사상의학에서의 설사에 관한 고찰 (The Study of the Diarrhea in Sasang Constitutional Medicine)

  • Objectives This study was aimed to propose the guideline of the diarrhea in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Methods 1) Literature search It was investigated that the prescriptions stated the diarrhea as a main and accessory symptoms to be treated in "Donguisasangshinpyun", "Donguisusebowon Sasang Chobongwon", "Donguisusebowon Gabobon", "Donguisusebowon Sinchukbon", "Dongmuyugo" 2) Clinial paper search (1) The foreign papers were searched by using the search word with 'Sasang AND Diarrhea' in pubmed (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/) and The Cochrane Library(http://www.thecochranelibrary.com) (2) The domestic papers were searched by using the search word with 'Soeumin AND Diarrhea', 'Soyangin AND Diarrhea', 'Taeeumin AND Diarrhea', 'Taeyangin AND Diarrhea', 'Sasang AND Diarrhea' in NDSL (http://www.ndsl.kr), KISS(http://kiss.kstudy.com), Oasis(http://oasis.kiom.re.kr), RISS(http://www.riss.kr) (3) The extracted factors were the evaluations on the mainly complained symptom, adopted four constitutional therapy and efficacy. Results & Conclusions The guidelines for treating the diarrhea in the Four Constitutional Medicine are as follows. 1) It is to categorize the constitution. 2) The diarrhea of taeeumin is prescribed with 'A Series of Taeeumjowi-tang, Galgeunhaegi-tang, Cheongsimyeonja-tang, Sahyang-san, etc'. by classifying into cold, fever, consumption and addiction. 3) The diarrhea of soyangin is regarded as an internal disease and it is prescribed with 'Baekhaobuja-tang, Baekhaobujaijung-tang, etc'. by classifying taeeum symptom and so-yin symptom. 4) The diarrhea of soeumin is Mangeum-disease and 'Jeoryeongchajeonja-tang, Hyeongbangsabaek-san, Hwalseokgosam-tang, Hyeongbanggihwang-tang, etc'. is prescribed depending on the complication.

상품후기 작성자에 대해 상품후기 독자가 느끼는 유사성이 상품후기 독자에게 미치는 영향 (Effects of Perceived Similarity between Consumers and Product Reviewers on Consumer Behaviors)

  • Prior to making choices among online products and services, consumers often search online product reviews written by other consumers. Online product reviews have great influences on consumer behavior because they are believed to be more reliable than information provided by sellers. However, ever-increasing lists of product reviews make it difficult for consumers to find the right information efficiently. A customized search mechanism is a method to provide personalized information which fits the user's requirements. This study examines effects of a customized search mechanism and perceived similarity between consumers and product reviewers on consumer behaviors. More specifically, we address the following research questions: (1) Can a customized search mechanism increase perceived similarity between product review authors and readers? (2) Are product reviews perceived as more credible when product reviews were written by the authors perceived similar to them? (3) Does credibility of product reviews have a positive impact on acceptance of product reviews? (4) Does acceptance of product reviews have an influence on purchase intention of the readers? To examine these research questions, a lab experiment with a between-subject factor (whether a customized search mechanism is provided or not) design was employed. In order to enhance mundane realism and increase generalizability of the findings, the experiment sites were built based on a real online store, cherrya.com (http://www.cherrya.com/). Sixty participants were drawn from a pool that consisted of undergraduate and graduate students in a large university. Participation was voluntary; all the participants received 5,000 won to encourage their motivation and involvement in the experiment tasks. In addition, 15 participants, who selected by a random draw, received 30,000 won to actually purchase the product that he or she decided to buy during the experiment. Of the 60 participants, 25 were male and 35 were female. In examining the homogeneity between the two groups, the results of t-tests revealed no significant difference in gender, age, academic years, online shopping experience, and Internet usage. To test our research model, we completed tests of the measurement models and the structural models using PLS Graph version 3.00. The analysis confirmed individual item reliability, internal consistency, and discriminant validity of measurements. The results show that participants feel more credible when product reviews were written by the authors perceived similar to them, credibility of product reviews have a positive impact on acceptance of product reviews, and acceptance of product reviews have an influence on purchase intention of the readers. However, a customized search mechanism did not increase perceived similarity between product review authors and readers. The results imply that there is an urgent need to develop a better customized search tool in order to increase perceived similarity between product review authors and readers.

