폐교 부지 및 건축물을 이용한 도서관의 대피시설로서 활용 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Utilizing the Site and Building of Closed School as Evacuation Facilities for the Library)

  • 본 연구는 국내에서도 도서관이 대피시설로서 활용될 수 있다는 점을 해외사례를 바탕으로 탐구하여, 기존에 건축된 도서관이 대피시설로서의 역할과 기능을 강화할 뿐 아니라, 대피시설 지정·운영 기준에 부합하는 도서관을 건축 또는 리모델링이 필요함을 제안하였다. 건축 또는 리모델링 시 경제적 효율성과 지역적 효과를 추구하기 위해 폐교를 활용할 것을 제시하였으며, 이러한 제안의 실효성을 검토하기 위해서 충주시 내 대피시설 및 폐교 현황을 확인하고, 대피소의 수용능력을 기준으로 폐교를 평가하였다. 본 연구에서 대피시설의 조건을 갖춘 도서관으로서 활용하는 방안을 제안하기 위한 논의점은 크게 3가지 측면으로, ① 도서관이 대피시설로서 어떠한 기능과 역할을 수행하고 있는지를 재확인하고, 도서관이 대피시설로 활용될 때 얻을 수 있는 이점을 탐구하였다. ② 이러한 도서관의 역할과 폐교가 만나서 실제 어떠한 시너지를 발생시킬 수 있는지를 검토 및 논의하였으며, ③ 기존 건축물을 대피시설로 지정하는 것이 아닌, 신축 내지 리모델링이 필요한 이유와 폐교를 활용하면 추가적으로 얻을 수 있는 이점과 효과는 어떠한지를 제시하였다.

  • The school library plays an important role to improve the student's mental activity and cultivate the formation of character and emotion. Especially in the information society, the students must collect, select and utilize the necessary information themselves. The school library has to collect, put in order and keep the book, audiovisual material and necessary information beyond it about the entire education and to offer the students and teachers them for the general school education. The school library has to be a center of school education and drive forwards the spontaneous and subjective learning activity as well as progress the education process. The school library must be the place to preserve the student's subjective study ability, that is, consolidate the materials as the study center and be composed of proper study materials for the solving-problem and research. Also to be perfect in the role of the information center, the school library has to be consolidated in accordance with development of various information softwares and ways including the newspaper, magazine, video, CD, laser disk and computer. It is required for the information of school library to be corresponded actively to the multi-media society.

지역주민의 학교시설 이용현황에 관한 기초적 연구 - 대구광역시 수성구를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Offer present condition of School Facilities for Local Residents - Focused on Suseong Gu in Daegu City -)

  • The purpose of the study is on offer present condition of School Facilities for Local Residents in Daegu City. This study made progress within the scope of twenty-four public schools excepting one private school and five schools refused request. but opening present condition of the equipment was stopping in negative opening more than thing that is seen in present condition(to be a hall, a computer, swimming pool, physical education market, clearinghouse, art thread, library, language study thread) of two locals that show in old research. As result that diagnose this research, The school facilities open every schools excepting three schools could not open on account of establishment of sprinkler, residents protest about noise, small playground. The opening equipment was limited the playground, hall, basketball court, Badminton court, parking lot, classroom, library. And The use present condition was used by parking, walk, jogging and light exercise, basketball, badminton, state examination, sports meeting, books inspection, early stage soccer. When local residents require equipment use, it is not negative attitude in school but have active carriage. and Must consider plan that raise practical use degree so that can use school equipment.

종합정보센터로서 초등학교도서관 배치계획에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Layout Planning in Elementary School Library as General Information Center)

  • Elementary education is the most fundamental education phase to cultivate a minimum natural quality for basic people life. Because elementary school is a very important step to be a base of lifelong education, it has to lead students to develop a capability of information utilization and rear the ability of self-leading study. Accordingly the elementary school library must be made and managed to cope with a new environment of education and information, as well as it must be a appropriate facilities for the contents of the 7th course of study : The aim of the 7th course of study is to rear the autonomous and creative Korean who lead the age of globalization and information-oriented. It is an ideal that the school library has a separate building for itself as the general information center but it is not easy to do in our conditions. Accordingly when it Is located in a school house, it has to be at the center within easy access of other related rooms such as a classroom and school house. Therefor making a plan and designing a school building, the school library has to be considered preferentially as a main facilities in order to make a school to accept the future.

