이 연구는 초 중 고등학교에서 지도해야 할 세포, 유전 영역에 대한 필수, 선택 및 비필수 개념에 대해 중등 생물 교사들의 인식을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에 선정된 개념은 일반 생물학과 고등학교 생물 과정에 필요한 기본개념 연구와 BSCS의 통합 권고안을 참고하여 선정한 후 생물학 전공 교수 5명의 자문을 구하여 최종 17개의 세포 영역 개념과 23개의 유전 영역의 개념을 선정하여 설문지를 제작하였다. 설문은 전국의 중등 생물 교사 146명의 응답을 바탕으로 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교에서 지도해야할 필수, 선택, 비필수 생물 개념을 선정하였다. 연구 결과는 세포, 유전 영역에서 중등 생물 교사들은 학교급이 올라갈수록 지도해야 할 필수 개념들이 많아져야 한다고 인식하고 있었다. 과학과 교육과정 그리고 BSCS 권고안에서 제시한 개념보다 더 많은 개념을 가르쳐야 한다고 중등 생물 교사들은 인식하고 있었다.

The purpose of the study were to: (1) determine important home management concepts in the secondary home economics education curriculum,(2) identify the educational needs related to home management perceived by secondary school students, and the factors affecting it, (3) use the findings to make recommendations for developing home economics curriculum and teaching home economics in the secondary school. The questionnaires were distributed to the 1,029 secondary school students, lived in seoul, local cities, and rural area. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, T-test one ay ANOVA with scheffe test, and multiple regression analysis. Forty home management concepts were selected based on the related literatures. Stress man-agement, leisure time activities, resource use, making money for adolescents, work simplication methods were the concepts which showed the highest level of educational needs perceived by the students. The educational needs were affected by sex, school level, residence area of the respondents, and other factors related to the perception about home economics such as preference, GPA, etc.

The purpose of the study were to: (1) determine important home management concepts in the secondary home economics education curriculum, (2) identify the educational needs related to home management perceived by students, home economics teachers, and university professors, (3) identify the factor structure of the home management concepts, (4) use the findings to make recommendations for defining the area of home management in the secondary home economics curriculum. Three versions of the questionnaire were used to assess the needs. One questionnaire was for students, one for home economics teachers, and one for professors. A total of 1,029 students, 385 home economics teachers, and 45 professors responded to the questionnaires. the data were analyzed by using the descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA with scheff -test, and factor analysis. Forty home management concepts were selected based on the related literatures. The respondants perceived these important for the secondary home economics curriculum. However, 36 home management concepts had differences in perceived importance among students, teachers, and professors. Nine factors emerged from the factor analysis. The three factors that were judged of most importance by students were communication and stress management, making money and helping household tasks, and leisure time activities. The professors and teachers perceived decision making and management process and knowing and utilizing resources most important.

This study was designed to identify the problems in teaching housing course at secondary level. The main tasks of Investigation were to: (1) identify appropriate housing concepts to be taught at secondary school, (2) determine the Kinds of media and methods used for teaching housing course at secondary school. The questionnaire was divided Into three sections: (1) the teacher`s background, (2) the teacher`s opinion regarding the importance of various housing topics to teaching. (3) what type of media and methods were used by teachers. Data were collected In Pusan during November 1959. The Sample, 150Home Economics teacher was randomly selected from secondary school list in Pusan. Responses from 122 Home Economics teachers, were processed by the S.P.S.S. computer program. and N.P.E.R.C using for frequency counts and percentages to analyze the data from all three sections of questionnaire. One-way Analysis of Variance and Newman-kuels Multiple Comparison test were used to reject or accept the hypotheses. The major findings were: (1) there were some difference between teachers` opinions regarding the importance of various housing topics to teach and teachers actural practice of teaching housing concepts and topics, (2) teachers taught housing concepts which were important to teach by their opinion, even though those concepts were neglected in textbook, (3) teachers did not use a various of media and methods for their teaching housing class, (4) the important reasons given why the teachers for not using the various media and methods were because of undesirable educational situations, and (5) there were some significant differences between teachers` background and teachers` opinion regarding importance of teaching topics in housing class at secondary school, using media and methods.