  • With the development of mobile and wireless environments, the Ubiquitous era has com on the base of technologies of Semantic Web and Web Services. To accelerate proliferation of the E-Commerce in the Ubiquitous era, the importance of information search is emphasized more and more and its time to need more intelligent search for product and service which can consider location and other context-aware related information. As a starting point to meet these requirements, we proposed more effective product information search service framework through web services under semantic web environment. Over the wireless internet and we also examined its technical validity with the prototype system, implemented prototype and investigated the technological possibility.

한부모가족의 복지 지원체계로서의 가상공동체 활용에 관한 기초 연구 - 웹사이트 활용을 중심으로 - (A Study on Practical Use of Cyber Community as Welfare Support System for Single-Parent Family - Focused on Practical Using Websites-)

  • The purpose of this study is to find plan of practical using websites as welfare support system for present single-parent family practically. The subject websites were chosen by search in twice using Yahoo(http://www.yahoo.co.kr),Naver(http://www.naver.com).Empas(http://www.empas.com). The first search was accomplished by reference to these websites from the eighth of December to the twelfth of December in 2001. With the use of key words‘widowed mother & widower’,‘divorce’,‘single parent’,‘single-parent home’,‘single-parent family’. The second search was conducted on March 27, 2001. Finally 10 websites were selected. Chosen websites were analysed by structural element measure and structural technique measure of the contents. The following are summary of results and conclusion of this study. First, counsel program, self-help group, legal advice of the legal system and legal question area in the field of psychology·emotion·health problem of subject websites satisfied desire of single-parent family comparatively. Second, subject websites were classified into two types which are after the assessment of contents and structural technique of subject websites, a imaginary site was designed to solve the problem of single-parent family and to support single-parent family by means of prior research. Putting the result mentioned above together, As a step to solve the problem of single-parent family, to use practically website as a place single-parent family can be provided what the country and community cannot offer. It was accomplished by expanding self-help group extremely through the connection with ground to acquire strategy of dealing with single-parent family's desire and problem, volunteer supports and specialists.

네이버 데이터랩 검색어 트렌드 서비스를 이용한 온라인 포털에서의 한약재 검색 트렌드와 의미에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Trend and Meaning of Searching for Herbal Medicines in Online Portal Using Naver DataLab Search Trend Service)

  • Objectives : From January 2020, when the first confirmed case of COVID-19 in Korea, the use of health information using the Internet is expected to increase. It is expected that there will be a significant change in the general public's interest in Korean herbal medicines for health care. Therefore, in this study, we tried to confirm the change in the search trend of Korean herbal medicines after the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods : Using the "Naver DataLab (http://datalab.naver.com)" service of a Korean portal site Naver, search volume was investigated with 606 Korean herbal medicines as keywords. The search period was from January 2020, right after the onset of COVID-19, to June 2021. The search results were sorted by the peak search volume and the total search volume. Results : 'Cheonsangap (천산갑, 穿山甲, Manitis Squama)' was the most searched Korean herbal medicine in the peak search volume and total search volume with least bias. Conclusions : The problem of supply and demand of Korean herbal medicines of high public interest was identified. Broadcasting and media exposure were the factors that had a big impact on the search volume for Korean herbal medicines. As it was confirmed that the search volume for Korean herbal medicines increased rapidly due to media exposure, it is necessary to provide correct information about Korean herbal medicines, improve public awareness, and manage stable supply and demand based on continuous search trend monitoring.

구강관리에 대한 인터넷 상담 실태조사 (Research on Internet Counselling for Oral Health)

  • The purpose of this study was to make a comparative analysis of dental question and answer in portal sites. To achieve this, 4,212 questions were used for final analysis after connecting to Naver, Daum and Nate, which take first, second and third place in rank information of all sites at Rankey.com, to search dental information by keyword from January to late March. The results are as follows. Naver was the highest as a portal of Internet search engines. Questions on the use of dental clinics, the quality of dental services and the offer of dental services by types of dental clinics were very important. Dental clinics had to give dental patients customized services and information to please them through dental services and dental information services on the Internet, and questions and answers on this were increasing very explosively. Consequently, Dental clinics will have to give Internet users and health- and disease-related data searchers distinctive professional services by inquiring into factors affecting portal search and factors affecting health- and disease-related search, respectively.

