산업진흥 정책의 하나로 정보보호 인력양성 및 교육이 꾸준히 이루어지고 있지만, 시장에는 여전히 중고급 이상의 숙련인력은 부족하다. 정보보안 공시제도의 시행 및 확대에 따라, 정보보호를 전담할 전문인력의 확보 및 유지의 필요성은 더욱 커지고 있다. 하지만, 지능정보사회로의 진입에 따라 정보기술 업무와 정보보호 업무 간의 구분은 더욱 애매해지고 있어, 정보보호만의 전문성을 키우고 인정받기 위한 수단이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 업무수행에 필요한 지식 및 기술을 규명하여 정보보호 전문성 확보를 위한 수단으로 활용하는 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 2014년, 2019년, 2022년 게시된 정보보호 인력 구인광고 데이터를 수집하여, 직무 키워드를 비교한 결과, 구축, 운영, 기술지원, 네트워크, 보안솔루션 등이 주요 키워드임을 확인하였으며, 이는 년도별로 차이가 없었다. 또한, 기업의 실제 수요를 파악하기 위해, 텍스트마이닝 기법을 이용하여 구인광고 내용과 국가직무능력표준 정보보호 분야 지식기술 내용을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과, 실제 현업에서는 기술개발, 네트워크, 운영체제 등 기술적인 능력을 선호하는 것으로 나타났지만, 직업훈련에서는 법제도, 인증제도 등 관리 능력이 우선시되고 있음을 확인하였다.

The private security will overcome the limit of public police system and implement a small and efficient government concept. Especially in recent years, this security system has naturally been expanded in its functions from crime prevention to prevention of disasters. To manage the emergency by the private security industry, the private security services to involve some peculiarity and specialty. The policy agenda of private security industry for crisis management are suggested. First of all, to provide quality services for emergency management, the guards from private organizations should receive professional education and training to secure the specialty. Second, we need to improve the quality of security instructors with intensive education system for them. Security instructors should be able to effectively handle lots of different matters in the fields of security, but examination of the current curriculum of education for security instructor indicates that there is not much chance of it. Third, must be natural in light that the private organizations have some limitations in their operational capabilities and scopes. Private security duties are well established in cooperation with related institutions such as the police. Lastly, development of high quality crisis management commodities in the private security becomes even more significant. The government should be determined to make an effort to grow the private industry and foster a political environment for the same purpose.

The Korean government has implemented various policies such as establishing new major/department and operating a variety of education programs related with cybersecurity. However, it has not yet been constructed virtuous cycle that can provide appropriate education and training to professionals with the high level and quality. In this study, by surveying and analyzing satisfaction about education and training program aimed at employees in public sector who are in charge of cybersecurity, we suggest the direction of education and training for cybersecurity experts required at the national level.

최근 위험사회 속에서 민간경비는 궁극적으로 방범${\cdot}$방제${\cdot}$방화 등의 역할을 하며, 공공성과 기업성을 갖는 총체적인 서비스 산업이다. 21세기 국가안전의 확보라는 중요성에 입각하여 민간경비 분야의 전문성 확보가 무엇보다 중요한 시점이다. 특히, 민간경비 분야에서 화재라든지 가스폭발 등과 같은 각종 재난상황에 대한 관심이 증폭되는 현 상황에서 민간경비 인력의 위기관리 능력제고는 그 무엇보다 중요하다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 연구에서는 현대 위험사회 속에서 점차 중요해지고 있는 민간경비산업의 중요성을 관련 이론의 비판적 고찰을 통하여 재검토하고, 아울러 민간경비산업의 위기관리 대응과제를 제시하였다. 이와 같은 민간경비 산업의 대응과제를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비 산업에 있어 위기관리 업무의 특수성과 전문성에 비추어 보다 경비원들에 대한 내실있는 교육훈련을 강화해야 한다. 둘째, 경찰과 소방 등 위기관리 유관 기관들과의 사전 협력을 강화하여 유사시 신속한 대응을 할 수 있는 연계체제를 구축해야 한다. 셋째, 시민들의 안전인식 제고를 위한 각종 정책 프로그램을 개발하여 운용하고, 이를 위해서 한국경비협회 등 민간경비 업체들의 역할홍보 활동을 강화해야 한다. 넷째, 현재 경호경비 분야의 국가 공인유일한 자격증인 경비지도사 시험제도를 민간경비원들의 위기관리 능력 극대화에 중점을 두어 시험과목과 교육 프로그램을 개선해야 한다. 다섯째, 주요 선진국들과 어깨를 나란히 할 수 있도록 민간경비 업무를 보다 확대하고, 고품질 상품을 개발해야 한다. 이러한 모든 노력들이 성공하여 민간경비 산업이 명실상부하게 미국이나 일본 등과 같이 정착하기 위해서는 정부의 민간경비 산업육성을 위한 정책적 의지가 중요하다. 이와 같은 정책적 의지를 입법화하여 한국의 민간경비 산업이 독립된 안전서비스 산업으로 자리매김 하여야 할 것이다.

