In this study, a design value analysis technique that considered stochastic LCC and stochastic performance evaluation was proposed, and by introducing the concept of reliability analysis, a decision making that secured reliability was supported. The results of this study, which was carried out according to the above objectives and methods, are summarized as follows: 1) The design value analysis procedures and value state function, improved in order to carry out a reliable analysis when evaluating alternate proposals that were extracted after the function definition was complete, were formalized, and in order to secure consistency and efficiency for value evaluation procedures, an evaluation index scheme was proposed; 2) Database collection and analysis were done for a bridge's LCC analysis. As for the collection scope of data, literature of previous research done on a bridge's LCC analysis was used as the basis for analysis, and for securing reliability regarding analysis results and dealing with uncertainty of collected data, the MCS technique was applied; 3) Weights and evaluation ranks for performance evaluation of each of the alternate proposals, as well as LCC analysis model, analysis period, discount rate, user expense, safety inspection and safety diagnosis expense conditions for LCC analysis were proposed. Lastly, a feasibility study was done and conclusion was made about "OO grand bridge and connecting road construction work execution design" project centered on value analysis execution case.
North Korea(NK) has designated the special economic zones(SEZs) since the first one in Rason. But, why have the SEZs in NK still not been developed successfully? This study comparatively evaluated the SEZs in China, Vietnam and NK, with respect to 'context/purpose', 'development/management system', and 'location/infrastructure.' NK's strategies for the SEZs were different from those of China and Vietnam in terms of historical context and development purpose. China and Vietnam chose the market opening policy aiming to reform their national economy, while NK tried the opening policy without the economic reform. This difference made NK's decentralization and location strategies marginal. In spite of the positive land system and tax benefit of NK, the strategies couldn't make a successful result. The implications of this comparative study are as follows. Firstly, NK needs to establish a strategy for the SEZs in accord with the comprehensive and long-term plan for economic development and 'trustworthy and substantial market-systems' being compatible with outside world. For that, NK has to secure the regime stability in political and diplomatic dimensions. Secondly, NK has to carry out policies of decentralization and location of the SEZs more positively. Thirdly, in order to solve the problem related to lack of infrastructure capital, NK needs to utilize a BOT scheme.

Since the financial crisis broke out, liquidity has become the critical issue in housing construction industry. In order to secure liquidity, it is prerequisite to precisely forecast cash flow. However, construction companies have failed to come up with a systematic process to manage and forecast cash flow. Until now, companies have solely relied on the prediction of profits and losses, which is carried out as they review business feasibility. To obtain more accurate cash flow forecast model, practical pattern of payments should be taken into account. In this theory, basic model that analyzes practical housing payment collection pattern resulting from prepayments and arrears is described. This model is to complement conventional cash flow forecast scheme in the phase of business feasibility review. Analysis result on final losses in cash that occur as a result of prepayment and arrears is considered in this model. Additionally, in the estimation of construction cost in the phase of business feasibility review, real construction prices instead of official prices are applied to enhance accuracy of cash outflow forecast. The proportion of payment made by a bill and changes in payment date caused by rescheduling of a bill are also factored in to estimate cash outflow. This model would contribute to achieving accurate cash flow forecast that better reflect real situation and to enhancing efficiency in capital management by giving a clear picture with regard to the demand and supply timing of capital.
Among recent issues emerging in the areas related to the society, health has received the most attention. In this paper, for a patient unable to do self-care because of worsened diseases, a biological information transfer method is proposed by which the disease information can be securely managed, by attaching an implantable device into the body. Our method object of the invention is to prevent a third party from illegally intercepting and interfering with the biological information attached to the insertion device in the body. In the proposed technique to improve the safety of the patient between the hospital and physician by assigning each code to the biometric information of the patient in order to prevent a third party tapping and interfering. In addition, our method is assigned a code necessary for encoding in advance to confirm the biological information between the patient and the hospital (doctor) in a manner dividing the bio-information code. In particular, the proposed technique makes a third party unable to illegally tap or interfere in, by previously generating a code used for encoding so that it can be stored in the database of the hospital, which not only decreased hospital care time to 6.9%, but also increased work efficiency rate up to 12.7%.

Since GNSS signals get blocked by buildings in urban canyons or narrow alleys, it is very difficult to secure a enough number of visible satellites for satellite navigation in those poor signal-reception environments. In those situations, one cannot get their coordinates or obtain accurate positions. In this study, a couple of strategies for improving positioning accuracy in urban canyons were developed and their performance was verified. First of all, we combined GPS and GLONASS measurements together and devised algorithms to quality-control observed signals and eliminate outliers. Also, a new multipath reduction scheme was applied to minimize its effect by utilizing SNR values of the observed signals. For performance verification of the developed technique, a narrow alley of 10m width located near the back gate of the Inha University was selected as the test-bed, and then we conducted static and kinematic positioning at four pre-surveyed points. We found that our new algorithms produced an 45% improvement in an open-sky environment compared with the positioning result of a low-cost u-blox receiver. In the alleys, 3-D accuracy improved by an average of 37%. In the case of kinematic positioning, especially, biases showing up in regular receivers got eliminated significantly through our new filtering algorithms.
From the Phase II (2018~2020) of K-ETS, the offset credit from 'CDM projects that domestic companies and others have carried out in foreign countries' can be used in the K-ETS. As a result, stakeholders in the K-ETS market are actively developing overseas CDM projects, such as the 'high-efficiency cook stove project'. which can secure a large amount of credits while marginal cost is relatively low. This paper develops the investment decision-making model of offset project for the 'high-efficiency cook stove project' using the real option approach. Under the uncertainty of the emission allowance price, the optimal investment threshold (p⁎) is derived and sensitivity analysis is conducted. As a result, in the standard scenario (PoA-S), the optimal investment threshold is 29,054won/ton, which is lower than the stock price (p⁎spot). However, allocation entities are not only economics in the CDM project, but also CDM risk factors such as non-renewable biomass ratio, cook stove replacement ratio, equity ratio with host country, investment period and submission limitation of emission allowance. In addition, offset project developers will be able to derive the optimal investment threshold for each business stage and use it for economic feasibility checks.