이 연구에서는 6차와 7차 교육과정에서 개발한 중 고등학교 과학 교과서에 제시된 증발과 끓음의 설명과 관련된 개념들을 분석하였다. 교과서의 설명 유형은 중학교과 고등학교, 6차와 7차 교육과정, 그리고 과목이나 단원에 따라 구분하여 설명의 다양성을 확인해 보고, 설명에 사용된 개념간의 관계를 표현한 맵을 중심으로 특징을 비교하였다. 증발과 끓음에 관련된 설명의 차이는 주로 중학교과 고등학교 사이, 그리고 화학과 지구과학 분야 사이에서 발견되었다. 증발과 끓음 현상을 설명하기 위한 주요 개념들 사이의 관련성은 부족산 것으로 나타났다.

이 연구는 개정된 물리교과서에 포함된 현대물리학 소재인 특수 상대성 이론에 대해 고등학생의 인지 수준을 고려하고 학습자의 주도적 수업참여를 구현하기 위하여 '가상현실'과 '사건도표' 활동이 포함된 수업방법을 고안하여 그 효과를 정량적이고 정성적으로 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 특수상대론 개념 학습 프로그램을 통한 수업과 전통적 수업은 선택 후 설명식 문항의 전반적인 성취도에서 유의미한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 프로그램 수업을 이수한 학생은 복합 개념 형 문항의 성취도는 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 특수 상대론적 역설문제에서는 프로그램 수업집단은 전통적 수업집단보다 통계적으로 유의미하게 높은 성취도를 나타내었다. 프로그램 수업집단 학생들은 역설문제 해결과정에서 특수 상대론적 현상을 좌표계의 틀 위에서 객관적으로 설명하는 좌표계 의존 형 문제 해결방식의 특성을 나타내었다. 전통적 수업집단의 학생들은 특수 상대론적 현상을 불완전하거나 잘못된 좌표계 개념으로 설명하였고 사건의 순서를 관찰자의 직관에 의존하여 판단하는 관찰자 의존형 문제 해결방식을 나타내었다. 특수 상대론적 효과가 시각화된 영상을 보고 사건도표라는 가상의 시공간을 노트에 그려보고 생각하는 활동은 학생들에게 도약판을 만들어 주는 하나의 방법으로 제안한다.

The present paper investigates about the formation of the logical thinking and the intuitive thinking in mathematical concepts with reference to secondary talented students (students aged 16$\sim$17 years). As a main result, we conclude that their preference between the logical and the intuitive thinking does not related to the distinction of the school level and sex, while their consistence between them relates.

본 연구에서는 사칙연산의 1차적 개념을 학습한 초등학생들을 대상으로 거듭제곱과 혼합계산을 내용으로 하였을 때, 정확한 개념의 인지와 개념의 연결로 스키마와 변형된 스키마를 어떻게 구성을 하는지 알아보았다. 즉 사칙연산의 1차적 개념으로 어떠한 스키마와 변형된 스키마를 형성하여 2차적 개념에 대한 관계적 이해를 하는지, 그리고 연구대상자들이 스스로 형성한 스키마와 변형된 스키마를 어떻게 이용하여 문제 해결에 접근을 하는지, 또한 연구대상자들의 개념구성과 문제해결력에서의 스키마는 어떻게 변형을 이루어 나가는지를 심도 있게 조사하였다. 그 결과 1차적 개념에서 2차적 개념으로 발전 할 때, 정확한 1차적 개념에 대한 인지와 스키마 그리고 변형된 스키마가 중요한 요인으로 작용 한다는 것을 알 수 있었고 이때, 1차적 개념끼리의 연결과 정확한 1차적 개념에 대한 인지로 인해서 만들어지는 스키마와 변형된 스키마의 형성이 2차적 개념으로의 발전과 수학적 문제 해결에 무엇보다도 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

There are concepts in calculus which are difficult to teach and learn. One of these concepts is integration. However, problem posing has not yet received the attention it deserves from the mathematics education community. There is no systematic study that deals with teaching of calculus concepts by problem posing oriented teaching strategy. In this respect this study investigated the effect of problem posing on students' (prospective teachers') academic success when problem posing oriented approach is used to teach the integral concept in Calculus-II (Mathematics-II) course to first grade prospective teachers who are enrolled to the Primary Science Teaching Program of Education Faculty. The study used intervention-posttest experimental design. Quantitative research techniques were employed to gather, analyze and interpret the data. The sample comprised 79 elementary prospective science teachers. The results indicate that problem posing approach effects academic success in a positive way and at significant level.
