증수되었다. 2. 식방풍 1호는 근피색이 황갈색이고 근 형태는 식립원추형으로서 양질의 생약 재 생산에 유리한 품종이었다. 3. 식방풍 1호는 근중 엑스함량과 회분 및 산불용성 회분 함량으로 보아 대한 약전 규격집에 규정된 함량치에 적합하여 생약으로 이용시 유효성을 갖추었다. 4. 식방풍 1호는 토양선층에 비교적 강한 편이었고 내병성, 내습성, 내서성 및 내도복성도 강한 특성을 나타내었다. 5. 식방풍 1호의 건근수량은 생산력 검정시험, 지역적응시험 및 농가실증시험 결과 모두 봉화 식방풍보다 ha당 $10\sim28%$ 증수되었다.

Establishment of Selection Method for Cold-Tolerant Individuals through Evaluating Tolerance of Evergreen Quercus spp. against Cold Stress

  • This study was carried out to establish an efficient selection condition for cold-tolerant individuals among evergreen Quercus spp. To select higher cold-tolerant individuals among four species of evergreen Quercus spp. (Q. acuta, Q. glauca, Q. myrsinaefoila, and Q. salicina), an-year-old seedlings of each species were exposed to low temperature in serial, and then examined for the death of cell tissue and the surface temperature was monitored. It was shown that the higher numbers of seedlings of Q. myrsinaefolia were survived than the others when those seedlings are exposed to cold stress. Thus, selection of the cold tolerant individuals was conducted on Q. myrsinaefolia seedlings. The limit low temperature condition for selecting cold-tolerant individuals was -6℃ for 24 hrs because no seedling of Q. myrsinaefolia was survived after exposed to -7℃ for 24 hours. It was shown that the leaf surface temperature of the selected individuals was higher than those of the non-selected individuals when they were exposed to cold-stress while monitoring them using thermal graphic camera. The results in this study can be used for expanding afforestation area of tree species of the warm temperate zone for preparation of climate change.

AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용한 의류점포선택기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on Priority Evaluation in Clothes Stores' Selection Attributes)

  • This study aimed to construct an effective decision-making model on selection of cloth stores using AHP technique. The proposed AHP structure consists of three levels. The highest level includes the cloth stores alternative which are department store, specialty store, and a clothes store. The second level consists of the key performance measurements for evaluating the optimal selection of cloth stores, such as location, facilities, product, service, and promotion. The lowest level consists of items which affects the performance measurements in the upper level. The items are convenience location, courteous service, decor/ambience, availability of parking, etc. The data for this research were collected from questionnaires of 132 in Busan. Data were analyzed by frequency and AHP. As the result of this study, 'product' was decided as a most important item in department store, while 'location' was decided as a most important item in specialty store and a clothes store. And 'variety goods' evaluated as that of first priority in the totality evaluation items in department store, but 'convenience location' evaluated as that of first priority in the totality evaluation items specialty store and a clothes store.

A QoS-aware Web Services Selection for Reliable Web Service Composition

  • Web Services have been utilized in a wide variety of applications and have turned into a key technology in developing business operations on the Web. Originally, Web Services can be exploited in an isolated form, however when no single Web Service can satisfy the functionality required by a user, there should be a possibility to compose existing services together in order to fulfill the user requirement. However, since the same service may be offered by different providers with different non-functional Quality of Service (QoS), the task of service selection for Web Service composition is becoming complicated. Also, as Web Services are inherently unreliable, how to deliver reliable Web Services composition over unreliable Web Services should be considered while composing Web Services. In this paper, we propose an approach on a QoS-aware Web Service selection for reliable Web Service composition. In our approach, we select and classify Web Services using Decision Tree based on QoS attributes provided by the client. Service classifier will improve selection of relevant Web Services early in the composition process and also provide flexibility to replace a failed Web Services with a redundant alternative Web Services, resulting in high availability and reliability of Web Service composition. We will provide an implementation of our proposed approach along with efficiency measurements through performance evaluation.

가시오갈피 채종용 신품종 '천수'와 '미수' 육성 (Breeding of New Cultivar 'Cheonsu' and 'Misu' for Seed Harvesting of Eleutherococcus senticosus (Rupr.&Maxim.) Maxim.)

  • 1996년부터 2002년까지 7년간 국내 35진역에서 수집한 재래종 896개체를 대상으로 수형, 재배적응성과 관련한 생육특성을 조사하고 1차 선발된 계통을 다시 생장량 및 내병성등을 기준으로 2차 선발을 하여 총 34개통을 선발하여 가시오갈피 종자생산용 계통을 육성하였다. 종자생산용 가시오갈피 품종육성을 위하여 34계통에 대한 개화기 수정 결실특성을 집중적으로 검정하여 총 3조합 6계통을 선발하였다. 이들 3조합 6계통은 생육특성과 수분 결실능력의 연차가 변이검정을 수행하여 최종적으로 수분수용 수그루 및 채종수용 암그루를 각각 1계통씩 선발하여 종자생산용 가시오갈피 품종으로 선발하였다. 최종 선발된 수그루 '천수'는 활성화분비율이 높고 주산형화서수가 많아 수분수로 접합하며 연평균 신초발생수가 많은 등 생육이 우수한 것이 특징적이고 개화기가 7월 1일로 다소 늦어 이루어지는 개체를 선발해야 하는 것을 유의해야 한다. 최종선발된 암그루 '미수'는 전엽기가 매우 느린 편이며 신초발 생수가 많고 생육이 양호하며, 열매 수확량이 7년생 기준으로 1주당 1.5kg로 높은 편이다. 병해 저항성이 높고 채종포 조성에 적합한 품종으로 판단되었다.