Group key agreement protocols are designed to allow a group of parties communicating over a public network to securely and efficiently establish a common secret key, Over the years, a number of solutions to the group key agreement protocol have been proposed with varying degrees of complexity, and the research relating to group key agreement to securely communicate among a group of members in integrated wired and wireless networks has been recently proceeded. Both features of wired computing machines with the high-performance and those of wireless devices with the low-power are considered to design a group key agreement protocol suited for integrated wired and wireless networks. Especially, it is important to reduce computational costs of mobile devices which have the limited system resources. In this paper, we present an efficient group key agreement scheme which minimizes the computational costs of mobile devices and is well suited for this network environment and prove its security.
One of the strenuous problems in orthodontic procedures is postretention stability and retention against relapse. Many investigative trial had been done to disclose the factors associated with relapse and effective prescription to stave off, however, the nature of these jeopardies remained obscure. The objective was to investigate the long-term stability and quantitative changes of dental arches subsequently after Class I nonextraction treatment. Study models, cephalometric headfilms of 26 samples which were taken before, after teatment and postretention were employed to measure the interdental width of corresponding buccal teeth, overbite, overjet and the inclination of incisors and molars. Statistical analysis was carried to compare each measurements across the time period, and followings were brought around. 1. The quantitative amount of relapse in overbite presented positive correlation with the amount of changes through the treatment. 2. Stability of intercanine width was so far secure in the case the expansion had been done through. 3. The amount of changes in intercanine width of the lower regardless of expansion or contraction manifested less than the upper, however, the relapse ratio got high. 4. The upper and lower incisors were likely to be labioversive, and remained stable after retention. 5. The first molars of the upper and lower were conceivably tipped back immediately after treatment and returned to the original angulation. The expansion of intermolar width stayed stable across the time scheme after treatment It was suggested that the maintenance of intercanine width of lower was pertinent to perform the postretention stabilityv and the expansion of dental arch shoed be confined within physiologic boundaries of the patients.
The world has been rapidly restructured in an agenda of national security from center of military strength to that of economic strength since the post cold-war era China military leadership-division carried out RMA through learning of a lesson from Gulf war in 1990 -1991 and Iraq war in 2003, thus the leadership-division made an attempt to convert the military system to a technical intensive system. The principle based on RMA of China military is (National defense strategy) drafted by the central military committee 1985 and (Four modernization general principles) 1978. China has introduced Russian high-technological arms and equipment in order to build up the military arms greatly thanks to an economical development, and they take pragmatism line as chinese socialism with their strategy to make secure a position as military powers such as they successfully launched a manned spacecraft and are building an air-craft carrie and soon. USA has a theory of dichotomy whether a country is a cooperator for USA, or not. and also enemy or friend since 9.11terror, thus USA is different from their direction of police. This is because USA stands a position as the superpower of the supremacy hegemony of the world. We must be carefully aware that USA considers as important area for Middle east, West south Asia, Central Asia and Northwest Asia to meet the demands of 2lcentury. Accordingly, the focus of USA's military strategy will be probably concentrated at the above mentioned four areas. On the other hand, USA enjoys such a superpower position due to collapse of USSR which was the past main enemy since the post cold war era. We could give an conclusive example as fact that USA has recurred to unilateralism But USA carry on the military operations to the terror groups at global around by converting thje military strike strategy to pre-emptive strike strategy since9.11 terror, 2001. USA seeks for transformation to the mobile military forces with light-quantity oriented in order to carry on such the military operations and makes progress GPR, And the USA forces in Korea makes progress a military renovation as part of such a military strategy. On the other hand, USA promotes the measures of choose for the countries standing at the crossroads of strategy and carries forward a main scheme of provision for four priority aims that the leaders of a hostile country and mis-country shall be prohibited from use and obtainment of weapons of mass destruction. Accordingly, this treatise found out a significant meaning to have an effect on the national security in the korean peninsula.

Digital aerial images have been commonly used in a large scale map production owing to their excellent geometry, and high spatial and radiometric resolution in recent years. However, a quality verification process for acquired images should be preceded in order to secure the high precision and reliability of produced results. Several experimental studies to verify digital imaging systems have been vigorously researched by constructing permanent test field in abroad. On the other hand, it is urgently necessary to suggest a practical scheme for an image quality verification, because this related study and experiment are still in its early stage at home. Hence, this study aims to present an easy method to measure the spatial resolution of the image in a visual way using a portable Siemens star. The images used in the study were obtained with three different cameras, two frame array sensors of DMC, UltraCamXp and a linear array sensor of ADS80. The Siemens star target appeared in every image is extracted and then the spatial resolution of image is compared with theoretical GSD(Ground Sample Distance) by a visual method. In addition, the change of spatial resolution depending on the location of the Siemens star from image center and flight direction and cross-flight direction is also compared and analyzed. As study results, while the theoretical GSDs of images taken with each camera are about 6~9cm, the visual resolutions are 1.2~1.3 times as great as the theoretical ones.