This paper analyzed factors for employees to violate information security policy in financial companies based on the theory of reasoned action (TRA), general deterrence theory (GDT), and information security awareness and moderating effects of perceived sensitivity of customer information. Using the 376 samples that were collected through both online and offline surveys, statistical tests were performed. We found that the perceived severity of sanction and information security policy support to information policy violation attitude and subjective norm but the perceived certainty of sanction and general information security awareness support to only subjective norm. Also, the moderating effects of perceived sensitivity of customer information against information policy violation attitude and subjective norm were supported. Academic implications of this study are expected to be the basis for future research on information security policy violations of financial companies; Employees' perceived sanctions and information security policy awareness have an impact on the subjective norm significantly. Practical implications are that it can provide a guide to establish information security management strategies for information security compliance; when implementing information security awareness training for employees to deter violations by emphasizing the sensitivity of customer information, a company should make their employees recognize that the customer information is very sensitive data.

지능형 서비스를 제공하는 로봇에서 특정 사람을 인지하거나 구별하는 인식 기술은 매우 중요하다. 기존 단일 거리 얼굴 영상을 학습으로 사용한 얼굴 인식 알고리즘은 원거리로 갈수록 얼굴 인식률이 떨어지는 문제점이 있다. 실제 거리별 얼굴 영상을 이용한 방법은 얼굴 인식률은 향상되지만, 사용자 협조가 요구되는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 줌카메라를 통해 거리별 얼굴 영상을 획득하여 학습으로 사용하는 LDA 기반 원거리 얼굴 인식을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 기존 단일거리 얼굴 영상을 학습으로 이용한 방법에 비해 7.8% 향상된 성능을 보였고, 거리별 얼굴 영상을 학습으로 이용한 방법과 비교했을 때 8.0% 저하된 성능을 보였다. 그러나 거리별 얼굴 영상을 취득하기 위해 추가적인 시간과 사용자 협조가 요구되지 않는 장점이 있다.

The article reveals and theoretically substantiates the trends of foreign language teachers' professional training in universities of Ukraine in terms of European integration, which are systematized in three areas: macro-level (system of education), meso-level (universities) and micro-level (subjects of educational process). The article aims to substantiate the trends of foreign language teacher training in the context of European integration and the main directions of creative use of constructive ideas of European experience in the innovative development of education. The article lights up the system for improving foreign language teacher training in universities, which is based on updated goals, content and approaches to the implementation of basic concepts, principles and features of teacher training in European experience, enable us to improve the quality of teacher training, its competitiveness in the European labor market. In the article developed the conceptual model of strategic development of the university in the conditions of European integration. It is emphasized that information technologies provide great opportunities for the development of professional skills and intellectual potential of future professionals. At present, the computerization of the educational process in higher education institutions is considered as one of the first and most promising areas for improving the quality of education. The article offered directions of internationalization of educational activity of university in the conditions of European integration. Diagnostic tools for the development of the university in terms of integration into the European educational space, individual rating and ranking of structural units of the university have been developed; main directions of activity of the laboratory of the skill of the teacher of higher school and methodical recommendations on the creation and the organization of work of scientific laboratories.