  • 교구$\cdot$ 설비기준은 학교 교육과정을 위한 기본 요소를 의미한다. 지식기반사회에서 학교도서관은 교육과정을 지원하고 정보활용과 독서지도를 위한 기본적인 교육환경이다. 따라서 학교도서관 교구 설비기준은 학교도서관의 사명을 담아야 하며, 교육적 역할에 적합한 구성요소를 포함하여야 한다. 그러나 현행 기준은 양적 질적 측면에서 불충분하다. 따라서 학교교구·설비기준 개정 시, 학교도서관 교구 ·설비기준은 특히 다음과 같은 내용을 포함하여야 한다. 1. 시설 지침; 2. 기본 설비 방안; 3. 교육적 역할에 적합한 교구 기준; 4. 기본 공간별 설비 종목; 5. 보다 상세한 정보기기 종목; 6. 특수학교도서관 기준 개선

공공도서관 설치 현황과 운영 분석에 대한 효율화 방안 연구 (A Study on the Efficiency of Public Library in Present Condition and Management Analysis)

  • Public library is established on impartial accessibility of any distinction as their sex, age, financial status, etc. The function of public library is not only to accumulate materials and offer information but also minimize gulf between the rich and the poor by knowledge possession, which is realized by important means to intercept exclusive possession and power in knowledge pose-industrial society. As it is judged that most public library is established to individual building with thousands of cost, it is judged of obstacles to Increase library buildings. The purpose of this study is try to find the way to Increase In number of public library In Seoul by interaction local education-cultural facilities. The result from this study, the user rate of public library is influenced by number of buildings and accessibility of traffic and public library can improve efficiency by substantial operation by basic function for all age group. The target population of Seoul public library sizes by decuple of advanced countries because of difficulty of accessibility, so it needs to make it small scale and also can offer self-regulation learning, materials and life-long learning programs because generally public library's utilization purpose is different by age. As school in Seoul amounts to 25 times of public library by about 1,200 buildings and can function of lifelong education center with a school library, cultural center and other composition buildings, so school facilities may use as a public library for local residents.

학교 도서관 활성화사업 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of School Library Revitalization Project)

  • 본 연구는 교육인적자원부가 추진하고 있는 학교도서관 활성화 종합방안 5개년 계획의 1차년도 사업에 대한 문제점과 애로사항을 분석하여 향후 활성화사업 개선을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다 평가의 방법은 전국 16개 시ㆍ도교육청을 직접 방문하여 담당 장학사, 학교장, 부장교사, 도서관 담당교사, 학부모 등을 대상으로 심층면담을 하였다. 평가내용은 학교도서관 활성화사업의 4대 중점 추진과제인 \circled1 학교도서관의 기본시설 및 장서확충 \circled2도서관활용 프로그램 강화 \circled3 전담 관리인력 배치 및 전문성 제고 \circled4학교도서관 지원 민관 협력체제 구축을 주된 내용으로 하고, 여기에 지원사업 추진체계, 학교도서관 관련연수를 추가하였다.

경상북도내 고등교육기관 도서관실태조사 및 분석

  • As a part of the status report of all the libraries of Gyeong Buk Province, the libraries of the higher educational institutions in the province were first examined in this study. The following methods were employed for this investigation: 1) questionnaires were sent to the libraries to gather necessary data and 2) the library standards as set by the government were applied for the analysis of the data and other related statistical studies and reports were consulted. Eighteen libraries in the 22 higher educational institutions in the province were examined as of August 1974. For the convenience of the study, the 18 libraries were classified into the following four categories: four-year college library, two-year normal school library, two-year junior college library, and three-year nursing school library. Paul Buck contends that the library is the center of academic life and that the quality higher education is not possible without a quality library. This is so because all the research activities have to be supported by good library facilities. Moreover it is difficult to justify the raison d'etre of an academic community if there is no active research activities in it. If the proposition is accepted that the library plays one of the most important roles in research and that research is one of the most important aspects of an academic community, it cannot be helped but observe that the role the libraries in the province play today is irregular and is far from the educational ideals the higher educational institutions envisage. The present study revealed that there was not a single library in the province which could truly support the research and classroom activities of the higher educational institutions. The college and the normal school libraries, nonetheless, had some facilities to be analyzed. The nursing school and the junior college libraries unfortunately had virtually nothing. It is hoped on the basis of the present study that the libraries should reorganize themselves and look for new directions for active support of research activities.

학교도서관의 발전 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of School Library)

  • 본 연구는 단순한 지식을 전달하는 장소에서 탈피하기 위하여, 학교도서관의 문제점을 분석하고 자율적이고 창의적인 능력을 신장시키기 위한 학교도서관 운영 방안을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 학교도서관 기본 시설 확충 및 예산, 사서교사 배치 및 제도적 장치 정비, 사서교사의 전문적이고 능동적인 활동, 교과목 교사와 협동체제 구축으로 협동수업의 전개 방범을 제시하여 학교도서관의 활성화를 기하는데 도모하였다.