포털사이트에서의 피검색빈도와 주식수익률 (Search Frequency in Internet Portal Site and the Expected Stock Returns)

  • 국내 1위 인터넷포털 사업자인 네이버는 사용자가 지정하는 키워드가 특정 기간 동안에 네이버에서 얼마나 자주 검색되었는지에 관한 피검색빈도자료를 제공한다. 본 연구는 네이버의 피검색빈도자료를 활용하여 기업명의 피검색빈도와 그 기업의 미래 주식수익률과의 관계에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업명의 피검색빈도는 극단적 수익률 및 거래회전율과 같은 기존의 투자자 관심(investor attention)변수와 중복되지 않는 새로운 투자자 관심변수이다. 둘째, 금주의 피검색빈도가 높은 기업일수록 그 다음 주의 주간수익률이 높다. 셋째, 피검색빈도가 높은 기업은 이후에도 수익률 반전현상이 관찰되지 않으므로, 피검색빈도는 해당 기업에 대한 본질적 정보를 포함하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 넷째, 피검색빈도가 주식수익률에 미치는 영향은 시장 수준의 투자자 관심사건(market-wide attention grabbing events)이 발생한 이후 더욱 강하게 나타난다.

소규모 농가 생산 전통고추장과 시판 고추장의 맛성분에 관한 연구 - 유리당과 유리아미노산을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Free Sugar and Free Amino Acid from Gochujang Produced from Korean Small Farms)

  • This study investigated the free sugar and free amino acids considered as the taste component in Korean Gochujang. Our goal was to search and develop the Korean traditional Gochujang taste, and to monitor the current status and characteristics of the Gochujang. For the analysis of Gochujang, it is purchased from small farms as well as major food company producing Gochujang. In the case of commercial Gochujang(COM), glucose and maltose were major free sugar, and the ratio of distribution and total amount showed very similar pattern. However, the results of the traditional Gochujang(TG) showed significant differences for each sample even they had glucose and maltose as predominant sugar. The content of glucose, maltose, fructose was reduced in order. The other hand, sucrose, rhamnose were not detected or were detected trace amounts in some samples. Even the characteristics were found at each region, it was no noticeable difference, but each sample was greater variation. Total of 17 amino acids were found from COM and the major amino acids were Pro, Glu, Asp, but His, Met were generally detected in small amounts. In the TG, they mainly contained Glu, Asp, Pro as the dominant component in addition to the Arg, Ala, Cys, respectively. TG had higher amino acid content and fairly various distribution compared to COM. It could suggest the possibility of the development for different traditional tastes because each TG had diverse characteristic taste than COM.

태그 네트워크를 이용한 개인화 북마크 추천시스템 (Personalized Bookmark Recommendation System Using Tag Network)

  • 웹 2.0을 이끌어가는 원동력이라고 할 수 있는 일반 개인 사용자의 참여와 공유는 블로그, 소셜 네트워크(Social Network), 집단지성, 소셜 북마크(Social Bookmark), 태깅(Tagging) 등의 다양한 형태로 나타나고 있다. 이 중에서 소셜 북마크는 개인이 사용하는 북마크를 웹에 추가하여 공유함으로써, 다수의 사람들이 유용하다고 생각하는 북마크에 대한 정보를 기반으로 한 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 개념이다. 딜리셔스(Delicious.com)는 소셜 북마크 서비스의 대표적인 사례라고 할 수 있으며, 북마크에 사용자들이 붙인 태그를 이용하여 검색 서비스를 제공한다. 본 논문은 북마크 검색에 대해 개인화된 검색결과를 추천하기 위하여 사용자 태그를 기반으로 하여 딜리셔스가 제공하는 북마크들의 순위를 재순위화 하는 방법론을 제안하였다. 또한 태그유사도를 기반으로 한 태그 네트워크를 이용하여 사용자의 검색어에 의미적으로 유사한 다른 태그들도 순위에 반영될 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 실험을 통하여 딜리셔스가 제시하는 순위에 비해 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템의 재순위화 결과가 사용자들에게 더 만족스러우며 정확성도 높음을 확인하였다.