This article identifies the problems and substantiates the directions for the development of distance learning technologies in the training of personnel. An example of using digital media to create a remote access laboratory is given. The article is devoted to the definition of the main aspects of the organization of distance education. Rapid digitization, economic, political and social changes taking place in Ukraine necessitate the reform of the education system. First of all, it concerns meeting the educational needs of citizens throughout their lives, providing access to educational and professional training for all who have the necessary abilities and adequate training. The most effective solution to the above-mentioned problems is facilitated by distance learning. The article analyzes the essence and methods of distance learning organization, reveals the features of the use of electronic platforms for the organization of this form of education in different countries of the world. The positive characteristics of distance learning are identified, namely: extraterritoriality; savings on transport costs; the interest of modern youth in the use of information tools in everyday life; increase in the number of students; simplicity and accessibility of training; convenient consultation system; democratic relations between the student and the teacher; convenience for organizations in training their employees without interrupting their regular work; low level of payment for distance education compared to traditional education; individual learning pace; new teacher status. Among the negative features of online education, the author refers to the following problems: authentication of users during knowledge verification, calculation of the teacher's methodological load and copyright of educational materials; the high labor intensity of developing high-quality educational content and the high cost of distance learning equipment; the need to provide users with a personal computer and access to the Internet; the need to find and use effective motivation mechanisms for education seekers.

A comparative analysis of the state and results of the functioning of the education system of Ukraine with the national educational systems of the USA and Great Britain was carried out. Based on which we found out similar and different in the process of developing the system of training specialists in higher education institutions of the USA, Great Britain, and Ukraine. Describing the main quantitative indicators of education in the UK, USA and Ukraine, we found common features and distinctive features. Consideration in the comparative aspect of trends in the development of higher teacher education in the United States, Great Britain and in Ukraine gives grounds for conclusion. For these countries, such groups of norms as types of educational institutions, forms of Education; introduction of a unified system of credit units in order to create conditions for broad mobility of students; availability of different levels of training; study of the best experience of educational activities of other states and its introduction into the educational process in combination with the cultural traditions of Ukraine coincide. Describing the main quantitative indicators of education in the analyzed countries, we found distinctive features.Teacher development systems in the UK, USA and Ukraine are compared. It was found out that the use of methods of Great Britain and the United States on the organization of independent work in the process of professional development of teachers will have a positive impact on training in the system of advanced training of teachers in Ukraine. The article examines the information culture of future specialists, which is based on knowledge about the information environment, the laws of its functioning and development, and the perfect ability to navigate the limitless modern world of information.

AR/VR 기반의 교육훈련 체계는 전장 환경과 유사한 실전적 훈련 효과뿐 아니라 사고 예방 및 예산 절감에도 큰 기여를 할 것으로 평가되고 있다. AR/VR을 학습에 활용하기 위한 연구는 꾸준히 진행되고 있으며, 교육과 훈련에 활용할 경우 실세계에서 발생할 수 있는 실패의 경험 없이도 기술을 향상시킬 수 있다. 국방 주요선진국들은 이러한 AR/VR 기술의 이점을 일찍부터 인식하고, 개인의 무기체계 운용 숙달에서부터 종합 전투훈련 체계, 전쟁사 교육, 외상 후 스트레스 치료 등 다양한 분야에서 AR/VR을 개발하고 적용하는 노력을 하고 있다. 한국군도 최근 AR/VR 활용 교육훈련 적용방안을 적극적으로 검토하고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 국방 선진국의 AR/VR 적용 교육훈련 사례들을 살펴보고 한국군에 적용할 시사점을 도출하는 것이다.
